My favorite MM members are girls who started off awkward but had this evolution as an idol and found their character which made them glitter on stage. For me that type of member is Sayaka, Eririn, Maa-chan. There's a story-like quality to idols like that and why it's fun watching girls come from auditions. KSS are fun to see debut in MM too but it's not the same because the training gets all that awkward/unrefinedness out of them.

This episode was Tsuji and Kago's graduation special, and what a great episode it was! The gang plays what is probably the most complex game they've played on the show. It involves the appointed kings of two opposing teams, Tsuji and Kago, deploying their respective teammates to stand on a game board and compete in mini-games. When a player loses a mini-game she defects to the other team. Some of the games are standard fare such as arm-wrestling; Yoshizawa and Tsuji appear to have the most muscle in the group, easily defeating all competitors. Or a basketball free throw contest. Kamei, who neither captain wanted on her team on account of her perceived clumsiness, defeats Yoshizawa in a surprising upset! Other games are more ridiculous. They include: - a game of trying to pump up a balloon attached to your opponent to make it pop on her - a game of tossing balls behind you with the goal of getting them to land in a basket attached to your back - everyone's favorite "butt sumo wrestling" - "tataite kabutte jan-ken-pon" (叩いてかぶってジャンケンポン)

This latter game is Rock Paper Scissors played with a hammer and helmet as props. Whoever wins the jan-ken-pon quickly picks up the hammer and tries to hit (tataite) the other on the head with it before she can put on (kabutte) the helmet. Watching Yaguchi and Tsuji go at this was a hoot.

Yoko looks more like Okai? hELL NAW. Her nose and eyes is literally Kamei 2.0. I think it's so interesting that every now and then a new girl joins that could pass as the daughter/sister of an older member. Kamei > Yoko, Sayumi > Kitario, Nacchi > Homare, Kaori/Mikitty > Maria, Kaede > Hinoha (if she had joined MoMusu). Yuhane played Ayaya in that one movie but if they wanted to pay homage to the OG they have plausible doubles already. I want a special MV or something.

A funny moment from this episode... In the news segment at the end, Kamei in her "Eric Kamezo" persona brings out Berryz Koubou to promote the junior idol group's new goods, and has them say "Aunties, please buy it." (おばちゃん買ってください) But the words are directed towards Fujimoto, Niigaki, and Michishige, and they're having none of it.

Niigaki: If we're considered aunties, what does that do to Nakazawa? Michishige: Why are you putting them up to this? Fujimoto (with uppity tone): No way I'm buying that. Kamei: Look. You're making them all cry. (Berryz Koubou girls cover their eyes in tears)
