The Baby Theory

As I wrote last, Historias child could be Eren's child. The hairstyle would fit and the eyes could have been inherited from her grandmother Karla. Now haters claim that this couldn't happen. Eren and Historia would have green and blue eyes, which means brown eyes are not passed on.

But it is possible for parents with green and blue eyes to have a child with brown eyes. Especially if the grandparents have brown eyes. Eye color is determined by multiple genes, not just one or two, which makes the inheritance patterns more complex than the simple Mendelian model most people learn in school.

The genes involved in eye color can combine in various ways, and even recessive genes can sometimes express themselves in unexpected ways due to interactions with other genes. For instance, a parent might carry a recessive brown-eye gene that doesn't express in them but can be passed on to their child. Why "The Rumbling" is actually a message for Historia

Okay, let me begin by saying that I don't ship EreHisu. But as I was checking on clips to make new AMVs again, I noticed something with the lyrics of this particular OP and all the relevant scenes from the anime suddenly came to mind. Hence, this post.

Not sure if anyone else, especially an EH shipper, already made such an analysis but here it is anyway.

Eren concealed his plans from the others except for Floch and Historia. But more importantly, the lyrics would match the expressions and conversation here. Eren doesn't seem like he used to be in Historia's eyes, and she is questioning him.

Real talk now..

People get really triggerd by EreHisu.. for some reason. They say Historia is a lesbian, which was never confirmed to my knowledge (and they never provide a source). She could be bisexual. When asked how do they know she isn't bi, they say:

"Historia is a lesbian because she didn't show any interest in men" this makes no sense.

No character in AoT shows any interest in anyone besides their love interest. Historia had a female love interest and she didn't show interest in other females. Mikasa never showed interest in anyone but Eren, but ya'll wouldn't overrule the possibility that she's bisexual. Connie, hange, and many more don't show any interest in anyone but those same people don't jump to label them as aro/ace and straight up harass shippers and artists because of it. Because AoT isn't like other anime when characters are constantly lust after the gender they're attracted to. No one shows any interest in any character besides their love interest.

Mythology

When I think of mythical characters, I find Eren and Historia always remind me of Loki and Sigyn. Sigyn is usually depicted with long blonde hair. Loki mostly with black or dark brown hair. Loki later becomes an Angetonist and goes into battle against the gods. The earth is also affected. Eren suddenly became the bad guy, because he flattened the globe and ended up fighting against his former allies. Historia was privy to his plans and also supported him in that, in a way she allowed herself to be impregnated by a random man. Just like Sigyn took on the suffering of catching the snake's dripping poison. And if the child, which is supposedly from the farmer, was Eren's... Loki and Sigyn had two children together. The parallels are clear.

Sharing this here as well, since lately I have been trying to do a complete rewatch of season 3. And yes, I now finally notice EreHisu hints that went way over my head. Maybe with a push, I might actually ship it.
