Soul bonds are weird, that's what Izuku knows. There are four types; soulmates, parental, Platonic, and sibling. Most kids pop out with their parents' bond wrapped around their wrists to their elbows. The two colors twist around each other, making intricate designs.

For parents, their children's designs go on the left arm. Different colors combine and make shapes; some parents have the designs spell the child's name out.

So when Izuku was born with black and gray twinning up to his elbow, his parents were sad. Their minds went to adoption as they might die in the future. So they spent every day trying to soak up their son's affection. Izuku's third birthday hit and they were confused on why nothing had happened. They watched as an orange explosion materialized on Izuku's arm, just as a green cat materialized on Bakugo Katsuki's arm.

The first character I first fell in love with: I started the show when it first came out so surprisingly, Bakugo was my pull into the show. And Aizawa. Those two were big draw ins for me since they're right my alley with character types. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Naomasa Tsukauchi. I would die for that man and anyone who follows me over on that account can attest to that. Mirio is a close second. When my brother told me a tin-tin look alike comes in later, I didn't care much about it. Then I actually read the manga myself and god damn that boy shines. I love him to pieces. And of course, Tamaki. I adore him. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Uuuuuh. Okay. So I might get a lot of flack for this but I don't really care for....the villains? Any of them. Twice gets a pass. I didn't mind him. I actually did like Gentle Criminal but he's poofed. I don't get the hype for any of them and tbh I skipped the whole LOV vs uh, the other group in both the manga and the anime. Also Monoma. The character I love that everyone else hates: I don't think anyone hates him? But again, I liked Gentle. The character I used to love but don’t any longer: None. I still like Aizawa and Bakugo, just not as much as Nao or Tama or Mirio. The character I would totally smooch: Tai! I would love to give Tai a big ol' cheek smooch. The character I’d want to be like: Eeeeh gimme Mic's work ethic. How the hell does he pull off like 5 jobs?? I don't even want to do the 1 I have. The character I’d slap: I can't slap any of them. Most of them are minors. Maybe 6, from Vigilantes. Boy's annoying. A pairing that I love: Miritama, obviously. Naomight. Erasernao. A pairing that I despise: I used to love erasermight but someone ruined it for me by just shoving too much of it in my face. Now it just makes me eh instead of aw. Also not a big fan of EndHawks either.
