While holding this magic item you can speak, read and write in Infernal.

When attuned to this magic skull you gain a bonus to your spell save DC. After a long rest roll 1d4 to determine the spell save bonus. The bonus is equal to the number you roll to a maximum of 3. If you roll a 4 you also increase your maximum hit points for the day by 2d10 in addition to the +3 bonus.

While attuned to this magic item you can use a bonus action to bring a patch of land or an area of water to life in a 10-foot radius centered on a point within 60 feet of you. This living land lasts for 1 minute. The area is difficult terrain for creatures that are hostile to you. Once you have used this property you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
