Empurata!Prowl tries to actually communicate for the first time

What if he wants to say something but he can’t. What if he has no voice to speak, no face to emote, no hands to write. What if every attempt to communicate a message is essentially a puzzle of wit and creativity and yet, the first thing he goes through all these troubles for. Is to say “I love you”?

Don’t ask me how did they get in this room. I have no idea. They escaped the battlefield somehow haha

I might just send everything away and relax... Kind of like the chaos happening, first day everyone beat up Prowl and Jazz, then made a psychological recovery or destroyment for them both XDD Okay, I saw there is a third secret option coming up and I wait, but I had a thought before about... it's Prowl? His math brain seemed to come up with outcomes that are related even to him and he seemed to accept them if they were beneficial (I'm sorry, letting bots to punch you to calm them down, come on XDD). So I might see him coming up with some plan, something? Even if it will not help him get back but will give something? Before he will be sent for such torture

Random quick little thing. (I’ve been so busy with midterms but a friend sent me @keferon ‘s empurata au and I have never dropped anything so fast to draw jazz/prowl angst, it’s so good so sad and holy crap I missed drawing transformers someone get me out of my midterm prison)

The proportion is weird cause Jazz is supposed to be like slouching and tired but it just looks like he’s short… I’ll fix it one day hopefully

"Prowl.. Prowl, hey!" Jazz's optics widened when he saw the mech hunched over in front of him, looking almost pitifully at the ground.

"Oh, Primus, what did you do..?" Kneeling, Jazz tried to take a look at Prowl's-... his... what was left of his helm. He winced internally when he saw the scratches that had been scored down the top, down the sides..

..the wounds were fresh, still. Dripping energon, and for a while given the size of the puddles on the floor.

"Prowler.. c'mon.. look at me." Warily, the mech reached a servo forward. Slowly, carefully.. so that Prowl knew it was him, and not one of them. Not a threat.

Thankfully, today wasn't one of the nightmare days.

And Prowl leaned forward, pressing his helm into Jazz's servos. Jazz closed his optics under his visor, willing himself not to lose it on the spot, because this was Prowl and they broke him. They broke him.

"Easy.. yeah, there we go." Jazz sat on the floor of the little room they'd given Prowl. Reinforced, so he wouldn't hurt himself or any others. The mech in front of Jazz didn't even flinch when he tried to wipe away the stains of energon.

"Heh.. that's it. There's my Prowler." Jazz murmured as Prowl let him clean, as he pulled a cloth from his subspace. He was good with pain. Always was. And he always knew when Jazz was trying to help.

"You're still in there.. aren't you?" Prowl looked into Jazz's optics, burning red meeting pale energon-blue. Jazz's tanks tightened with emotion when Prowl reached forward, placing one of his claws on Jazz's stabilizer.

It's you. It is you.

Please.. please, Prowler... ..Let it be you.

@keferon's empuratee prowl au has a chokehold on me. i couldn't get the image of prowl holding his own faceplate, staring down in mild recognition at something that used to be him. it feels so familiar and yet he can't understand why it's making him so emotional. he shouldn't be this way, he shouldn't be feeling anything.
