Some blogs state if a character if semi selective, highly selective or if they’re only there for story purposes. Characters who don’t have these notes are non-selective and can be approached freely. Semi-selective is often for characters who can be approached somewhat-freely if I know you and we discussed it, but I’ll either be new at them or often lack muse for them. Selective means that I’m unlikely to respond without prior discussion.
