Heck this even applies to the abyss dragons too! Durin was a sweetheart who didn't realise what he was doing and just wanted to have some fun with Dvalin. Elynas is LITERALLY A FATHER AND ACTS THE PART SO WELL. I have a screen recording of the entire conversation with Elynas and he's so kind and gentle. Literally not a single dragon is actually all that bad, they just keep getting fucked over by circumstance

by the way, lets talk about all the anti-dragon propaganda we heard at this point, like oh, when humans arrived they had to fight teyvat's natives bc dragons were so evil and refused to co-exist, dragon sovereigns were cruel tyrants who had to be killed or subdued blah blah

and then all actual dragons we meet are just like. people, and mostly good natured at that. dvalin is a sweetie. azhdaha was zhongli's best friend for centuries, and he mostly went mad bc humans were disturbing ley lines by mining mountains, so corrupted ley lines corrupted azhdaha too. apep was hostile at first bc she was corrupted by deshret, but she stops being aggressive once corruption healed and she was cooperative with dendro archon before. she's bitter, but like, that very understandable, given that she's one of the original sovereigns and she lived through humans eradicating her entire race. and neuvi is like. the gentlest, most reasonable and empathetic soul in the entire fontaine despite him feeling incredibly alienated. AND he immediately adopted an entire race of little eldritch freaks who were born out of abyss monster flesh, so much that he risked his own, very unstable, position in human society for them, while humans were the ones prejudiced against melusines. so like. down with celestia when

AHHHHH FINALLY!! I finished them designs including the logo of the au which I'm so proud of!!I did try my best to get a bit creative with the designs and doing my best to not lose the personality behind every character!

Kinda so proud of how home comes out so in this au he'd go by "Casino" since they gambling inside him LOL

Idk why but loved they idea of adding the bugs to this au like ok hear me out who hate those lovely BUGGYS??

I wanted to make Elyna as a official member to the casino in this au so yeah 🦦✨️

i wish caribert was alowed to have negative\conflicting emotions about his situation instead of just being a Jesus for hilichurls and dying sweetly and meekly for their sins :\

like when he was talking about wanting to know what it'd feel like to live a life for himself, i couldn't help but think about kaeya's monologue in his hangout, where he was angry at both the gods and his family, torn with loyalty and wanting to "walk off the stage", bc he realizes there is some terrible plan for him in the future. i wish caribert was allowed same level of complexity

unless being transformed into abyss creature just fully gets rid of all negative traits and this is why caribert, dvalin and elynas are all total sweethearts who never hate anyone even if they are hurt

Alberich clan putting terrible burden on their children with no explanation other than "you are last hope of our people" just to use them as sacrificial tools for their schemes, they really kept family tradition alive through all hundreds of years 👍
