"And that's exactly why I have to escort you all back to my domain. It isn't safe out here," The icy ninetales repeated, and shook his head. "I swear to Lady Lugia, you all must be of another dimension or amnesiacs like Elsera here. Or both. I've met some like that before."

He wipes his snowy canvas after tagging it with the emblem and continues to trudge along. Elsera senses his inner feelings shift.

Concern. Stress.

He was serious about this. He definitely wants you to be safe, but there's also a hint of urgency and duty too. Elsera wags her tail nonetheless, very enthusiastic about helping you at all.

I'd love to see some fanart of Elsera from @asksolsearchers!! My partner just started up this new blog with their first ever Absol OC and I think they deserve a little love for that. Plus Peaches has been really great about supporting me through the rough stuff I've been dealing with the last few weeks and I think they deserve a thank you for that too. <3

"That's right, you're more like a three-tales!" Elsera perked up, examining the bigger canine too.

"T-that's..." Boreus stammers, frozen more by the question than the everlasting snow. "....It's just my heritage. I'm not fully a Ninetales. Happy?"

Elsera hears the sound of his heartbeat rise and fall. His emotions enter clear into their mind, echoing. Surprise. Panic. Deception. But also... honesty? Elsera hums in thought about the contradicting emotions. What Boreus says and feels always don't seem to quite match up everytime they interact. Intrigued by this paradox, Elsera has completely moved on from remembering the painful memories relating to their missing parts.

The little absol initially recoils at the sight of both a Legendary and Mythical Pokemon in front of her. She studies the two - especially the Dialga - with a curious gaze for a moment before answering their questions.

“I don’t get what they mean either,” Boreus confides to you all.

The rolling of the ninetales’s eyes suggest that he’s heard this story plenty of times before. The absol only giggles under her breath and continues wagging her tail while following the other along.

The absol looks to the ground and starts tracing at the snow with their claw, reminiscing about their unusual “missing parts”.

“ This way, “ the blue fox urges, scanning all angles for any possible threat.

With Elsera skipping in tow, Boreus scouts on a little ahead. He appears more protective now that he realizes that these unexpected visitors are lost...

The two make their way towards the snowy mountains.

“Unless you were summoned here on official guild business by my highers ups or are on the registry, then you are not authorized to be here,” he sternly voices.

Elsera continues wagging her tail upon the sight of her companion. The Ninetales quickly assesses the unsolicted visitors with a watchful gaze. Muttering under his breath, there is a tiny audible, “.......Don’t get paid enough for this.”

“Is it freezing? It doesn’t feel cold to me.”

Unlike the previous visitors, Elsera does not bat an eye at the sight of the Lugia. It seems they don’t recognize the Legendary Pokemon nor realize they’re in the presence of one. However, someone else seems to be very aware...
