Hello,

Recently moved to Catalunya and I am trying to learn about flora that are indigenous to the region.

I have had a harder time trying to locate information about native plantings from local sources since I do not speak Català yet and my Castellano is limited.

Do you happen to know of good resources to learn more about this?

There's many publications about flora of Catalonia, but as you can imagine they are obviously written in Catalan. However, I have asked around and there are some resources that might be useful to you because they include the scientific name in Latin or images.

The citizen science association Flora Catalana has a catalogue of all flora in Catalonia including Northern Catalonia, Andorra, and La Franja de Ponent (you can collaborate with them sending more photos or even joining work groups, if you'd like). Their section on vascular plants includes the English names (not all of them though, but all have the scientific Latin name), and their sections on mosses and relations between plants and other organisms (relations, by host, by inquiline) doesn't have the English names but always has the scientific Latin ones.

@quimerathetraveler also pointed out some other useful ones. Banc de dades de biodiversitat de Catalunya by the University of Barcelona, which you can navigate through the map of Catalonia or via taxon.

Etnobotànica dels Països Catalans has this section with a list of the Catalan names for each species with the scientific Latin name, so that can help you in cases of translation.

The association Eixarcolant also works on the topic of flora, foraging and sustainable food. They publish only in Catalan, but they might be able to help you.
