I ran or led three (3) separate volunteer events this weekend, the monthlong Wikipedia backlog drive I spent weeks organizing is ongoing, and I got up stupid early before work this morning to go put out literal forest fires, only for one of my sub-literate homosexual colleagues to ask if I had “forgotten to dry my hair this morning”. OMG she is a fashion icon, anime lover, matchmaker, sweetest girl on earth, light of my life, little blorbo of my dreams...

and as for the show it was not what I expected at all!! idk if you know lockwood and co but I was kind of expecting a duplicate but it went in a completely different direction and was super good!! It kind of has it all AHFHD like goth gays, edwardian gays, cats, witches, ghosts, angst, scooby doo references, THE CUTEST PLATONIC GIRL BOY RELATIONSHIP, cool women, mainly poc cast, animated flashback segments, AND EVEN a very good soundtrack

For me, the platonic relationships were the star of the show NOT EVEN JUST THE ONE IM OBSESSED WITH but there were so many dynamics between characters I didn't expect and even just the kindness that the main characters give to others and the kindness they receive back? I don't know that I'm explaining it properly without spoilers LOL

In any case, I wholeheartedly recommend it

The fact that the cleanliness of one’s home environment affects mental health AND is affected by mental health seems like one of the most bullshit parts of adult life/independent living because ‘there will always be dishes’, etc. and that is true, BUT! what your feverish and depressed mind might struggle to realize is that, by logical extension, cleaning your shit even marginally can give you a +15 boost in energy and stamina after like. six minutes of dedicated effort.
