V: Princess of Northumbria [Young Princess Judith] - Judith grew up in Northumbria, as a Princess, and this is the verse that features that timeline.

V: Princess Judith [Vikings Seasons 2-4] - After she is to marry Aethelwulf, Judith moves to Wessex. She gives birth to her children, marries, finds some freedom and discovers many things about herself. 

V: Queen Judith [Post Ecbert’s reign - Season 5] - After Aethelwulf became King, Judith’s first taste of being Queen involves raising her boys in the swamps, before finally returning to a very different Wessex.  Survival sometimes means doing things you wouldn’t and choosing one child over another, no matter the consequences.

V: Judith [Modern Verse] - Judith likes to think of herself as a good mother, but motherhood hasn’t always been the easiest for her. She never kept that close in contact with her son’s father, and she married a man she didn’t love, to keep the lifestyle, she was accustomed to.  The last thing she expected was her teenage son to want to go live with his father, but she kept her head up, because she never let anyone get to her.

V: Prince Aethelwulf [Adult Prince Aethelwulf] - Prince Aethelwulf would be a warrior Prince, doing whatever his father King Ecbert needed. He’d be wedded to Princess Judith, although things were often far from perfect, between the two of them. 

V: King Aethelwulf [Aethelwulf as King] - King Ecbert is dead and Aethelwulf is King, but Wessex is a mess.  He spends his first years in the swamps and when they return, things are not how they left them. He wants to rebuild but his time is short.
