Piles, or hemorrhoids, are enlarged veins found either externally or internally around the anus. They are caused by increased pressure on the pelvic and rectal veins and are often related to constipation, diarrhea and straining to pass a stool. Piles affect over half the population by the age of 50. Piles can be rather painful and can make your daily life difficult and uncomfortable.

Causes of Piles
Piles develop when the supporting tissues of the anal cushions disintegrate or deteriorate. There are some causing factors for piles, including:
· being overweight
· regularly lifting heavy objects
· aging
· pregnancy and giving birth
· heredity
· constipation or chronic diarrhea
· faulty bowel function due to overuse of laxatives or enemas
· spending excessive periods of time on the toilet
An increase in intra-abdominal pressure during pregnancy or when constipated and sitting on the toilet for a prolonged period of time while straining are major contributing factors for the development of hemorrhoids. The weakening of supporting tissue as a result of aging and genetics may also serve as another cause.
Many dietary factors, including a low-fiber diet, spicy foods and alcohol intake, have been implicated as possible causes of hemorrhoids as well.
There are natural treatments for how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and starting there may help relieve these literal pains in the butt. The steps below will help you naturally treat piles; however, if you don't experience relief from piles within four to seven days, you should consult your physician.
How to Get Rid of Piles
1. Improve Your Diet
a) Eat High-Fiber Foods
To get rid of piles, it’s important that you avoid constipation and hard stool, which can be done by eating plenty of high-fiber foods. For how to get rid of hemorrhoids, the recommendation is 30–35 grams of fiber daily. Eat foods such as avocados, berries, figs, Brussels sprouts, acorn squash, beans, lentils, nuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and quinoa. High-fiber diets reduced the risk of persisting symptoms and bleeding by approximately 50 percent.
b) Drink Plenty of Water
Dehydration can lead to constipation because water or fluids are required for fiber to travel smoothly through the digestive tract. Many studies, including one published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, indicate that fluid loss and fluid restriction can increase constipation, which can worsen hemorrhoid symptoms. To relieve constipation drink at least one glass of water with each meal and snack of the day and get rid of piles/hemorrhoids.
c) Eat Fermented Foods
Fermented foods like kefir, kimchi, and raw, pastured yogurt can help provide the digestive system with healthy bacteria that are essential for proper elimination. Several studies have shown that fermented foods and probiotics improve intestinal tract health, synthesize and enhance the bioavailability of nutrients, modify gut pH, and aid digestion.
d) Limit Alcohol and Spicy Foods
Alcohol can be dehydrating and hard on the digestive system, making piles symptoms worse. Spicy foods can intensify the symptoms of hemorrhoids. Some studies show that both alcohol and spicy foods consumption serve as risk factors for hemorrhoids, although the data isn’t consistent. To be safe, limit these foods until the piles have cleared up.
2. Practice Better “Toilet Habits”
a) Avoid Straining
Straining during a bowel movement can be painful and make piles problems even worse. Don’t wait too long before going to the toilet. Pay attention to your body’s signals, and when you feel an urge to use the bathroom, go right away. Otherwise, the stool will become harder, and this will automatically make you push harder. When you’re at the toilet, take your time and relax your body.
b) Prevent Constipation
Constipation forces you to strain while using the bathroom, and that will increase the pain and inflammation of the piles. To avoid constipation, drink plenty of fluids, engage in regular physical activity and eat high-fiber foods that make stools softer. These are also how to get rid of hemorrhoids or prevent them in the first place.
c) Avoid Prolonged Sitting on the Toilet
Spending too much time on the toilet can worsen your piles. Don’t read or distract yourself while using the bathroom; this only leads to more time spent straining.
d) Clean Yourself Thoroughly
If the stool is left behind after you wipe, it can aggravate piles even more, which is why it’s important to cleanse yourself thoroughly after going to the bathroom. Do not, however, cleanse yourself too roughly or use soaps that contain harsh chemicals, alcohol or perfumes. Instead, use plain water to wipe yourself and then dry your bottom afterward. Asitz bath, which involves sitting in warm water for 10 minutes, twice daily, is helpful to patients with anal itching, aching or burning.
3. Take Helpful Supplements
a) Psyllium Husk
Psyllium husk is a natural source of pure fiber that’s sold in powder form. Studies suggest that plant fibers like psyllium husk can reduce the frequency of bleeding when using the bathroom and help avoid constipation or straining. Make sure to drink plenty of water when using psyllium husk.
A study on animal published (2011) in Digestive Diseases and Sciences found that psyllium husk has a gut-stimulatory and laxative effect on mice, and at higher doses it has antisecretory (reducing the normal rate of secretion of body fluid) and antidiarrheal activity.
b) Pycnogenol
A study (2010) published in Phytotherapy Research investigated the efficacy of orally and topically applied Pycnogenol for the management of acute piles attacks in a controlled, randomized study with 84 subjects. Within less than 48 hours of an attack, patients were enrolled and their signs and symptoms were scored. The decrease in scores was significantly more pronounced in the Pycnogenol group than in the control group given a placebo. The study indicates that oral and topical Pycnogenol helps to heal acute hemorrhoids.
c) Horse Chestnut
Horse chestnut is commonly used as an herbal remedy for poor blood flow and swelling. Horse chestnut has been shown to improve microcirculation, capillary flow and vascular tone, all of which are helpful for how to get rid of piles.
d) Witch Hazel
Witch hazel is a plant that’s used for its skin-healing, astringent and antioxidant properties. Topical application of witch hazel can help soothe piles by reducing inflammation and pain.
e) Butcher’s Broom
Butcher’s broom can help reduce swelling and inflammation of hemorrhoids. A 2002 study conducted in Germany found that butcher’s broom was an effective means of treatment for patients suffering from chronic venous insufficiency, a condition where the flow of blood through the veins is inadequate, causing the blood to pool.
4. Try Beneficial Essential Oils
a) Cypress Oil
Cypress essential oil stops excess blood flow and promotes the clotting of blood, due to its hemostatic and astringent properties. Cypress oil helps with the contraction of blood vessels, and it tightens tissues. It’s also known to reduce anxiety, which can help to relieve constipation for some people. Use cypress topically by adding three to four drops to a cotton ball and applying to the area of concern.
b) Helichrysum
Helichrysum essential oil helps stimulate the secretion of gastric juices that are needed to break down food and prevent digestive issues. It also serves as an anti-inflammatory agent when applied topically. To use helichrysum, rub two to three drops into the abdomen or area of inflammation.
Foods and herbal supplements that help relieve constipation can alleviate the symptoms of hemorrhoids. A high-fiber diet and drinking plenty of fluids are the most helpful dietary changes that you can make when it comes to how to get rid of hemorrhoids. Change in lifestyle and food habit gives relief to painful piles, however, if you don't experience relief from piles within four to seven days, you should consult your physician.

Good things to know about Cayenne Herbal Properties
The post Good things to know about Cayenne Herbal Properties appeared first on tx360EU® Nasal Applicator.
Good things to know about Cayenne Herbal Properties
Botanical Name: Capsicum frutescens/Capsicum spp. Common Names: Capsaicin, Chili Pepper, Red Pepper
Overview
Native Americans have used cayenne (or red pepper) as both food and medicine for at least 9,000 years. The hot and spicy taste of cayenne pepper is primarily due to an ingredient known as capsaicin. Although it tastes hot, capsaicin actually stimulates a region of the brain that lowers body temperature. In fact, many people in subtropical and tropical climates consume cayenne pepper regularly because it helps them tolerate the heat.
The popularity of cayenne pepper has spread throughout the world, and it has become an important spice, particularly in Cajun and Creole cooking, and in the cuisines of Southeast Asia, China, Southern Italy, and Mexico. As well as being an important spice in many ethnic cuisines, cayenne has also been used in traditional Indian Ayurvedic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean medicines as a remedy for digestive problems, appetite stimulation, muscle pain, and frostbite. Today, topical preparations of cayenne are used in the United States and Europe primarily to relieve pain associated with certain conditions such as arthritis, shingles (Herpes zoster), and cancer. Capsaicin is also a key ingredient in many personal defense sprays.
Pain Control
Capsaicin in cayenne pepper has very powerful pain-relieving properties when applied to the surface of the skin. Laboratory studies have found that capsaicin relieves pain by destroying a chemical known as substance P that normally carries pain messages to the brain. This appears to be true when applied topically for the following conditions:
Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis, as well as joint or muscle pain from other causes. Shingles and other painful skin conditions; pain from shingles can continue to recur even after the skin blisters have disappeared. Capsaicin may help this latter pain, which is called post-herpetic neuralgia, as well, but not all studies agree and the research is somewhat limited. Whether your post-herpetic neuralgia improves or disappears using capsaicin may be very individual. Check with your healthcare provider to see it is safe and appropriate for you to try this topical treatment.
Chronic headaches, including Cluster headaches (a severe one-sided headache that tends to occur in clusters, happening repeatedly every day at the same time for possibly several weeks); for this purpose the capsaicin is placed inside the nose. Pain from Peripheral Neuropathy (nerve damage experienced in the feet and/or legs) due to diabetes; peripheral neuropathy pain from human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), however, does not seemed to be relieved from capsaicin. Low back pain: Homeopathic gels of capsaicin are available for this purpose. Capsaicin, however, is not generally considered a first-line homeopathic remedy for low back pain because other homeopathic remedies have fewer side effects. Toothache Psoriasis
Capsaicin cream can reduce itching and inflammation associated with psoriasis (a chronic skin disease that generally appears as patches of raised red skin covered by a flaky white buildup).
Weight loss
Capsaicin is also considered a thermogenic substance, which means that it allows you to burn more calories from food, particularly when eating a high fat meal. For this reason, some weight loss supplements contain capsaicin. There are no studies examining the safety and effectiveness of capsaicin for helping people lose weight, however.
Plant Description
Cayenne is a shrub that grows in subtropical and tropical climates. Its fruit grows into long pods that turn red, orange, or yellow when they ripen. The fruit is eaten raw or cooked, or is dried and powdered into the spice that has been used for centuries in certain meals and medicines.
What’s It Made Of?
Capsaicin is the most active ingredient in cayenne, but other important ingredients include carotenoids, vitamins A and C, and flavonoids.
Precautions
The use of herbs is a time-honored approach to strengthening the body and treating disease. Herbs, however, contain active substances that can trigger side effects and that can interact with other herbs, supplements, or medications. For these reasons, herbs should be taken with care, under the supervision of a practitioner knowledgeable in the field of botanical medicine.
Wash hands well after use and avoid touching the eyes. Cayenne does not dissolve easily in water, so vinegar should be used to remove this substance from the skin. Capsaicin cream may cause an itching, burning sensation on the skin, but these symptoms tend to subside quickly. It is best to test capsaicin cream on a small area of the skin before extended use. If it causes irritation, or if symptoms do not resolve after 2 to 4 weeks, discontinue use. Do not to use capsaicin with a heating pad and do not to apply capsaicin cream immediately before or after hot showers.
Capsaicin capsules may cause stomach irritation.
People who are allergic to latex, bananas, kiwi, chestnuts, and avocado may also have an allergy to peppers.
It is considered safe for use during pregnancy, but it is not known whether the spicy compounds are transferred through breastfeeding. For this reason, nursing mothers should be very cautious about using cayenne.

Pregnant women eat what is good for the fetus intelligence, improve intelligence, recipes three principles
What do pregnant women eat? What does pregnant woman eat to fetal intelligence good? Study on modern eugenics experts advocate healthy pregnancy Zengzhi recipe is gradually forming, which may be conducive to the healthy development of your baby smart. Then let's see what pregnant women eat during pregnancy to promote fetal brain development.
There are two stages in pregnancy: the 3 peak stages of brain cell development (early pregnancy, the middle and late stages of pregnancy, and 3 months after birth). To this end, the experts advocate eugenics "intellectual recipes" came into being during pregnancy. Maybe it'll work for you to make a smart baby.
Three principles of intelligent diet
1. comprehensive principle, the human brain is mainly composed of lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins (B, C, E) and calcium and other nutrients. Nutritional intake must be comprehensive. Nutritionists recommend eating 40 kinds of food a day, or at least 14 more.
2., the study of the principle of balance confirmed that when the amount of fat intake accounted for 30% of the total heat energy, protein accounted for 15%, carbohydrates accounted for about 55%, the body will reach a good balance. As far as fat is concerned, it is better to do the balance between saturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids, i.e., 1 to 1: 1. As for the two elements of calcium and phosphorus, the optimum proportion is 2: 1. However, life to be so detailed, it is difficult to operate, as long as you have done a wide range of eating food, not a partial eclipse, not picky eaters, it is almost the same.
The 3. principle of nature, that is, from natural food to select the food for fetal intelligence outstanding contribution, as the main structure of the three meals. Here is a list of the rice, millet, corn, red beans, black beans, walnuts, sesame seeds, red dates, black fungus, mushroom, kelp, seaweed, peanuts, quail egg, meat, chicken, fish, strawberry, kumquat, apples, bananas, kiwi, lemon, celery, bell pepper, lotus root, tomato, carrot, quail, nuts, grapes, longan etc..
Vegetable food has extraordinary efficacy
Research data show: a plant-based diet for pregnant women, babies may be relatively small, but strong bones, cortical sulci and gyri of brain due to adequate nutrition and increased the amount of cerebral sulci are more rugged and carnivorous; pregnant infant physique is not the same, may be larger, but the cerebral cortex sulcus less. And the number of the brain channel directly affects the child's intelligence, and the more the channel, the greater the amount of memory storage, the longer the memory.
Lecithin is unique
Adequate lecithin can increase the speed and accuracy of information transmission, which is particularly valuable for the developing brain. Because of this, Europe and the United States and other countries pay great attention to pregnant women's lecithin supplement. Pregnant mothers may be taken from soy, egg yolks, walnuts, nuts, meat and animal offal and other foods.
Iodine is a clever element
Fetal development (including brain development) relies on the maternal supply of sufficient thyroxine, which is an important raw material for the synthesis of thyroxine. If the pregnant mother diet lack of iodine rich foods, will lead to insufficient synthesis of both maternal thyroxine, brain tissue affects the normal development of the fetus, birth
Nuts refuel the fetal brain
Dried fruits contain rich unsaturated fatty acids, which can provide sufficient building materials for fetal brain development".
Walnuts are rich in brain components, phospholipids, can be used as a preferred snack. Adding proper amount of salt eaten raw or cooked to eat, but also with barley, chestnuts and other cooked porridge to eat.
Peanut protein content is as high as 30%, nutrition can be compared with eggs, milk, lean meat, and easily absorbed by the human body. Can be together with soybean stew, or together with lotus seed porridge or Steamed Rice, but not fried.
Melon seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and watermelon seeds are the rich deposits of unsaturated fatty acids. Cooked or cooked.
The seed with vitamins (A, E) and the human body is rich in essential fatty acids. Eaten raw or made into delicious Sauteed Sweet Corn with Pine Nuts can.
Hazelnuts can be eaten alone or crushed, mixed with ice cream or cereal
Interference with early pregnancy reactions
Early pregnancy is one of the critical periods that determine a child's intelligence. But it is a pity that this moment, many pregnant mother will encounter this stumbling block in early pregnancy reaction. However, there are two strategies that can reduce this interference to the lowest possible level.
From 1. to 6 months before pregnancy, which work on meals diet, pay attention to protein and other nutrients, especially vitamins such as folate intake, nutrition for a certain amount of reserves in the body, can make up for the shortfall caused by the early response of nutrition.
2., for the child's health, pregnant mother should try to play a subjective initiative to overcome the first trimester response. Such as taking "eat less", "eat more", "spit" and "eat" method, often change cooking patterns, choose more intellectual food, so as to maintain normal nutrition intake

Piles, or hemorrhoids, are enlarged veins found either externally or internally around the anus. They are caused by increased pressure on the pelvic and rectal veins and are often related to constipation, diarrhea and straining to pass a stool. Piles affects over half the population by the age of 50.
Weakening of supporting tissue as a result of aging and genetics may also serve as another cause.
Eat foods such as avocados, berries, figs, Brussels sprouts, acorn squash, beans, lentils, nuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds and quinoa.
Fermented foods like kefir, kimchi and raw, pastured yogurt can help provide the digestive system with healthy bacteria that are essential for proper elimination.
Spicy foods can intensity the symptoms of hemorrhoids.
Otherwise the stool will become harder, and this will automatically make you push harder.
If stool is left behind after you wipe, it can aggravate piles even more, which is why it’s important to cleanse yourself thoroughly after going to the bathroom.
A 2011 animal study published in Digestive Diseases and Sciences found that psyllium husk has a gut-stimulatory and laxative effect on mice, and at higher doses it has antisecretory (reducing the normal rate of secretion of a body fluid) and antidiarrheal activity.
b) Pycnogenol
A 2010 study published in Phytotherapy Research investigated the efficacy of orally and topically applied Pycnogenol for the management of acute piles attacks in a controlled, randomized study with 84 subjects. Within less than 48 hours of an attack, patients were enrolled and their signs and symptoms were scored. The decrease in scores was significantly more pronounced in the Pycnogenol group than in the control group given placebo.
