The cold front is making progress across the East. Much needed rain is coming East but may dry out coming over the mountains. Rafael will cross Cuba and move into the Gulf tomorrow. Rafael will most likely be hit with shear this weekend and never really impact the US. Snow is falling in Denver, heavy snow with over a foot will hit southern Colorado.
