A Tennessee man previously accused of a deadly shooting that police say sparked a multi-day killing spree in Memphis is now charged with two more murders, officials said Wednesday.

Incident Details

According to a police affidavit, at least three witnesses saw Kelly shoot Tunstall at around 1:00 am on Sept. 7. Clark and Parker were killed later that day as Kelly drove through Memphis, live-streaming some of his and prominent officers' activities on a citywide manhunt, police said. Police said three other people were injured in the shooting. The prosecution accuses Kelly of attempted first-degree murder and more than 20 other counts, including reckless danger with a deadly weapon, act of terrorism, property theft and evasion of arrest. Kelly didn't plead for Tunstall's murder. Jennifer Case, Kelly's attorney, did not immediately respond to a call to comment on the new allegations and declined to comment on the first murder charge to the Associated Press. The shooting prompted police to warn residents to take shelter on the spot, close a baseball stadium and college campus, and stop public bus service. Kelly was arrested after crashing a stolen car while fleeing the police. Relatives told The Associated Press that Parker was a mother of three who worked as a medical assistant at a clinic near West Memphis, Arkansas. #EzekielKelly was all smiles after being arrested for going on a shooting spree in Memphis MEMPHIS, Tennessee -- A 19-year-old man who police said was driving around the city of Memphis and shooting at people has been arrested, police said. Ezekiel D. Kelly was taken into custody Wednesday night. Before Kelly's arrest, police took to social media to warn residents of the 19-year-old, "who is responsible for multiple shootings, " and for reportedly sharing it on Facebook. Kelly carjacked several vehicles, wounding the owners as he stole their car. Memphis police first reported that he was in a silver Infiniti with a red dealer tag and a blown out back window. He then commandeered a  grey Toyota SUV with Arkansas plates. The DeSoto County Sheriff's office spotted him driving near I-55 and Stateline Road in Arkansas, but he was again seen back in the #Memphis area a short time later. He carjacked a Dodge Challenger in Southaven, according to the sheriff's office, but wrecked in Whitehaven at Ivan and Hodge roads about 9:15.
