I remember drawing these as a way to place my head cannons for these guys. They're old by now and some are outdated but hey it works.

CLOUD TOWER!

༄ ‧₊ This is an alternative universe of our favorite "pizza tower". I can tell you for sure, the personality traits of some characters have been changed, which I think is logical. The universe does not just change the appearance and environment of the characters, but also the situation, the relationships between the characters and so on. There is NO clear antagonist, the characters are not divided into "bad" and "good". IMPORTANT DETAIL! No one is negative towards each other! Keep this in mind.

"The three friends consisting of Peppino, Gustavo and Mr. Stick find themselves in a cloud kingdom, or as it is commonly called, the «Dream Kingdom». This is a place where there is an eternally calm atmosphere, a pleasant, harmonious melody for the ear with notes stretching out as if light as a feather. Keyboard instruments, brass, strings. At night, stars shine over the island, resembling a gold bar. You can take them right in your hands, feeling the sharp edges and smooth surface, as if this is the very star that is hung on the Christmas tree. In this place, the spirit of magic, fairy tales about fantasy, simple children's stories, a lullaby that your mother reads to you reigns. Delicate pink and orange clouds blow on you from behind while you admire this view."

Peppino, Gustavo and Mr. Stick do not change their personalities and remain the same as in the original version of the game. BRICK - This is one of Cloudhead's sheep, who showed great interest in Gustavo as soon as he saw him. Not much to say, but he… Sleeps very softly. Yeah. PEPPERMAN - Now this is STARMAN (Also nicknamed Starlet by Cloudface). The main artist of the kingdom and part-time best friend of Cloudface. Many of the paintings in the castle are his. The character has not changed much, but I would say that he is more shy in his work, and among the paintings of the BEAUTIFUL himself, there are many landscapes, portraits and so on. The guy often shows interest in other types of art, but as soon as he sees that someone else is better at it (especially his best friend), his hands drop sharply. A strong sense of envy, I would say. VIGILANTE - A loyal guardian of the kingdom. One of the few people Cloud can trust to guard the entrance to his chambers (which are a very important place to him).

THE NOISE & NOISETTE - Moon and Sun, Yin and Yang. Just a cute couple like in the game, lol. FAKE PEPPINO - A hallucination of Peppino that haunts him after a terrible sleep disorder. What's weird is that others can see him too, but this is a fantasy world so pffft. PIZZAHEAD - His new name is Cloudhead! He's a sheep herder who is also Cloudface's son. He's the first one to notice Peppino in the dream kingdom when he was fast asleep on one of his sheep. He's less annoying here, if that's what you could call him. A kind soul with a very calm personality, albeit an overly positive one.

PIZZAFACE — Cloudface or Cloud for short. The star of this au, I guess… Basically, he was the first one to be created, and others were created in his image. He is the king of this cloud island and also part-time the one who gives you pleasant gentle dreams at night. I mean, he rarely and little sleeps, which is why his head is spinning a little. An ardent character, mood swings. Despite all this, he is quite a caring and gentle person, friendly, although these traits of his character may not always hover on the surface.

Cloud has a concept with a body in principle, so I'll throw it in here too. Damm… That's all from me.

Working on a PT AU named Megacorps!! c:

ok so basically this is the Megacorps AU where it takes 10 years after the events of the tower. To put it shortly, instead of Pizzaface being the big bad, it's actually Noise who's the big bad after he decided to rebuild NTV (and made sure Pizzaface doesn't come back). This AU does take a capitalist route where Peppino's reason to taking down NTV is basically it's a monopoly that's driving his pizzeria into the bankruptcy (since any potential customer is going to NTV instead of Peppino's Pizzeria because their businesses are literally right across the street from each other)

There's really isn't too much of a different except now there being 6 bosses (Noise included), and being more lore heavy, and the also the fact that Noise is basically wearing black airforces in this au too. There's a lot more I wanted to post, like the Noiseys, but I'm already posting a lot in one post. So, hopefully I'll make a future post. I do want to turn this into a series especially now i got a storyboard ready, but ermm... im still deciding.

Romance headcanons ;)

Peppino: Nervous wreck at first. Can barely complete a sentence without stuttering. He eventually does come out of his shell and turns into a complete gentleman. Will buy you flowers, cook a heart-shaped pizza, buy you a plush (with what little money he has). He's not too keen on touch until later on, then he's a teddy bear. He loves holding hands. He always tells you how much you mean to him and how he feels safe with you.

Gustavo: Another gentleman. Starts easy with compliments. Really listens and gets to know you well. He'll do small things that mean a lot like getting you your favorite coffee with a million different flavors like you like. He's a huge snuggle bug. Always wants a hug. He headbutts your shoulders as a silly way of showing affection. He loves to give pecks on the cheek. Has to fight off Brick at times as Brick can get incredibly jealous. Eventually, Brick will adore you just as much as Gustavo does.

Mr. Stick: Big mushy flustered mess. Gets pretty nervous when it comes to love. Has the same romantic experience as a high schooler. Cheesy, but sweet. Will get you a giant bouquet of flowers. Not the biggest hugger, but will snuggle up to you during a movie and fall right asleep. Will deny his feelings for a long time before admitting to anything. Will put his hand on your shoulder as a small way of showing affection. After a while, he will vocalize his feelings and turn into a big softie.

Pepperman: Overconfident and cocky. *Tips fedora* m'lady type of guy, you know? Will ask you to model for him while he paints you but ends up staring at you the whole time. Big hugs, likes getting kisses on the cheek. Materialistic, loves buying you things and love when you buy him things. Can be a bit overwhelming but respects it when you set boundaries.

The Vigilante: Old style gentleman. Will gently kiss the top of your hand. Relatively confident when it comes to romance despite not having much experience. Wants to take you out to dinner dates. Doesn't really like movies too much. He would rather take you to the farm and show off his legacy. The ghost of his peepaw might make fun of him a bit in a loving way, then he continues to tell you all about when Vigi was a baby (embarrassing stories that make Vigi blush).

The Noise: Overconfident and cocky at first. He acts all cool and tough. Once he falls for you, he's head over heels. He melts for you. He gets super flustered at times, especially when giving or receiving affection. Not a fan of PDA because he turns into a bashful mess and doesn't want to be seen that way. After a while, he gets a bit cocky again while also being a flustered mess. He bites to show affection. He also loves to play fight or tease you for something silly. Secretly loves affection.

Noisette: Giddy and giggly. She likes to tease and play with you. She might boop you on the nose or poke you a bunch of times. Loves to play fight. She might randomly burst out in a game of tag. Usually doesn't make the first move unless you're too nervous. Loves loves LOVES any and all affection. Loves hugs, kisses, cuddles, hand holding, etc. Loves movie dates, dinner dates, would even love to go on a hiking date as long as she gets to spend time with you.

Fake Peppino: (So this one is difficult for me as I don't see him as romanceable, so I'll write more of how he shows platonic love and affection. Sorry if yall ship him with anybody.) Big old baby! Loves affection but is finicky about who can give it to him. Loves his cheekies rubbed. Licks to show affection much like a dog would. Will rub his head on you like a cat. Will make lil noises of happiness when you talk to him lovingly. Likes his head, face, and back rubbed the most. Will bring you dead things (birds, mice, etc) as presents. Gets sad when you tell him those are not good presents.

Skipping Pizzaface sorry idk how that would work with him

Pizzahead: LOVES to be spoiled, whether it be with affection or presents. He's silly and goofy, always joking around with you. He's big in affection. He would stitch himself you your side if you would let him (but you won't). Will OBSESS over you instantly. It doesn't take long for him to fall in love. Wants to spend all of his time with you. Wants to make clones of you so he can have a million of you at once. Loves to wrap his arms around you as much as he can stretch them.

Pillar John: Charmer, big sweetheart. Can be a bit bashful at times, especially when you give him a compliment. Loves the idea of bonding over food; dinner dates and movie dates (he will buy all the snacks they have). Likes to goof around and laugh. Big jolly guy overall. Likes affection but is made of stone, so it's a bit uncomfortable. However, he does like rubs especially on his back and shoulders.

Gerome: Quiet, stoic. A bit emotionally unavailable... at least at first. He'll eventually grab your hand and hold it. He likes quiet time together. His preferred date would be a picnic as you watch the sunset. He's quiet and soft-spoken... But that just makes it more special when he compliments you or holds your hand. Will get you your favorite candy but act all casual about it as if he wasn't thinking of you the entire time. Not super affectionate overall, but will make sure you know that he loves likes you.

What if Pizza Tower WAS a 90's cartoon?

Because of Pizza Tower's whole "aesthetic" and such, it's so extremely fun for me to just imagine it as one of those old 90's cartoons. (Especially when seeing art from people creating fake screenshots, and blogs like @pizzatowerepisodes full of ideas of episodes this hypothetical Pizza Tower show could have had.)

In some other universe, I like to imagine it was a 90's show LMAO And just for fun,,, I have some ideas as to what it could have been like

1: It would have DEFINITELY been a Cartoon Network show. No doubt about it. It's hilarious to imagine some of the Pizza Tower cast in those old CN bumpers. Pizza Tower would have been one of those shows a bit too edgy to go somewhere like Nickelodeon, and I imagine it would sometimes have those "HOW DID THEY GET AWAY WITH THAT" moments lol. It would have been a really meta show too, lots of fourth wall breaks. Think of Chowder! Like the game too, it would have had pretty smooth hand-drawn animation. Maybe the show even got popular enough it got an incredible video game.

2: The story of the cartoon... I'm not entirely sure how it would go. But maybe... Pizza Tower stars Peppino Spaghetti, a struggling italian pizza chef running his restaurant while dealing with the shenanigans he and the other characters get into, maybe the Pizza Tower beside his restaurant moving in and that's how all the cast got here and started bothering him, until season 2 they finally get into the story where Pizzaface finally decides to blow up Peppino's restaurant and a whole season is mostly focused on episodes of Peppino in the tower trying to save his restaurant. (Do you think the song for the intro of this season would be Pizza Mayhem LMAO)

3: After the intro song, the "Pizza Tower" title appears with two of the infamous purple TV's next to it. One says "Created by (insert creator name here)" and the other one has Peppino in it, where he says something unique every episode! Sometimes, another character may appear there, but it's usually Peppino. Really rough basic sketch haha. I could see it with like a darkened purple brick background, maybe a slimy pizza on the ground.

4: At the end of every episode, before the credits, you get a minisode of NTV! Probably like 3 minutes of Noise's own show, being like "Who wants to watch a show about a pizza chef?? Watch MY show!" With some new topic every minisode. Maybe Noisette even takes over one episode! This is kind of like the thing they do after every Scaredy Squirrel episode if you've seen that.

5: This show DEFINITELY created some memes.

6: The season 2 in the tower is when Fake Peppino and Pizzahead would be introduced, Fake Pep becoming a new member of the cast and Pizzahead being the plot twist character after popping out of Pizzaface.

7: Whoever voices The Noise would be having way too much fun.

8: Two options for Snotty.

a) Always dies somehow but comes back the next episode

b) There's a whole episode dedicated to Peppino accidentally killing Snotty

......

I think the funniest crossover ever would be Pizza Tower and Devil May Cry. We got one anxious pizza joint owner, Peppino Spaghetti, who would pummel someone with his bare fists while going at Mach 4 like a maniac. Then there's the wahoo half devil pizza man, Dante Sparda, that hunts demons for a living and has major family drama.

Dante would be such a common visitor to this strange pizza joint for two reasons. One is the pizza is actually good. Two Peppino practically the most interesting person he has ever met. Dante is convinced that this man got demon heritage from seeing him beat the shit out of any demons who try wreck the joint.

Hell there is a gooey doppelganger he seen multiple times with an apparent appetite for demon meat, living pizza toppins who dance around and another chef that rides on a giant ass rat. Peppino meanwhile just glad Dante pays for his massive amount of food(thank Vergil whose tired of his little brother's tab lifestyle. He does the funds.) He still doesn't know how this guy with the big ass sword even found his shop.

I got even funnier yet wholesome crack thought in the form of Nero being adopted by Peppino. He magically disappears from the orphanage doors and instead pops up outside the diner. Peppino is fucking confused as he just finished closing up his new restaurant only to find a baby. (DMC and PT are separate worlds that can be accessed through particular areas.)

Cue instant panic since who the hell would leave a baby here?! He can't exactly leave the kid here as there is no place to take him anywhere. Thus the start of reluctant dad Peppino and Nero Ink Spaghetti with special guest uncle Gustavo!

It was definitely a struggle raising a baby alongside running a pizza joint but our anxious man manages to do it. Peppino is an absolute happy crier when it comes to Nero's big accomplishments. Especially making his first pizza by himself as he definitely teaches our quarter devil how to cook.

Although Peppino hates the Noise a lot more than him being a usual nuisance. He can handle the mean pranks when it's on him but his son? You can thank one notorious mishap with the Noise that awakened a 10 year old Nero's Devil Trigger.

The kid was absolutely a fucking wreck when it happen not because he have no clue on his heritage nor demons completely. It's how Peppino would react as the man who raised him like a son is a massive ball of PTSD from being a retired war veteran. The man definitely got spooked when his kid burst into flames.

Nero being able to change into some kind of devil wouldn't make Peppino reject him though. This was just another side that everyone would have to get used too but yeah. Peppino definitely hates the Noise with passion after this incident.

Nero's first adventure actually doesn't start in Devil May Cry 4 but instead Pizza Tower which takes place a year before it. Due to Pizzaface antics, father and son got separated for quite awhile. Taking on the various levels of each floor before finally reuniting at Fake Peppino's boss stage: Bruno's Pizza.

Nero stole a random sword on Floor 1 and a gun from Floor 2 as he doesn't has his official gear yet. (He steals that from SWORD while at Fortuna.) Pizza Tower could be considered a perfect playground to figure his own abilities than just Devil Trigger. That and final boss tag team as both were completely done with Pizzaface at that point.

Now things around the diner absolutely changed a bit afterwards. Fake Peppino, Peppy, moved in without warning although Nero wasn't that offput unlike his dad. He absolutely pulled the 'Clone = New Kid' card on Peppino as the Toppins were practically adopted too from how fond said man is with them. (Those little guys taunt whenever Peppino does too!)

Ending up on Fortuna can be considered a Hell Portal in the wrong place at the wrong time. Or it shows up inside Peppino's Diner which practically leads Peppino, Nero, Gustavo, Brick, and Pep to get dragged in devilish shenanigans. You can bet your ass everyone was so fucking befuddled by these newcomers.

Dante the most as he had a feeling who Nero is but not the strange man who piledrived a Balrog with sheer strength and speed. Did Peppino think the half devil is his son's relative? Absofuckinglutely. White hair, can go Devil Time(what he calls Devil Trigger) and the obviously cultish spiel about this 'Sons of Sparda' was enough.

He would've torn into Dante if the man didn't admit to being clueless. (Vergil nor his other halves are safe though. Even V is getting suplexed.) Peppino and Pep do rip Dante a new one when he decides to call Nero deadweight. You don't insult their son/older brother without an ass kicking.

Our Pizza Tower makeshift family get involved in Devil May Cry 5 when Nero didn't call them back for awhile. He had decided to work under Dante so he could get to understand his family heritage better. Nero still calls and visits when he can even bringing Kyrie along.

Peppino did cry upon finding out the two became a couple like the proud dad he is. Kyrie gets quite well with Pep and thinks the Toppins are adorable little fellows. Now I can't forget about Vergil.

You can bet your ass it was fucking awkward when he found out not only Nero is his son but considers this weirdass anxious man as his father. Peppino loathes Vergil to no end especially with the arm cutting to get Yamato. The older Sparda doesn't visit the diner for awhile since Pep would try to tear him apart since he's just as vengeful. Fake Peppino likes the taste of demon flesh btw.

It took some time before things could smooth over between both parties. Now if only Dante and Vergil behave than try to kill each other near his restaurant. Peppino's Diner practically has a two way portal between both worlds due to the Hell Portal in the restaurant incident. (It's in the basement behind a closed door.)

The Devil May Cry crew do visit frequently thanks to that. Mainly Dante since the pizza is not only good but cheaper too. If a demon tries to slip through than Peppino will beat the shit out of it. Also he probably got a Devil Arm shaped like a pizza cutter now that I think about it.

Then again, Peppino's Diner never be the same after a little baby with white hair showed up at the doors. What do you guys think? For now enjoy this little jam.

Opinion on all the bosses from. The tower?

Pepperman: except for Rottie they're not that interested in him, she's the only one who can stand half his ramblings.

Vigilante: somewhat familiar with him. Pina thinks it's funny to rile him up but Curdis is the closest to him.

Noise: pretty familiar with him, not on the best terms since they keep biting and stealing from him. (Pina and Rottie especially)

Fake Peppino: extremely close to him, even calling him uncle Beppe since he's the one mainly watching them while Peppino is busy.

Pizzaface: responsible for half the nightmares they have.

Pizzahead: responsible for the other half.

- Noisette is french (EWWW) this hc got picked up by an ask blog and I always thought her voice would be sooo funny highpitched eith a dumb accent i love noisette!!!!!!!!!

- She’s besties with literally everyone in the tower! theres nobody she hasn’t friended or got to know. Whether is painting and stretching her creative muscle with Pepperman, learning how to sharpshoot with Vigilante, bombarding Noise with hugs and kisses while she tries to film commercials and even help Fake Peppino make the perfect pizza. Or being the counterweight to Pizzahead’s terrible and irrational decision making, she’s doin it all with a cute little smile.

- To everyone’s dismay, she loves to bake and cook, even if her food is terrible and gross and gives people turbo diarrhea. but once in a blue moon she makes amazing baked treats.

- She carries around her huge ass hammer within her hammerspace, mainly to protect herself if any fools try to make trouble! Especially in her cafe!!!

- She doesn’t have very good social cues, and she tends to infodump a lot! especially about Noise or new recipes she’s thinking of trying… Vigi doesn’t mind this at all when he gets his morning coffee, he thinks its mighty sweet

- Y’know that one background in Fastfood Saloon where Noisette was playing cards with Pizzaface? Yeah. She was winning, Usually she says she’s just kinda guessing while they play but she’s secretly a god at cards.

- Noisette’s favorite outfit is her in her usual pink overalls, its a huge comfort for her as she loves flowy and light clothes.

- Noisette is very sensitive to loud or repeating noises, stuff like metal pans clanging or thunder. But also glass wiping, pen clicking or chairs squeaking. It puts her on edge and irritated, one part from the autism and one from her highly sensitive bunny ears…

Yes it probably makes more sense to make either sausage or false peppino cause of the fake peppino stuff but you can’t tell me Jimmy and Fwhip aren’t already Peppino and the Noise

But serious explanations for each of them

Jimmy as Peppino: Both Jimmy and Peppino are in a bit of financial trouble and both are rather angry and anxious people.

Pix as Gustavo: To be honest this was a hard choice. Jimmy doesn’t really have any allies at the moment besides Joel, and the latest episode makes it clear that Jimmy doesn’t particularly like Pix despite how neutral he is. But for reasons I’ll explain below Joel fits Mr. Stick much better. The reason I picked Pix was partially because of his animal sidekick, and also because of how on the last floor Gustavo glares at Peppino when he gets close so clearly the two aren’t best friends anyway.

Joel as Mr. Stick: I picked Joel for Mr. Stick because of the fact you have to pay him to get boss gates. Joel clearly has a thing for money because of his gold addiction, and though jimmy hasn’t directly asked Joel any favors I can imagine that Joel would want payment in someway if Jimmy ever did ask. Especially if it was against someone like Lizzie.

Lizzie as Pepperman: When picking the bosses I chose people who Jimmy had very defined rivalries against. Of the people, Lizzie is one of the least threatening, which makes her perfect for a first boss.

Scott as The Vigilante: Scott and Jimmy don’t have as much of a clear rivalry as others, but it’s clear there’s tension because of the bridge and because of Scott’s lack of respect for him. He was chosen as the vigilante partly because of his tendency for crime and partly for being stronger than Lizzie, but not as strong as the people coming next.

Fwhip as The Noise: As I said before, Jimmy and Fwhip already have a dynamic like Peppino and the Noise. Used to be a duo in someway (the peppino and noise comics) but now are deep rivals. Fwhip is a pretty strong fighter despite being a jokester which also plays into his assigned role.

Skipping fake peppino cause that’s self explanatory

Sausage as Pizzaface: At first this is kind of a weird pick. But the reason I picked sausage to be pizzaface is because I imagine that instead of it being the real sausage, the reveal of pizzahead would show that it was instead bratwurst. Bratwurst is clearly one of, if not the strongest person on the server, which makes him being in the place of the final boss fitting. Bratwurst also would want to destroy someone’s career for the fun of it like pizzahead so-

All right, now for AU lore!

In this timeline, Peppino actually hits rock bottom to the point where either he has to starve himself to make ends meet, become homeless, or resort to more… unsavory methods to get by. Out of options (and subtly prodded in the right direction by mental suggestions from a certain ghost), Peppino breaks into the tall stone tower not far from his pizzeria, looking for something he can pawn to get some spare cash. Once inside, he soon discovers he's not alone, and if he wants out of this alive, he'll have to defeat various lawmen, rival crooks, and the leader of the Tower itself: the mighty Vigilante!

Two of the first people he encounters are Gustavo and Mr. Sticks. Mr. Sticks has already faced the Vigilante's wrath before and wants Peppino to do the dirty work for him. Great. Gustavo meanwhile came to the Tower looking for adventure, and he sure finds it! In addition to helping Peppino out, he encounters a wild rat that no one has been able to ride. They got the saddle on him, but he's stubborn. Gustavo decides that he's going to be the one to tame this rat, with… mixed results. He only wears the cowboy getup after Peppino arrives on the second floor.

What Peppino doesn't know is how exactly Vigi took charge of the Tower. It started out like the canon timeline: with Pizzaface invading the Tower, and some of the residents' best fighters, Vigi and his Grandpapy included, trying and failing to stop him. However this time, despite Grandpapy's better judgment, he allowed Pepperman and Snotty to come along for the ride. Pizzaface caught John and cursed him, and the four made one last-ditch attempt to defeat him.

Vigi was the only survivor.

If it had just been Grandpapy, Vigi would have shut down and submitted out of grief. But this time… something snapped. Vigi let loose one final, furious barrage, and before Pizzaface could react, he was destroyed. But the encounter changed something in Vigi. While he was still somewhat himself… something wasn't quite right.

On the first floor, Peppino fights "Pepperman" like normal, but in his second phase, he becomes something terrifying. After the second floor fight with "Grandpapy and Snotty," it's clear that Vigi replaced the trio with Fakes, and has gaslit himself into believing that they're the real ones. The spirit that led Peppino to the Tower was none other than Grandpapy himself, desperately trying to get his grandson to accept the truth.

But even in this universe, Peppino just can't avoid the Noise! Noise himself broke into the Tower to film a heist scene for one of his movies; something that Vigilante did not take kindly. As punishment, Noise is not allowed to leave the Tower. Vigi and Noisette still get along well though, but she won't listen when he tells her that Noise is bad news. That rat man has never done a thing to hurt her, after all!

The thing is, however, that Vigi never saw Pizzahead emerge from the wreckage of the mech. So how would he know that the eager stranger who helped him forge the robotic villain into his mighty steed was actually plotting his downfall? Especially when he helped out on so many arrests! Peppino doesn't know who this giggling Deputy is, but the Deputy knows who he is, and is delighted.

To keep the horse from snitching on him, Pizzahead made sure to remove his voice box. Digiornio can only make horse sounds now, which is highly frustrating for him. He's a wild animal, not letting anyone so much as put a saddle on him. Vigilante is the only one skilled enough to ride him. If I were Peppino, I would be terrified if I saw a wild robot horse come barreling down the trail at me, with his bareback rider looking me in the eyes! However, fierce as he is, while he still won't let her ride him, he does let Noisette do whatever she wants with his mane and tail. She just has that energy I guess.

Nothing lasts forever though, and Vigi ends up being betrayed by his Deputy on the top of the Tower. This enrages Peppino, who understands the Cheeslime's grief, while not on such a level. Vigi sees the fake Pepperman, Grandpapy and Snotty reveal their true forms while fighting with Peppino, and finally accepts their deaths. A wave of guilt washes over him as he considers his actions, and even when Peppino pile-drives Pizzahead into the Tower, he won't let him leave before one last, quick-draw duel… which he loses, but survives.

However, Peppino does pull through in the end, and even after everything, he still saves Vigi from the Crumbling Tower. (Not Pizzahead though LOL, that still goes like normal!) Vigi lets Peppino go scott-free, and with the loot he got from the Tower, he manages to get out of the hole he found himself in. Peppino hopes and prays that he'll never have to resort to petty thievery again, and then he helps Vigi work through his grief in a far healthier manner.

Whoo… done, finally! I do enjoy this AU a lot.

Hello, Peppino’s wife. Is it protocol to respond to this through another reblog?

The problem with deciding that pretty much every character needs to be in this comic is that it gets killed by scope creep before it even begins--especially since a Pizza Tower comic would benefit a lot from leaning into improvisation and spontaneity, and as such could go on for pretty much eternity.  It is a lot of fun to think about though, especially since PT is so loose in the narrative department and as such offers a lot of flexibility.

Ostensibly this takes place on the Pizza Tower’s second floor. Pizzaface/head perceives Peppino as enough of a threat to put a large bounty of in-store credit/loyalty points on his head after he kicked Pepperman’s ass on the first floor. Ideally the threat would be taken care of in the most entertaining way possible, hence all the nonsense with one bullet each and the drama and tension that would entail. “Neo West” basically means that the superficial aesthetic of the American Old West has been slapped on top of the usual consumerist bullshit embodied by the Pizza Tower. The characters probably notice that none of the actual history or politics that come with the Old West are being acknowledged, but the institution ignores it.

While the A Plot is Peppino being passed around like a baton in a relay race, the B Plot would be the Doise trying to orchestrate an outcome where Peppino kills /maims the Noise before he gets properly captured (ideally by the Doise, who still wants that bounty). It doesn’t work out too well for him in the end (he doesn’t die, but gets badly injured). The C Plot is the classic Gustavo vs Brick: War and Reconciliation. 

Uhhhhhhhh the Vigilante is the only one who actually lands a hit on Peppino (he was the boss I struggled with the most on my own playthrough, haha), with a bullet grazing an arm or something. Otherwise Peppino might catch a bullet out of the air like a movie samurai catching a sword in his hands, you know how it is. Man becomes a fucking demigod out of stress. Maybe gets a little lead poisoning, who can say.

Satan is an underutilised character in PT fan creations, so I’ll find a way to insert that shit in. The centrist is Mr Stick. I have no idea what he’s doing other than generally chasing the bag.

The Noise is conflicted by the whole deal, as the bounty is enticing but the chase is so much better than the catch. He’s also pretty sure he’ll never see Peppino again if he gets into Pizzahead’s hands, and how is he supposed to harass him then? So Peppino SOMEHOW escapes every time Noise captures him, what a shame, guess they’ll have to go through the song ‘n dance again. This makes it sound fun but the Noise really enjoys flexing whatever power he can over Peppino in a variety of ways, escalating to a point where it begins to creep out even bystanders. He might not even be aware that Mr Incognito is his girlfriend.

Noisette is pretty much just goofing off. The entire Tower, to her, is essentially a vessel through which she can indulge in her basest desires (running a deranged cafe and morphing into a rabbit or whatever the fuck she gets up to in her free time) and she objects to things with lasting consequences (i. e. murder and maiming). She fires her bullet at the Doise when he makes an attempt on the Noise’s life, and it’s a Drama Moment.

Pepperman is sick of drawing a million wanted posters for Peppino. Whatever happened to the lost technology of photocopiers. On the other hand, he’s still kinda intimidated from his previous encounter with Peppino and is perhaps cautious to a fault, seeking out digressions so as to not face the music again so soon. “Oh that vista is so picturesque, I have no choice but to whip out my plein air setup for an hour, the world can wait.”

Plagued by visions of a long form comic. Peppino will never escape the Spaghetti Western.

Basically the plot is that your man has such a huge bounty on his head that EVERYONE is going after it, including the bounty himself. They’d all fight amongst themselves n’ shit, fun times.

There are also a half dozen real bullets out there to up the stakes, but which guns have them are unknown.

I'll do romantic and platonic

How would they react to "I love you"?

Peppino:

(Romantic): He would probably get bright red and sweaty, maybe even faint. At least for the first few times you say it. After that, he's mushy and lovey.

(Platonic): He'd start sobbing. It's a phrase he doesn't hear enough. To hear that someone loves him when he doesn't even love himself... It hurts in both good and bad ways.

Gustavo:

(Romantic): Would blush and point to himself. "Me???" Yes, you. He would giggle and be all flustered, even after you tell him for the millionth time.

(Platonic): Would feel absolutely honored. He'd smile bright for the rest of the day. He wouldn't even question it. He'd just be so happy.

Mr. Stick:

(Romantic): He'd flush bright red like a tomato. He'd probably try to speak, but He'd stutter and stumbled on his words. He'd be too flustered to complete a coherent sentence.

(Platonic): He'd question it at first. "Oh... Wait, really? What does that mean?" But once he's reassured, he's incredibly happy.

Pepperman:

(Romantic): He'd play it off and act all cool. Of course you love him, how could you not? He's like, totally the greatest! But inside, he's screaming, totally overwhelmed with emotion.

(Platonic): Similar to romantic. He doesn't seem to realize that by saying "I love you", you're saying that you value him as a friend and care about him. He just thinks you admire him as an artist.

The Vigilante:

(Romantic): Would blush and rub the back of his head. He'd get all bashful and shy. He'd probably ask what about him that you love. He'd even get a bit melty.

(Platonic): He'd respond with "I love you, too, my good friend." He's not the fragile masculinity type of guy. He holds his friends close like family.

The Noise:

(Romantic): For once in his life, he'd go silent. His face is beet red, and he's shaking. He has no idea what to do or how to respond. He doesn't hear that a lot. He might even start crying. He doesn't know how to express himself.

(Platonic): He'd bump you on the shoulder with a smirk. He has trouble saying it back, but you know he values you as a friend. The fact that he hasn't murdered you by now is a telltale sign that he loves you, too.

Noisette:

(Romantic): She would jump up and down, squealing and screaming. She's blushing, and her heart is racing. Instead of being flustered, she's ecstatic. "I love you, I love you, I love you!!! EEEEEEEE!!!"

(Platonic): She'd giggle and poke you. "Awww, I love you too!" She'll probably tell you that all the time from then on, especially when she's worried about you or when you're sad.

Fake Peppino:

(Romantic): He is confused! He doesn't understand romantic love. It doesn't quite process in his brain. He would tilt his head and make a little noise. "Hmmmmmm?????"

(Platonic): He would let out a (terrifying) scream of joy! His little arms would flail, and his eyes would get wide. He would then charge to hug you and rub his face on you!

Pizzaface:

(Romantic): He would give you a confused look. Do you not realize he's a robot? Maybe not. He's not even sure he's capable of love. He'd probably just go, "Okayyy....."

(Platonic): Similar to romantic, he'd give you a bit of a scowl. You're weird... But, deep down, he appreciates it even though he'd never admit it.

Pizzahead:

(Romantic): He'd gasp, blush, and put his hand on his chest. "You LOVE little ol' me? Are you sure?" He'd then get the biggest smile on his face. He'd probably hug you, wrapping his arms around you a million times.

(Platonic): He'd put his arm over your shoulder with the cheesiest smile on his face. He enjoys that you enjoy his company and is honored you feel that way.

Pillar John:

(Romantic): His jaw would drop, and his eyes would get all wide. "You WHAT?!?" He's too shocked to move at first, but then he gives you a hug with a big jolly laugh.

(Platonic): He laughs and pats you on the head. He loves you too! He greatly values your friendship and would do anything to protect you.

Gerome:

(Romantic): He would give a thousand yard stare as if he saw a nuke being dropped in front of him. He would be completely in denial. There's no way he would ever believe you.

(Platonic): He'd smirk, but deep down, he's smiling wide. He's stoic and not great with emotions, but friend mean the world to him. That just assured him that you are a true friend.

2023 has only just started and I’ve already played a game that’s a clear favorite. Pizza Tower is fucking amazing. The game oozes with charm from the character designs to the animations and boss fights. Every level is fun and the gameplay loop is high octane and gives you one hell of an adrenaline boost.

Pizza Tower is very different from what I usually play. I did play something similar way back, Rayman Legends, where speed is emphasized, but not to the same degree as Pizza Tower. I was drawn in by the games style and charming cartoony animations and ended up falling in love.

The game is score based and you’ll get a rank for each level you beat, and the game really encourages you to do your best and get higher ranks. There’s no real death state (beyond bosses) and instead you just lose points. You don’t want a D or C rank and disappoint Peppino now, do you? The game feels perfect to control and hitting enemies feels beyond satisfying. Learning the levels and speeding through them also feels great. Not so much though when you time out at lap 2... Thanks Pizzaface.

I was a big fan of the boss fights as well, they’re all cleverly designed and have some fun gimmicks. In these fights the game feels different as none of your speeding tricks really work, gotta focus on boss patterns and get your dodge on. But each boss is designed in a fun way that trying to do a no hit run feels satisfying. And there’s just so much charm man, I especially love the Noise. Little pizza mascot ripoff.

This is one of those games that I adore so much that I honestly can’t think of anything to complain about. Sometimes the inputs are weird and I keep smacking against a wall or ceiling, but that just might be because of my aging PS4 controller. Pizza Tower real good, okay? The game gets a O PIZZA PASTA out of BOLOGNESE KASTIKE.

Family headcanons!

Peppino: His mama lives in Italy and loves him VERY much. His father unfortunately passed before Peppino could open his pizzeria. Grew up with good, loving parents. I believe Peppina is his canonical sister (if you haven't seen McPig's drawing, I think it's somewhere on tumblr). He and her are probably a bit estranged. Fluent 100% in Italian and English.

Gustavo: Has a mom and a dad that just adore him! He's an only child, so he got their love unconditionally! Grew up with incredible parents. One parent was probably Italian. (I've stated before, but I headcanon he has a son that he only gets to see every other weekend. Regardless, he loves his son to death.) About 80% fluent in Italian. Hilarious to hear he and Peppino bicker.

Mr. Stick: I would like to think he has a relatively big family with a LOT of cousins. Mom is good to him, but dad is a bit distant (but still loves him). Probably has a brother that he argues with.

Pepperman: Has grandpa pepper (I'm not sure if they're canonically related, though). Momma pepper loved him very much and loved his art. She had every drawing he's made from preschool to current. His dad is a mystery... He was born and raised in the tower by his grand pepper after his mom passed away.

The Vigilante: (Sad.) He was orphaned at a young age due to rogue criminals, so his peepaw, John E. Cheese, ended up raising him on his own. His meemaw passed before he was born. With his peepaw passing, he doesn't have anybody but the farm.

The Noise: (Mr. Orange is not confirmed as of yet, so I don't consider him part of Noise's family.) I feel like he would have an absent father. His mama loves him very much and spoiled him through his childhood. However, they didn't always get along. Having an AuDHD child as a single parent was probably HELL, especially with it being The Noise. He was born in America with both parents migrating from Mexico. Has a big family despite being an only child. Can mostly speak Spanish, pretty fluent but not 100%. Probably about 80%.

Noisette: Stated before, her parents migrated from France, and she was born in America. She's fluent in French and English. Probably forgets that she can speak French. She is an only child and was raised very well. She was a bit of a shit head as a child, though. Her parents adore her. They don't know about her criminal record, and they don't need to know. She has a couple cousins.

Fake Peppino: On technicality, he and The other clones are related as they all share a smidge of Peppino's DNA. With that being said, Fakey is probably somewhat related to Peppino. Fakey sees Peppino as a father figure, much to Peppino's dismay. Pizzahead is sort of like a mother figure, but only sort of.

Pizzahead: He was definitely adopted. The picture of the pizza couple in the tower lobby shows his parents. Unfortunately, they both passed, and Pizzahead inherited the tower. He has an estranged brother that ceased contact once their parents passed. Granny Pizza loves Pizzahead dearly, and he loves Granny just as much. He sees Fakey as a child rather than just a clone. That's his "baby".

Pillar John: He and Gerome are obviously related. Surprisingly, he is the younger of the two despite his large size. His father was actually different from Gerome's, which explains the significant difference in appearance. Their mother is somewhere out there worried sick about them. She hasn't heard from them since they entered the tower...

Gerome: Like I said, his father was different than John's. He's the older brother of the two and is very protective of John, which is why the tower situation hurts him so much. Gerome has tried to contact his mother only to be stopped by Pizzahead. Probably a bit estranged from his father, but gets along with John's father.

Now... Pizzaface... There's a lot of headcanons out there which he's a robot copy of Pizzahead's father. I personally like this headcanon as there are portraits of Pizzaface all over the tower, even one of him as a child. I feel that once Pizzaface passed away, Pizzahead resurrected him as a robot. I'm still a bit iffy on what I headcanon, but that's mainly what I think so far. (This is also based on other's as well as my own theories.)
