#ELON MUSK ASMONGOLD DRAMA

I haven't seen anyone really talk about Elon Musk's fall from grace in the gamer community. So, allow me to recap it.

For starters, Elon Musk is obsessed with being seen as a god gamer. He claims to have been one of the top Diablo players in the world. He later posted his Elden Ring character's build to try and show it off. Many said it wasn't that good. He really wants gamer admiration and has tried to build it into his persona.

This drama begins with Musk streaming Path of Exiles to show off how much of a god gamer he his. People noticed that his worlds were called "Elon's Worlds" which is... weird for someone to call their own worlds. Next, people noticed he clearly didn't know the game he was playing as he clearly didn't understand the mechanics of the game. He didn't know how to navigate the maps, didn't know to collect the important loot, and didn't know how the gear worked. To top it all off people saw the character playing while Musk was in a meeting.

Oh. but it doesn't end there. Commentary YouTubers/Streamers started talking about this, because how could they not? One of the most powerful men in the world who has the ear of the US president is being a fake gamer boy. One commentator in particular is Asmongold, who is in the Musk circle. He and Musk followed each other. Asmongold talked about this situation and also seems to believe that Musk is being a fake gamer. Musk learns about Asmongold's comments and soft blocks him. He then leaks DMs with Asmon, claiming he is under control of his editors, clearly not understanding how YouTube editors work.

TLDR: In Elon Musk's attempts to show himself as a pro gamer revealed he doesn't know what he is doing. When someone who supported him commented how lame this is Musk soft blocked him and leaked DMs to try and show the influencer as false, but all it did was show how out of touch Musk is. Now a lot of people who enjoyed him and video games are turning on him.
