AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH I LOVE IT!!! Dopamine hit my brain like a brick. THAT'S MY BOY. My tall glass of lemonade. Sweet. Maybe a little bit sour. Who cares, he's a treat, and just look at the way he dances with Vick! Her maid's outfit is exactly as I visualized it, just WOW, and I am obsessed with the patchwork job on Elad's jacket and pants?? And the details on his teeth that make it clear they're made out of wood. And his scuffed-up boots. And the blue/yellow/pink colors looking lovely together. Everything is SO WELL DONE and every time I look at it I get another rush, seeing characters dancing is a #1 favorite of mine, it expresses so much personality and I love how Elad looks happy but also... I don't want to give away spoilers, but you know what I mean! What song do you imagine them dancing to? My song choice for them is AOK by Tai Verdes. Excuse me while I listen to that song a hundred times and stare at this piece for hours.

I’m a writer, not an artist, but in honor of my FOPANW fanfic being close to completion I decided to try something new using a screenshot from the show with the original show’s art style.

The fic is called Elad, I will link it below. I will also include the song I listened to a hundred times while bringing its namesake to life through words, a sore neck, and cramping fingers (artists, I have a new appreciation for all that you do)… if only I could have just signed a certificate.

My story follows the adventures of Dev and Elad—Dale’s anti-fairy—after Dale signs a fairyfication certificate during the takeover of Fairy World, accomplishing his dream of becoming the most powerful being in the world. Elad’s dream, on the other hand, is to be the greatest dad this world has ever seen! Like Dale, he will accomplish his goals… no matter what it takes.

As Right Wing Watch has noted multiple times in the past, one of the defining characteristics of Christian nationalists is their willingness to misrepresent history, as time after time they spread blatant falsehoods in defense of their right-wing ideology. Often, this is rooted in their own ignorance about the Founding Era and the creation of the Constitution, and that tendency was on full display during a recent episode of Tim Pool's podcast. Pool and guest Milo Yiannopoulos were trying to convince conservative journalist Elad Eliahu that the United States was founded as a Christian nation. The debate was largely incoherent and uninformed, as exemplified by Pool's ludicrous assertion that the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments in the Bill of Rights were "literally" derived from the biblical story of Sodom and Gomorrah.  "Do you know why the Founding Fathers created the 4th, 5th, and 6th [Amendments]?" Pool asked, confidently. "It's the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. It is literally as the spoken word of the Founding Fathers. Benjamin Franklin said, 'It is better that 100 guilty persons escape than one innocent suffer,' which was a play on Blackstone's formulation; it is better that 10 guilty persons escape than one innocent suffer which is literally the story of Sodom and Gomorrah [where God said] 'If but one righteous person exists, I will not destroy this land.' It was literally the Bible, which is why they said we should enshrine this in the Constitution."
