October Favorites

My favorite month because birthday, autumn, Halloween (not favorite holiday but still exciting), and new music from Arashi ! ♥ I have spoilers ahead for Stranger Things 2 so skip that part (it’ll be the last one #5) if you don’t want to read anything ^^

1. 「untitled」album

This had to be first on my list because I’ve been listening to it non-stop! My favorite is definitely Sugar, I blast that shit like crazy. I’m so glad I got to reserve someone’s canceled LE CD at HMV (her loss hah) although I can’t have it until late November.

2. DIY Doggie Costume

What’s Halloween without dressing up your doggo? I found some inspirations on pinterest and quickly made this with whatever I had in my house. We met Thing 2 on Halloween night omg!!

3. Cinnamon Whisk/Broom

Found this cute guy at my local Trader Joe’s. It’s just a mini broom that’s scented with real cinnamon extract and it smells AMAZING. Since it’s natural, it doesn’t give me headaches even though the scent is really strong. It’s been lasting all month. Best 99 cents purchase everrr.

4. Spiced Apple Cider

Another gold find at TJ’s. It already contains spices and all but I like to make it a bit more personal by add some sliced oranges, apples, and a squeeze of lemon. Let it simmer for about 5 min on the stove and voila, a nice hot cup of FALL. (Pro tip: Don’t let it sit overnight. The orange peel gives it a bitter taste.)

5. Stranger Things 2 (SPOILERS)

I’ve never been more excited for a TV show than this!! I’m not really a TV person at all so I finally felt like I was a part of the trend haha. I watched it in 2 days on purpose to savor it and omgg just the perfect way to spend the Halloween weekend~ Random thoughts: -I love Nancy but I wish she would have properly ended things with Steve before taking off with Jonathan. -Steve had the strongest character development game going on. I can’t believe he went from a dick to a good baby sitter omg. I love Dustin and Steve. -BOB DESERVED SO MUCHHH. He basically saved everyone. Superhero indeed. -What’s the significance of the new bully and red head? They contributed absolutely nothing to the plot. Also Billy looks like he’s 35. I don’t get the hype over him. Mike is right. We don’t need Max to join the group. -Will is so smol and he didn’t deserve all the suffering. In season 3, I hope he can finally be part of the real team. Like be on the outside. Not part of the actual problem. -Nancy’s scene with Dustin! How sweet was that? It melted my damn heart. -I wonder if there will be more on Eleven’s mom and Kali or are we just done there??
