Atlanta, GA (March 27, 2020) – Around 8:30 a.m. this morning, a car crash took place at an intersection in Atlanta that led to injuries.

The accident, according to authorities, took place at the intersection of Johnson Ferry Road and Ashford Dunwoody Road.

Dunwoody, GA – 3 Injured & 1 Dead in Early Morning Crash on I-285

Dunwoody, GA (September 02, 2019) – An infant died after being involved in a multi-vehicle crash on I-285. The incident took place on Monday, September 2nd. 

Officers from the Dunwoody Police Department stated that two vehicles collided on I-285 westbound near Chamblee Dunwoody Road shortly after 5:00 in the morning Two more crashes happened as a direct result of the first. 

One of the secondary crashes included a Gwinnett County ambulance that was transporting an infant. As a result of the accident, the ambulance became disabled The DeKalb County Fire Department stepped in and finished transporting the infant to the hospital. 

Police said the infant passed away at the hospital from causes that may or may not be related to the crash. 

Three other adults were also transported to local medical facilities after the accidents. Their injuries were listed as non-life-threatening.

Collision in Plunketts Creek Leaves 1 Injured

Every motor vehicle accident causes some form of property damage or physical pain, and often times both. A crash Saturday night in Plunketts Creek Township ended with injuries after two pickup trucks collided on Route 87. The crash happened just north of Dunwoody Road at approximately 4:30 p.m. Traffic had to be funneled down into one lane for about an hour and a half until the road was cleared.

While one of the drivers escaped the crash without injury, the other had to be taken by ambulance to UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center. The hurt driver may be suffering from minor or even catastrophic injuries, although no names or conditions have been released. The other truck involved flipped onto its side after the crash, and the driver is certainly fortunate to have no serious injuries.

It is very rare for a vehicle to flip over and leave the driver unscathed. In any event, the other driver who was struck by the truck that flipped is still undergoing treatment. While thankfulness may be saved for the lives of both parties, it goes without saying that a lengthy legal process is sure to follow.

Atlanta, GA (November 3, 2019) – Around 4 p.m. this afternoon, police issued a travel advisory following a serious car accident in Dunwoody, Atlanta.

According to police, the accident took place in the eastbound lanes of the highway in the area of Ashford Dunwoody Road. Though the cause of the accident is still under investigation, it is believed that a variety of vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction collision with one another.

Multiple emergency services were present at the scene, including paramedics. Multiple victims were injured in the accident but their conditions are not known at this time.

No other details concerning the accident have been released but the investigation into the collision is ongoing at this time.

Dunwoody, GA – 3 Injured & 1 Dead in Early Morning Crash on I-285

Dunwoody, GA (September 02, 2019) – An infant died after being involved in a multi-vehicle crash on I-285. The incident took place on Monday, September 2nd. 

Officers from the Dunwoody Police Department stated that two vehicles collided on I-285 westbound near Chamblee Dunwoody Road shortly after 5:00 in the morning Two more crashes happened as a direct result of the first. 

One of the secondary crashes included a Gwinnett County ambulance that was transporting an infant. As a result of the accident, the ambulance became disabled The DeKalb County Fire Department stepped in and finished transporting the infant to the hospital. 

Police said the infant passed away at the hospital from causes that may or may not be related to the crash. 

Three other adults were also transported to local medical facilities after the accidents. Their injuries were listed as non-life-threatening.
