Vegetable Pancake is one of the easiest and quickest pancake recipes that can be eaten as a simple snack or for breakfast. There are several different types of batter-based pancake recipes in India also called chillas.
Adding several different types of vegetables to this pancake batter makes it more nutritious and loaded with fibre and antioxidants. 
Serve the vegetable pancakes with ketchup and mint coriander chutney. It will give each bite an extra burst of flavour. It has the ideal balance of spicy and savoury flavours.
Ingredients:
Carrot (Shredded) – ¼ Cup
Cabbage (Thinly Sliced) – ¼ Cup
Capsicum (Sliced) – ¼ Cup
Onion (Thinly Sliced) – ¼ Cup
Dudhi (Grated) – ¼ Cup
Green Chillies (Finely Chopped) – 2 Tsp
Ginger (Grated) – 1 Inch
Homemade Paneer – 100 gm
Coriander (Chopped) – 2 Tbsp
Besan – ¾ Cup
Jowar / Bajra Flour – 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
Salt – as per Taste
Water – as Required
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Method:
Combine all of the veggies, paneer, spices, and flour in a mixing bowl. 
Mix everything well. 
Add water as needed to make a chilla/pancake batter consistency
Grease a hot tawa or griddle and spread a ladle full of the ingredients.
Cook until crispy on both sides over medium-low heat.
Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup on the side. Enjoy!

Bimbingan teknis dari Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) di wilayah masing-masing itu, dijadwalkan dari 26-29 Januari 2024 yang dimonitor oleh tim dari KPU Kabupaten Buleleng dan KPU Provinsi Bali. Dikonfirmasi langsung, Ketua KPU Kabupaten Buleleng, Komang Dudhi Udiyana, Senin (29/1/2024) mengatakan, dalam setiap kesempatan pembukaan acara, menekankan pentingnya agar KPPS bekerja sesuai arahan pimpinan dengan patuh pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. "Kepatuhan kepada kode etik sangat mutlak dilakukan sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu, antara lain tertib, jujur, mandiri, adil, dan profesional," jelasnya. Ditambahkannya bahwa masa kerja KPPS adalah satu bulan sejak dilantik, dengan tugas utama melaksanakan pemungutan dan penghitungan suara di Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS).
