a flag for alters who primarily / exclusively speaks the Drix(link) language rather than what the system may normally speak. the most common reason for this is the system being bilingual and/or constant use of typing quirks.

(Note: sadly the translator isn’t the best, but it’s something I adore so if anyone uses it always have a translation!)

Anyway this is Drixitel :)

He's got a lot going on. He's actually part of a lost peoples called the umbara rather than a drow but literally no one can tell the difference so he gave up on trying to correct people. They are culturally similar but not under the iron fist of Loth. They were rejected for being "impure" by her standards and formed their own colony and have since evolved to have a few things that set them apart from the drow.

Umbara elves are very few in number to the point where they are thought of mostly as a myth even by the drow. They follow a matriarch like the drow but in a much less extreme way. Rights are relatively equal and not so divided into male and female. They recognize three sexs; female, male, and dya (dyatic) or rather, intersex. They see those born as dya as sacred.

Umbara also tend to have very soft, quiet, voices since they don't use a spoken language too often. They don't have the benefit of hiding from the horrors of the underdark in a larger group like their drow brethren so they speak very softly so the sound of their voice won't attract unwanted beasts. They also get around this by using a LOT of sign language and to speak at further distances they use their natural bioluminescence. They have otherwise invisible freckles all over their body that they can light up in various sequences to relay messages. This can sometimes catch the unwanted attention of passing beasts but it can also be used in a strobe like fashion which does frighten most would-be predators away because it's confusing and disorienting.

Since the umbara are separated from other societies they are very basic in their ways. More tribal than not. And it's not for a lack of intelligence or anything but more of a lack of resources. They also move from one cavern to another regularly so they aren't as easy to track down. The umbara are masters of traveling in shadow, some even say they become shadow and that's how they slip away so easily and you can never be sure if you saw one.

Drixitel himself got separated from his people at a fairly young age and was found by some traveling drow. They took him back to their home and assumed he was one of them. I mean, regardless, free kid and slave labor so whatever. There's a whole lot of trauma that results from living with the drow, as one might expect, especially when he's found out to be a dya. That does NOT go well for him. Poor guy. He eventually escapes to the surface where he decides to strictly identify as male to draw as little attention to himself as possible. Drix ends up with a small traveling party of mercenaries and slowly learns to open up and how to smile again.

GENDER. Male. (Cells are unisexual by nature but he identifies as male.)

HEIGHT. 5′6-5’8. (Microscopic in his main though. Size depends on verse.)

AGE. 28-30.

ZODIAC. Sagittarius.

SPOKEN LANGUAGES. English, little bit of Spanish.

HAIR COLOR. Blue/Opaque. Black in his human verse.

EYE COLOR. Baby blue. Brown in some verses.

SKIN TONE. Blue cytoplasm with opaque membrane. Dark/Brown in human verse.

BODY TYPE. Slender / toned. Can change his shape because of pliable cellular dynamics.

VOICE. Urban accent. Rough, sort of scratchy, but loud, bold, and expressive. Can be soft and low when speaking emotionally.

DOMINANT HAND. Right.

POSTURE. Depends on his mood. Mostly straight, sometimes slouches. Walks with a bit of rhythm in his step if he’s in a good mood. Can slump in seat when tired or annoyed. Sometimes hunched over with hands in his jacket pockets if he’s sad or angry. Crosses arms, hands on his hips, scratches his beard when thinking, etc.

SCARS. Some on his neck from where Thrax’s chain choked him, but barely visible. (Post-Movie.) Has a small, half circle-shaped scar on his stomach from when he was infected with a parasite by Strepfinger’s men (TV Show Verse.). Sometimes gets a few bruises from scuffles with various viruses and bacteria.

TATTOOS. None.

MOST NOTICEABLE FEATURE(S). Blue skin, stretchy membrane, black and brown jacket, black suede shoes, four tufts of ‘hair’ on his head. Black eyebrows and goatee.

CURRENT RESIDENCE. Jones and Drix Detective Agency, which is prime real estate behind Hector’s left retina.

CLOSE FRIENDS. His partner Drix, his girlfriend Leah Estrogen, Doug on Inflammation Relief, Maria Amino, Maria’s best friend Noreen, The Mole. He needs more friends.

RELATIONSHIP STATUS. Taken by Leah after the movie. Most likely single in TV show verse.

FINANCIAL STATUS. Okayish? He’s not rich by any stretch, but he’s got enough for him and Drix to get by. Charges $100 carbs a day plus expenses for their detective services, but can sometimes make a deal to make it easier on the customer. A raise would be nice.

DRIVER’S LICENSE. Yes.

VICES. Can sometimes be crooked in his job but does it for the right reason. Rebellious despite his status, and doesn’t respect authority figures. Sometimes playfully narcissistic. Makes choices split second and recklessly. Short-tempered.

AGE: Unknown, but taking in to account his mental age and the fact that he has a Master's Degree and a PhD., his "age" is somewhere in the early to mid 40's. SPECIES: Cold tablet, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (common cold medicine)

Though Drix's edgenuity has mostly compensated for his lack of a second hand, an artifical hand still doesn't have the precision of a natural hand. He has some difficulty traversing some terrain only being propelled by a stream of bubbles.
