After completing my Bachelor of Civil Engineering, I started as an onsite assistant engineer and later joined Intrepid Travel. Over seven years, I was promoted five times, ultimately becoming the purchasing manager overseeing the operations of 8 counties in the Greater China region. Despite three job offers in the USA after my MBA from Hult International Business School, I returned to Australia to fulfill my migration dream. Joining McGrath Estate Agent without prior related working experience, I earned the "Top Sales Certificate" within a year. My journey into IT began as the country manager at Tuya Smart INC, where I gained experience in SaaS and OEM. During the pandemic, I was amazed by technological advancements and integration in traditional industries. This led me to pursue online studies in Cyber Security and AI. I discovered my potential in programming, obtaining certifications in CISCO Cyber Security Essentials, Cyber Security Certificate IV ( Boxhill Institute), and AWS AI and ML. Passing the qualification test and building my own self-driving virtual car earned me acceptance into the AWS AI and ML scholarship program. Now, I'm eager to take a decisive step in my career by enrolling in the Holberton program. What are your ambitions? First, I want to obtain my software engineer registration/chartered certification. Then, I want to utilize the established skills to empower the community through automation, enabling more independent living for the aged group and fostering ongoing interaction between schools (or early learning centers) and parents to free up their time while maintaining a high level of engagement. What motivates you? I enjoy the feeling of focus and problem-solving, especially when I successfully overcome a challenge. Additionally, I am highly driven by curiosity towards new technology and take great pride in my ability to utilize it effectively, achieving results I never thought possible before. Furthermore, I consider it my responsibility to showcase my little boy how to pursue dreams and turn them into reality, instilling this valuable lesson in him at an early age. Undoubtedly, a stable and decent income is also crucial as it empowers me to contribute not only to my family but also to the community.
