Jen’s body was vibrating from the drinking, “Will I be meeting the King?”

“Soon enough you will have to.” Bill swoops her up to carry here off the dance floor as some of his family start cleaning up the mess.

Jen giggles, “So, what’s next? Are you going to take me back to my place to leave me with a foggy memory of the evening and go about your business?”

Bill was stoic, “No, you’re done with that life. We can go get some of your things tomorrow and do some other life clean up things. You will be one of us completely by sunrise.”

Jen questioned more, “So where are you taking me?”

Bill heading into a back hallway, “You have to have more of me in you, not any of you.”

Jen giggled again, “I think I’ve had all of you in me already.”

Bill ginned, “I think we need to clean up. You made a bit of a mess of yourself tonight.”

Jen licks some blood from his cheek, “I think we all made a mess of this whole place tonight. Where are we going to clean up? Where will we be sleeping? Don’t tell me, in the ground, perhaps a coffin?”

Bill laughed hardily, “Never, I have a California King bed in an apartment downstairs. Technically it is underground in a basement though. There are several apartments in the basement for family when they choose to stay.  You will love our room.”

She relaxes in his arms laying on his shoulder not caring it is soaked with blood since she already has blood in her hair and down her front. He carries her down a flight of stair putting her down in front of a door. Bill opens the door. She walks inside first seeing the California King bed to the right made up with black flannel sheets and a fluffy shimmery black comforter.

Jen stares, “It’s bigger than I was thinking.”

Bill smirks , “The shower is huge to. Let’s get cleaned up.”

She walked with him across the room to another door. When he opened it, she saw the stand-up shower with glass doors about 3 feet from the door.  There was a toilet to the right and a double sink with a large mirror after that. They stripped off their blood-soaked cloths and stepping into the shower. 

Jen saw It had more than enough room for them both with two shower heads one either side. Bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash sat on a ledge to the right on the back wall. He turned on bother shower heads. The shower got steamy quickly when he shut the glass door. The water ran red to the drain in the center as Jen leaned under the shower head. She felt Bills eyes on her. She looked up seeing him coming closer to her in the steamy shower. He still had blood splashes on his face.

Bill voice was deep and powerful sounding, “This is the perfect place to finish you off. Your hunger had to be quenched to complete your transformation.”

For the first time Jen did not like how he was looking at her. She backed towards the door grabbing for the handle. He grabbed her though the steam turning her around to the back wall. pushing her face first up against the wall he pulled her hands up, holding them on the wall.

Bill warned, “This is going to hurt but its how it has to be.”

She screamed before anything even happened, but it was too late.  It was too late after she drank the Bloody Sunset. This was just the last step of becoming family. The last step in becoming ‘Aklat Alnaas. He bit into her as before as she kept screaming. She relaxed for a few minutes as he started to drink. Her hart was pounding and then slowing as he kept going.

Before passing out she murmured, “Your going to kill me. You’re not allowed to kill…”
