Jalaj Kumar Anupam says that very soon the whole world will talk about Bhojpuri literature and culture
Jalaj Kumar Anupam, a native of Champaran Bihar currently resides in Delhi, has been constantly engaged in enhancing the prestige of Bhojpuri language. He believes that very soon, the world will talk about Bhojpuri literature and culture. He is the author of two books, the first book titled “Hamar Pahchan” published in the Bhojpuri language on behalf of Maithili Bhojpuri Academy, Delhi Government. His second book is a children’s poetry collection titled “Atkan-Achkan”, which was duly appreciated and received critical acclaim by Bhojpuri scholars across the globe. He says that Dr Brajbhushan Mishra and Dr Ashok Dwivedi contribute to make me fond of Bhojpuri literature.
The author shares his journey and experience in a crux, “when he first arrived in Delhi in the year 2013 and he observed that there are many institutes working for Bhojpuri but there is lack of unity among them. He made an attempt to bring some institutions together but unfortunately, but that effort was unsuccessful. In 2015, he started a blog in the name of Bhojpuri Manthan to discuss different aspects Bhojpuri. Furthermore, he explained that when he watched the literature festival of other languages being held in Delhi he felt that why there could not have a Bhojpuri literature festival whose literary heritage is already so rich. So he made a draft of the Bhojpuri literature festival and tried contacting few people. Initially, it was a bit challenging for him as people did not show much interest in it but apparently and eventually Avinash Tripathi, the founder of the Bhojpuri Association of India went ahead and gave him encouragement of forging ahead. After this Mr Ajit Dubey, President of Bhojpuri Samaj in Delhi also extended a lot of support. And in this way, the first literature festival of Bhojpuri was held in 2018 in the association of “Bhojpuri Asociation of India” and “Maithili Bhojpuri Academy, Delhi Government”. In 2019, we also performed the same.
Jalaj further explained that he always keeps on talking to Mr Ajit Dubey and takes information about the movement related to the recognition of Bhojpuri in the Eighth schedule. His own belief is that before the Eighth Schedule government adds Bhojpuri, the government should bring Bhojpuri as a language in the Sahitya Akademi. Education which is in the concurrent list, based on this, states should put pressure on UGC and include Bhojpuri. By which the children who are studying in Bhojpuri and moving ahead have a bright future!
Jalaj says that Bhojpuri is the most spoken language in India after Hindi. Respecting this language is like giving respect to Guru Gorakhnath and Kabir. Remembering the first President of the country, he says that when he used to correspond with his wife, his language was Bhojpuri. There is immense potential in Bhojpuri and Bhojpuri regions. The government should take meaningful steps for the development of Bhojpuri. He says with great sadness that Bhojpuri is constantly falling into the maze of deceit and conspiracies. He expresses hope from the present central government that this government is in favour of Indian languages. Now, it has to be seen whether it can do justice to the identity of the 25 crores Bhojpuriya people.
Every kind of rich literature is already present in Bhojpuri and is being written continuously even today. Since there is less talk on Bhojpuri literature in cities like Delhi-Mumbai, many people do not know, and there is confusion among the people. He expresses that very soon, the whole world will talk about Bhojpuri literature, and for that, Bhojpuri people will have to come forward and fight for it.Jalaj has recently got the responsibility of Sanskar Bharti, the convener of Bhojpuri cultural group in Bihar state and minister in North Bihar province. He is preparing to organize the first art festival of Bhojpuri this year through Sanskar Bharti Bihar in Champaran.

A man of Spanish descent, he is inspired by the very first protagonist idea for the fighting game project, back when I was in Middle School.
Crocodila
-An Indonesian woman who was never given a home because of her crocodile DNA. She lives by herself, and soon raised two children, one of her own blood, the other adopted. Crocodila now sets out to find the parents of her adopted daughter and to show the world her stuff.
MC Crossbones/Mishra Sinha
-The commentator of the BCAT, former boxer and Ajit’s uncle. He hung up the gloves after the BCAT held in 199X, for his opponent was still recovering from a broken arm, and saw the victory as unjust. After many years commentating matches, he feels ready for another shot at the belt.
Chae An Jo
-After the death of Hyong’s father in the line of duty, his uncle took custody of him. He is the master of Death Enhanced Tae Kwon Do and uses it to its full extent. Jo is a cranky old many who holds discipline as the most important trait a man can have, and also being 100 years old.

[SOUND ONLY]
Ito Suzuki
-The opponent Tsugumi lost to, causing her to lose her title in the MMA circuit. Why is that? Ito holds a power that gives her an edge over everyone else to throw them off their game; confiding nasty words and gossip through her punches. She is mute, cold, calculating, and straight up evil, and will do anything to reign supreme in the MMA circuit.
Inal Karga

Baxter Bullman
-The Chief of A.I. Programming of BioCorps, and former friends of Mustapha Ibrahim and Nikolas Jackson. He only stayed in the business out of peer pressure of MR. BOSS and is a very sweaty, nervous man. A former shell of what he once was.
Dr. Honeyglaze and Professor Cruller
-The scientists responsible for creating Ci-Ci. They turned their boring job into something more enjoyable with Ci-Ci and gave him a personality, the once difference from all of the prior BioCorps developments. Their both cool dudes.
Bree

FIIs raised stake in 140 stocks in 2019; only 18 gained more than 50%
Trade Nivesh | FIIs have been quick in spotting opportunities across sectors such as telecom, finance, healthcare, IT, insurance, FMCG and agri stocks.
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) that have poured in more than Rs 30,000 crore in the Indian equity markets (excluding debt) raised stake in 141 companies in the last three quarters of 2019.
Of these 141 BSE stocks, 18 have rallied 50 percent during the period. FIIs have been quick at spotting opportunities across sectors such as telecom, finance, healthcare, IT, insurance, FMCG as well as agri stocks.
Stocks that rose more than 50 percent include Capri Global, HDFC Life Insurance, Dr. Lal Pathlabs, Narayana Hrudayalaya, JK Cement, SBI Life Insurance, Adani Transmission, Info Edge, AstraZeneca Pharma, HDFC AMC and Aavas Financiers.
“FIIs placed their bets on stocks with a good track record with the hope that these stocks would drive the rally in midcap and smallcaps on the signs of economic andearnings recovery,” Ajit Mishra, VP – Research, Religare Broking Ltd,
“We feel attractive valuation could be one of the key parameters that may have driven FIIs to certain smallcap and midcap stocks. Further, stocks like ONGC (high dividend yield stock), HDFC AMC, Asian Paints, SBI Life, Dr. Lal, IGL, etc. are fundamentally sound stocks and are market leaders in their respective industries.”
Most of the stocks in which foreign investors raised stake are from the small and space. There are more than 60 stocks in which FIIs holding is above 10 percent. These include ZEE Entertainment, Kajaria, Shriram Transport, REC, IIFL Finance, AU Small Finance, Strides Pharma, MAX India and Tata Global.
“There is a value play in midcap and smallcap and it's very much stock specific. This space has been down for quite some time and there were stocks that were available at very much cheaper valuations,” Mustafa Nadeem, CEO, Epic Research, said.
“Some of the stocks we are seeing in the list are having consistent business growth in double digits. Having FII investment is one of the key filters investors can use when they filter out stocks based on where the smart money is going but that isn't the case every time.”
Before pressing the buy button, investors should also screen stocks based on corporate governance, valuations and growth outlook. Consistent investment by foreign investors could be just one filter to identify the stock, suggest experts.
“FIIs raising stake is definitely a good sign but I believe as an investor, one must do their own fundamental analysis before investing in a company. FIIs are very nimble-footed and make their decisions very fast, this quality helps them to spot outperformers very quickly but the pitfall is they are equally quick in selling the stock,” Atish Matlawala, Sr Analyst, SSj Finance & Securities, said.
“There are few stocks like Tata Global beverages, Kajaria Ceramics, and AU Small Finance bank on which we have a positive view and believe can give good returns over the medium to long term.”

Does PM Modi trusts bureaucrats more than politicians?
Modi cabinet expansion is soon going to take place, there is a talk in power lobby that Modi trust bureaucrats more than politician for policy making, When he was a Chief Minister in Gujrat he used to make policies with a handful of IAS officers,
Modi is said to believe that a good bureaucrat can deliver more than a typical neta.
In May 2014 he inducted former Army Chief General VK Singh in his ministry. In Nov 2014 he inducted former Army officer and sportsman Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. In July 2016 he inducted former IAS officer Arjun Ram Meghwal. In Sep 2017 four bureaucrats/civil servants were added: Hardeep Singh Puri, Raj Kumar Singh, K Alphons, and Satya Pal Singh.
The most important move was the induction of the highly experienced diplomat Dr S Jaishankar as the Minister of External Affairs.
His closest bureaucrats are Ajit Doval, Dr PK Mishra and Dr Rajeev Kumar. All three have cabinet ranking from Modi 1.0
