It's been a long time since I published anything, I want to show you my other drawing, I've made certain changes although I still have a lot to improve I hope you like it ^^

Like a completely normal adult person, after watching the new trolls movie, I obsessively started putting together the brothers' backstory, the deeper reasons for their separation as well as how that all took place without disregarding the fact that they were trapped in the troll tree, which of course evolved into a fic in (forever) progress... yeah

Anyway, even though they aren't actively in the story much, i needed to design the parents, so uh meet Rosiepuff's daughter, Tulip, and her husband Branch.

I designed them based on the brothers' adult looks and in Tulip's case also on her mom's.

After losing Clay, Brozone disbanding, and Branch never having singing killed my grandma trauma (she dies just not by branch singing dwdw). Branch still wanted to sing and perform with his brothers.

JD was the only one in the group still hanging onto what they achieved with Brozone, with no one else wanting to reallly go back to performing JD would become Branch’s manager to help him (and to relive what he had before). In his mind he thinks he’s helping and doing what Branch wants, Branch just wanted to sing and perform with his brothers which got twisted into JD’s ideals

There is actually a reason why I draw him so spikey! I wanted him to look like his Dad while also resembling his mom a bit as well. I eventually decided to made all the brothers have bits of resemblance of their parents because of genes LOL

sick and tired of people commenting on my brozone designs saying “why do they look so old” (mainly on tik tok) but i wanna explain their ages here:

branch was 2 when the band broke up, he was 6 when his grandma died and shortly after they escaped, hes 25 in band together. despite the tired eyes and crow feet, he is the youngest looking of the brothers (and also looks very similar to their mom)

floyd was 13 when branch was born, he was 15 when the band broke up bc i fully doubt rosiepuff would willingly let kids under the age of 14 run away, hes 38 in band together

clay and floyd are twins in my verse i will not take criticism, hes the same ages as floyd in the timeline

bruce was 16 when branch was born, 18 when they broke up, and is 41 in band together (let dilfs be dilf aged!). he was 25 when he met brandy

john dory was 18 when branch was born, 20 when the band broke up, and 43 in band together (and also looks very similar to their dad)

I have begun my All That I've Overcome AU <|:•)

Reminder warning, content of the first two chapters includes a somewhat explicit scene of sexual assault, and another of not quite unintentional water torture via dunking. Both scenes are relatively short and there is a guide to skip them. Both scenes take place in chapter 2. The first few chapters in general get quite dark, but there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Trollex: Yep, he sure would! Good thing he's fuckin' dead!

Another entry into the Fishipping saga. Introducing Queen Allien, Trollex's mom, previous ruler of the Techno Trolls, and a big ole biAtch.

So I elluded in a previous work that Trollex's parents were kind, yet strict, and didn't care much for JD. Well it's a lot more than that.

Queen Allien was like any other Techno queen. Kind, a good leader, and good drop a beat like no one's buisness. When she and her husband has Trollex, she raised him exactly like she was brought up. To be a fun yet strong leader. And while Trollex IS that, he's also a lot more laid back and leniant. Which Allien doesn't appreciate.

Trollex and Allien's relationship was always a tad rocky, with her trying to pressure him into being like she was (and throwing suitors at him) but it really broke after the events of the second film. Allien was livid when Trollex not only let their people fall at the hands of Queen Barb, but had the audacity to become their ALLY. After they had decimated their home and kidnapped their people, Trollex just let the Rock Trolls waltz right on in like nothing happened! And all this opening borders nonsense to these other trolls?! Especially the POP trolls?! The reason they had the borders?! Yeah, Allien was not happy about it.

Trollex and his mom really fell out after that. He wanted to unite the kingdoms alongside Poppy, allowing their genres to mingle and come together. Allien told Trollex to refuse and tighten their borders, but Trollex stood firm, and cut his mother out of the picture.

Well, she inserts herself back in when she learns Trollex found himself a boyfriend. A Pop boyfriend.

Safe to say she doesn't approve. But after nearly four decades of dealing with her bullshit, Trollex has had enough.

Trollex's father passed many years before the second movie due to illness. He was much more understanding and gentle than Allien was, so it was another factor that played into their eventual fall out.

Trollex let his mother bully him. He will NOT let her bully JD. JD only met her once, and right after they left he called her a shriveled up old sardine. Trollex nearly pissed himself laughing.

I have not posted any of my analysis to reddit yet and I think I might just post it and ghost it. I've already spent too much time looking at other people's threads on there to feel any way good about interacting with folks.

I already went in an added the "I know you're going to bring this up let me save you the time" section which is exclusively touching on the frequent topics of:
