1) What does your muse smell like?: He always smells like a campfire, though if he's going out he'll use a very specific type of cherry blossom scented body spray that isn't too rough on his nose.

2) How often does your muse bathe/shower?:Every day, with specific hair wash days three times a week. This obviously changes when he's on a mission that takes him far from civilization.

3) Does your muse have any tattoos or piercings?: She’s been experimenting with piercings recently: earrings, a nosering, snake bites and tongue as well as a bar in her stomach, nipples and privates.

She doesn’t get tattoos because although she has de-stigmatized it when looking at other people, she still feels like it’d make her look like she’s in the yakuza (not to mention she doesn’t have any real ideas for tattoos).

4) Any body movement quirks? (EX: tapping heel, shaking knee): Wagging tail, tapping feet if standing still, and playing with her dogprint necklace.

5) What do they sleep in?: an old navy yukata - sometimes tied down at the waist

6) What’s their favorite piece of clothing?: Her Fundoshi! its an old fashioned weave of cotten that covers her without feeling like anything: its her go-to underwear.

7) What do they do when they wake up?: If they sleep it’s usually with someone else, and she can’t sleep past dawn - so she does a morning ritual of making breakfast for the both of them, pray to amaterasu, take a bath and clean her clothes (she can flash-dry them).

8) How do they sleep? Position?: Usually cuddling someone - either on her side or on her back with them ontop of her.

9) What do their hands feel like?: Tough hide, except for soft pads for her fingers and palms, almost like paws. Warm and scarred.

cross and killer being affectionate. or at least cross being affectionate at times and killer eventually warming up to it. cross is already reserved (and nervous about showing it) affection wise but i think he'd push himself to do it. small acts. small kisses and light touches

killer appreciates the shows of affection. it's a small comfort or security even to have someone willing to be affectionate with him. they learn after a while that cross isn't scared of Them when they speak about being nervous or embarrassed about it. i think they'd work on speaking a bit first before doing things like hug or hold hands. asking permission, giving a little warning

eventually the acts become more random and playful :] surprise hand holding. pats on the back. whispered compliments :] warming up to each other,,,

sometimes she's called "miss butters" by her customers. he works as an accountant at the local hospital but runs a small baked goods stand that he focuses on during month-long breaks. she can be sometimes see selling on the weekends and donating food to help with fundraisers :]

Perspective still matters. Look at the size of that second footprint relative to the first one. It was enormous for a dog, almost the size of my hand. If I didn't know there are no wolves or bears here, I'd have considered those possibilities. My imagination also went to a vivid image of these two dogs' ghosts facing each other. It would have been an interesting encounter with their apparent size difference. In reality, they never met. The smaller footprint looks much fresher. So there must have been hours, if not days, between them. That leads me to contemplate the fascinating concepts of time and space themselves. Imagine a universe where our physical laws didn't apply. Where any object, molecule or living being could be at more than one place at the same time. Not like time travelers, but eternal inhabitants. Humans in this alternate universe would have a completely different language, too. Since everything can be anywhere all the time, the constraints of our "where" and "when" wouldn't even make sense. Maybe they wouldn't need language at all. Because they'd communicate in a more advanced way. Like directly projecting thoughts. But then again, this is just mixing our understanding of how the world works with a concept hard to grasp. This alternate universe probably wouldn't be comparable to ours at all. No gravity or planets, no stars, no elements, no life. Everything is everywhere all the time, like a massive intermingled goo of nothing. Obviously, these are a layman's ideas without much deeper thinking on the matter. Maybe this would make for a good science-fiction book. There probably already are plenty on that very topic. 🌌️✨ I went a bit off the rails here. 🤔😅 Have a great weekend, my friends! 🖖😊
