Documentation-Imani Gray-Bey filed with Better Business Bureau about Green Dot-the Company begin to take money out of his Account even-though they stated his I.D. was not appropiate and he didn’t have access to use the Funds
3-27-17 Imani Gray-Bey and (I)Rhonda Arrington-Bey tried to log in to his Green Dot account couldn’t Log In..He has never used the funds on the Green Dot Card..
On May 17, 2016 I brought and uploaded 150 dollars onto a Green Dot Temporary debit card but never used said money. Approximately a week and a half later I tried to access the Money I uploaded and there was an unannounced block placed on my card. I called a representative to ask why a block was placed on my card and he said, "it was because of unusual activity with my account." Before I was able create my account online, after I brought the card and uploaded 150 dollars their website was having maintenance issues for about 3 days and I was unable to create an account; Whether or not this is the cause of the "unusual activity" is irrelevant because after about a week I called again and now they are telling me that I needed a US State ID, US Passport, or Drivers License to lift the block on my card. I stated that I had neither of those documents and they said, "until I have one of those documents their policy will not let them lift the block." I then asked the representative why was a block put on my card to begin with and THIS representative said, "that it was because of additional screening/ proof of Identity that was needed." I was never told of said additional screening in purchasing the card and nowhere on the card did it state that I would need State ID, US Passport or a Drivers License later on, otherwise I would not of purchased said card. I then uploaded my National ID card that has my attribute Imani Zabrel Gray-Bey on which corresponds with the permanent Green Dot Visa card that Green Dot sent me that has Imani Gray-Bey on it. The representative from Green Dot denied it stating, "I needed the state ID, US Passport or a Drivers License." I then spoke to a representative who told me that If I uploaded a picture of my Social security card that should serve as a viable form of ID and lift the block from card so that I can have access to the $150.00 that placed on the card. Two days after that I received an email stating once again that It was denied. On June 8th 2016, I boarded a Greyhound bus to Baltimore, Maryland and slept at a Knights Inn. On June 9th after paying for a second night at Knights Inn(6700 Security Blvd Baltimore, Maryland 21207), approximately 2 to 3 minutes after the purchase at knights Inn,  Green Dot called saying the ID I submitted was not an accepted form of Identification. I then proceeded to call again and again and again until I finally got in contact with a representative named Charlotte(whose badge number is 3069)who told me to re upload my Social security card and the block will be removed in 2-3 business days. I called her again and told her my entire story and she said that she understood my frustration and that if I upload a Legible copy of my card that It maybe enough to lift the block and that she herself have put on record that I have upload in total 4 different forms of documentation proving who I am. My Mother Rhonda Arrington-Bey told a representative that we had used almost the last of our money and we had just moved to a New State, I did as well and the rep. stated give Green Dot 2 to 3 days to release the Block. On June 11, 2016, I received an email claiming the exact same thing they have been claiming since the beginning of this strife which is that I need State I.D. etc. As you can see following the flow of these events some things just don't make sense and the fact that I have explicitly explained to them that I needed the money now and have upload many different forms of ID proving who I am they still refuse to lift a block on my card that shouldn't even be on the card as it seems.  All together I uploaded my Nationality Identification card with my Attribute of Imani Zabrel Gray-Bey, My Green Dot Visa card that has Imani Gray-Bey on the card to show that the two attribute ARE the same, My social Security card that has Imani Gray and an expired GA state ID, 1933-Legislative Journal-House-page 5759 Resolution No.75. I gave my Mother Rhonda Arrington-Bey permission to use my Green Dot Card and the Representatives were informed of this.
This is PART 2 ( 6/22/2016) of my initial claim against the Green Dot Visa card company: I just wanted to add onto my claim that I explained to the representative Charlotte about my Social security card having a different attribute(Name) as my Moorish American Nationality Identification card. The reason being is that I am currently in the process of correcting  my Social Security Card with my Attribute(Name) of "Bey." I am correcting my attribute(name) on my social security card from Imani Zabrel Gray to Imani Zabrel Gray-Bey. After explaining this to Charlotte she said, "that was alright and for me to still upload my social security card, in order to have the Block removed from my Visa Green Dot Card that has Imani Gray-Bey displaying on it. I also made sure to explain to Charlotte and all the other representatives I have spoken to thus far that I gave my mother Rhonda Arrington-Bey authority to to use my card and to speak for me when needed.
Imani Gray-Bey follow up with Green Dot
The first thing I would like to address is that I am not female and do not go by Ms. Gray-Bey. I am Male and go by Mr. Gray-Bey. The second thing I would like to address is that I do not remember seeing or reading within their "Limits on the Use of Your Card" stating that they can,"we may refuse to issue a Card, revoke or suspend your Card privileges or cancel your Card with or without cause or notice, other than as required by applicable law." If this is indeed true then I would like to see an official copy of said document identical to the registry page that I initially went through when I first registered my card with the Green Dot Company. Third as I have spoken of before I spoke to a representative before that told me that I could get the block lifted off my card if I submitted a legible copy of my Social Security Identification card. I however did not get this representatives name but I did get the name and badge number of a Representative named Charlotte whose badge number is 3069 who stated the same thing about me uploading my Social Security Identification Card would be a viable form of Identification to lift the block off my card. If I ONLY needed a State ID, US Passport, or Drivers licence to be able to lift the block off my card why would two different representatives tell me of a fourth option which is my Social Security Identification Card? Through this dispute between I, my mother and the Green Dot Company they have withdrawn $5.95 from the initial $150.00 which I have not been able to have access to since apparently May 17, 2016 where they stated,"Green Dot blocked Ms. Gray-Bey's Card due to unusual activity identified on her Card, which Green Dot found to be inconsistent with average Cardholder behavior. Green Dot regularly reviews and modifies its risk controls, as necessary, to protect cardholders and the company, and this block is an example of one of Green Dot's risk controls." Again I have never used the initial $150.00 and never could use my initial $150.00 due too "unusual activity identified on her Card". Below is a copy of the $5.95 being deducted fro my initial $150.00because it has been over a month since I initially uploaded the sum of money which I state once again due to the Green Dot Company's own issues with their website and,"unusual activity identified on her Card" I never have been able to use.

Personal Thoughts--Islam, Green Dot took a monthly Fee from Imani Gray-Bey's Account, As a monthly Fee even though he Still has not been able to have Access to his money which was $150.00.. Many times when we have called Green Dot, there was a female or male with an Accent from the country of  India that we spoke to.
(A)I thought nothing of this Until once the Woman said (Emphasizing on the word Miss)Miss Three(3) times and still the phone call was dis-connected.. I don’t know if it is the same female with an Indian Accent..This action happened in New York..

Uzbekistan is a beautiful country that is becoming increasingly popular among tourists due to its rich cultural heritage, fascinating history, and breathtaking landscapes. If you are planning to visit Uzbekistan for tourism or business purposes, you will need to obtain a visa. Fortunately, Uzbekistan offers an eVisa option for many nationalities, which is a quick and convenient way to get a visa without having to visit an embassy or consulate.
One of the most common questions about the Uzbekistan eVisa is how long it is valid for. The answer depends on the type of eVisa you have applied for.
The standard eVisa for Uzbekistan is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. This means that you must enter Uzbekistan within 90 days of receiving your eVisa. Once you have entered the country, you are allowed to stay for up to 30 days. If you need to stay longer than 30 days, you will need to apply for an extension through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.
It is important to note that the 90-day validity period for the eVisa does not guarantee that you will be able to enter Uzbekistan. The immigration officer at the border has the authority to deny entry even if you have a valid eVisa. Therefore, it is important to make sure that you have all the necessary documents and meet all the requirements for entry into Uzbekistan.
If you need to stay in Uzbekistan for more than 30 days or if you need to enter and exit the country multiple times during your stay, you may want to consider applying for a multiple-entry eVisa. The multiple-entry eVisa is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and allows you to stay in Uzbekistan for up to 30 days per visit. With a multiple-entry eVisa, you can enter and exit Uzbekistan as many times as you want during the validity period.
In conclusion, the validity period of an eVisa for Uzbekistan depends on the type of visa you have applied for. The standard eVisa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and allows a stay of up to 30 days, while the multiple-entry eVisa is valid for 1 year and allows multiple entries with a stay of up to 30 days per visit. Regardless of the type of eVisa you have, it is important to make sure that you meet all the requirements for entry into Uzbekistan and have all the necessary documents with you when you arrive at the border.
