a weird, (?) comfort food that he will make is a pb&j sandwich but with strawberry jam or orange marmalade (or both!) and peanutbutter... and he'll add marshmallow fluff if there is some in the pantry, if he wants a sweet treat. : 3

in his vampire verse, he has shadow/darkness manipulation magic, && can shift into a black wolf : 33 he has the capability of shifting into pretty much any nocturnal predatory creature ( yes, including bats asjajj ) but it's a difficult and learned skill, and a wolf is the only one he is practiced at && is good at so far......... he's practicing how to git gud at birds and other creatures of flight because that would be hella useful but. he's not very good at it at the time and can only do it for a short burst jasjajj. these shifting abilities ONLY work at night, though!! only when the moon is out; never in the daytime .

the man who took care of little-tai while his father was in jail ( who is his dad's best friend ) was very frugal, modest in accommodation's, and believed that anything extraneous to be bought for the household, tai had to earn. mostly by doing chores or something else productive with his time. because of this, he grew up without a lot of 'luxuries' that others were accustomed to: for example, there was no internet access in his home; he had to go to the library or his school to use the internet! and he didn't have a cell phone until he was 17, and that's because he saved up money from a summer job to buy his own... and on a similar vein ( perhaps because of this ), he's not as addicted to tech as a lot of other people his age?? he uses social media but in like... low-moderate amounts. he's def not addicted to it and he doesn't use it all that often, comparative to most people in his age/generation group.

THREE THINGS YOUR CHARACTER LIKES TO DO IN THEIR FREE TIME :

jogging / hiking, etc; finding a place in nature that is pretty/cool and hanging out there, enjoying the ambience . . .

he's not extremely mechanically knowledge, but if there is any work he can do himself on his car(s), he rly enjoys when he can do it! the hands-on challenge is fun & it's satisfying to know he did it HIMSELF. he likes cars in general; likes going on drives while listening to music, likes checking out interesting/sEXy/rare models of cars ... even in verses where racing is not a thing he does/did, he enjoys car shows, clubs, shops, etc; he might go them if he's bored and they're around. he luvs his car; it his babie <; 3

pretty much anything to do with animals; he will meet up with someone there so fast!! the zoo, aquarium, dog parks, etc... if there's a chance he can see ( or better yet, inTERACT WITH ) animals, he's on his way— hE'S ZOOMIN!!!!

TWO THINGS YOUR CHARACTER REGRETS :

in his supernatural/SoL verses: he had a very close childhood-friend named Nihat that moved to LA to be in the band: tai half-convinced him to move to LA, but honestly, not really; nihat really wanted to come anyway, he was just waiting for the formal invitation. sadly, nihat ended up becoming deeply entrenched in the vices of the LA music scene and that trouble... ultimately led him to the end of his life ... tai deeply regrets ever inviting nihat to La. the guilt has haunted him ever since. there's a lot more i want to write on that topic but i would accidentally write a novel so i gotta stop there ajsajjj

he regrets not doing more for his mom when she was alive. he was only eight when she passed away, and realistically, ooc, we all know there really wasn't anything he could do for her that could have helped her with her mental health struggles; and even if there was, that wasn't his responsibility to take on; he was a child and should not have had to care for her or worry about her health-- it is the other way around ... but he's never been able to accept that. he has always carried the guilt and regret that he couldn't do more, and couldn't save her... couldn't give her a reason to live, or be enough for her to want to.

ONE PHOBIA YOUR CHARACTER HAS : most of his fears are psychological but... one physical thing that is nightmare fuel for him would be if he was locked in a claustrophobic small space alone, all on his own, for a long time, with no way to exit, and it didn't seem like someone was coming to get him...... . o _ o that would be very near the top in his list of "worst ways to die" asjjajj

With a final firm tug of the string to ensure it was properly fastened, Vertebrae stepped back and admired her newest bone assortment. They were in a peculiar arrangement but one that seemed to satisfy the clown. With a wide grin she turned to the small bird watching her from his perch nearby. Curiosity present in his wide unblinking red eyes as it looked at the hodgepodge of remains. 

“Ok it’s done!” Vertebrae stretched both hands toward her creation. Nodding the bird hopped down from its perch and onto the table for a closer inspection. 

“Go on, do it! It has to work, it’s perfect!” Glancing at Vertebrae Scythe showed none of her excitement but still gave a slight nod before lunging toward Vertebrae as he shifted into his weapon form. 

Quick hands caught his handle with ease and the jester waited patiently. It didn’t take long after the transformation before they made their appearance. Soft hues of blue and green lights shimmered faintly nearby as the hidden lost souls emerged in the presence of Scythe’s true form. 

They often tucked themselves into various nooks and crannies as they waited patiently for their turn to be reaped. With a quick twirl of the weapon’s staff Vertebrae easily hooked one of the souls that approached and in the same motion flung the spirit toward her creation. 

As the soul merged with the bones she watched wide eyed. Her hold on Scythe tightening as the pile on the table rattled softly. Releasing Scythe the weapon returned to its avian form and the duo approached the mass of bones as it slowly twitched and gained reanimation. 

The process was slow but seemed promising at least to the jester. The grim’s tool started at the abomination with doubt and uncertainty. 

Blue light shone in the once empty socket of the once feline skull. The signs of life, or at least what Vertebrae believed as she clapped her hands excited and encouraged her creation. 

“Yes yes yes! Wake mijo! wake up!” The bones shifted as the creature struggled to find its footing, trembling on the awkward appendages it now had. Its loosely hanging head turned this way and that, seeming to grow more and more desperate as its consciousness grew. 

There was a strange strangled ghastly noise emanating from it now, as it attempted to communicate with no voice. The cautions movements now erratic as it seemed to panic with its increasing awareness. 

No more was Vertebrae excited; her smile had vanished as she watched her beloved family tremble and shake. It was unhappy, but…how? She’d listened and she'd followed the order of the bones. Why wasn’t this working? 

Carefully she reached out, her pale hand stroking the frantic skull head as gently as she could. 

“Estas bien mijo, estoy aqui.” She attempted to comfort but the creature lashed out at her touch. Gnashing its teeth and a strangled screech tearing from its permanently open maw. A voice so different from the she’d heard that had guided her. Pulling away she watched as the frantic creature lashed out more, flailing its limbs as it struggled with itself. 

Tears broke free and Vertebrae waved to Scythe. She couldn’t watch this anymore, she had to stop it. This wasn’t right.

Scythe quickly stepped forward and slashed his sharp beak across the bone monstrosity's skull. The blade seemed to swipe through it as it hooked the soul and pulled it free again. The pale blue spirit fled away as Vertebrae hovered over her now still creation. 

The bones…they seemed so quiet now. She stared at them silently as she wept but despite her tears she reached out and slowly began to disassemble and rearrange the pile once again.

She’d get this to work. She will. 

Scythe looked up at her for a moment but nothing more before hopping back to his perch.

Hi all! I’m awfully new to this kind of thing, so if it’s awkward or messy or whatever, I’m sorry 💀

Anyway! I JUST finished the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death arc, and let me tell you, these two are on my mind— I’m completely ill about them, and as much as I love writing out my silly little stories and plots to AI bots, it’s just not satisfying any particular itches I have at the moment.

Sooo, I thought I’d test the waters on here for the first time and see if I can find a roleplay partner (or even partners? not picky). I’d also be down for making friends too, just to goof around and send memes or art or TikTok’s about these two! But honestly, I’d love to have a Geto to my Gojo 🥹💙

Preferences, Rules, and Whatnot:

I would definitely prefer writing Gojo, but I can try writing Geto if needed! I’m pretty lenient with most AUs and any crazy plots, but nothing that’s too unusual for JJK’s setting (like medieval or sci-fi settings).

I do require that whoever I roleplay with is at least 18+, and I’m most comfortable with people around the ages 20-23 since I’m 21 going on 22 currently.

I’m an absolute softie for angst and fluff, but I also don’t mind smut and slice of life kind of things. Just bear with me since I’m kinda new to writing those with another person, I get a little shy or overthink that I’m writing too much or too little (especially with smut).

As for my time schedule, I can write any day and time, but I’m most active at night (MST). I do work and go to college, so my replies to you might be a bit wonky and sometimes inconsistent, but just know that I won’t try to ghost you on purpose!! If it seems I’m taking way too long, don’t hesitate to reach out and see what’s going on. Some replies do take me longer because I’m either overthinking (again lol) or I’m really into what I’m writing and I want it to be perfect :)

we wanted to let you know about a small change in how we run our events. canonically, events will last either one or two days, but in real time, you’ll be able to post about them for up to a week with the proper tags. this “old school” method is something many of you might know, and we think it’ll give everyone more time to make use of the event, especially those who are limited on weekends to have opportunity to either write or post and join the fun.

when we put up our guideline posts for each event, we’ll include the cut-off date for all related posts. we’re looking forward to seeing how this change enhances our character development and interactions!

as for upcoming events:

in september, we’ll have our one major event followed by another sign-up group event similar to our previous candy salad event. that event was a huge success, and we can’t thank you enough for your amazing participation and punctuality. it truly exceeded all our expectations and has inspired us to continue to do more.

for october, we’re diving headfirst into the spooky vibes with 2 or 3 events that will include plot drops and more. we’re excited to embrace the chaos of the halloween spirit and have a lot of fun with it!

Temperament: Very feral , even in human form. On full moons he is completely driven by instinct and is very aggressive but other times he’s in wolf form it’s more 50/50.

Appearance in wolf form: From a distance he looks like a big wolf, including walking on all fours. His proportions and face are unsettling if you look closer, as they don’t match a normal wolf’s. 

Lifespan: Longer lived, with some werewolves making it to 200- 300 years old. 

Diet: Needs a significant amount of meat (preferring human in wolf form). Eats raw meat, even in ‘human’ form.
