Background:
Vanessa O'Connor was adopted straight out of the hospital by newly weds Sarah and Lisa O'Connor in 1994.
She had her naming day a few weeks afterwards where her parents friends, Melissa McCall and Noah Stilinski, were named as her godparents. She would then grow up with her two best friends with their children, Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski.
Sarah worked late nights as a deputy at the Sheriff's department while Lisa studied at Berkley for her nursing degree, leaving Vanessa to be raised mostly by Lisa's father, Nathaniel for the first few years of her life until his death in 2000 when Vanessa was 7 years old.
Her first day of Junior High, Vanessa (13) arrived at homeroom late along with Scott and Stiles after they were held up in a pile up on Main Street. Their teacher threatened detention for all three but Vanessa insisted that she take the fall instead. Unbeknownst to her, that was the day Isaac Lahey fell in love with her.
In 2009, Vanessa (15) was in her freshmen year when she met Erica Reyes in an empty stairwell at Beacon Hills High and befriended her after noticing how lonely she was.
It is implied that during that year, Vanessa started taking drugs and became tardy during school due to her developing anxiety and depression. Taking advantage of her mothers' busy work schedules and the fact that they regularly took the night shift at their respective jobs, she would sneak out of the house and hang out down town in the Warehouse district with the upperclassmen.
Sometime during this year, Vanessa (16) would find herself under the influence of unknown drugs and walking the Warehouse District alone without her shoes or possessions where she would than be stopped and picked up by Sheriff Stilinski.
Following this incident, it is implied that Vanessa cleaned herself up. Sarah and Lisa started to schedule their shifts so one of them would always be home by the time Vanessa finished school and they would start spending more time with their daughter, encouraging her to partake in activities such as running with Lisa in the morning, yoga and self-defence classes.
Mid-way through her sophomore year, Vanessa (16) started studying for her driver's test under the watchful eye of Sheriff Stilinski and managed to successfully get her license by January, 2011.
On January 9th, 2011, Vanessa drove through the backstreets of Beacon Hills after her best friends, Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski invited her out to the Preserve to investigate reports of a body being found in the area.
She is intercepted when she gets into a car crash, finding out that she hit the newly returned Derek Hale with her car.

Trinity’s transgender wrestler wins with pin, advances to championship
Because of anti-transgender regulation in Texas, Mack Beggs, 17, is forced to compete based on the sex of his birth certificate, meaning he competes in the girl’s league even though he wants to compete with other boys.
He is 55-0 in this season, undefeated
-----------------------------------------------
CYPRESS
Mack Beggs' first pin of the Class 6A state girls wrestling championship came in Saturday morning's semifinal match, launching the transgender grappler from Euless Trinity High School into the championship match in the 110-pound weight class.
That match is expected to start around 5 p.m.
Beggs, who dismantled two opponents on Friday’s opening day, winning both by major decisions, picked up his third consecutive state-tournament victory with a pin of familiar rival Kailyn Clay of Grand Prairie. Beggs also defeated Clay in last week's regional tournament before Clay also advanced to state.
After the match, Clay followed suit with the other wrestlers who have been pitted against Beggs, a female transitioning to a male more than a year into testosterone treatment, and declined to speak with reporters and was quick to exit the competition area at the Berry Center in the Cypress-Fairbanks school district.
Beggs is now 55-0 on the season.
Other than more television cameras and reporters hanging around Beggs' matches, the state tournament has been mostly routine despite the controversy swirling around Beggs' gender and the UIL rule that forces him to wrestle as a girl and against girls.
Fans mostly cheered after Beggs' victories, but there were some outliers.
One woman during Friday's action could be heard after Beggs’ victory over Mya Engert yelling at the Tascosa wrestler, “At least you got out there.”
At the regional tournament, two wrestlers forfeited rather than grapple with Beggs. One, Coppell’s Madeline Rocha, who had already qualified for state, lost her opening-round state match Friday.
After losing to Beggs, who has has been on testosterone treatments since October 2015, Engert left the mat in tears and her coach tersely declined an interview request for her wrestler. Many of the coaches have said they’re not upset at Beggs, but just the predicament of their girls having to wrestle against an athlete on testosterone.
One athletic director watching the action, who asked for his name not to be used because of the sensitivity of the issue, said he believes “there is cause for concern because of the testosterone,” adding, “I think there is a benefit.”
At least one wrestling parent, Patti Overstreet, yelled “cheater” at Beggs.
“Look at how beefed up she is,” Overstreet said. “It’s because she’s taking an enhancement. Whether she’s a boy, girl, wants to be purple or blue it doesn’t matter. When you’re using a drug and you’re 10 times stronger than the person you’re wrestling because of that drug, that shouldn’t be allowed.”
Beggs’ matches did not draw any more of a crowd than any other match taking place simultaneously on the 10 connected mats inside the mostly filled Berry Center in the Cypress-Fairbanks school district.
‘She’s not a quitter’
While Beggs has said he’d prefer to wrestle against boys, University Interscholastic League rules force Beggs to compete as a girl. The UIL uses an athletes birth certificate to determine gender, a measure overwhelmingly approved by the state’s school superintendents a year ago.
The rule prohibits girls from wrestling in the boys division and vice versa.
UIL provides an exception for a steroid that is prescribed by a medical practitioner for a valid medical purpose. The UIL has reviewed Beggs’ medical records and granted him permission to compete while taking testosterone.
Beggs and Trinity coach Travis Clark decided prior to the tournament to decline interviews until after the tournament when Beggs hopes to earn his first state title in three trips to state.
. Lisa Latham, the mother of Beggs’ first opponent Friday, said she wanted her daughter to forfeit the match, and her chance of earning a state medal.
“I wanted her to forfeit as a protective mom,” Lisa Latham said. “She’s a fighter. She’s not a quitter. She’s a senior. She fought for the last three years to get here. She was going to see it through, even though I wasn’t sharing the same opinion.”
Tyler Latham shook hands with Beggs, who then raised his arms and pointed high into the stands where his mother, father, sister, stepmom and stepdad were all seated in the same row in the second deck of seating.
Finals are Saturday afternoon
Prior to the start of the tournament, UIL deputy executive director Jamey Harrison addressed Beggs’ situation and said he does not believe the UIL’s birth certificate rule, because of its overwhelming support, will be “changed anytime soon.”
“This was a lengthy, lengthy process in deciding the various options we had in front of us so that the legislative council could make an informed decision,” Harrison said.
The finals are scheduled for 4:45 p.m. Saturday.
Another Tarrant County wrestler in the same weight class as Beggs, Anna Delaney of Fort Worth Paschal, lost her medal bid in the quarterfinals, falling to Annamarie Crixell of Conroe Oakridge.
A lawsuit was filed to try to keep Beggs from competing at the state tournament, but Coppell attorney Jim Baudhuin, also a parent of a female wrestler, said the suit is being revised to keep Beggs from competing as a girl next season.
The suit claims that allowing a wrestler to compete on testosterone exposes other female athletes to bodily harm.

Kinda hot if you like twinks.
Meet the Texas wrestler who won a girls’ state title. His name is Mack.
CYPRESS, Tex. — Booed and bloody, Mack Beggs dropped to his knees to celebrate. He was, after four wins and two days and all the rest, a state champion.
In a 12-2 victory against Chelsea Sanchez in the 110-pound classification, Beggs ended a highly controversial and dramatic weekend by becoming the first transgender participant to win a Class 6A girls’ state championship in Texas high school wrestling.
“I just witnessed my sport change,” a longtime Texas wrestling coach said moments after Beggs, a 17-year-old junior at Trinity High in Euless whose transition from girl to boy began two years ago and now includes testosterone injections, won a championship. The victory was seen as equal parts unavoidable — quick and noticeably strong, he entered the tournament unbeaten in 52 matches against girls — and contentious. The University Interscholastic League, which oversees sports in Texas public schools, ordered Beggs to continue competing in the girls’ division despite heavy uproar and a lawsuit earlier this month in a Travis County district court.

TXHSHoops: Cy Falls, Texas City & Timberview Pick Up Big Wins
17-6A: #8 Cy Falls (18-3, 3-0) 70, Cy-Fair (10-11, 2-1) 42 at Cypress’ Berry Center
Cy Falls used offense and defense to take the outright lead in 17-6A. Nigel Hawkins was one of nine Eagles to find the scoreboard, but his first half set him apart. He scored 16 points before halftime, and finished with 24. Kendall Scott also had a successful opening half, and scored 10 of his 16 during that span.
The Eagles led Cy-Fair 39-30 at halftime, but started to pull away in the final two periods. Defense was the difference, so Bobcat players, like Noah Thomas, couldn’t get going in the second half. He only scored four of his 18 points during that time, and his team made as many free throws (4/8) as field goals (4/28).
The Eagles started the day in a three-way tie atop the district standings, but now lead Cy Creek, Cy-Fair, Cy Ranch, Jersey Village and Langham Creek by a game. JV entered the picture with a surprising win at Cy Ranch tonight, while Langham Creek and Cy Creek beat Cy Lakes and Cy Ridge respectively.
23-5A: Texas City (16-6, 6-1) 78, #8 Fort Bend Marshall (18-6, 5-2) 64
Watch out world! Texas City is coming for you!
Okay, maybe we took it a step too far there. Let’s try it again. Watch out 23-5A! The Stingarees will strike when you’re least expecting it!
Ask Marshall about Texas City, and how they’re no slouch. The Stings turned around their losing ways this season, so an 11-point hole was nothing to them tonight. They bounced back with a 30-point quarter in the second, and ultimately knocked off a top-10 team in the state.
That’s an amazing feat, considering where the team was last season, but it wouldn’t have happened without a pair of seniors leading the way. Michael Walker and James Scott were a combined 14-of-23 from the field, and 4-of-6 from three. Walker led the team with 19 points, and Scott added 17.
10-5A: #3 Mansfield Timberview (17-5, 4-0) 61, #5 Lancaster (13-8, 1-3) 60-OT
There was a lot of hype surrounding this game, and it was as good as advertised. The teams and their stars showed up, so it made for an entertaining night. They battled for five periods, and no group led by more than three after one of them.
So what was the difference tonight? Timberview’s depth...like I mentioned in the preview. Tim Johnson led the Wolves with 24 points, Chris Mullins added 16, and Isaac Likekele finished with 12. Lancaster’s T.J. Starks led all scorers with 28, but it wasn’t enough in the loss.

Student Discipline and Due Process
All children who reside in the State of New Jersey between the ages of 5 and 20 are entitled to a free public education including children with disabilities. The United States Supreme Court ruled that undocumented children and young adults also have the right to attend school (Plyer v. Doe). The State of New Jersey Constitution requires the state to provide “a thorough and efficient system of free public schools for all children between the ages of 5 and 18 years.” Children living in low-income districts, formerly known as the Abbott Districts, can attend pre-school for free. The Newark Public School district is a former Abbott School District. Discipline of public school children is governed by N.J.S.A. 18A:37-1 through -37. N.J.S.A. 18A:37-1 obligates students to comply with school rules, pursue a course of study, and to submit to the authority of the teachers and others in authority over them (NJ Rev Stat § 18A:37-1 (2013). N.J.S.A. 18A:37-2 outlines the causes for suspension or expulsion. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:16-7.1. the “Code of Student Conduct” defines the standards, policies, and procedures established by district boards of education for positive student development and expectations of student behavior on school grounds, which includes riding on school buses, at school-sponsored functions, and, behavior away from school grounds. for more than 10 consecutive school days from her general education or the special education program when the appropriate procedures set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:14-2.8 have been followed, but not the cessation of the student’s educational services. “Expulsion” is the total and complete discontinuance of educational services or the payment thereof for a student. . The Newark Public School District has a Student Discipline Policy Student/Parent Guide (rev 2012) which outlines procedures for dealing with disciplinary issues/incidents that occur in school. It also describes four levels of misconduct which outlines the appropriate response to a student’s misbehavior. Level I and II do not address suspension but outlines appropriate interventions and corrective actions to be taken when a student misbehaves. Level I requires parent contact (the manner of which is not defined) while Level II speaks of a parent conference. Neither speaks of a timed parental notification. Upon further examination of the Student Discipline Policy in the Student/Parent Guide categorizes misbehavior at Level III (ex. gambling, cyberbullying, extreme defiance, gender, sexual, racial or ethnic harassment, etc.) which calls for an investigation of the action, a meeting with the student, and a conference with the parent. In grades Pre-K though K, no suspensions can be issued. Students in grades 1-3, can be suspended for no more than four days upon the approval of a regional supervisor. Students in grades 6 to 12 may be suspended four or more days to a suspension on site pending approval of a regional supervisor. Level Four infractions (ex. Weapons, bomb threat, alcohol, sexual assault, physical attack on staff, extortion, pulling fire boxes, etc.) for students up to 17 years old can result in an off-site suspension beyond four days. Furthermore, an evidentiary hearing will be conducted by the Regional Superintendent or her designee within 48 hours. Police intervention may be requested for students over 18 years old. Special education students who are separated from school for more than 10 days (cumulative or consecutive) must have a manifestation determination hearing by the Child Study Team. In the case where police intervention is required, the school administrator confers with the staff after verifying the incident and parents are notified, even though the Code of Conduct Statement does not address who, how, and when, etc. In a telephonic interview with the for Loading... mer president of Essex County Parent Teachers Association Mr. Lyndon Brown, I asked if he knew of any cases where children were suspended without written parental notification; he replied in the affirmative. (L. Brown, personal communication, August 26, 2019). Brown cited examples of general education children being “told” they were being suspended and could not return to school without a parent/guardian. There was nowritten or telephonic parental notification given at the time of the suspension, nor any opportunity to address the suspensionuntil after the suspension had occurred. This is a violation of The Fourteenth Amendment forbidding the State to deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. The right to an education is a protected interest in property which is created and defined" by state statutes or rules entitling the citizens to certain benefits. Board of Regents v. Roth, 408 U.S. 564, 577 (1972). With the exception of the treatment of special education children, it appears that short-term and long-term suspensions are nearly identical because the parental notification and student opportunity to redress the complaints prior to serving the suspension violates the students’ due process rights as afforded under the Fourteenth Amendment. ue Process Clause that can’t be taken away without minimum procedures required by the Clause. The Court found that students facing suspensionsfrom a public school should at a minimum be given notice and afforded some kind of hearing. The Court further elaborated that if misconduct charges are sustained and placed on the student’s record, this would have a chilling impact the student’s reputation and interfere with future educational and employment opportunities. The exceptions that can be made is when the student is capable of immediate a harm to himself or others, or poses a danger, commits an assault with a weapon, or his presence disrupts the academic process. The immediate removal of the student can take place to protect the rights of the greater group of students or faculty but the student must have a hearing within 30 days after the first day of suspension. Because New Jersey guarantees a student the right to a thorough and efficient education, the New Jersey Commissioner of Education ruled that a suspended student must be given an opportunity to make up missed work (Haddad). The Newark Public School District needs to reassess, upgrade and rewrite the Student Handbook in plain parent-friendly language and clearly outline the disciplinary action to ensure compliance with both the state and federal statutes. In 500-750-words, address the following: Steps you are required to take that are consistent with state statutes, your district’s school board policies, faculty handbook, and the student handbook; Any First Amendment arguments you think the student with the Facebook page may raise; and Responses you could make to the First Amendment arguments that are consistent with the cases in the assigned readings. Lalita, you wrote an excellent analysis. You referred to local requirements and included a discussion of how the First Amendment applies to bullying. You applied the law to the facts of this case and reached a logical conclusion. Great job! Read the full article

Re: Brandmeir’s inability to understand and appreciate how crimes of an unnecessary are committed
Date: February 19, 2018
In regards to my report filed earlier this morning, it appears to Brandmeir that his encouragement and facilitation of criminal activities does not go unnoticed or unperceived by the matured student and one at the doctoral level.
It appears Brandmeir’s email has been duplicated in which duplicate copies are being forwarded to numerous persons. He refers to a DL-Blackholes and I am unware of that person being that I merely responded all to his email. I do not know this person but it is an indication that unauthorized persons have access to student’s correspondence and files violating privacy regulation, antitrust and monopolization statutes, and the oath of the government official. Since Brandmeir is unaware of the calibre of his conduct, I believe it is best that he sees my way of thinking via statutes and those violated.
Also attached is his response including that of BL-Blackholes.

My comments from my earlier correspondence are as follows with the relevant statute violations as I have now officially submitted notice to CSU’s registrar regarding withdrawal.
Correct me if I am wrong as I seem unable to identify the deficiencies I have in Doctoral Orientation. My discussion presented an in-depth discussion on the dissertation process in my post to the professor's posting/discussion including the, (1) analysis of ProQuest’s Database in which a doctoral dissertation written by Nowlin’s (2018) Incorporating stakeholder input into financial decision making in california school districts was presented; (2) given with the provision of Nowlin reference, the doctoral dissertation requested was provided. My representation was present and was not validated means I am free to initiate plagiarism and infringements as I see fit. This is a failure of Department of Education to provide me with the quality of education required at the Doctoral level - an infringement;
STATUTE VIOLATED -
(3) Nowlin's dissertation was retrieved from ProQuest's dissertation database and not the traditional database. In that my obligation and burden towards Columbia Southern University have been met as required and instructed; (4) It is inappropriate for my doctoral professor at my university to direct me to infringe upon other elements as vital Department of Education's resources and suggest identity theft as it is the only way to access additional dissertation databases not provided my university library. I am a legitimate student at Columbia Southern. I expect to be provided with any and all resources necessary from them and not some other illegitimate resources resulting in civil and criminal penalties. In other words, Columbia Southern University does not tell me to seek references from universities other than its own; (5) Your reference of deterrence in participation in a cooperative learning activity is quite discouraging. The act of conference participation is a peer learning activity. To this you specified, "No need to analyze or comment on others or event the dissertation, just yes or no but could be useful." Again, another Department of Education failure/deficiency. (6) Your feedback of, "Accusations are not appropriate in discussion boards." It is clear to see how this comment came in with. (a) my Al Khatib to Khatib fraudulent infringement resulting in academic violation; grader's response . Grader response Delete: “Al Khatib, A. S. (2014). Time management and its relation to students' stress, gender and academic a…” Grader response Add: “Khatib, A. S. (2014). Time management and its relation to students' stress, gender and academic achi…” (2) the comments regarding my grammar, citation formatting, and presentation of personality including those of a nonsensical manner, the lack of representation and presentation of faculty at a doctoral level including, lack of introduction being it is way too long and needs to be concise; Which means what? Look up sesquipedalian. It is alleged sesuipedalian, applied to the phrase in my paper discernment of the DBA program, is a term reserved for Department of Education and not for students which you fail to appreciate. Furthermore, according to dictionary.com, the definition of sesuipedalian is, (1) given to using long words, 2. (of a word) containing many syllables. noun 3. a sesquipedalian word. How discernment becomes using long words and containing many syllables as defined by dictionary.com is a reflection of Department of Education. Hopefully with time, they will see the err. The representation in my paper, "This reflection paper demands discernment of the DBA program including the objectives of the program, the expectation by the school and society, characteristics / attributes of success in the program, areas of development and growth, and the consequences of time management application within the DBA students personal life. The desire to be conferred upon as a DBA must reflect the diligence, commitment, and discipline required to achieve said accolade." is met with the comment This sentence is useless, the paper does not demand (anthropomorphism perhaps). Not sure where you found this list but just make no sense. Dictionary.com defines anthromorphism as an anthropomorphic conception or representation, as of a deity. Anthropomorphic, dictionary.com, means ascribing human form or attributes to a being or thing not human, especially to a deity. 2. resembling or made to resemble a human form... As for my week 1 rewrite, I was met with the comment of This paper is supposed to be a personal reflection and it is not – not sure why you insist on all the extra materials instead of your own thinking. If you spent the time writing the paper correctly, and a little less on compiling references that are not needed, you could resolve some of the writing issues. The references are nice for a doctoral level effort, but in this case, overdone. Overdone and yet my grade for week 1 was 70.5%. American Psychological Association (2010) appreciates the benefits on reliances on prior studies to advance theories. American Psychological Association (2010) argues successfully, 1.03 Theoretical Articles In theoretical articles, authors draw on existing research literature to advance theory. Literature reviews and theoretical articles are often similar in structure, but theoretical articles present empirical information only when it advances a theoretical issue. Authors of theoretical articles trace the development of theory to expand and refine theoretical constructs or present a new theory or analyze existing theory, pointing out flaws or demonstrating the advantage of one theory over another. For a doctoral feedback to be contesting the focus on the reliance on prior studies including appropriate citation management in favor of unsupported originality creates a substantial problem for me. There were also comments such as Transfer or incorporate – pedagogical concepts on prior learning do not seem to apply here, Do you mean the ability to strategize, You don’t understand copyrighting so not sure why you are putting this in here, Requires mentoring?, The department of education has nothing to do with this – what are you writing about here., Students don’t exerts so what are you saying?, Do not have consequences to attributes – so what are you saying... A DBA degree is considered a practitioner's degree with encouragements to reliance on prior knowledge and skills, but since this doctoral orientation and I overdo with references none will be provided here.
