Hey Miry what are some fun (or maybe angsty) headcanons you have for the boys, including Chain?

Sky: I know most people headcanon Warriors as the field medic, but I feel Sky is also versed in first aids and is really good at it, he has excellent bedside manner. Like the knight academy probably taught him all about it, so the 3 medics of the gang are warriors, hyrule and him. I also believe he has an impeccable stitch technique, like barely leaves scars at all. Really dexterous with his hands too, thanks to his wood crafting and harp playing, he's really good with them hands lmao.

Four: he's a blacksmith sure, and knows a lot about making weapons and maintaining them, but I like to believe he's also really good and making stuff out of leather. Like he knows how to make leather belts and pouches for the weapons his grandpa makes or leather clothes as protection in battle. Idk just a very crafty little guy that offers the entire deal aka a weapon and the leather belts to carry it, all in one service hehe

Time: I like to believe he lost his eye in a very mundane non heroic way, like maybe he fell off a rowdy horse and landed in the worst way possible or a farm centric accident. He makes up different stories about how he lost it, every time someone asks, he changes it, some stories are batshit insane and some others are super normal. He actually has told the real way he lost the eye in between the fake stories, but no one believes him. He thinks it's hilarious btw.

Twilight: I've mentioned before that I headcanon him to be a very sensitive guy, like small things can make him tear up aka a baby animal absolutely makes him want to start sobbing lmao. I like to believe he gossips and talks a lot with his epona as wolfie, like when you're in wolf form in twilight princess you can talk to animals and epona is so sweet with him when you talk to her, they are soulmates man. The guys do something dumb and he turns into wolfie just to walk to epona like "can u believe those guys??" Epona knows everything tbh like he tells her everything, she's the only one who truly knows his woes over losing midna.

Wind: I love to believe the little guy can legit control the winds, like the wind waker is a way for him to channel his magic, but he can control the wind unconsciously, too. When he gets really mad, the winds pick up speeds around him, or if he's happy, a gentle breeze circles around him, etc. His hair is always blowing in the breeze even when he's inside doors, and there's no wind. It just does that.

Legend: Excellent gardener, has a talent for growing plants, flowers, and trees. They flourish under his care. Extremely particular about soil and water and shadow/light for his plants, he not only has an apple orchard, but also grows veggies and rare flowers. Ravio maintains his garden under extreme rules and guidelines lmao ravio is not allowed to sell the apples or veggies from legend's garden, but legend encourages rav to use them for cooking instead.

Hyrule: disney princess aka animals love him lmao typical guy who befriends every single creature he meets, he could pacify a bear if he wants to. His fae part is what makes him have such an affinity with nature in general, I see him as the elves from LOTR who can feel and communicate with trees and they guide him. It's why he never uses maps, he doesn't need them.

Wild: using LOTR as my base for headcanons again lol but I see him like aragorn in the sense that aragorn is a human who was raised by elves so he feels a strong connection to elf culture because of it. I picture wild to be the same, but with the zoras, since he was childhood friends with mipha, we can imply he spent A LOT of time in zora's domain as a child. He is way more versed in zora customs, language, holidays, etc, than the hylian ones. It's also why I feel the older zora are so pissed off with him in botw, like they saw him as one of their own for so long, utter betrayal that he didn't protect their princess (mipha) and failed them all lol he has some zora mannerism in the sense that sometimes, he eats fish raw LMAO when he absentmindedly ate one in front of everyone the first time everyone was shocked for a while lmao

Warriors: absolute nervous wreck, always riddled with anxiety, really low self-esteem, is probably screaming 24/7 inside his head at all times, but is EXCEPTIONAL at faking it, like fake it til you make it is his way of life lmao he exudes over confidence and is always worried about his looks as a way to hide how much of a mess he truly is. Time & Wind has seen him at his worst and know that he's a great actor, which helps him cause he can stop pretending around them for a while

Chain: All bark, no bite. He is ironic and sarcastic and shows himself as a tough guy, but he's actually a sweetheart, and things get to him pretty easily. He learned pretty early on than carrying his heart on his sleeve is a really bad idea around the Bounty Hunter guild, since soft nice guys don't last long, so he replies to hurtful comments with sarcasm and a tough attitude, when in reality he's really hurt lmao he also jokes to cope, he'd rather throw a joke or two at you than really open up and talk about his feelings.

Uuuuu okay so I've played every Zelda game besides the Oracle duo & the Four Swords BUT I have watched playthroughs!! Botw is a very unique Zelda game because it was created to break the status quo of the series so there isn't another Zelda game quite like it!! The others are very linear stories! So based on botw that's a hard one to follow up....

For you I think you would like Twilight Princess's vibes!!!!!! I love twpri..... It's sort of got this eerie but sacred vibe like "do not be afraid" as you get further in the game and I think the mature tone suits you! I think you would also really like Midna and the light/twilight/dark symbolism (it is a bit heavy handed since it's a rated T game lol but I enjoy it) also you are a dog in that game. :)

A Link Between Worlds might also interest you, it's got the whole mirror worlds going on and I don't want to spoil it but the story is really good imo :>> not the most complex but who cares!!! Is good!!!!!! I think you would like Ravio and Hilda :>

As for my favorite, it's Skyward Sword bec I'm a baby who likes the water colors BUT ALSO heavy religion themes and I love those >:3c Zelda becomes catholic the game but it's like. What if Jesus was your girlfriend and I love that 💞 The dungeons are also very fun especially the ancient cistern. The story is also HEAVILY important to botw's.... also my favorite Link !! Is here!!! He's so talkative and so silly just the guy ever he just loves his best friend soso much and he just wants to sleep and he's like a disney princess w/ birds and that's iconic of him <3 + The moments when he's like dead serious you KNOWW he's dangerous bec what did you possibly do to piss HIM off...... Also Zelroolink polyam is endgame. 2 me. 😌 AND THIS ZELDA??? The fans sort of infantalize her but she's so complex and interesting and tough as nails she's my gorf. GirfFriend. If you're okay with playing the most ugly as shit game ever, Spirit Tracks is also in my top 5 :) THE STORY IS BASIC AND BAREBONES BUT YOU DRIVE A TRAIN AND ZELDA IS YOUR COMPANION!!!!! THE WHOLE TIME!! SHE'S JUST THERE!!! NO SEPARATION LIKE USUAL!! The second song is something that represents her fun childhood but also her journey away from a place she knew as home and her journey away from a simple and purely innocent childhood.

I guess the song title is self explanatory. She realizes that her life is strange but that’s not really a bad thing. Everyone has a strange life and she’s no longer as upset about it like she was pre-resurrection.

Amry went through a lot in her early life and a lot of it trickled down into her teen years. She lost her tribe at a young age, lost her uncle, lost her parents to the plague, and then her aunt disappeared. A lot of struggles but she kept going no matter what but she’ll never forget the people she lost along the way, including her old self.

I’ll break this one down into different parts:

For her family: Bury my Heart ~ Peter Gundry Daugther’s Lament ~ Carolina Chocolate Drops

For her friends: Gift of a Friend ~ Demi Lovato

For her family, These songs I feel fit the best. Daughter’s Lament is actually from the THG soundtrack so it is talking about Katniss and her father but I thought this fit Amry and her own family’s demise as well. Although the first song is simply instrumentals, I think she’d dedicate this to her now long dead tribe and family members

Gift of a friend, well she’s grateful for her friends. They’re always there beside her and always willing to do everything in their power to help them and she feels like she can never truly repay them for that.

- A song that represents a current relationship/love interest

Lionheart ~ Demi Lovato, Pure Love ~ Hayley Williams, Ruin the friendship ~ Demi Lovato, Crystal Clear ~ Hayley Williams

The first two songs lyrics are just pure gold and fit Asra and Amry’s relationship so well. The third one is definitely post- resurrection but before the started dating Amry and Asra. Just listen to the song if you can lol. The last song can be seen as Amry finally feeling comfortable with falling in love with someone and not being afraid to do so.

Since Amry didn’t really have any past relationships or love interests...I’ll leave this blank lol

Both songs are the type you’d probably head bang to so I can see her requesting this and standing on a table while headbanging

There’s been a lot of sad moments in her life like I mentioned before but I think these two (one has lyrics while the other is just instrumentals) represent the grief she’s felt. I suppose her saddest moment was watching her uncle die.

Endless Night ~ Dreamcatcher

This song would be PERFECT for an Amry training montage. She uses a knife or a dagger mostly but I can imagine her being badass and training to fight with a sword. If I ever started animating, this is the first thing I’d animate and it would have this song in the background.

So in my head, Amry has a nice er...princessy type of way of singing so catch her singing literally...any Disney princess song. I’d say her voice is mix between Mandy Moore’s in Tangled and Anki Rose’s in Princess and the frog. Of course she’d also sing the sailor moon theme song in an obnoxiously loud voice though. So for that, I won’t link any songs because it would just be too much. (Yes she would belt the lyrics to speechless from the Aladdin movie too)

The Ruler and the Killer ~ Kid Cudi, Louder ~ Roselia

First song: A fight between Amry and Lucio. The lyrics fit lucio quite well “All of you belong to me” “Respect what I have done for thee” etc etc. But the beat gives me “Amry is gonna kick someone’s ass” vibes.

Second Song: The lyrics “I will never die, until I will accomplish my destiny in the place I was born” really fit Amry. The reason why she goes on so many adventures is to find the people responsible for her tribes death (and also find any trace of her aunt) and so this song would play once she finally fights the people. She refuses to die again until she can avenge not only her tribe but the many other lives the people most likely ruined.

This was hard but fun to do! Sorry if there are typos in the paragraphs. I type really fast so i dont catch all the typos until after i’ve posted something lol. Anyways, i don’t really know who to tag so if you see this then go ahead and try it!

🏳️‍🌈 - ok for howls, Everyone Is Bi/Pan, howl is trans and autistic and i will die on that hill, fr treasure planet jim and cpt amelia are both trans and both of them + doppler are autistic, fr loz link is trans, autistic and semi nonverbal and communicates primarily with asl, post twilight princess zelda says fuck it and finds a way back into the twilight realm and she midna and link hang out, most of these boil down to everyone i love is trans gay and autistic because i say so lmaooo

📃 - OK SO. without like, spoiling too many plot points, our main character is cara and she lives with her grandmother. her mom is dead and dad is out of the picture. one day theyre getting chased by these people that her grandma knows and cara gets thrown into an alternate realm full of fantasy creatures using her grandmothers amulet. she meets a unicorn named lightfoot and a bunch of other rad people and basically, starts a journey to save that world from the Hunters. the Hunters are an organisation who specifically hate unicorns and want them all dead, led by Beloved, and cara and her friends have to try and stop them from entering the world and wiping them out. its sooo so so good and i highly recommend it cause i have no one to talk to about it please god

unicorn chronicles: i loved unicorns as a kid and read it when i was in elementary school, and over the years its remained just as compelling and well written as i remember and like. god the whole concept is so godamn cool and all the subplots that get introduced are fuckign fantastic and like all the different creatures are amazing i literally cant sing its praises enough

howls moving castle: must i have a logical reason? is it not to vicariously live my fantasy of running away to the countryside with a wizard boyfriend, his demon and his apprentice?? for real though, its such a fantastic story with beautiful visuals in the movie and wonderfully compelling prose in the book, and esp in the movie the whole time travel subplot with sophie seeing howl and calcifer in the past and then howl finding her in the future makes me go feral

penumbra: gays in space. need i say more? im a huge slut for gay found family and especially in futuristic space, and im a huge big fan of the lgbt utopia its created. like yeah capitalism sucks but at least im not gonne get misgendered in space starbucks, u kno? all the writing and dialogue is so incredible and the SOUND DESIGN GOD, alex i know u specifically can relate when i say i would kill a man for sophie and her incredible sound design skills, like dude the dance scene in man in glass p2 you can hear every single individual step they take and every swish of junos dress and i jusT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! god its so good, plus the whole the characters help me work through my trauma and repressed anger haha

911: this one is entirely your fault. so obligatory horny on main everyone on that show is so hot i want oliver stark to cradle me gently in his beefy arms oh my god. other than Men, the way it drives home the whole ‘you can’t save everyone, and it will kill you to try, so just focus on what you can do and keep living’ makes me so emo. the way it tackles big bureaucratic issues as well as closer to home interpersonal ones is amazing and i love how it shows people going through and dealing realistically with trauma.

treasure planet: again, who doesnt want to live in Cool Steampunk Space Travel Future? i really really love jims story and his arc, the way he deals with his trauma is uhh very familiar lol and his relationship with silver is like the ideal. the story is just the coolest concept and i love all the wonderful character design and animation, plus the soundtrack SLAPS and everything is beautiful

legend of zelda: ive been associated with this series from a very young age due to my name and as soon as i gave into my fate and looked it up for real i just kinda fell into it lol. i cant really tell you exactly what draws me to it besides ‘wow fun game!’ and ‘god i wish that were me,’ but like the absurd amount of detail thats put into each installment and the creative ways they retell essentially the same/similar story over and over is incredible

guardians of gahoole: so i had the same experience with this and treasure planet which is i remembered ‘oh hey this is a movie that exists and i cant clearly remember watching it, ill look it up :)’ and then it consumed my life for a solid 3 months. firstly this movie is absolutely gorgeous, the animation and framing is fucking stunning and the way they handled owls talking like people as far as the movement of their very inflexible beaks was amazing. it sort of has the same draw for me as warrior cats? secret animal society ft incredibly traumatic experiences and the characters dealing with it. like, the whole concept is just so fuckign wild and it works so well, i rly enjoy this niche genre.

💎 - alright trivia time, so guardians of gahoole is based on a book series and the movie only covers part of the first arc i think idk, BUT theres another series set in the same universe called wolves of the beyond that i devoured when i was younger! i didnt know they were connected for the longest time and when i found out i was :000, i still rly love wolves of the beyond and wanna reread it, as well as read the actual gahoole books. in the howls books, sophie is a redhead! also, markl is named michael and like a fully functioning young adult who ends up marrying one of sophies sisters. treasure planet is, obviously, based off treasure island but its so much better than the book dont bother reading it lol i tried and it was boring. there was plans for a treasure planet sequel that was fully scripted and cast but it was cancelled cause disney sabotaged treasure planet from the start with the shitty release and advertising and tldr we were ROBBED, also amelias concept was much more octopus like and while that wldve been rad im p glad she was switched to a cat for. several reasons lol. uhh i dont have a lot of Fun Facts abt the unicorn chronicles but for the longest time i thought there were only 3 books and then last year i found the fourth book by chance in a kitsch store and nearly had a breakdown i was so happy, like full on i started shaking and crying cause there was so much joy in my body i cldnt contain it.
