Unlocking the Power of Affiliate Network Software for Business Success: A Journey into the Unknown
In today's fast-paced business environment, entrepreneurs need efficient tools to scale their operations. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) software has emerged as a game-changer in this regard. It streamlines operations, enhances growth opportunities, and provides valuable insights. In fact, companies using MLM software have reported up to a 30% increase in sales due to better tracking and engagement. Let’s explore the essential features of MLM software and how a thoughtful development process can lead to significant business growth.
Understanding MLM Software
MLM software is specifically designed to ease the management of multi-level marketing structures. This software simplifies various aspects, such as recruitment, sales tracking, and commission management. For example, a direct selling company might find it challenging to manage three levels of sales agents, especially when they have different commission rates. MLM software automates these complicated calculations, personalizing support for each agent and allowing the company to focus on broader growth strategies.
This software is crucial for achieving higher profitability while ensuring transparency and accountability. It helps track sales, manage commissions, and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
If you want to try our software, please click on the Affiliate network software.

regarding your recent posts on petit bougeoisie, one thing ive never managed to understand is how someone like an independent digital artist isnt considered to be selling their labour. in that scenario there is nothing they own that is making them more capable of making artworks, as they could fairly easily just be working off of a library computer or something, and what they’re selling is basicaly just the time and skill they’ve invested into producing their clients request. so besides the fact that they arnt being paid hourly and are instead charging based on how much work they’ve done, i dont really understand how they’re not considered to be selling their labour?
with something like a carpenter selling chairs or something i can more understand it as theres at least a physical thing being owned with the wood, and another being sold with the chairs, but even there it still seems like a stretch to say they’re not selling their labour at least in part, as the increased price of the chair compared to the wood is due to the work the carpeter put into sculpting it.
so far any reading ive done has been only really adressing small buisness owners who employ others and not really touching fully independent people working off of commisions or similar models of buisness, so im hoping you can clarify this for me or direct me to somewhere that does
Firstly, a clarification: a worker is not selling their labour, but rather their labour power. In some of the earlier works by Marx and Engles, they talk about selling their labour, which is later corrected to labour power. This is a more precise and useful term. When we refer to selling labour power, we are talking about the worker selling their ability to work for a given amount of hours in exchange for a wage. The worker who builds phones in a factory does not sell phones to the capitalist and their are not paid per phone. They are paid per hour. What is being purchased is their ability to work during those hours.
According to the formulation of labour in your ask, essentially everyone would be proletarian. In all commodities, regardless of who produces them and how they are made, the labour hours used to create them are factored into the price.
When it comes to independent artists, they are putting their labour power into the commodity (regardless if it is physical or digital) that their are selling, rather than selling the labour power itself. When an artist makes art in exchange for patreon money or doing comissions, the commodity that they are selling is the piece of art that they have made, rather than their labour power. They also receive income in the form of profits and not wages. This is in contrast with, for example, a digital artist who works for a AAA games company and is paid a wage for their ability to produce a certain amount of art per hour, rather than the piece of art itself.
In theory you could be an independent digital artist as someone who draws with a mouse on mspaint at a library computers and perhaps someone has done this before, but it is absolutely not how independent digital artists tend to operate. In reality, an independent digital artist is someone who owns a set of tools (copy of art software, computer, drawing tablet etc.) which act as the means of production when they produce a commodity (a piece of art that they intend to sell). When they invest their money into their further ability to produce more commodities (buying better software or hardware for example), that money acts as capital.
If I misinterpreted any part of your ask, please let me know.
As far as reading recommendations, and assuming that you have read Wage Labour and Capital, I would recommend Value, Price and Profit which touches more on this.

dreading talking on the phone tomorrow severely. People hate spelling their information for me. I'm trying a new approach to calming myself down which is to try not to catastrophize what happens if I can't adapt and don't make it, but I rlly rlly do want to keep a wfh job at least for now if I can help it. It'd be nice if I could do something less phone-oriented though, or just like. idk it's never as bad doing like zoom or a teams meeting with a coworkers/supervisors where you can resolve audio issues or miscommunication at least mostly efficiently with no hangups. I also just particularly dread our system bc it's Quirky Old Reliable Software, but it's a live system so like none of us had hands on experience until handling annoyed people who've already been transferred xyz many times and I gotta act composed n try to sell that I'm an experienced agent when I'm like.
Staring at parts of the script or navigating a part of the website that I've never made it to before bc there's no dummy version of [redacted] information to put in for training/practice. there's like floor managers to answer questions, but the ratio is like? Idk anywhere between 1 and maybe 4 floor managers to maybe 20-30+ ppl also scared, confused, stuck at various parts of the system, difficult customers, phoning in a lifeline question, tech issues, etcetera, so it's like. Wait times for help or clarification for anybody or anything is a hot minute for anyone. A lot of customers disconnect. I just find the transition to be rlly stressful already and I know it's only going to become extremely more busy for like the next month starting Tuesday. And also bc it's related to healthcare and not like idk food or merchandise customer service, it's like I really do give a shit about not wanting to make anything a hassle for callers so I genuinely do feel awful they have to manage with my learning curve for the system itself.. But also aside from being like apologetic I have to be authoritative and direct the call in some capacity. And they want me to build rapport, be friendly and chatty with some callers, but i can just barely put together what people are saying over the phone half the time and struggle to multitask since I'm still doing so many things for the first time. but I've just spent most of today dreading tomorrow.. if I'm going to have a comfort zone for this I hope it comes together quickly 😮💨

Strengthen Brand Identity and Fuel Creativity with Sales Quoting Software
For value-added resellers in the IT and office supplies sector, creating a strong brand identity is indispensable. A brand identity not only sets a company apart from its competitors but also fosters trust and loyalty among customers.
However, maintaining a consistent brand image while striving for innovation can be a challenging task. This is where sales quoting software steps in to streamline processes, enhance brand identity, and fuel creativity. The business sales quoting software serves as a comprehensive solution for value-added resellers (VARs) to generate accurate quotes quickly and efficiently.
However its benefits extend beyond mere sales operations; it can play a pivotal role in reinforcing brand identity and fostering creativity within an organization. Here's how:
Consistency in Brand Messaging
A cohesive brand identity is built upon consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. Sales quoting software allows businesses to incorporate branded templates, logos, and messaging into every quote, ensuring that the brand identity remains consistent throughout the sales process. This consistency reinforces brand recognition and strengthens the brand's overall image in the eyes of customers.
Personalization
While consistency is key, personalization is equally important for connecting with customers on a deeper level. A business quote generator enables businesses to tailor quotes to each customer's specific needs and preferences. By incorporating personalized elements such as customer names, relevant product recommendations, and customized pricing options, businesses can demonstrate their commitment to providing personalized experiences, thus enhancing brand loyalty.
Streamlined Workflows
Creativity thrives in environments where processes are streamlined and efficient. The software that has connections with Cisco Direct data feed automates repetitive tasks such as data entry, pricing calculations, and quote generation, allowing sales teams to focus their time and energy on more creative endeavors, such as crafting compelling sales pitches and developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Data-Driven Insights
Creativity flourishes when fueled by insights and feedback. Sales quoting tools connected to catalog management solutions provide valuable data and analytics on quote performance, customer preferences, and sales trends. By leveraging these insights, businesses can identify areas for improvement, uncover new opportunities, and fine-tune their sales strategies to better resonate with their target audience, ultimately fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Collaboration and Communication
Effective collaboration is essential for unleashing creativity within an organization. This software system integrated with catalog solutions software facilitates seamless collaboration among sales teams, marketing departments, and other stakeholders involved in the quoting process. Features such as real-time updates, commenting, and version control ensure that everyone is on the same page, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flow freely and innovation can thrive.
Brand Differentiation
In a crowded marketplace, standing out from the competition is crucial. Sales quoting tools that have built-in connections with the Cisco catalog empower businesses to differentiate themselves by offering unique value propositions, showcasing their expertise, and highlighting the benefits of their products or services in a visually compelling manner. By effectively communicating their brand's unique selling points through quotes, businesses can carve out a distinct identity in the minds of customers.
Sales quoting software is not just a tool for generating quotes; it is a powerful asset for strengthening brand identity and fueling creativity within an organization. By ensuring consistency in brand messaging, enabling personalization, streamlining workflows, providing data-driven insights, fostering collaboration, and facilitating brand differentiation, sales quoting software empowers businesses to elevate their brand image, engage customers more effectively, and drive innovation forward.
As businesses continue to navigate an ever-evolving marketplace, investing in this software application is not just a wise decision; it's a strategic imperative for success in the digital age.

How To Get A Job Without Experience (With 6 Career Options)
Are you wondering if you can get a job without any technical or professional experience?
Getting a job without any prior work experience can seem daunting. But it's not impossible! You can convince employers to take a chance on you with the right strategy and perseverance. This article will take you to some effective ways to land a job without experience. You'll get to know six career opportunities that don't require any experience or minimal expertise.
Let's dive in.
Effective Ways To Land A Job Without Experience
Here are some effective ways to help you make a strong case to potential employers and open doors to intriguing prospects. You can utilize these ways whether you're a recent graduate, switching to a different sector, or simply trying to start over.
Leverage Your Education
Highlight your academic credentials, especially if you have a degree that relates to the field or role you're pursuing. Coursework, projects, internships, leadership activities, and any honors or awards show your capabilities.
For example, if you majored in marketing, emphasize any analysis or campaigns you did for class. Or, if you're applying for a software engineering role, describe coding projects and hackathons you participated in.
Be prepared to talk intelligently about what you studied and how it prepares you for the job's responsibilities.
Showcase Transferable Skills
The fact that you don't have direct experience in a particular job doesn't mean you don't have relevant skills. The key is identifying abilities from other areas of life that translate.
For instance, if you're trying to get a retail job, customer service skills from past restaurant work are highly applicable. For an office manager role, administrative skills from coordinating student group events would be valuable. Make a master list of all your strongest soft and hard skills. Then, customize it for each job by picking 3-5 that fit the role.
Highlight Volunteer Experience
Any volunteer work can help fill in experience gaps on your resume. Nonprofit, community, religious, or other voluntary activities demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, dedication and other qualities employers seek.
Just be sure to frame your accomplishments from a professional standpoint. For example, "raised over $5,000 in donations" is better than "participated in a charity fundraiser".
Complete Internships
Internships are like work experience training wheels. They give you professional skills and knowledge and let you start building a network.
There are abundant internship opportunities, paid and unpaid, that don't strictly require you to already have experience. Look for openings at small or mid-sized companies that may be more flexible.
Successful interns are often converted to full-time hires post-graduation. Even if that doesn't happen, it's still incredible resume fodder.
Showcase Related Side Hustles
Freelancing, consulting, business ventures, etc., demonstrate you have initiative, can generate income, and pick up new skills quickly. Even informal side work like tutoring, web design, or selling crafts has merit.
For example, if you're seeking a full-time marketing position, tout the social media management or influencer marketing services you offer. Anything where you actively had to market yourself and acquire clients is impressive.
Just make sure you can back up any claimed skills if probed in interviews.
Ace the Interview
At the interview stage, how you present yourself matters more than a thin resume. Confidence, professionalism, problem-solving skills, bona fide interest in the company and quick learning ability can all override experience gaps.
Come equipped with thoughtful questions, ideas and visions for how you'd tackle the role. When asked about experience gaps, pivot to your assets.
For instance, "While I don't yet have full-time social media management experience, I learned XYZ skills managing the Instagram account for my college basketball team, which helped increase engagement by 30%."
Sell how you can provide unique value. With preparation and passion, you can make employers believe in your potential.
The key is convincing hiring managers you have the right foundation and can excel on the job. With resilience and utilizing these tactics, you can transition successfully into a new career without directly relevant experience.
Just highlight your transferable abilities, be willing to start at entry level and work hard to prove yourself. The rest will fall into place.
6 Career Opportunities Options You Can Pursue Without Having Any Prior Experience
Entry-Level Customer Service Representative: Customer service roles like call center reps or customer support specialists rarely require previous experience. You'll learn on the job how to interact with customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service.
Administrative Assistant: Many administrative or secretarial positions are open to those just starting. Your duties may include answering phones, scheduling, filing, data entry and supporting office operations.
Sales Associate/Retail Worker: Retail companies are often willing to hire people without experience for roles like cashier, sales floor associate, stocker, etc. These jobs provide lots of customer interaction.
Teacher's Aide/Assistant: Schools, daycares, and learning centers need paraprofessionals to support teachers in the classroom. No prior experience is necessary beyond a high school diploma.
Delivery Driver: Pizza chains, UPS, Instacart and other delivery companies need drivers to transport packages, food orders or other items. A clean driving record is generally the only major requirement.
Entry-Level Hospitality & Tourism: Hotels, restaurants, parks, and other hospitality providers have many basic operational jobs like a housekeeper, dishwashers, ride attendants, tour guides, etc. These allow you to start in the industry.
The key is being willing to apply for junior roles, learn on the go, provide great customer service, and work your way up the ladder. You can build a career even without direct experience with motivation and persistence. You can also ask for assistance from platforms like GradSiren that offer you entry level jobs. They allow you to find fresher jobs as per your interests and skills.
Conclusion
It is possible to find employment without experience. Put a focus on your education, practical experience, volunteering, internships, and relevant side businesses. Gain confidence and problem-solving skills during interviews.
Take a look at entry-level jobs in administration, retail, education, delivery, or hospitality. You can begin your job adventure and rise through the ranks if you are determined and open to learning. Remember that everyone starts off somewhere, and your potential can emerge with persistence.

DES 302 - Week 2 Capstone
#302week2 of capstone! And so the grind begins!
It seems last week was still half-holiday mode but now the real work kicks off! Last week I revisited my research proposal and reminded myself of the case studies that I gathered. I have quickly understood that in this semester organisation is key to 301 and 302. Thus I created various timelines and to-do lists for all my courses (including how I will implement my design methodology in which weeks). Something I am concerned with this semester is that I will technically be taking a five-paper semester (DES301+302 and INTBUS202). However, it seems so far that this international business paper is on a lighter load in terms of work.
For context, I am a student in the Business/DEI stream. And, my how might we statement looks at “How might we design through the lens of DEI, for maternal women in the corporate environment”. This comes from my views and concerns when entering the workforce. As well as, circumstances my own family have dealt with. That being said, nearing the end of last week is when my precedents and mood boarding began for this project. At this point in time I have no firm idea of what I want the end result to be. However, I feel I may head in the direction of creating a non-profit organisation that offers perhaps a mixture of products/services. There will be a strong focus on all aspects of the DEI framework. And, this is how I mapped this concept:
//IDEA//
1. Non-profit organisation = a brand
2. Fundraising scheme = a workshop? / selling products?
3. An app that holds all this information
4. A market campaign to boost awareness (titled: the maternal wall)
The two outputs I am pretty keen to develop are creating a brand (non-profit organisation) and a market campaign. This is due to my passion for marketing, as well as my understanding that there is a stereotype towards maternal women in the workforce. I want to navigate this understanding and provoke viewers of this said marketing campaign to act and think differently towards what the ‘perception’ of maternal women is. With the information I have gathered, I am excited to begin this part of the project.
So far, the tool I am utilising the most is Miro and Google. These two are working very well hand-in-hand in terms of optimising my searchability and organisational skills. However, I look forward to using tools such as adobe (illustrator and photoshop are my go-to). As well as, perhaps challenging myself to use 3D software such as Maya or Blender - and then figma if delving into UX/UI.
As I embark on this semester-long project I am fearful of the long nights and challenges ahead. I understand this will not be a smooth-running roadmap, and some weeks will turn to shambles. However, I am hopeful with consistency and better organisation, I will be able to manage any nightmares that await! I am also anxious about the feedback I will be asking for during this week in terms of my ideas thus far - ideally, I get given the green light on my ideas otherwise if not I will find it difficult to look towards other outputs.

Goodbye Errors, Hello Efficiency: The AI Ordering System Advantage
Imagine your busy restaurant: the smell of the fresh dishes being prepared in the kitchen, the clinking of wine glasses, and a crowd of happy guests. Now, imagine this idyllic scene and then interrupted by a groan of diners who have been served their peanut sauce instead of pesto. Human error is inevitable, but for the restaurateur, it is one unwanted guest who can also spoil the party. That is where an AI ordering system skates in, saving the day (and your reputation) with a whisper of tech magic.
The AI Waiter That Never Gets Your Order Wrong: How Does AI Ordering Work?
AI-driven ordering systems are the restaurant superhero: they remember the tiniest detail, down to a customer's food allergies and the specific level of doneness desired in their steak, all without any use of paper and pencil. Here, machine learning helps optimize order processing, predicting and streamlining customer choice between front-of-house and back-of-house.
No more, "I didn't order this!"
Error-Free Order Taking
We have all had that moment of disappointment when the meal arriving at the table is not what was ordered. An AI-enabled ordering system is a diligent server that never mishears or mistypes an order, ensuring that every dish served is a mirror image of the customer's request.
Personalization at Its Best
This beauty in AI-driven ordering systems lies in its ability to learn from every interaction. It will remember that Mr. Smith wants extra olives on his pizza and that Mrs. Jones has a shellfish allergy. This level of personalization is not just impressive—it's how you build loyalty and return customers.
Quicker Service, Quicker Smiles
Accelerate Service Times
With AI, orders are processed so that there is no downtime between taking the order and getting it to the kitchen. The system is instantaneous-meaning starters can be nibbled while the entrees are still being prepared, not just entered into the system.
Stay on Top of Peak Hours
Your restaurant is the bomb, and Friday nights can be as busy as a theme park. Luckily, an AI-driven ordering system is your Fast Pass, keeping the orders coming and the kitchen humming, even when every table is full.
Inventory Management: The Unsung Hero of AI
Say Goodbye to Stock Surprises
With an AI-enabled ordering system, what's being ordered is constantly analyzed, so it can predict inventory needs with real-time data. So, say goodbye to that panic when you run out of salmon in the middle of service or have to 86 your top-selling dessert.
Reduce Waste
With AI fine-tuning your inventory, those overorders are a thing of the past. Waste reduction is a very effective way to reduce costs while also being fantastically good for the environment.
Huge Integrations
An Ecosystem of Efficiency
The AI-enabled ordering system plays nicely with your existing software. From payment processing to loyalty programs, and from staff scheduling to table management, AI-driven ordering systems can integrate with a multitude of applications, creating a seamless flow of information.
In Sync with Your Kitchen
An optimized kitchen is a happy kitchen, and AI-driven ordering systems ensure that with direct integration with the kitchen display screens. This ensures that orders pop up on the screens of chefs in real-time, eliminating confusion and shouting, which usually leads to mistakes.
Data-Driven Decisions
Unlocking the Power of Analytics
Every order has a story and an AI-enabled ordering system is a great narrator. Understanding buying trends, bestsellers, and dishes that need to be worked on can be understood properly only by understanding what tickles your customers' taste buds.
Customized Marketing Campaigns
With data in hand, you can design campaigns that strike the spot. Are salads a summer sellout? Is your seafood special a winter warmer? Engage your customers' favorites with the data your AI-driven ordering system collects.
Conclusion: Effortless Ordering Is Just a System Away
Mistakes are human, but in the restaurant business, they can cost you dearly. With an AI ordering system, error-laden paper tickets become a folk tale. Embrace accuracy, efficiency, and most importantly, embrace the tech that allows your staff to focus on what truly matters—crafting an unbeatable dining experience for your clientele.
Now, are you ready to gift precision to your restaurant with a touch of AI? The transition towards an eatOS AI-driven ordering system, lets your staff and your customers enjoy the innovation that serves perfection on a plate, every single time. Wait no longer, book a product demonstration with us today.
