Ingredients: 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup shredded provolone cheese. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Sliced baguette or crackers for serving.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened and slightly caramelized. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add cooked steak, onions, and bell peppers to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve hot with sliced baguette or crackers.

Apple slices should be on the side for dipping.
