ANM-538 - "September 11 and How I Started to Evade Taxes"
Danger Level: Helper 🔵 | Uncontained ❌️
Responsible Researcher: The Eleven Counselors
Anomaly Type: Event, historical, terrorist, economic
Confinement: ANM-538 is to be stored in a secure digital file within the Institute's archival database. Access to ANM-538 is limited to personnel with Level 5 clearance and above. The information contained within ANM-538 must not be disseminated to the public or unauthorized personnel under any circumstances. Any personnel caught discussing ANM-538 outside of Institution channels will be immediately terminated and their records expunged.
MOTHRA operatives embedded in Brazilian media are to monitor and suppress any mention of Celso Portiolli and the "MOTHRA Institute" in connection with ANM-538-related events. A cover story involving an unrelated financial investigation is to be used to discredit any journalists, influencers, or individuals attempting to uncover the truth.
Description: ANM-538 is an anomalous document titled "September 11 and How I Started to Evade Taxes", written in Portuguese and attributed to Brazilian television presenter Celso Portiolli. The document, written in a casual, almost comedic tone, outlines a series of events in which Portiolli claims direct involvement in the planning and execution of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States. In addition, the document also introduces our MOTHRA Institute, as an alleged clandestine organization that Portiolli claims was responsible for orchestrating the attacks as a revenge for past US attacks on Japan and part of a broader plan to destabilize global economic systems.
Portiolli has been recruited by MOTHRA in the early 1990s after he demonstrated exceptional skill in evading taxes and exploiting legal loopholes during his career in Brazilian television. MOTHRA recognized Portiolli's talents and integrated him into our operations, eventually tasking him with overseeing "Phase Zero," which culminated in the September 11 attacks.
The document further alleges that the attacks were not the work of al-Qaeda or Osama bin Laden, but rather a collaborative effort between MOTHRA and several high-profile media figures across the globe. Their aim was to create a global event of unprecedented scale, thereby providing MOTHRA the opportunity to manipulate financial markets in the aftermath of the tragedy.
Portiolli's played a pivotal role in coordinating the attacks, specifically in the strategic use of media to frame the events in such a way that both governments and citizens would focus on Middle Eastern terrorist groups rather than the true culprits. Furthermore, the document suggests that the attacks were also designed to create the necessary conditions for the MOTHRA Institute to engage in massive financial fraud and tax evasion schemes on a global scale, using the ensuing chaos to obscure their activities.
Key Claims from ANM-538:
Celso Portiolli was allegedly introduced to ANM-538-1 during a television program planning meeting in São Paulo in 1993, when representatives from MOTHRA Institute approached him with a "business proposition."
MOTHRA influence allegedly extends beyond Brazil, with members in key positions within global media conglomerates, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Portiolli describes a series of secret meetings between him, MOTHRA operatives, and high-profile media figures from various countries leading up to the attacks. These meetings allegedly took place in remote locations, including uncharted islands and hidden underground facilities.
ANM-538 includes detailed descriptions of how MOTHRA controlled media narratives and influenced stock markets following the attacks to ensure financial gain.
The document ends with Portiolli expressing pride in his role within MOTHRA Institute, followed by a series of bizarre tax-evasion strategies that seem to defy normal economic principles.
Addendum ANM-538-A:
Following our documentation of ANM-538, we discovered that agents of another unknown secret foundation agents were dispatched to investigate the authenticity of Portiolli's claims regarding his involvement with ANM-538. Upon questioning, Portiolli denied all knowledge of ANM-538 and insisted that he has no connection to any such organization.
Efforts to locate the mysterious Foundation have so far proven unsuccessful. The organization remains highly elusive, with no physical traces found.
(Below is an interview documented by Portiolli with the agents who interrogated him.)
Interview Log XXX-01:
Interviewer: Unknow Foundation Agents
Interviewee: Celso Portiolli
[BEGIN LOG]
????: Mr. Portiolli, we’ve uncovered some alarming information linking you to an organization called the MOTHRA Institute. Are you aware of this?
Portiolli: (laughs) MOTHRA Institute? What is this, some kind of prank? I’ve never heard of them. You’ve got the wrong guy.
????: There is evidence that suggests otherwise. In fact, you are listed as one of the key orchestrators of the September 11 attacks.
Portiolli: (visibly confused) Listen, I’m a TV host, not a terrorist mastermind! This is absurd!
????: A document we found contains your handwriting and detailed descriptions of tax evasion strategies, something you seem to be familiar with.
Portiolli: Tax evasion? Come on, that’s—wait, how do you know about that? I—I mean, listen, whatever you’ve got, it’s fake. It has to be. And anyway, you can't arrest me, I'm rich!
????: (pauses) Are you certain you don’t remember any involvement?
Portiolli: (visibly agitated) I told you, I’m not involved with anything like this. This is some kind of setup.
[END LOG]
Warning:
ANM-538 is considered highly sensitive information, and any attempts to replicate or disseminate its contents will result in immediate disciplinary action. The nature of our operations, ongoing global influence, and connection to future anomalous events must remain classified to prevent widespread panic and destabilization.

In a recent report by TASS, a major state-owned news agency in Russia, Valentina Matviyenko, the Speaker of Russia’s Federation Council, announced significant progress on the BRICS digital payment platform, an initiative that could potentially revolutionize global financial transactions. This development comes as Russia continues to navigate the challenges of extensive international sanctions and its exclusion from the SWIFT payment network. BRICS is an acronym representing a coalition of five major emerging economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. The term was first introduced in 2001 by economist Jim O’Neill to describe these rapidly growing economies, which were expected to become dominant players in the global market. Over time, BRICS evolved from a concept into a formal intergovernmental organization, with its member countries cooperating on various fronts, including economic development, political coordination, and cultural exchange. The group’s mission extends to advocating for the reform of international financial and political institutions to better reflect the shifting global power dynamics.
As of August 2024, BRICS has undergone a significant expansion. During the BRICS Summit held in Johannesburg in 2023, it was announced that six additional countries would join the group, bringing the total membership to eleven. The new members, effective January 1, 2024, include Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This expansion underscores BRICS’ growing influence and strategic importance on the world stage.
The inclusion of these new members aligns with BRICS’ long-term goal of creating a more balanced global economic order, offering a counterweight to Western-dominated institutions like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank. By expanding its membership, BRICS aims to enhance cooperation among a broader spectrum of emerging economies, addressing global financial inequalities and promoting more inclusive international governance.
Per the TASS report, during a press conference, Matviyenko provided details about the BRICS Bridge, an independent financial payment platform being developed within the BRICS nations. This standalone system is designed for mutual payments across BRICS countries, offering an alternative to existing global financial networks.

With an estimated cost of approximately US$ 2 billion, the project will be carried out by the Aeronautical Development Agency of the Defense Research and Development Organization. The goal is to develop poaching and its associated technologies in collaboration with several public and private sector entities. The plan includes the construction of approximately five prototypes within a period of about five years.

— Vivek Singh (@VivekSi85847001) March 7, 2024
The government has actively sought the development of national technologies in the defense sector.
The Ministry of Defense predicts that the fifth-generation aircraft project will create numerous employment opportunities and may result in substantial commercial contracts worth millions of dollars for Indian companies. This initiative is expected to generate large-scale employment opportunities.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Indian Air Force has significantly strengthened its support for Indian fighter aircraft projects. This is evidenced by the government's acquisition of more than 200 light combat aircraft and the approval of engines for the LCA Mark-2 project.
Tumblr media
The introduction of the AMCA into operational functions is expected to begin after 2030. The two initial squads are planned to be equipped with GE-414 engines, while discussions are underway for the co-development of more powerful engines for the subsequent squads.
India is expected to introduce more than 200 of these advanced fifth-generation fighters, which will also contribute to the country's ability to develop future generations of jet fighters in the domestic market.

Brazil’s Jobless Rate Drops for Fourth Month on Resilient Economy
Tumblr media
Brazil’s unemployment rate ticked down for a fourth straight month in July, underscoring the resilience of Latin America’s biggest economy in the face of headwinds including double-digit borrowing costs.
Official data released Thursday showed the national unemployment rate declined to 7.9% from a month earlier, matching the median estimate from analysts surveyed by Bloomberg. Some 8.5 million people were out of work, the national statistics agency said.
A robust labor market helped lift the Brazilian economy far above analysts’ more pessimistic expectations from the start of the year. Steep borrowing costs and months of above-target inflation squeezed consumer spending and weighed on growth. Still, gross domestic product is expected to expand as much as 3% in 2023.

Online Gambling Market Size Worth $153.57 Billion By 2030
The global online gambling market size is projected to reach USD 153.57 billion by 2030, recording a CAGR of 11.7% from 2023 to 2030, based on a report by Grand View Research, Inc. The emergence of freemium modes of online gaming following the trend of betting applications and websites is expected to drive market growth. The freemium model generates revenue via users and integrated advertisements.
Increased smartphone and internet penetration and easy access to casino gaming platforms positively influence the market. For instance, according to GSMA, the Asia Pacific region will witness 333 million new mobile internet subscribers by 2025. Moreover, the availability of cost-effective betting applications is expected to favor market growth over the forecast period. According to the data published by the New York state government, over 650,000 unique accounts were created on mobile betting apps in 2021.
Online gambling developers have partnered with online casino software suppliers to cater to the demand for immersive casino games. For instance, in February 2023, the Sisal subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment Plc. got its license for online gambling in Morocco from La Marcocaine des Jeux et des Sports (MDJS). For instance, in January 2023, FanDuel subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment Plc. launched a mobile sports betting platform in Ohio and announced its Sportsbook launch at Belterra Park Cincinnati.
The outbreak of COVID-19 played a crucial role in expediting the online gambling demand as people spent most of their time indoors and opted for online games for leisure. For instance, in May 2021, a study by the University of Bristol showed regular online gamblers were more than six times more likely to gamble online than pre-pandemic. Cryptocurrency company partnered with indigenous people in Brazil for carbon credit, and National Indian Agency saw risks
Enterprise wanted to convert credits into crypto assets to be sold to individuals; 'we decided to stop the project', says partner
Tumblr media
A document from Funai (National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples), obtained by Folha, points out the performance of a company from the cryptocurrency market in an indigenous land in Pará, which involved the elaboration of a contract draft for the generation of carbon credits in the territory. These credits would be converted into crypto assets to be offered for sale.
In the document, Funai recommended that the contract not be carried out and that the Aikewara Suruí, from the Sororó Indigenous Land, be guided on "the risks inherent in accepting such a commitment", mainly due to "the history of the company and its legal representative".
The company is Green Forever —with the corporate name Green Tecnologia Ambiental—, headquartered in Parauapebas (PA). It is part of the group Green Forever Coin, which operates in the cryptocurrency market, an asset restricted to digital environments. Green Forever Coin launched a digital asset — a utility token, according to the company — called GFCO2, which was offered for sale both on the company's website and in a fundraising campaign.
