I have some questions about this "Devil's trap"/Pentagram thing

Is there a height limit? By this, I mean is there some sort of invisible platform suspended directly above the limit? Is it a star-shaped box or does it open up into the heavens? Would a demon be able to be airlifted out? If I were to draw one on the ocean floor, and the ocean was deeper than the limit, would a demon be able to swim out over it?

What about underneath, could a demon dig under the trap? If not, then does it just go straight through to the other end of the earth. if I were to draw one at this very second, would there be another area a demon escape directly in the middle of the pacific ocean?

Keep in mind I just finished season 2, so i could be dead wrong about all of these.

if we do get 1970s/80s devil's minion in s3 then we need a movie theater scene like in s1. daniel takes armand to a slasher movie (a la nightmare on elm street or the like) and while everyone else is freaking out and terrified the camera pans to the back of the theater where those two are making out to the sight of blood and gore like the freaks they are. does anyone see the comedic vision
