There's a small drawn out concept, and here's a completed guidebook about him! Please consider looking through it, I spent a bunch of time fleshing out this concept. Idea: What if Dev was a robot?

We've seen Clone Dev, but I've yet to see Robot Dev

I loved the project d paper. It's incredibly done and made, but I have to ask: where did you get the names of the development organ and body parts?

And for your question - I hope I interpreted it right - the basic name for the project in the au being "Development" is based on a comment by Dale in the finale that implies Dev's real name is Development. And with Dev's organs + body parts, the basic functions were pulled from humans, and how they work on him is a combination of real robot science and fictionalized bits. I'm not in any STEM field, so I can't say much on how certain things would really work in real robotics, but some of the notes about his function are fairly plausible. For example, I read a little bit about the self healing skin here, and used that article for a bit of inspiration.
