Is the same pattern and color as Sabito's kimono (correct me if I'm wrong. I think it's kimono but I'm not sure)

And this is what Giyu's haori looked like when he was younger and enduring his training.

I'm supposing that after Sabito died, Giyu ripped the pieces of clothing and stitched Sabito's haori with his.

Maybe he did this put of respect, maybe out of regret, or perhaps both... but how am I only noticing now?!

My currently unnamed Yakuza Kyojuro x YN the starving artist story is at almost 6k words and they haven't boned. Hell, they haven't even held hands yet. They've barely been on a date if you can even call it that.... This has GOT to be a record for me, your neighborhood smut writer.

As a celebration of my restraint in actually writing a slowburn, I'll give you a snippet :)

“Then how did this come about?” she asked, gesturing to her brother's presence now that he had calmed down a bit. 

“I found out because he laid a kid out in the parking lot over a comment about you,” Tengen arched his brow at her. 

“Huh?” Y/N sat upright in shock. “What?”

“Yeah, Tomioka overheard the exchange and asked questions.” It was mostly the truth. 

“I don’t know who Tapioca is but he should mind his own business.”

“I hope you know from now on I will only call him Tapioca.”

"I'd say it's well deserved! I hope it catches on!" Y/N huffed and crossed her arms in annoyance at the situation. She had no clue what could have caused the mild mannered Kyojuro to snap like that but Tapioca needed to shut his big fat whore mouth. "I hope it ruins his street cred."

Tengen groaned. His sister couldn't even make asking questions easy for him. Then again he had barged into her apartment in the middle of the night with no warning. He may have deserved a bit of the ire being thrown at him. Maybe. ....

“Oh shut up,” Y/N groaned, kicking Tengen in the side gently. “Shouldn’t you be out committing crimes?”

“I came by to talk with you first. I wanted to hear everything from you,” Tengen said. “And now I’m hungry. Midnight pancakes?”

She smiled. “I’ll go get dressed.”

i know kny 200 has us all upset and i know there are a hundred other ways they could have written it, but please! for the love of all things beautiful! stop talking shit about the mangaka!

i get that you’re mad but i’ve seen people literally just swearing at gotouge and sending death threats (yes, sending death threats) and like is it really that deep? i hate to say this but.. are you really harassing an actual human being over fictional characters which they themselves created? it just doesn’t make sense.

gotouge worked hard to create demon slayer, and while they have their earlier oneshot mangas, it’s literally their first ever full manga, which isn’t even done yet. and it completely blew up! that’s not an easy feat for someone who’s still practically a newbie to the manga industry. i can’t imagine how overwhelming it must feel to have to create a new chapter on a weekly basis for tens of thousands of people that are constantly expecting so much from you when you’re still just learning.

and now that you’re finally reaching the end of the manga you worked so hard for... your audience lashes out at you...?

gotouge deserves better. you all can’t deny that they’ve worked hard and they are still working hard. demon slayer isn’t over yet, and i don’t see why we can’t have more faith in gotouge. they know demon slayer more than we do, they know what they’re doing. we just have to be patient.

He thinks you're so cute omg. You work at a shop in a nearby town and due to your fragile appearance that causes him to get really protective of you. He's really busy with the demon slayer corps and stuff so he doesn't get to spend all his time with you and that makes him really upset!! He loves you sm and wants to spend all of his time with you. He does try to teach you some fighting techniques for when he's not around and you need to protect yourself.

Giyuu

He thinks you're absolutely adorable he loves how sweet you are. You are literally his number one priority. He does get really jealous sometimes though due to your fragile and sweet appearance you get a lot of attention from other people nothing bad you just get a lot of compliments. Even if there just compliments whenever your both out together somewhere and someone is complimenting you he just sits there like ">:("

Rengoku

HE ADORES YOU SM OMG literally brags about you all the time to the other Hashira. "DID YOU SEE Y/N THIS MORNING!?!??!?! THEY LOOKED AMAZING AS ALWAYS DIDN'T THEY!?!?!??!!" Even with your fragile appearance, he doesn't think your weak at all. Actually, he thinks that if you were to become a demon slayer he thinks you could become a Hashira. He keeps those thoughts to himself though. He introduces you to his brother and father and Senjuro absolutely loves you!! You and Senjuro are best friends I don't make the rules. Shinjuro won't admit it but he's glad that his son has someone like you.

UH KNY 199 SPOILERS?!

Y’all I’m just... head full. Like okay, Muzan’s burning, probably about to die, and something’s bound to be revealed about Tanjirou (who got... absorbed...? and omggg he lost an arm) and while it seems like we’re getting closer to a (finally) happy ending, I can’t help but be so.. afraid? Maybe it’s because Gotouge-sensei has been playing with my feelings for the past, I don’t know, 100 chapters? But there’s just so many things to be worried about. Like WHERE’S NEZUKO? WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN? IS MUZAN FINALLY GOING TO DIE?! Also where are my babies Kanao, Inosuke and Zenitsu? ;; And I swear, if another pillar or main character dies (and I’m thanking God that Muzan wasn’t able to vore Iguro completely), I will cry swimming pools.

But also I’m just!! So happy that the pillars are still doing their best to fight. Like the relief I felt to see Giyuu swoop in to help Tanjirou? I almost cried right then and there. Like! My boy’s still fighting! He lost an arm but he’s still doing his best! And to see Gyoumei and Sanemi too, ugh my heart!! And oh no poor Kiriya he’s like literally 8 and he’s going through so much ;; And the Kakushi omggg literally everyone’s doing their bestest to help.

You guys I don’t know anymore I just really needed to let this out. I just!! Really want everyone to get the happy ending they deserve!!! I hope Gotouge-sensei isn’t lying about what they put in the last panel.

The light of hope created by everyone comes pouring in...!

Please give our characters the ending they deserve! I just want them all to be happy!
