So I think the guy that hands Taylor the note and the note itself represent the witch hunt on Taylor, because in the beginning she is being in the center of attention, but this has negative effects on her happiness. And when she is handed the note she perceives this as negative (people talk negatively about her, she is being attacked by the hotel guy), so to defend herself she loses her freedom (bodyguards ‘lock’ her in), but then people stop to care, the note leads to her not being in the spotlight anymore, so she can move freely and be herself.

I stayed up until 3 am german time and ignored numerous assignments. All worth it. Delicate is @taylorswift at her best. Thank you for this piece of art.
