The Art of Crafting: Jaguar Figurines Revealed
Jaguars, with their enigmatic grace and powerful presence, have long been revered in cultures around the world. These magnificent creatures symbolize strength, courage, and a deep connection to the wild. Capturing the essence of the jaguar in art is a delicate yet powerful endeavor, and at Artarium, it's a journey we embark on with passion and precision.
Unveiling the Intricacy:
Crafting a jaguar figurine is an art form that requires a profound understanding of the animal's anatomy, movement, and spirit. Our artisans meticulously study the jaguar, observing every sinew and curve, to ensure that each figurine exudes an authentic representation of this awe-inspiring creature.
The Creative Process:
Conceptualization: Our journey begins with the vision of our skilled 3D artists. They breathe life into their designs, drawing inspiration from the raw beauty of nature and the regal poise of the jaguar.
Modeling: The 3D models are then transformed into tangible forms. This process involves a delicate dance of creativity and precision, where the digital design takes on a physical existence.
Material Selection: Choosing the right materials is crucial in ensuring the durability and authenticity of the figurine. At Artarium, we employ a blend of marble dust and resin, a combination that results in a sculpture that is not only visually striking but also built to stand the test of time.
Artisanal Touch: Our team of skilled artisans takes over, infusing life into the sculpture with their masterful hand-painting techniques. Each stroke is deliberate, every hue carefully selected to mirror the jaguar's coat in all its vibrant glory.
The Symbolism:
A jaguar figurine transcends being a mere art piece; it becomes a symbol of strength and a reminder of the wild's untamed beauty. It's a testament to the harmonious relationship between humanity and nature, a connection we cherish and seek to preserve.
The Artarium Difference:
When you acquire a jaguar figurine from Artarium, you're not just bringing home a piece of art; you're inviting the spirit of the jaguar into your space. Each figurine is a testament to our commitment to artistry, precision, and the celebration of nature's wonders.
In the quiet elegance of a jaguar figurine, you'll find a touch of the wild, a hint of the untamed, and a tribute to the beauty that graces our planet.
Conclusion:
Crafting jaguar figurines is a journey of artistry and reverence. At Artarium, we invite you to explore our collection, where each figurine tells a story of strength, grace, and the unbreakable bond between art and nature. Bring home a piece of the wild today.

I am in so much pain rn, my stomach hurts, my head hurts, and my throat is dry, but here we are.
In the spirit of kinktober, my absolute exhaustion and my want for more subby nerds, I present to you... This monstrosity
Younger!Boss Male reader X older!Nerd Colleague.
NSFW work, don't like don't read 👍
Light dacryphilia, Semi public (? Idk they bang after hours), overstim, getting caught 👀
Nerd Colleague who likes to play games, his office cubicle is literally decorated with mini figurines of his favorite characters, he would play online multiplayer games with the younger employees, he would teach them tricks and all the hidden things to find.
Nerd Colleague who's older than you by a few years, but you're his boss because you founded this company yourself. He talks to you like you're just a teen, but treats you with respect as well. It's kinda funny to see him fumble a little when you walk up to him looking serious as hell, but start asking him about games.
Nerd Colleague, who helps the new employees whenever they have a problem. You see him patting some guys back and feeling a little bit jealous, you would walk up to them and start a conversation. You're basically scaring the new employee away, but hey, at least your favourite man in the office is talking to you about a new update he's excited about.
Nerd Colleague, who gets confused why the younger employees are calling him the "office mom" and you the office dad. You also notice someone is shipping you two, you have your own little office Fandom. You tell your colleague not to care too much, just kids being kids.
"you're calling us kids when you're barely five years older than us?"
"then stop calling me dad"
"hell no, I'm not living in a divorced household. Stay with mom"
Nerd Colleague, who fell asleep at his desk one day, and ended up being the only one left... Except you were also there. Just, kinda watching him?
Nerd Colleague chuckles at you, gesturing for you to come over so he could give you a little kiss on the forehead.
I mean, just sayin, the new employees might call the two of you their parents, but the fact they didn't manage to figure out you two are actually dating was funny to the both of you.
Nerd Colleague who is also freaky. You both are, you match each other's freak really well. He wore a tie to work today for the fact he wants you to use it on him. In the office.
Nerd Colleague, who is a brat. Brattiest brat you have ever met. Constantly complaining about how he has more stamina then you dispute being older.
You prove him wrong later, after making him cum on himself so much his mind goes mush. You barely even needed to do anything with his cock and he's already leaking. You don't even need to get his pants off to feel it getting a bit wet ♡
Nerd Colleague gets tied up with his own tie but not in the way he expected. It's around his tip so he wouldn't get to come that easily, while your own tie was the one around his wrists.
Nerd Colleague who instantly stops being a massive brat, begging so nicely for you to release the tie on his dick.
Nerd Colleague who starts crying asking you to take off the damn tie. You don't, but you do give him little kisses to clear those tears away. He whimpers and complains about the "harsh" treatment you're giving him.
Nerd Colleague who finally gets to cum. And then you pick up the pace again, without giving him time to recover. He cries even more now, calling you unfair, you don't even bother, you're content on watching his tears fall down his pretty face as his eyes roll back from the pleasure.
Nerd Colleague who limps to your car. Complaining all the way there because you fucked him too hard. it's fine though, he did say he would get his revenge back home. You hope that revenge is as fun as what just occurred in the office.
...
"... I hate my job."
"Not my damn fault you forgot your phone, dumbass. At least we do know they're definitely mom and dad now."
"it's giving 'self fulfilling prophecy vibes', y'know? Calling them our parents and they end up banging?"
Vinny's extra notes :
Ngl I don't have anything planned for kinktober, this one is very light in terms of content. Might do a MHA fic, something like Shigaraki X reader or Dabi x reader if I feel like it. Should I do monster fucking? I feel like I should. Or something with sub Mr Reca when he comes out (my unfinished symphony ahh looking man). I love myself some mentally unhealthy men.

In case some of you GLOSSED OVER THIS MOMENTOUS EVENT (reviewed here), 2023 marks the first time in history that a fake moth has been mass produced and sold as a Halloween decoration. It wasn't until a couple years ago that I started seeing moths in Halloween decor at all, but always just printed or sculpted onto things.
There's also the skeleton moth at Spirit Halloween this year, so that's technically two moth creature Halloween props, but only this big hanging one is made to look like an actual, living, scary moth is flying around in your home! I have wanted exactly this to be a thing in Halloween merchandising for DECADES of my life! They're being sold at various places, so they're not tied to a single "brand," but if you need to find one online I'm afraid Amazon is the only one selling it for cheap:
Mine was $7 at a one-off local party store, Amazon's is $14, other sites I've seen it at want like fifty. Will they come back next Halloween? Will there be imitators or new styles? There's no telling! Better get one while you can and be a part of history!!! HALLOWEEN MOTHS!!!!

Fun Magical Things To Do When You’re Bored 💖
Hi everyone! So sorry for the long break in-between posts, I’ve been pretty busy hosting my longterm roleplay and gearing up for my 17th birthday (which is in two days from now!!). To compensate for you guys, here’s a shorter post to give me some time to write longer ones in the future! This was requested by you guys on Mahou Planet- here’s a list of fun magical things to do when you’re bored!
💗 THE LIST
Make your magical hero self in different dress up apps! I posted a couple of examples on my last post, but there’s probably more dress up games you can find. It doesn’t have to be 100% accurate- as long as it’s for fun! Here’s my magical hero outfit (at least as accurate as I could get it) in Doll Divine:
Go location scouting for possible fight locations in your town. This can be done by either driving around (if you have a car/gas) or by walking past possible attack sites. This can also be a fun time to come up with strategies to take down your monsters! If you have a team, you can take them with you. You could also draw team formations for battles.
Make a Mahou hideout! This sounds a lot easier said than done. The easiest method I have is making a blanket fort and decorating it with magical items. There are tons of blanket fort tutorials on YouTube. The easiest way I can imagine doing this is connecting a blanket over two tables, then putting cushions and pillows underneath. You can always make this more detailed if you plan for your hideout to be permanent. I’ve also seen forts like this be done in closets, under desks, etc.
Go shopping for magical items! This is less financially friendly than the other stuff I have on this list, but window shopping/online shopping is just as fun! I recommend going to cheaper stores like Dollar Tree or Five and Below if you want to save money but still be able to look for magical items. The Dollar Tree in my town has sequins, gems, bottles, etc. for crafts. I haven’t stepped foot in a Five and Below in a WHILE but I heard it’s a good option! Auctions and thrift stores are also fun to go into. I got a Sailor Venus figurine from an auction a couple of weeks back!
Make a magical vibe playlist! This one is pretty self explanatory- making a playlist on either Spotify or YouTube that encapsulates your magical hero vibes.
Make a magical Pinterest board! Also self explanatory and done with Pinterest, but you can also do this physically by printing and gluing pictures together.
Roleplay! My personal favorite when I’m bored (considering roleplaying is my hyperfixation atm). The easiest way I like to roleplay is by making my desired self and my magical hero form as bots on TupperBox. Then, I go into a Mahou Planet roleplay channel and just roleplay. I also roleplay a little on ROBLOX as my teammates! You could even roleplay in real life, which would be fun if you have any irl teammates! I recommend joining Mahou Planet if you’re looking for roleplays to indulge in. I sometimes host public roleplays!
Watch a new magical hero anime! Self explanatory as well. You can look for recommendations on YouTube or ask around for some good ones to watch. My personal recommendation is the Girls x Heroine series! It’s free to view on PrettyTrad and YouTube (Miracle Tunes is subbed there). It’s a live action magical girl series marketed to kids, but I have just as fun watching it as an (almost) adult. Another YouTube series I reccommend is Rainbow Bubblegem! It’s a Korean animated magical girl show and another one of my hyperfixations. A couple of episodes are subbed on YouTube.
DIY your transformation device! Ties in with #4, and this can be even cheaper if you make this with household items. In a older concept I had, I did a DIY of my magical compact with clay and a compact mirror I got from Dollar Tree. If you intend on having a physical transformation device, I recommend doing this! It’ll help in the longrun!
Start a physical magical hero journal! You can make a journal yourself using paper and staples, or buy a journal and decorate it. Writing physically is a pretty good way to pass time when you’re bored. You could also make your magical hero journal your script!
For all my bakers and hungry people out there, make a meal based off of your magical hero self! This can be anything, from pastries to a five-course dinner. It doesn’t have to be anything restaurant worthy or fancy. Even buying a pre-made meal that reminds you of your magical hero self would be nice! A bonus would to be charging the meal with good energy before you eat it! My personal meal would probably be macaroni and cheese (my comfort food) and rainbow sherbet ice cream with sprinkles. Speaking of cheese, happy national cheese day :’)
Do a random good deed! Donate to a charity, hold the door for someone, offer to help with chores, volunteer, etc. Sometimes, you don’t have to think much about what good deed you want to do, as long as you help others!
Start a magical hero blog! You can do this on Wattpad, here on tumblr, or anywhere you can think of to share your magical journey with others! It’s easier said than done having to remember to post (I’m a prime example of that /hj) but it’s also a fun way to interact with others in the community!
Change your phone/device theme to a magical hero theme! Bonus points if it’s your magical hero theme. This would be a cute way to let others know you’re a magical hero, and even better, have a chance to meet another in real life!
Join Mahou Planet! If you’re bored, and have Discord, joining my magical hero server is a great way to pass time! Wether you want to talk in general, bully Mudae, or voice chat, Mahou Planet business is a nice way to pass time. We’d appreciate it if you joined- we’re close to reaching 100 members!
That’s it for this pretty short post. Of course, if you have any other ideas or suggestions that others can do when they’re bored, drop them below! Reblogs also appreciated 💫 see you guys' next post!

More Reverse Isekai Hcs with the Twins
another one with more focus on Vash, but Nai is there too. V relationship with reader so absolutely nothing going on with the twins.
also mention a not sfw song at the very end
•Vash loves window shopping. there's so many interesting things on Earth! Vash drags you around to each store and always ooo's and ahh's at everything. obsessed with stickers and animal shaped things (especially when it comes to cooking.)
•he bought animal cookie cutters and immediately tried them out and was both slightly disappointed and dying of laughter when the cookies came out way rounder than when they went in. Vash frosts them very seriously either way, holding in laughter at how they look. he can't hold it any longer when you catch his attention, holding up what was meant to be a bear, decorated with nothing but a small 'c:' on its face. you're wavering straight face and almost serious voice saying "he chonky" has him losing it.
•every once in a while when Vash is putting something in the oven, he'll quote that copypasta "Why do they call it oven when you of in the cold food of out hot eat the food?" Nai wants to smack him everytime he says it.
•speaking of, Vash quite likes internet language. he's not excessive with using them, but sometimes Vash'll be like 'look at the doggo/pupper!' he also starts saying lol and pog. he doesn't say them in public much though. he's still trying to learn about the difference in online culture and offline culture.
•unlike Nai, Vash finds merchandise fascinating. he loves looking at plushies, figurines and charms, he thinks it's all so cool! Vash buys you all matching phone charms. it makes him so happy whenever he spots it dangling from yours and Nai's phones.
•but speaking of, Vash finds out about the figurines of himself and if he can, he's absolutely buying them. he's looking at them and is all like damn I look so cool! and rubs it in Nai's face that he has not only more, but cooler figurines.
•Vash recreates the poses of them too, aiming his finger gun at you, before yelling out a bang, lifting his arm up in fake recoil. you gasp, griping at your torso, dramatically falling to the floor. "help me Nai, I've been shot!"
Nai rolls his eyes at the two of yours antics, making his way towards you and picking you up. As he makes his way towards your bedroom he says, "I have to give her medical attention, don't bother us."
Vash's eyes widen as he gets up to follow Nai. "Now wait a second!"
•the dorks actually do know how to share you. it was a little rough at the beginning but they've learned and figured things out pretty well! they don't fight for your attention, but they do get a little jealous, and pouty if you give too much attention to the other often. they're both pretty touch starved so good luck lol. however they do read eachother well and know when not to try and get your attention from the other.
•Vash would've loved the time when mustaches and the peace symbol were insanely popular.
•speaking of mustaches, Vash once came home wearing one of those fake glasses with mustache and nose disguises. when you turned to welcome him home he responded with a serious face, "who is Vash?" you fake a gasp asking who he is and what he's doing there. before Vash can respond, Nai is getting up with a grin on his face. "well since we don't know him, we can kick him out and make sure he can never get back in."
Vash nervously laughs, waving his hands, "we don't need to go that far haha.."
Nai laughs back mockingly,"why not? you are breaking into our house, stranger."
Vash immediately yanks the glasses off, "look! its me! Vash!" you gasp and run up to him, hugging his side. "Vash! there was a tall scary stranger in here! I'm glad you're here to help Nai protect me!"
Nai watches as Vash coddles you. he'd be lying to himself if he said he hated the antics you two do. he watches you give Vash a kiss on the cheek before walking over and pulling you away from Vash. "I'm the one that protected you, why are you praising him?" he asks, staring at you with narrowed eyes. Nai may look angry but really, he just wants kisses too.
•Vash loves bees! he'll go out to the little garden he's been working on and watch as bees and butterflies come by. it's one of his favorite pastimes.
•Vash is very involved with the community. he always offers the neighbors any extra food he's made and seeing if anyone needs help. he's happy to mow someone's lawn or weed a garden and do any small chores someone may be unable to do. Vash also goes around and tries to volunteer a lot since he can't really work. as much as he likes exploring hobbies, he gets a little restless being at home so much.
•Vash wants to try eating everything and that doesn't just include meals. somehow Vash learned that dandelions are edible and the next time you two take a walk, before you truly realize it, you're watching Vash shove the yellow part of a dandelion flower into his mouth.
•but seriously he really does want to try eating different plants. Vash does a lot of research and is always giving Nai suggestions of foods to incorporate into meals.
•if Vash could, I could absolutely see him working in the medical department as a pediatrician. he loves kids a lot and he's great at playing with kids, comforting them and making sure they feel as happy as they possibly can be at the hospital. he always jokes around with them, gets to know each kid he works with and always tries to be there for them when they're sad or scared.
•likewise, I know I said Nai would work at a book store, but I like to imagine Nai could become a surgeon. he's not lost to the irony in it, that he's saving lives, but it's just something he's taken an interest in. he wants to learn about human anatomy. (idk how to explain it really but it just makes sense to me. he'd be good at it too, never gets tired, steady hands, keen eyes, very precise)
•prank Vash a little bit when it comes to the modern era. tell him that when the plane lands everybody claps and applauds the pilots. Vash almost did that the first time he went flying, he lifted his hands up, but he was confused when no one started clapping. he catches on quickly that it was a prank.
•Vash combusts if you ever sing E.T by Katy Perry. stare at him as you sing it and he'll get so red in the face. he's covering his face with his hands and curling into himself and whining out to stop.(he doesn't want you to though)
•same with if you prank him and show him that The Bad Touch by Bloodhound Gang. go up to him and tell him you have a cool popular song to show and he lights up, Vash likes pretty much all of the songs you show him. when the song starts, he's bopping his head to the beat and tells you, smiling, it's cool so far. then the lyrics start and Vash's smile immediately falls and he blushes so hard. he can't even look at you and you're laughing your ass off at his reaction.
•Nai, the boring fucker, would just raise an eyebrow at you. he either doesn't fall for your pranks or just has no reaction. shame.

THAT WAS SO CUTE!!!! I NEED MORE PREGNACY CARE HEADCANONS FOR DANTE XD
You got it! Thanks for requesting, and keeping me motivated! 💜
Dante x Reader Pregnancy headcannons
-Doesn't know all that much about how the female body changes during pregnancy, but does his best to research it.
-Gets a bunch of books and reads articles online and stuff, doing his best to learn how he can help you during your pregnancy.
-Makes sure you eat 3 square meals a day, get plenty of exercise (while not overdoing it), and that you relax plenty too.
-Can't stop cooing at your belly, talking to the little life form growing within.
-If it's a boy, he'll train him to be a masterful devil hunter like himself, and if it's a girl, he'll train her to be a masterful devil hunter too--it doesn't really matter what their gender is, they're gonna grow up to be devil hunters.
-Decorates the nursery with you--but not in the way you'd expect. He hangs up posters of rock bands and has little demon figurines scattered about on the shelves, along with foam weapons so the kid can "destroy them".
-Gives you massages every night and helps you moisturize your belly skin with lotions and ointments and such.
-Plays metal lullabies (yes those exist) every night thinking that in doing so, the child will develop a badass mindset early.
-Forget baby books, Dante went out and bought a tiny water pistol and plans to teach the kid to use it as soon as they're old enough to walk.
-Takes more time off work so he can hang out with you, but unfortunately, he can't stay home forever. To compromise, he gets a big teddy bear, sews a big "D" patch onto the torso, and calls it the "Dante-Bear" with which you can cuddle while he's away.
-Wants to make you food but can't cook, so he spends about an hour or so a day reading recipes online, then another hour trying to act them out. He'll learn...someday.
-If you get chills during your pregnancy (some people do, it's normal), Dante will fire up his SDT and cuddle you till you warm up.
-Makes sure you are kept comfortable and happy--he loves you (and his unborn baby too) and can't wait for his little bundle of joy to arrive.

December Drabble Marathon 21/31: Choosing Gifts
AU: Modern Established Relationship
Word Count: 2.4К
Summary: John and Gale are picking out gifts for each other.
The shopping mall buzzed with holiday excitement. People were frantically searching for gifts for their loved ones, storefronts shimmered with lights, and the air was filled with the sweet scent of cinnamon, pine, and hot chocolate.
John loved it all: the holidays, the crowds of inspired people, and the chance to watch someone making a last-minute choice between a toy for their child or a long-legged angel figurine to decorate their Christmas tree. Navigating through the crowd was as natural to him as breathing. Tall, energetic, and broad-shouldered, he looked like he was built to confidently sail through this living ocean. Sometimes, he even stood on tiptoes to get a bird’s-eye view of the mall and spot the most vibrant or interesting spots.
Gale, however, calm and introverted, would have preferred to stay home. He imagined himself sitting on the couch, legs crossed, with a laptop on his knees, scrolling through online shops in the quiet of the night, a cup of hot chocolate within reach. Every item could be carefully examined, specifications reviewed, and customer reviews read. Most importantly—no crowds.
But John was John. And now he moved confidently ahead, clearly enjoying the atmosphere, while Gale walked a little behind, carefully weaving between people. He looked elegant as always, but small gestures betrayed his irritation—adjusting his scarf or grimacing slightly at someone’s overly loud laughter nearby.
“Bucky, I still think we could’ve just ordered the gifts online,” Gale muttered, adjusting the cuff of his perfectly tailored coat. “It would’ve been so much easier.”
“Easier—sure, but nowhere near as fun,” John replied, turning back to him with a wide grin. “Holiday shopping is a tradition!”
“But we’re buying gifts for each other. We’re not even shopping together!” Gale pointed out, furrowing his brows.
“Well, as I walk you to the mall entrance, I get to put my hand on your back and show everyone what a catch I’ve got,” John shot back, his eyes gleaming with amusement.
Gale rolled his eyes, but John noticed the tips of his ears reddening with embarrassment.
“You’re impossible,” Gale muttered.
“Am I? And yet you’re still following me,” John teased with a smirk.
Gale held back a smile, continuing to walk behind him while mentally running through ideas for a gift. He had a few options in mind, but he wanted it to be perfect. After all, no one deserved the best more than John.
────⋆꙳•❅*•*❆ ₊⋆────
John was focused as he searched for a gift for Gale. He knew full well that Gale had refined taste and understood that anything tied to elegance and beauty would be a perfect fit. Gale might not pay attention to many details, but every choice he made was always impeccable.
Walking past a boutique, John suddenly stopped. His gaze fell on a display of luxury perfumes glistening under soft lighting.
“This is it,” he murmured under his breath, feeling something click inside.
He remembered how, many months ago, they had walked through a store together. Gale had paused at the counter of this very brand, his fingers gently tracing a bottle. His concentrated, slightly dreamy expression said more than words ever could. It was a rich scent with woody and floral notes: bergamot, orange, and patchouli—perfect for Gale. Later, Gale had spoken about the cologne for a long time but never bought it, saying, “There are more important things than perfume.” But for John, nothing was more important than Gale.
Inside the store, a helpful consultant assisted John in quickly selecting that exact bottle. As John left the boutique with a small bag in hand, he already imagined Gale’s smile when he saw it.
But as he walked out of the store, John suddenly froze.
“Something’s missing…” he muttered, glancing thoughtfully at the displays around him.
His eyes landed on a neighboring shop, where silk scarves were laid out with such elegant precision that they seemed to invite him in. Among them was one—a delicate shade of blue—that seemed made to highlight Gale’s eyes.
“Perfect,” John said with a smile, confidently stepping inside. His mind was already picturing the scarf neatly placed in a box and later, perhaps, becoming part of something far more intimate.
────⋆꙳•❅*•*❆ ₊⋆────
Meanwhile, Gale was standing at a ticket counter, intently studying the schedule on the screen. Finally, he found what he was looking for: two tickets to John’s favorite team’s game, with seats right by the field. After making the purchase, he looked at the tickets in his hand, feeling a flicker of doubt. For him, someone who couldn’t understand the joy of watching sports even at home, attending a stadium filled with cheering crowds seemed almost torturous.
“Well, I’ll survive one evening of his endless sports commentary,” Gale muttered under his breath.
He sighed, recalling how at home, sitting next to John on the couch, he often felt like the grumpy wife in a sitcom—the kind who worries about a turkey burning in the oven or paying off the mortgage, while her husband excitedly explains game rules, oblivious to her lack of interest. “At the stadium, it’ll be even worse,” he thought. The crowd, the noise, John’s endless talk about team strategy—it was bound to be ten times more embarrassing amidst dozens and hundreds of men for whom sports were more religion than entertainment.
But despite all that, Gale already knew he was ready to endure it for John.
Tucking the tickets into his pocket, he took a deep breath and headed to another shop. He spent some time there picking out something special and eventually walked out, as satisfied as a cat with cream, carrying an additional gift for John. His determination to give John the perfect surprise only grew stronger, no matter the sacrifices he imagined ahead.
────⋆꙳•❅*•*❆ ₊⋆────
After their shopping spree, they met at the entrance of the mall. John stood there, pleased and slightly disheveled, wearing a victorious expression. In his hands were two cups of hot chocolate, one clearly meant for Gale. Gale, on the other hand, looked tired but more relaxed than one might expect.
“Tired?” John asked, handing him one of the cups. It was obvious he had bought it moments before meeting Gale, as if he’d sensed he’d need it.
“A little,” Gale admitted, accepting the warm cup and letting the pleasant aroma of chocolate wrap around him. He buried his nose in the steam rising from the drink and felt the warmth spread through him, chasing away the remnants of shopping-induced stress. Stealing a glance at John, he gave him a soft, grateful look, one he tried not to make too obvious. John, as always, knew what he needed before he even realized it himself.
“See?” John said with a broad grin. “I told you shopping could be fun!”
“Too much fun…” Gale muttered, hiding behind the cup and taking a small sip.
“Hey, don’t relax too much,” John teased, smirking. “Tomorrow we’re picking out gifts for family and friends.”
“Oh no…” Gale groaned, nearly choking on his hot chocolate. “Can’t we order online?”
“Online?” John exclaimed in mock horror. “Are you kidding? How else would I assess Aunt Peggy’s bust size without hugging a mannequin in the store? Online shopping can’t offer that! So, brace yourself, soldier—tomorrow we’re back in the trenches.”
“You’re impossible,” Gale sighed, shaking his head. But his eyes gleamed with a faint smile, quickly hidden behind his knitted scarf.
They stepped into the cold evening air, filled with the scents of pine and winter. And though neither of them knew exactly what awaited the other under the tree, they were both certain the gifts would be something truly special.
────⋆꙳•❅*•*❆ ₊⋆────
They sat on the floor in front of the shimmering Christmas tree, exchanging intrigued glances. The gifts lay nearby, their wrapping glistening under the festive lights.
John, beaming with excitement, was the first to pick up a neatly wrapped box and extend it to Gale.
“Your turn, handsome,” he said with a smile.
Gale raised an eyebrow, looking at the gift with exaggerated surprise.
“Wow, a real present?” Gale exclaimed, his eyes widening in mock amazement. “Not your… uh, dick with a red bow? I must say, I’m impressed.”
John snorted, barely containing his laughter.
“A dick with a bow is reserved for later tonight…” he quipped, his grin widening.
“Bucky…” Gale’s tone carried a warning edge, his frown exaggerated but unmistakable.
“Alright, alright!” John raised his hands in playful surrender. “No dicks with bows, I swear!” He paused, his eyes gleaming mischievously, and added with deliberate slowness, “It’ll be without a bow... later. Now, just open your present already.”
Gale rolled his eyes but couldn’t suppress a smile as he took the box. He carefully unwrapped the gift, taking his time, but the anticipation on his face betrayed his excitement.
John always found it endearing how Gale unwrapped presents. He didn’t tear through the paper in a rush to get to the contents; instead, he meticulously untied the ribbons, loosened the knots, and removed the wrapping with the precision of a surgeon, ensuring not a single piece was damaged. Every time, this brought a warm smile to John’s face—Gale, who had grown up in a modest household, appreciated even the smallest details, finding meaning in them beyond their apparent simplicity.
Gale always found a use for the wrapping paper: one piece would line the bottom of a trinket box where he kept stray buttons and small knick-knacks; another might be turned into a bookmark for his favorite book; the brightest piece of wrapping paper would sometimes be taped to the wall above his desk, creating a small, colorful corner that reminded him of the holidays.
John found this incredibly sweet, especially when he stumbled upon familiar scraps of wrapping paper in unexpected places. For instance, once he discovered a fragment of shiny green paper lining the bottom of a kitchen drawer with utensils. Or a piece with golden stars, neatly trimmed and taped to the lid of a tin box where Gale kept pencils. These scattered pieces of bright paper brought them back to the joyful moments of holidays past. It was as if Gale knew how to preserve fragments of warmth and magic, even in the most mundane things.
Over time, John had started unwrapping his own gifts more carefully, inspired by Gale’s attention to detail. Now, he too tried not to rip the paper, setting it aside neatly and reminding himself that even in the simplest things, there could be hidden value.
When Gale finally opened the box, his gaze immediately fell on the familiar bottle inside. He froze, his fingers gently brushing the cap.
“You remembered…” he whispered, unable to take his eyes off the cologne he had once dreamed of but never dared to buy.
“Of course I remembered,” John said with a soft smile, proud of his choice. “It suits you perfectly.”
Gale opened his mouth to thank him, but John suddenly hesitated, as though he had something more to say but wasn’t sure how to phrase it.
“Just…” John began, lowering his gaze.
“What?” Gale asked curiously.
John sighed.
“Don’t wear it to bed.”
“Why not?” Gale blinked, his voice tinged with mild surprise.
John lifted his head, his expression slightly shy but utterly sincere.
“Because I love your scent just the way it is. No additives.”
Gale gave a bashful smile before reaching into the box and pulling out the light blue silk scarf. He ran his fingers over the fabric, its softness making his smile widen.
“Bucky… It’s gorgeous,” he said, wrapping it around his neck.
“It perfectly brings out your eyes,” John added, pleased with his choice.
“You’re spoiling me.”
“You deserve it.”
Now it was Gale’s turn. He pulled a large box wrapped in several layers of bright paper and placed it in front of John.
“Your turn. But be careful—it’s fragile,” he warned, a mischievous glint in his eye.
John eagerly began unwrapping the box. He removed the top layer, expecting to find something grand inside, but instead uncovered a smaller box within.
“What the…” he raised an eyebrow, glancing at Gale.
“Keep going,” Gale said, smiling, trying to hold back laughter.
John opened the smaller box and pulled out a porcelain figurine of a white unicorn with golden hooves and a shimmering golden horn. The figurine was delicate, with large, endearing eyes, and so adorably kitschy that John couldn’t help but chuckle.
“Well? What do you think?” Gale asked, barely suppressing his amusement.
“I still think the unicorn’s horn shouldn’t be on its head,” John smirked, turning the figurine in his hands.
Gale snorted and swatted John on the shoulder.
“Pervert! This, for your information, is so you don’t lose your engagement ring!” he said with mock indignation. “Now you can hang it on the horn instead of tossing it somewhere and then turning the house upside down in a panic to find it.”
“You’re thoughtful,” John grinned, examining the figurine. “Fine, I promise I’ll hang the ring on the horn. Just don’t let me forget where I put the figurine.”
Gale sighed but couldn’t hide his smile.
“And that’s not all,” he added. “Look further.”
John paused, his hands rummaging through the seemingly empty box. His brow furrowed slightly as the thought crossed his mind—could this be payback for that time he tied a red bow around his dick as a "gift" for Gale? But then his fingers brushed against something thin and flat.
He pulled out a small envelope carefully tucked into the center of the box. Opening it, John found two tickets inside. His eyes widened as he stared at them, almost in disbelief. Slowly, he raised his gaze to Gale, who sat across from him with a soft smile and a trace of nervousness in his expression.
“Are you serious?” John finally breathed, his voice tinged with excitement. “You’re coming with me?”
“Yes,” Gale confirmed with a small shrug. “I’ll endure all those strikes, home runs, batters, fastballs, and innings for one evening.”
John set the tickets aside, and without saying a word, pulled Gale into a tight hug. He knew how much it must have taken for Gale to decide on this, and he understood that this wasn’t just a gesture. It was about love, acceptance, and a willingness to do the impossible for each other.
“Thank you,” was all John managed to say as he held Gale even closer.
Gale smiled, feeling perfectly happy in John’s arms.

For the ask meme, 5 and 28?
I don't think that's silly! Bc honestly making sideblogs is so high stakes for me in the first place, and honestly it's a funny story, so I joined Tumblr in high school, I think I'd seen a bunch of Tumblr screenshots on Pinterest and like, Facebook, first so I wanted to get in on all the memes and shit. I was restroom-pizza for years, and I don't remember exactly where on the timeline I made dirty-droids but after I got into dbh, I made a group chat for Hankcon that was 18+ and started making friends. It was my first time really being social with fandom online, I'd only ever lurked before.
Then I started roleplaying and that inspired me to write fic and somewhere in there I made my dbh sideblog so I could make more friends and get more attention 😅 I wanted to be a big fandom name, idk if I ever got there. But I tried making art for a second there (it was a lot of tracing reference images) and I posted Connor ass of my own exactly once and got my whole account nuked. So when I remade my Tumblr, I made Dirty-droid my main and made my general fandom blog a side blog instead so I could fandom as hard as I could (mostly just so I could reply to posts without looking like a completely different person)
The second question is do I collect anything, and honestly? I don't know 😅 not purposely anymore, I used to get a lot of little figurine statues of like, cats and dogs and horses because my grandma knew I liked them, but I guess it's all more touch and go these days. Money is tight, but me and my fiance tried to start collecting rainbow high dolls, but only got like, four dolls 😅 we do get art things here and there to cover the walls and I like those, but other than that?? ... Debt? 🫣😬😅
I'll try and post some pictures of how we've decorated the house here soon, I'm actually really proud of it.
Thank you so much for asking!

Huge sculptures that were at the Moomin market
And now... to show off my plunder! like a dragon, I'm proud of my hoard >:D Here we have some Snufkin and Little My gacha figures, and the fishing figurine I got at Nakano broadway. Also stickers, the 5th anniversary pin, and a Little My keychain which I bought because it has my birthday on it. You can see the story guide everyone gets at the park too. Oh, and Moomin Jagabee buhahaha
(by the way, I don't know where else to mention, but one merch I didn't buy and didn't get a pic of was this big, looooong, hattifattener-themed baum cake! It was huge and hilarious, wish I got a pic)
I knew it was stupid to buy this print when you can easily find just about any of them online and print them yourself. But I just couldn't resist this image, I really liked it. Next is a Moominpappa gacha, the magnet I got at the market, and one of those pressed coin thingies.
My favorite of all though is the umbrella keychain. It exists to celebrate the umbrella decorations of course. But nothing could be more appropriate to commemorate my extremely rainy Moominvalley Park adventure.

It’s spooky season at Uva Academy! (I’m not going to try to Think Too Hard about whether or not Halloween would even be a thing in the Pokemon world as far as like the historical and spiritual origins it has in our world. Let’s just say that it is a thing and it’s celebrated the way it is in reality. Also fun fact, the name I give Nemona's older sister is the name I picked as my, like, kayfabe name in Spanish class in middle school. If you took language classes in school, did you also pick out a name from that target language and go by that name during class?)
Uva Academy goes all out for Halloween. At the start of the month, the hallways are bedecked with orange, black and purple decorations, all carefully placed by the student council and the student activities committee operating under the watchful eye of Nemona. The dining hall adds fall-themed foods and treats to the menu - the Pikachu jack o’lantern sandwich cookie is a must-try! Illuminations dot the school grounds, providing light and color as the days grow shorter and the nights grow longer.
But the real star of the Halloween show at Uva Academy is the party. On Halloween night, the courtyard is transformed into a spooky soiree sensation. Students are allowed to let their Ghost Pokemon roam free while they dance and nosh on themed party foods. Dressing up in costume is not only allowed but encouraged because there’s a costume contest! A stage is set up for everyone to show off their looks and the attendees vote on their favorite costumes. The winners get a special Mismagius-shaped trophy and are published in the school newspaper and yearbook.
What would the Fabulous Four think of all these Halloween festivities?
Nemona is chomping at the bit to make her mark on this event as the student council president. She’s meticulously planned out all of the decorations and picked out who is going to put what where. She’s stoked to hear that the dining room staff are adding even more seasonal specialties this year. And she absolutely cannot wait for the Halloween night party. Her big sister Azucena is an actress in Unova and is getting her hooked up with a custom-made wig and costume. What’s she going as? More like whosawhatsit she going as? She’s going to be Iono! Maybe she’ll win the contest?
Penny doesn’t really get all the fuss about Halloween, but she does like that it means her favorite anime will put out special themed figurines and can badges for her to add to her collection. And she does like the special treats in the dining hall. The party, though? Nah, she’s not going to the party. That’s not her thing. She’s just gonna hang out in her room that night and play video games or hack some databases or something. Although, sometimes…sometimes she finds herself imagining what it might be like to dress as her Sylveon. Would that be…cute?
Arven didn’t care much about Halloween last year. He just stayed in on the night of the party and didn’t pay much mind to all the decorations and stuff. Something’s different this year, though. He sees how eager and excited Violetta is about all of it - she gushes about it to him as they’re eating their Herba Mystica sandwiches in that cave between Mesagoza and Artazon - and he’s kind of wanting to check it all out. Or just kind of wanting to see her react to all of it. Something about her makes him feel different, better, like he has Vivillons in his stomach in a good way. He looked up “guys halloween costume ideas that girls like online and read that girls like vampire costumes. Would Violetta like that?
Violetta is excited by all of this fun and merriment. Halloween wasn’t as much of a thing back in Galar. Her old school didn’t mark the event and she only recalled seeing a few little decorations here and there around Wyndon. Certainly she wouldn’t have been allowed to go to any parties or go trick-or-treating, either - there were always guests at the B&B, after all. But now here she is in a new region with a new attitude. She wants to try everything that calls out to her, whether that means the Pikachu jack o’lantern cookie sandwiches in the dining hall or dressing up as Spriggy, her Sprigatito, for the party. She found a Sprigatito ear headband in town and the RA on her floor is going to do her makeup to look just like Spriggy. She’s even thought about buying a fake tail to clip onto her belt loop. The Halloween party is going to be a lot of fun. Hey…is Arven going to be there?

Chapter 3: Waltz of the Snowflakes (The Nutcracker, presented by the Emon Ballet Company)
TW: discussion of abusive relationships, references to child abuse
The apartment that Percy, Keyleth, and Cassandra share is incredibly small.
When Cassandra moved in, she was given the smallest bedroom. Previously, it was only used for storage. Keyleth's box of old pointe shoes is still hidden under her bed.
Cassandra’s bed takes up most of the bedroom. It’s shoved into the corner, piled high with the blankets. The window never seems to close all the way so there's always a cold draft. There’s just enough room on the floor for Cassandra to sit and do stretches.
The walls are bare save for an old picture of her and her parents, a tapestry of a forest that Keyleth gave her, and a dirty mirror. Old pointe shoes are shoved half under the bed. Ribbons and lace are all over. Cassandra blames Minxie, the cat is obsessed with any type of string. Her closet is mostly filled with leotards and skirts and old dance costumes rather than her normal clothes.
When she left the Briarwoods, it had been a sudden decision. She had been afraid of losing her nerve or them finding out. As a result, she had to leave most of her possessions behind. Not that there were many to begin with.
Since she arrived, Keyleth and Pike seem to have made it their life’s mission to decorate her room. They’ve presented her with everything from quilts to little animal figurines to books. Cassandra has never been able to figure out how to properly thank them.
Sitting on her bed, Cassandra taps her fingernails against her mug of tea. Minxie is curled up at her feet, purring up a storm at the gentle scratches Cassandra provides. Laid out in front of her is an open textbook, her pen keeping her place. Her notebook is on her lap. The page is filled with her nearly incomprehensible handwriting.
Despite the fact that she already has a career in ballet, Percy is forcing her to get a high school diploma. It’s ridiculous in her opinion, she hasn’t been in school in three years. The Briarwoods thought her time would be better spent rehearsing and dancing. But since she’s a few months shy of turning eighteen, it’s up to Percy as her guardian. And Percy decided that her little free time was worth spending on online high school. Though she made her protests due at first, she’s come to realize there’s no point.
In the kitchen, she can hear Keyleth listening to festive music as she bakes cookies for rehearsal the next day. The apartment is filled with a wonderful aroma. Cassandra has half a mind to abandon her homework and go join Keyleth.
Percy stayed late at the studio to rehearse with Vex, and Keyleth won’t tell on her for not doing her homework. Cassandra has almost talked herself into it when something catches the corner of her eye.
She turns to look and her eyes widen in surprise.
Outside the window, all she can see is flurries of fluffy snow. Through it, the streetlights look magical, shining between the snowflakes. Snow lands heavily on the roads and sidewalks and the cars parked on the street. Even though it's dark outside, it almost seems like the sky is glowing.
Cassandra leans forward, almost pressing her face to the freezing glass. The smile that crosses her face is almost childlike, filled with joy and wonder. For the first time this winter, it finally feels like Winter’s Crest is near.
It might be her imagination, but snow looks better here than anywhere in the world.
“Cassandra, did you see the snow?” Keyleth calls, just as excited as Cassandra.
“Yeah!” She shouts back.
Cassandra curls her legs to her chest, leaning against the window. Her smile is more reflective now.
She can almost imagine that she’s back in Whitestone. She's sitting in the penthouse as her mother and Julius sing carols. She can almost hear herself begging Vesper or Percy to go outside with her and play in the snow.
Another memory tickles the edge of her mind, though not a happy one. Freezing cold snow landed on her shoulders as she heard the news. Percy’s hand was like ice in hers. Her tears turned to icicles on her cheeks.
The edges of her mind start to curl in on itself, like the burning edges of paper. Burning, burning, smoke and ash. Fouettee after fouettee, the world spinning around her. Never good enough. Blood and bruises and a stinging cheekbone. Smile, Cassandra, you need to keep smiling-
Minxie meows softly, stretching towards Cassandra. The cat headbutts her stomach, demanding her attention firmly. Taking a breath, Cassandra smiles and scratches the cat’s head.
