This is gonna be a longer one so I’m splitting it into multiple segments. Not only do I have to get somewhat decent photos of this but I have to clean everything up to make it legible and usable outside of personal use, so we’re gonna do multiple parts on the Angel bestiary. Also after doing about half of the monster bestiary, let me rest. That was not a good time. It was a long time. Part 2 will probably be under Page 79. There’s also a couple different ways to say the Angel names, so I’ll list them if I have any.

Translation: (top of page) “The beings with the name of Angels encountered by Zero”

Beings with the name of angels have appeared before Zero. Here their names and characteristics are recorded. The names of these Angels also appear in old scripture, literature, and mythology. For reference, explanations of these angels in the myths and traditions has also been added.

JP Name: Michael (Michael) (Note: One is written with a different JP character to differentiate (The “T” shape in Mikhail is just an “l” while the “I” shape in Michael is a “ed” which.. still translates to Michael both ways somehow,) and will sound a bit different, but in English these are the same word. I’m so sorry JP This is where dialect differences will get me.)

DOD3: A dragon that Zero worked with. From Michael’s “Last Wish,” Mikhail achieved a reincarnation. He was always by Zero’s side, supporting her in her battles.

Mythology: In the Bible, the name of the archangel recorded as the chief among Angels is Michael. He is God’s right-hand, and holds a title of “God-Like.” The Russian name for Michael is Mikhail.

Spawn Location: Sea Temple, Lost Forest

DOD3: An angel who has a crustacean-like appearance who is called upon by Dito, one of the five apostles. Phanuel specializes in diving underwater and ejecting huge columns of water.

Mythology: Biblically the archangel is known as the “Face of God.” In Milton’s “Paradise Lost” he appears as one of the Twelve Angels entitled to sit with God.

DOD3: An angel who has the appearance of a solid fortress, summoned by Four’s apostle Decadus. This Angel is equipped with a large number of cannons in each part of itself, able to bombard an enemy.

Mythology: The Gregori are a group of angels from the book of Enoch. Her mission was to guide and teach humans, but committed the taboo of marrying a human and revealing the secrets of the Gods. Amaros was member of the Grigori.

Spawn Location: Forest Country, Cathedral City

DOD3: Summoned by Three’s apostle, Octa. The angel with the appearance of a human-child doll. There are two types of these, large and small. They are good at self-destructing by leaping at their target, and using beam-like attacks from their abdomen.

Mythology: This angel was said to protect pregnant women and unborn children from demons. In the Jewish “Talmud” it states that if you recite Psalm 20 nine-times in front of a woman who is pregnant, you can borrow/receive the powers of this Angel.

Summoner: Cent

Spawn Location: Lost Forest, Land of Sand/Desert Country

DOD3: An armored angel summoned by Cent, the apostle of Two. Its main means of attack utilize punches with arms outstretched, and beams fired from the mouth.

Mythology: When Adam and Eve birthed children on Earth and the population increased, the group of angels God descended to guide, teach, and lead peoples were the Grigori. Their name means “Child/Son Of God.”

Zero, Mikhail, and other Disciples x Zero’s Disciple reader platonic hcs! S/O is Zero’s one and only Disciple, born not really for combat, but more bc Zero needed someone for chores like laundry, cooking, etc. S/O is a sweet and kind individual, really preferring not to fight especially against innocents, but they do know their way around a sword. They mainly do chores like cleaning blood off clothes, cooking for the party, and other things, so they’re like a servant. S/O also plays music for fun and will do song requests if asked, so, I headcanon S/O plays something like the guitar, not the electric kind, so they play songs around the campfire like Empty Tone or Song of the Ancients and their voice is angelic. Out of all the Disciples, S/O might be the most normal.

When it came to Disciples, Zero never imagined getting one herself. After all, she's perfectly confident on her own, rather than needing the help of some kind of bird.

Of course, she ate her words. And now, has you.

Instead of battle, you were mostly helping with Zero in everyday tasks. Since, while she would never say it out loud, she's a bit shit at doing it.

For a long while, there was her, and then there was Mikhail.

You... had mixed thoughts on the dragon. On one hand, Micheal was arrogant, but very steadfast. On the other, Mikhail could grow to be more wiser than his previous incarnation, no matter how much Zero belittled him.

Living in that small house, helping Zero live... she didn't grow to like you or anything, like those scenes in the books, but definitely had something of a soft spot for you.

Then Mikhail pissed himself, and the journey began.

Dito was the first, and wasn't a huge fan of you.

"I mean, Z. Sure, you're a good fighter, but do you really need like, cannon fodder?" he asked nonchalantly.

He then had to duck a swipe from the Original Intoner's blade.

"Right, you idiots, gonna be honest: I do not want to hear any sorta bitching from either of you. I like having my ears not being plagued by arguments."

You gave a small cough, looking away. "Sorry, Zero..."

"Ugh. Not you, dipshit, I'm talking about Dito trying to start some shit."

"...Oh!"

Dito gave a whistle, walking along and ignoring the warning.

Zero turned to you. "If you end up like him one day, I'm gonna rip off your head."

You gave a salute at that. "D-Duly noted."

Decadus was less annoying than Dito was, but still had his... quirks.

Decadus was a masochist, this you knew, and did not mind. Even had their quirks, after all. But, he always seemed to think you were... well, secretly very powerful.

You, ah, weren't. You had enough strength to carry the weapons of the Intoner and Dito, but beyond that? Noodle arms.

Still, beyond his fascination with pain, he is a nice person, at the end of the day.

Octa, however, is a different bag altogether.

Again, like with Decadus, he's a nice enough person, always sitting down and giving you an audience if you were to play an instrument.

The main problem is that, while he can somehow keep it in his pants, he definitely can't get his mind out of the international sewer system.

It's... a struggle. But, you're determined in many things. Stubborn, maybe.

Peel back that pervert, and you get an old man who seemed genuinely sorry about what had happened to Three.

It's... sad.

And you felt empathy.

Near the end of the journey, Cent had joined. He was very... light-handed with himself.

He carried himself loftly, but you knew it was a farce.

You never got to know the guy, before the end.

When they had returned to their natural forms, as mere pigeons, you looked at Zero.

"Why haven't you...?" you began.

Zero just rolled her eyes, and gestured you to follow her. "...You're my Disciple. So I feel kildly responsible for your ass."

Still, at the end of it all... she was head-strong.

But you knew what she meant.

You cared for everyone. It was your nature. Your design.

Zero had never intended to do so again, not after Indigo had betrayed Rose...

But God fucking damn it.

You happened. Her one and now only Disciple.

And being honest? She didn't regret it.

For once, in her un-dead life as a goddess.

i love joose's outfit! she doesn't work without it i think - the combination of the skin, tert, and hat just make her so perfect. other than her, royal and heptanimus are normally well dressed bc i redress them a whole lot! i also love arlo, ungezibere, persephone, dito, decadus (interpreting the disciples outfits in fr was so hard but i loved it), and eibon!

as for worst ..... im i just got azureus and my creative juice ran out before i could get him well dressed :p alkes could use some more love too but he's back in a corner of my lair i dont look much anymore

Really? I know who you're talking about and I suggest you that "PRETTY PLEASE BLOCK HIM AND DON'T BOTHER YOURSELF BECAUSE OF HIM." They aren't actually getting bigger but they're just being more active lately.

NaLu shippers hate on Lisanna just because she's a big threat to NaLu and she's so much plot relevant that someday she might replace the main female lead lol. All NaLu shippers hate Lisanna and ship her with Bixlow who doesn't have a single interaction with her. Nah, that's not the case. Yeah, I am NaLu shipper & AntiNaLi but that doesn't mean I'm AntiLisanna nor I'm a BixAnna shipper.

Well I agree with some people that shipping Lisanna with Bixlow is just something that doesn't make sense. They haven't interacted once and the main series ended. The sequel is going on and there's still nothing between them lmao. But shipping is based on personal choice and preference so we can't judge anyone because of that.

Some idiotic people just don't get the simple fact that every person has the right to ship whatever they want. You can't just go and insult them. Yes, there are many people who ship NaLu and hate Lisanna or ship Lisanna with someone else/Bixlow. It's their choice and as long as they don't crosstag/hate on a character fanpage/offend other fans/spread misinformation. If they do these things then you can oppose them. I see many people who hate Lisanna/ship BixAnna but don't go hate on a fanpage/crosstag/offend other people. They just state what they think about a character/ship and that's totally fine. You can't insult anyone who didn't do the same to you.

NaLu shippers force Hiro Mashima to draw NaLu for them and because they hate Lisanna so much that Mashima was forced to overlook her character.
