I made Ravio a magical girl outfit! He deserves it!

(I got inspired by a cosplayer at comiccon mascarade that was a mash up of Loz and Sailor moon.)

The little wings are from sheerow, his companion. Kinda like Cerberus from card captor sakura. The more ruffles there are on the dress, the more powerful!!
