Theo báo cáo của Hội Môi giới Bất động sản Việt Nam, trong quý I/2020, nguồn cung sản phẩm ra thị trường đã sụt giảm rất mạnh. Thống kê Ngân hàng thế giới (WB) cho thấy, liên tiếp 3 năm từ 2017-2019 Việt Nam có khoảng 5 triệu kiều bào với lượng kiều hối luôn đứng trong Top 10 lớn nhất thế giới. Hàng năm c�� ít nhất 25% lượng kiều hối đổ vào bất động sản trong tổng số kiều hối 16,7 tỷ USD trong năm 2019; 15,9 tỷ USD năm 2018 và 13,8 tỷ USD năm 2017. Theo nhận định, con số kiều hối vào bất động sản dự kiến sẽ tăng mạnh trong năm 2020 và càng cao hơn nữa khi tình hình dịch bệnh ở các nước châu Âu bùng phát.
Điểm tin tình hình bất động sản và những căn hộ cao cấp trên địa bàn TP Huế đầu năm 2020 khá dậy sóng. Giá đất tại TT Huế, khu quy hoạch Xuân Phú trước đó 16 triệu đồng/m2 nay tăng lên 30-35 triệu đồng/m2; đất Thủy Thanh, Thủy Vân từ 7-8 triệu đồng/m2 lên 14-16 triệu đồng/m2 hay đồng/m2… Các khu đô thị cũ và mới mọc lên khá nhiều như Phú Mỹ An, The Manor, De 1ST Quantum, Royal Park, Eco Garden, An Cựu city, Hue Green city… ra đời chiếm lĩnh thị phần lớn và tạo nên làn sóng đầu tư ào ạt từ nội tại TP Huế và các nhà đầu tư ngoại tỉnh cũng như kiều bào.
Thị trường bất động sản Huế vốn trầm lắng cuối năm 2019, đầu năm 2020 lại có dịp thay đổi khi ngày càng có nhiều chủ đầu tư uy tín đổ tiền vào các dự án. Types Of Magick And Spells
ANGEL MAGICK - A system of magick that is not exculsively wiccan, but works with the Angel powers in place of the elements and elementals. A study of Angels both christian and non-christian is a must. They are a higher form of Deva's. And are looked upon as the overlords of those elements in the Universe.
BLACK MAGICK - Magick that is of a negative force, used with both evil and malicious influence and intentions. More commonly associated (through the negative press and movies) with the religions of Voodoo or Vaudu and Santeria. More correctly Black Magick is ANY kind of spell, prayer or Magick associated with the deliberate intentional harm, death, or bad luck(cursing) of another person or group of people.
**This type of magick can be done by anyone of any religious persuasion and can also be performed by Christians through negative prayer. It is the most dangerous kind and often comes with dire or fatal consequences no matter what their religious belief system is**.
Only upon rare occasions can Black Magick be utilized for special intent (see Grey Magick) But it should never be used upon a whim or out of vindictiveness. The intent within your spirit should be analized very carefully.
This type of magicks should never be taught at the novice/maid/1st degree level and only with reluctance at the adept/mother/2nd degree level. Only upon entering the master/crone/3rd degree level can these magicks be revealed, because at this level the celebrant will be truly aware of the dangers involved. And even then a council of other Masters/Crones have to consider the stability of the celebrant if they are safe to be taught these magicks.
CANDLE MAGICK - Sympathetic Magick that utilized coloured candles or candles embedded with colour objects or inscribed with symbols and dressed with an oil of specific intent to represent the desired object, person or person, things or goals in which the spell is directed. Each colour or symbol is said to represent or symbolized a specific desired influence, outcome, emotion or attribute.
CHAOS MAGIC - This is a system of magic or more correctly majick in which you first focus on your majickal intent and then deconstruct it. It was a system created by Augustus Spare just after the turn of the century. It helps if you understand quantum physics. But it's a more scientific system of majickal principals.
ELEMENTAL MAGICK - Magick that centers around the Elements of Air, Earth, Fire and Water or those bodies that contains those elements (i.e. clouds, lakes, electricity, rocks, gas lines etc.). Also called Nature or Earth Magick as this type of magickal workings deals with the conjuring or summoning of Power by Earthly Forces.
FAERY MAGICK - Magick that is centred around what is called the Faery Wicca Tradition and involves the attraction and help of Fairies, Elves, Gnomes, the Sidhe and others of the Lords of the Earth. Work with them with caution they are not little "Tinkerbelles" they can be very fierce. They have also been referred to as Deva's or lower elementals associated with plants life.
GREEN MAGICK - Also known as HERB MAGICK. This is performed by utilizing the wisdom and application of the proper use of herbs, according to the secret healing and magickal properties. This would also apply to magick used to perform to create medicinal potions infused with the spiritual healing powers needed to affect wellness. Witches who work and perform with this type of magick are called Green Witches. There is only one (that I'm aware of )writer of Green Magick, Ann Moura.
GREY MAGICK - This is magick that is not completely black or white. It is a combination of both but is NOT intentionally performed with any evil or malicious influence. One example is a Love spell to have someone fall in love with you, there by manipulating influence with magick but preventing the person to live out their life destiny.
Another is to make sure a harmful person is brought to justice, again this is manipulative but intent is what is needed to be looked into.
Most Witches (as oppose to Wiccans) practice a form of Grey Magick because they believe in "lest in thy defense there be, always obey the law of three". With the intent of defense a black or negative magick can be used for benefice thereby making it Grey.
LOVE MAGICK - Used to attract, draw back, restore or strengthen the bond of love between the spell caster and their desired or chosen loved one or their current beloved. This magick is manipulative and should not be used upon any specific person to make them love you, it can have a negative back lash. But there is types of Love Magick that can be done to reveal the one who is right for you, as oppose to influencing anyone. And there is a type of Love Magick to help restore harmony in the home between lovers, family members and friends.
NATURAL MAGICK - This is magick found in rural areas that can also include the practice of Hoodoo, Voodoo, Santeria, Pow-Wow or spellcrafting this is perfomed for a fee. This type of magick can be casted for good or evil. This is also regarded in some areas as Shamanism.
PRACTICAL MAGICK - This is magick that is harmonious with Nature and works in principal with the Earth, Seasons and Cycles. It is being in touch with all that is Nature around us, listening to it and working with it. It can be as simple as gardening, cooking, taking care of animals, or people or even restoring a house.
SPELLCRAFT - This is performing in any form, a Magickal spell that is created for good or evil. A type of Folk magick in rural areas. Some people have also called it Pow-Wow magick. Christians/Catholics do a type of spellcraft in doing novenas or speical prayers.
WHITE MAGICK - This is magick that is used strictly for pure intentions and influences of all things Good. It is used to heal, protect, and help others in need. Many Witches and Wiccans do practice this type of magick primarily, but they may not refer to it as White Magick to avoid stereotyping. They do try to keep the principal in mind of the "law of three" or of positive intent.
WILD MAGICK - This is a type of magick that is natural to a person who does not realize they have the natural power to influence or know how strong it is, sometimes referred to as a wild talent. With training and instruction they are able bring their abilities under control, harness it, control it instead of it (the magick) controlling them.
There are other types of magicks but they are referred to as spells, such as prosperity, health, binding, summoning, banishing, protection etc.

Bell’s Theorem [WARNING: This post is based on a discussion in a quantum mechanics textbook and contains mathematical elements, which whilst being based on high school algebra, may be a little taxing!] John Stewart Bell was a physicist who came from a very humble background in a deeply divided area of Belfast and he managed against all odds to go to win a place at Belfast’s prestigious Queen Mary’s University and went on to work at CERN in Switzerland. In 1969 he proved what was to become known as Bell’s theorem, namely that no “local hidden variables theory” can reproduce the predictions of quantum mechanics. Bell’s theorem is simple, yet ingenious, and was a key idea in the understanding of quantum mechanics.
Bell proved his theorem by reasoning that if quantum mechanics is governed by unknown hidden variables which are deterministic and local (i.e. they cannot propagate faster than the speed of light) and physically measurable quantities are always well-defined, with measurement simply revealing their values, then the following paragraphs should be true. A measurement of the absolute value of an electron’s spin along any axis always gives the same result as only the sign differs. Therefore if an electron has always well-defined spin, its spin along 3 different axes (which needn’t be at right angles) should be 1 of 8 different possibilities: (+,+,+), (+,-,+), (-,+,-), etc. To set about examining what a local hidden variables theory may predict, we imagine what happens when we entangle two electrons (though note in a local hidden variables theory the interpretation of what it means for a two particles to be entangled is different from conventional QM) so they are guaranteed to have opposite spins along the same axis. We can then measure the spin along one axis of the 1st electron and take a measurement along another axis of the spin of its entangled partner. This will allow us to determine the spin of the first electron along two different axes in its undisturbed state. We might write the results as follows (using an underscore for the axis which we did not measure the spin along): (+,+,_ ), (_,-,+),(-,_ ,-), etc. Now if we take 3 similarly prepared sets of N electrons, each electron being entangled to allow us to measure its spin along two different axes (we use 3 sets as for any given electron we can only determine its spin along 2 axes and we set N as being very large so the spread of spins is the same in all 3 sets), we would expect the following to be true (where N(+,+,_) is the number of electrons whose measurement corresponds to (+,+,_), etc.): N(+,+, _) = N(+,+,-) +N (+,+,+) N(+,_ ,+) = N(+,+,+) + N(+,-,+) N(_,-,+) = N (+,-,+) + N (-,-,+) etc. From which from basic algebra follows: N(+,+,_) – N(+,_,+) + N(_,+,-) = N(+,+,-) + N(-,-,+) Therefore, as N(+,+,-) + N(-,-,+) cannot be less than zero as you can only have a non-negative number of particles: N(+,+,_) – N(+,_,+) + N(_,+,-) ≥ 0 This is a version of what is called Bell’s inequality, it is testable, and will be true for any local hidden variables theory. Whilst Bell’s inequality does hold true for some angles (angles of the 3 different axes along which spin is measured) in quantum mechanics, it is not true for all angles. Therefore quantum mechanics cannot be described by a local hidden variables theory. In 1982 Alain Aspect tested Bell’s inequality and it was found it was violated in nature as quantum mechanics predicts. Bell’s theorem does not completely exclude deterministic hidden variable theories from describing quantum mechanics, for example Bohm’s pilot wave interpretation (which was based on de Broglie’s theory of ‘matter waves’) accurately recreates quantum mechanics and is deterministic. However as any hidden variables theory must be non-local, it has the undesirable property that influences can propagate instantaneously across space, which when special relativity is brought in to play, is a major problem for causality. Italy, Rome, the Vatican reception hall. VOIELLO and SOFIA are waiting at the popes desk. The YOUNG POPE enters the stage with a plain plate in his hands.
„This is the sort of merchandise im prepared to authorise.“ He says.
„But it doesn’t have your image on it!“ Sofia answers.
„I do not have an image, my good lady, because I am no one. You understand? No one. Only Christ exists. Only Christ. And I am not worth forty-five, or even five euros. I am worth nothing.“
„I don’t understand, Holy Father.“
„Of Course you don’t, because, as you said earlier, you studied at Harvard. And Harvard is a place in decline where you were taught to lower yourselves. Where as here, in the Vatican, we try to elevate ourselves. Who exactly is in charge of curating the image of the pope?“
„The Secretary of State entrusted that delicate task to me, Holy Father, two years ago.“
„Very good. And now I’m going to tell you what you as curator of the image of the Holy Father, are gonna do. You are gonna fire the Vatican’s official photographer immediately. No photographs of the pope are to be issued. Just as there were none when I was a cardinal or a bishop. Do you know why? I never allowed my picture to be taken. The Off. It’s dark. Only the NARRATORS voice can be heard.

The phone rings. [8] She opens the message.. „My dearest friends there’s one spectacular party in the making! Join us tonight in the Wittgenstein House to another legendary night. Make sure to wear your most luxurious textiles and we take care of your deepest desires.“
ACT II SCENE III
Austria, Vienna, 3rd district at Parkgasse 18. It’s night but the garden is enlightened by the colourful lights emerging the windows. The WITTGENSTEIN HOUSE is emitting visual, audible and perceptible vibrations. The air smells of Un Jardin en Méditerranée. A car enters stage right. Inside are AVA, LUX, EMMA and NOVA.
We arrive at the Wittgenstein House. It’s one o’clock, time for some ecstasy. I divide the crystals into four parts and hand them to the others. I take the last one and we step out of our taxi. Instantly we are surrounded by an electric atmosphere. People get chauffeured around in Mercedes Benz with Cristal champagne.[9] On inspecting the entrance facade, you can discover a series of metaphors and symbolic signs.[10] The bass seems to shake the walls. Bright lights in countless colours emerge through the windows. Life is fantastic. It would be too strong to call this fantasy a portal to Hell, but it is surely no entrance to a Heavenly Jerusalem.
The party begins as people are moving in, gathering in the entrance hall and taking a stand up cocktail.[11] There is champagne, caviar and fireworks.[12] Ahead, some distance from the entrance, is a great mural of brilliant color.[13] Opulent Ornaments, heavy textiles, reflecting surfaces. The materials come from the everyday domestic sphere, much having to do with ornamenting the body: copper and brass wire, buttons, beads, baubles, hooks, eyes, straps, false fingernails, makeup, hair, ribbons, lace, thread, shells, feathers, and bones. The amulets are fetishes, beautiful ornamental objects, and they are connected to the fetishism of architectural representation.[14]
