The Morales first errands 1

(This is from Earth 2020)

Earth 928 in HQ

Mariana 1022 gasps at Miles 2020 with shock, "So in your world it's common for your babies to do their first errand like how Japanese people do with their kids?" The group were talking about a show called Old Enough, where Japanese parents let their children go run errands. Some children are old as two years old.

"Yes, it's very common that everyone from all over the world does it. Since the ABOverse is all about primal instincts, many believe our pups had their own moment into doing their first errand as a rite of passage into becoming a "big" kid and functional individuals." Miles 2020 explained with a happy smile on his face, "Of course, you do worried since all worlds aren't perfect."

Mimi gawks, "Ohhh! That must be so nerve racking! Little Triplets on their own!" Billie 1613 nodded in agreement.

"I was pretty confident since the area our family live is a safe space, a lot of families and neighbors watching each other's back."

"Awe, I bet your Hobie must've been worried." Lupe giggles.

Maria 289 grunt as she takes her own cup of tea to sip, "With an Alpha like that? Of course, he'll be watching them like a hawk."

"Right! That's so cute! I wish I could see it!" Mimi said with joy.

The older Omega sips his coffee, "I remember it like it was yesterday."

-A few months ago-

"Da-ddi, we w-an out of c-weam!" Little Karl rushes to his Omega parent who's busy chopping up vegetables for dinner. He and his siblings wearing dinosaurs cozy onesies.

"Oh no, did we?" Miles squats low to his pup to check the carton of heavy whipping cream."

"And the-waz no peaches!" Mariana hop off the step stool to the fridge.

Aaron shook his head, "Mm-mm."

"Oh dear, that is a problem. Looks like we won't be able to make peaches and cream today." Their daddy fake gasps.

"OH NO! I want peaches and cream, daddy!" The triplets chanted as they hug their daddy for a solution.

"Hmm, what if you three go buy the ingredients for peaches and cream?" Miles slowly suggested, "Since I'm here busy cooking, you think you three can do me this big BIG favor?"

The triplets look at each other then nodded, "YUS! We can do it!"

"Alright, mi vidas." Miles happily clasps his hands together. This was all planned by the two parents wanting their pups to do their first errand. They saw how the three are able to understand directions, talk to people and most importantly know what things are.

Of course, his Alpha didn't want their triplets to go out so young, he wants them to be five years olds. Miles had to convince him that it will be fine with the neighborhood they're in. Not only that, but they will planned to have certain family members to watch them over. Hobie finally agreed to his Alpha, still being so worried that he decided he will make sure they will have people watching over their pups with their first errand. The Omega could only laugh at that.

Anyway, Miles quickly changed his triplets in matchings cute bright blue jackets, yellow rain boots and different animal hats. Mariana had on bright red fox bucket hat. Karl's bucket hat is a bright green frog, and lastly, Aaron had a black and white panda bucket hat. The three each had their own special water bottle for the journey with a wide strap to be held on their shoulder, their plastic water bottle matches the same animals as their bucket hats.

"Now, when you three go inside the store in these small bags there is the ingredient you need and the money for the cashier, okay mi bebés?" Miles kindly tells them their task. "I want you three to be together at all times, always hold each other hands when crossing the street. Be careful of the puddles, the weather lady said today won't rain, but you three still need to be bundle up, okay." He gave them each a small cute bag with a picture of their ingredient and the money.

"Yus, daddy! Now, can we go! I'ma w-eady!" Little Mariana made two fists being so hype for this journey, it excites her to do something without her daddy watching over her.

"Hold on, let me give you a whistle. You blow when a stranger comes to talk to you." Miles give them each a bright orange whistle around their necks. "Okay?"

"OKay, daddy!" The triplets nodded at this being ready.

Meanwhile, their papá, Hobie stood hiding in an alley wearing a cap, grey jacket with thick Sunglasses and black face mask trying to hide his face. His leg shakes being impatient from all this, his heart beats from the nerves. He didn't want his pups to have their first errand at three! They were so small, they're not ready for the world or that's what he tells himself.

Then the front door of his home open hearing his husband's voice, "Alright, mi vidas. I'll be here when you come back. Love you!" Miles give each of pup a kiss on the forehead, before waving them goodbye.

The triplets happily got down the steps being ready, "Bye-bye, daddy!" They shouted together, waving their hands goodbye. The three held hands as they began their journey to the store!

Miles happily smiles at his triplets going to the crossing street, then he saw his Alpha walking passes him looking funny. "Hehehe." It made him giggle at his husband already ready to watch over the triplets. The Omega went back inside to finish dinner.

Hobie slowly walks behind his triplets trying to play off a normal New Yorker making his way to wherever he's going. Then he saw adults on the sidewalk noticing the triplets dressing the same.

"HOW CUTE! Is it their first errands?" A young woman said to her friend, they smell like Betas.

"Awe so adorable. Look at them!" An Omega young woman said to her Alpha male.

The Alpha fixes his coat being a bit cold, "In this weather? It's a bit cold."

"Awe, look how small they are!" Another Alpha said.

Then many more from teenagers and parents watching the triplets walking. Hobie merely walks casually hearing, and seeing some of the young girls taking photos of the triplets. "I don't like this!" He thought to himself, he didn't expect his triplets to be so damn popular. Then again, first errands are highly respected, and often exciting to be watched from people. Many that aren't parents would want to have pups and teach them to be perfect individuals to handle their first errand.

"Hey, little one! Can we take a photo?" A teenager boy, smells of an Alpha had his girlfriend, an Omega around her shoulder, he asked one the triplets.

"Bae, it's fine. They-" Then the little girl from the triplets blew her whistle, "St-wanger Danger!" She hold her hand up being protective of her two brothers. Arron and Karl were always a bit afriad unlike their sister.

"She probably got that from me." Hobie thought to himself.

"St-wanger danger." The boys shouted.

"Awe, so cute. They blew their own whistle." Another Omega male gawks at awed.

"Awe, what little darlings." An older woman came by to the teenager couple, "You two best to leave them. They are on a very important task, right?"

"WIGHT!" Mariana said out loud.

The teenager boy and his girlfriend gasps seeing the cute little ones being so dang adorable. "We are so sorry to interrupt your important task, little ones!" They said.

"You are fow-given!" Mariana nodded as she took her brothers' hands, "Come on, let's go!"

"HOW CUTE!" Everyone that saw them can only think of.

The triplets quickly went to their first crossing street with the traffic lights, "Lookie! There's the lights. We have to push the button." Karl pointed as the three saw the big button for the cross walks.

They remember the Grocery Store their daddy takes them is one traffic light, turn left and on the corner of the block making a right and they keep walking till they cross the road to the other block and right at the corner is the store. Hobie stood by a newspaper stand having to glance over his pups, "Damn, Sunflower. Why you gotta give them this route? Why not the easier one like this corner?"

This is why Hobie wasn't ready for this, the amount of worry he had for his pups. Normally, it's his husband being a worrywart, somehow the Alpha has been nervous about all this.

"Excuse me!" Hearing his daughter's voice, he quickly snap his head to the direction where Mariana asking a tall dark skinned goth teenager with full blown piercings.

"Hm?" The goth teenager wearing a steampunk black jacket, dark shredded jeans and thick boots. His bright green mohawk showing off "scary" look with his eyes being white contacts, he squat low, "What did you say, little one?" He stood with his own group of friends having similar goth fashion.

"You're like papá!" Aaron's eyes gotten big.

Karl said, "He's not papâ!"

Mariana smiles happily, "Mistaw! Mistaw! Push button for us, please!"

The goth teenager gave a soft chuckle, seeing these triplets weren't scared of him. In fact, they gave a look of comfort like they been around his kind of subculture. "Alright." He stood pushing the button.

"Thank coo!" The triplets happily said making the goth being super flustered at how cute they are.

When the walking man pop up all in white, "OH, now we can cross!" Aaron said.

"Wait, look both ways!" Karl said but it was too late as Mariana already pulled them to the street.

Then Hobie saw a car coming in fast, "HEY!" The Goth male got to the side of the crossing street, the driver noticed him making a harsh stopped. "JACKASS! DON'T YOU SEE THREE KIDS CROSSING!" He kicked the bumper in anger.

Hobie felt relieved, he quickly crossed noticing the other goths coming in to shout at the man driving recklessly. The triplets seems oblivious to the event as they reached the side walk, they turns to the goth man, "Thank coo, MISTAW!" They happily wave him good bye.

The goth man and his friend all look so flustered and giddy by the adorable triplets, "Your welcome, little ones!" Until he went back to his mean scary anger to the reckless driver.

The triplets happily kept walking to their destination, "He's a lot like dada, huh?" Aaron asked his siblings as they walk. The sound of their rain boots making to the small bubbles.

"Uh huh!" Karl nodded, "Papá always likes being sc-awy."

"Even tho, he's not." Mariana giggles as she held her brother's hand. The triplets laughs along, knowing their papá is a bit goofy than scary. They were unaware of their dad being behind them by a few feet.

As they made their way at the end of the block to another cross road, "Wait!" Karl stops his siblings, "I'm thi-wsty!" The three stops having to stand away from the street to take a water break.

"Me too!" Aaron agreed as he took his water bottle to sip.

Mariana follow them being very thirsty from the water, "The store is wight the-dar." She pointed over the grocery store they go to while taking a sip of her water bottle.

"Wow, we are almost there!" Karl happily said. "I'm getting tired!"

"Me too! I wanna nap!" Aaron added, he can't wait to get home.

"No, time for nap! We gots to get in-green-diets for daddy! Break time ovah!" Mariana said to her brothers having to put her water bottle away.

"Wait, one more." Karl took another sip before closing his water bottle. The triplets look at the cross roads seeing no light, "Oh no, no button?" He asked.

Aaron looks around, "Um... um... do we ask someone?"

Mariana looks around being confused, "Hmm, what to do? We can cross it."

"We have to look both ways!" Aaron said, "Left right left, again!"

"But cars are coming fast." Karl saw one car speeding pass them, it scared him to death. "Whoa!"

Hobie waited until he took out his cellphone, sending to his father in law.

Hobie: Bring in the crossing guard.

Next thing, he knew there was a crossing guard coming out of no where, Hobie blinks noticing the man looking familiar. A closer look he saw it was Office Jeff dressed in a crossing guard outfit with a face mask. He blow his whistled having his right hand holding a stop sign at the cars.

The crossing guard looks at the triplets with his free left hand he wave them in. "Wow, we have a helper! Thank you, mistaw!" Aaron happily said as he and his siblings began crossing the street.

They were unaware of their grandpa wearing a massive fake brown beard. Jeff happily let the triplets cross unaware the amount of people coming by feeling safe with crossing guard being there. He stood in panic seeing a wave of parents with their children and teenagers. Where did they all come from?

Hobie passed by his father in-law, muttering, "Nice work, pops." He heard a grunt from the old Alpha leaving a grin on his face.

The triplets quickly enter the open door into the Grocery store, "Come on! Quickly!" Mariana said to her brother, Karl.

"I am! I am. I got wittle legs!" Karl hurries with his brother Aaron following behind. The three looked so cute like a couple of ducklings scattering around.

The triplets enter the grocery store being so in shock at how large everything looks to them, "Whoa!" They said together with their big eyes at the shop. No matter how many times they visit this store, they are always amazed at the scale of it. Without their daddy to be there by their side, it does give them a different perspective. "We made it!" Mariana said with her hands clapping together.

"Now, for the in-green-ants." Aaron open his little shoulder bag to take out the piece of paper, "I gots c-weam!" He looks at the box carton, "I know dis one."

Karl took out his piece of paper, "Ohh, I got canned peaches! It got a two... what dat mean? We get dos?" He asked his siblings.

"I think so! Daddy always use two cans of peaches for our yummy desserts." Mariana pointed out as she took her piece of paper out, "I got A-zooo-car!" She saw the printed image of granulated sugar with the box brand.

"How cute!" They mumble themselves watching the little darlings looking like ducklings. Hobie stood a two aisles away from his pups, he would peak to see them looking at the merchandiser refrigerator.

"This will test them to ask for help." The Alpha rub his chin seeing Mariana being too stubborn to ask for anyone for help. Little Aaron and Karl tries to open the doors.

"I can't w-each it!" Aaron said.

Mariana stomp her foot, "Let me do it!" She went on her tippy toes trying to reach to the door handle, "Ahh! I can't get it!" She fumes ready to throw a tantrum.

"Wait! Stop! Daddy isn't here for dat." Karl stops his sister from her whining, "We gots to find someone."

Aaron turns around finding a lady wearing a tag and an apron matching the color of the store's brand. Remembering his daddy always talk to those helpers when he needed to find a certain ingredient. The little boy quickly went over to the older woman, "Excuse me!" He waves his little hand to get the worker's attention.

The middle age woman that had tanned skin, salt and pepper wavy hair looking at the triplets. "Qué?"

"Dis-scoo-pe, Puede ayu-danos, por fava?" Aaron tries to speak in Spanish, his big honey-brown eyes on the helper, his little hand took the helper's pants to tug.

The middle age woman happened to be a Beta, but her eyes soften by the cute triplets doing their first errand. She happily helps them, "Please, help us!" Mariana pouts. "Noso-twos neces-it-amos c-wema!"

"Déjeme ver, amores." The worker open the door to look through the heavy whipping cream brands.

Aaron holds out the paper to the woman, "Dis one! Dis one!"

The Beta took the paper to see the image, "Okay." She smiles at them to get the carton of heavy whipping cream, "Here you go, amores." She handed it to Aaron, "Cualquier otra cosa que necesites?"

Hobie listens being in the other aisle being proud their kids are able to ask for help. "Awe, vamos al pasillo a buscar tus cosas." She led them the way with little Aaron carried the heavy whipping cream, he struggle a bit with his small body.

Hobie follows them to see where the retailer lead them to the aisles of canned fruit, "Ohh those are the peaches!" Karl hops being happy, he gladly received the two canned peaches.

"Sugar next?" Mariana asked.

"Of course, linda." The woman smiles at her before leading them to another aisle, but Mariana's eye caught the candy section. Her eyes lit up with joy.

"Look! Lookie!" The little girl rushes in the aisle to find a big bag of her favorite jelly cups in a cute plastic teddy bear jar. "Jelly cups!" She reaches her hands out, "Jelly cups!"

"No, Mari. You need to buy the sugar." Aaron politely said in a low tone, he put the carton down to feel his hands.

Karl put the two canned peaches on the floor, "Yeah, we betta hurry up. Daddy is waiting for us!"

Mariana taps her chin, "We can eat jelly cups instead!" They are her favorite sweet treats.

"Hmph? Nińos?" The retailer spotted them after she gone look for them, they were so quick she didn't noticed they disappear on her. "Necesitas algo de este pasillo?"

"No," both of the boys said, "We need sugar."

Mariana frowns, "But... but... jelly cups." She mutters being sad she got told no. If only her daddy was here to say yes, she wanted to cry. "I want daddy! I want jelly cups!"

"Mari, we only got enough for in-green-dents!" Karl patted his sister's shoulder, "It's okay. We can come back again with daddy and ask for jelly cups!"

"Yeah, daddy will see how good we are and get us the big jar." Aaron pointed at the mega size of a plastic teddy bear jar being super up high.

"Oh!" Mariana looks up as she wipe her tears away, "Okay! I can do it! Sowwy, lady! Can I get sugar, please?"

The worker smiles happily at the cuties being so mature and responsible it touched her heart. "My, my, how adorable they are. Your parents must be so proud of you three."

"Yeah, papá says we tough!" Aaron said.

Karl nodded, "Huh, papa always told us we're brave."

"And strong!" Mariana said as the three follow the lady to the aisle where they keep the sugar.

Hobie stood behind one of the aisles overhearing them, his hand on his face being so bashful by his cute pups. God, can't they get any cuter. Well, his husband can forgive with this little interference.

While the children look at the aisle of sugar, the retailer stood waiting patiently until she heard a 'pisst'. She turns over to find a strange man in a grey hoodie wearing black sunglasses and a black face mask, she cautiously went over to him.

"Oi, ma'am." He mutters low handing her some cash, "Those are my pups, I heard one of them want those Jelly cups. Please, make sure they don't know I'm here." He shows proof on his phone that he was their dad, which got the retailer to nod.

"Nice lady, where are you?" Karl shouted.

"Mari is w-eady for the sug-uh!" Aaron called out.

Mariana shouted, "Yes, I am!"

The retailer quickly came back to the triplets, helping them get their last item on the list. "Okay, we'll take these to the cashier. Oh, little one..." She looks at Mariana.

"Hmph?" The triplets tilted their heads being confused.

The female worker pretended she got cash from the floor Mariana, "It looks like you drop this?"

"I did?" Mariana questioned herself as she hold the paper with her ingredient. Her eyes looks around the floor.

Karl pointed at her shoulder bag, "Mari, your pocket is open! You would've lost the money."

"Oh no!" Mariana gasps with her hand on her cheek, "Oh dear." Copying the way her daddy gets in shock.

Aaron said, "Good thing the nice lady found it. Thank you!"

"Thank coo, nice lady!" Mariana hold her hand out.

"Huh, thank you!"

"Here you go, lil one. Say that looks like a twenty dollar bill and you three will have plenty left over for that treat you wanted." The retailer hums at them, from the end of the aisle she saw their father nodding at her and giving her a thumbs up before he went back to hiding.

"Really?" Karl gasps, "Mari, you can get the jelly cups, too!"

"Oh yeah!" Mariana held the money tight while picking up the bag of sugar to rush over to get her jelly cups.

"Wait, how we going to carry the sugar and jelly cups?" Aaron asked seeing the bag of sugar will take to hands.

"You three can put it in your shoulder bags." The retailer told them as she helps them with their items. She took the jelly cups, and sugar to head to the front of the cashier, the triplets follow having other people in the shop watching them.

"How cute? Look at them, doing their first errands." Some tear up at how adorable to see little kids doing their task for their parents.

The triplets took out all the cash out as the cashier scanned all their items, the register show the price. "That'll be ten dollars and eighty four cents." She said to them seeing all the cash being handed to her. "Thank you, little ones." She gave them their change back with the receipt.

"Thank coo!" Aaron took the money and receipt. The cashier went over to help them with their items.

"Here, we'll put this money and receipt in this little pouch and your items in the bigger pouch." She helps them put their items in the shoulder bag, while Mariana holds the plastic teddy bear filled with Jelly cups. She asked the cashier to open the tub so she can give her one, and her brothers. The Cashier smiles as she took one.

"Goodbye, little ones. Be safe."

"Good-bye, lady. Thank coo!" The triplets said as they walk out and their dad follow.

When the triplets walk out, they spotted the nice crossing guard handling all the other people crossing. "Give one to the Mister!" Mariana said to Aaron.

"Okay!" Aaron took one of the jelly cups to go to the cross guard while being in the middle of the street. He tugs the man's pants, "Hey, mister. Here have a Jelly cup!"

Jeff being disguised as a crossing guard took the Jelly cup, "Thank you, young man." He mutter in a deep voice.

Karl giggles, "Thanks mister!" The triplets went on their journey.

Mariana holding her tub of jelly cup being a bit tired, "Wow, this is heavy."

"Keep going Mariana, we gots to get home!" Karl said. They saw a lady at the flower shop they had to look at her twice thinking they saw their grandmother.

"Oh, what are you darlings doing?" The flower shop owner asked with her face masked on.

Another flower shop lady came out but being an older woman. "How about two jelly cups and you get this pretty Sunflower?"

There father behind them a few feet, he noticed one of the flower shop was Mamí Morales disguised to watch over the triplets passing by. Rio gave a wink to Hobie as her undercover was a success. Hobie grins under his mask as he quickly follows the triplets, then saw Billie playing basketball with her friend wearing a very boyish outfit. She glances over to spot the triplets looking over, "Oh I wanna play!" Karl saw the basketball!."

"No, we gots to go!" Aaron said.

"Awe." Karl frowns.

Mariana said, "it's okay. Maybe we ask the nice lady to let you take one shot." She quickly went to small basket court shouting out loud, "Excuse me! Can my brother have a turn! And-and I'll give you some jelly cups!"

Billie dressing a bit boyish with a blue cap on and a black face mask, using a deep voice, "Uh, yeh. It's cool."

"Off we go. Bye, misters." Aaron wave them good bye walking behind his other siblings taking their leave. Billie spotted Hobie and gave him a thumbs up. Hobie nodded at them, continuing to follow his triplets.

The triplets happily stopped at the last traffic light waiting for the button. "Water break!" Aaron breathes heavily.

"Yeah, I'm thiw-sty!" Mariana set her plastic teddy bear on the ground before taking her water bottle to drink.

Karl sips his water bottle, his green eyes caught the same goth man that helped them before! Only this time, he's with a much larger group of friends. "Oh! Lookie! It's our best fren!" Karls waves over to the dark skinned goth, "Best Fren! HEY!"

"HEY, FREN!" Mariana shouted.

Aaron shouted, "FREENN!" The triplets trying to get the goth male attention.

The goths look over, especially the young man that helped them and they all flustered at the cute triplets waving at them. "HI, FRENNSSS!" They shouted.

The goth male grins widely being happy to see them, "Hi, friends."

Marian and her siblings put their water bottle away and she pick up her plastic teddy bear container. "Fren, can you push button for us please!" She was aware they needed an adult to push the walking button.

The goth male pressed it with a big grin on his face. The light turn red and the walking symbol appeared for the triplets to walk, the three happily went by the goths. "Thank coo!" Mariana holds her plastic container, "Frens, here! Get a jelly cup!"

"Yeah, it's our favorite candy!" Aaron said to the goths with his big eyes.

"Please, have some!" Karl said with his own adorable face.

"Awe, how cute!" The group of goths stares at the triplets.

"Sure thing, little one." The male goth took one then his friends did. "I like Cherry flavor." He admits.

Mariana's big dark eyes gleams with joy, "Me too! It's yummy!"

The goths happily watches the triplets made their way. "Be safe, pups! Get home to your parents!" The goth young man said to them as they wave good-bye. Hobie kept behind seeing, how his triplets were so close.

"Come on, we're almost home. Daddy is waiting for us!" Karl said with his legs picking up the pace. The three held their hands making it to the finish line.

Aaron overwhelmed emotions, "Daddy!"

"We did it! We did it!" Mariana shouted.

Miles came outside hearing his triplets' voice, he rub his wet hands on his apron. "Hola, mi bebés!" He smiles happily at them.

"Wahh! Daddy!" Seeing their daddy with a big smile, the three felt something overcome them. They were happy yet, they started to cry missing their daddy. "Wahhh, I miss you!"

Their daddy quickly got down the last step to hug all of them, "Oh, mi nińos! It's okay! Did you guys have fun?" He kisses them all on their foreheads. He saw his husband walking by being casual stranger, they lock eyes. Miles merely gave him an approval smile. "Awe, it's okay, sweeties. Oh, don't worry, you guys are here with me." He saw his babies sniffling with snot coming out of their noses, and Mariana having the hiccups.

After calming them down, they went back inside. Miles took off all of their coats, boots, hats to let them run wild in the living room. "Awe, Karl. You're sweating." He touches his son's sweaty forehead.

"Karl shoot basketball!" Aaron said.

Miles noticed Karl holding a Sunflower, "And this?"

"For you daddy! A nice flower lady gave it to us!" Karl handed the flower to his daddy, "You like it?"

"Awe, I do! It's beautiful!" Then Omega looks at Mariana holding a plastic teddy bear filled with jelly cups, "Mari... did you buy that?"

"Yus! The nice lady said we had a lot of money!"

Miles was sure he gave them the exact amount, then Aaron went into his pouch, "Lookie! Money." The receipt was the evidence of their items.

Mariana went into her shoulder bag to pull out the bag of sugar, "Look! I got it! See!"

"Me too!" Karl and Aaron took out their items.

Miles let out a wide smile, "Ohh, I'm so proud of you guys. You made daddy very happy. You did a wonderful job." He will figure the whole jelly cups later. Right now, he's happy his babies achieve their first errand. "Here! You all deserve my hugs and kisses. Mwah! Mwah! MwahMwahmwah!" He gave each of his babies the same equal amount of love.

"We love daddy's kisses and hugs!" The triplets happily snuggles their Omega parent. They stood with their shirts and shorts and socks on, they're full of energy from their first errand.

"Well, since you guys bought these, now our Peaches and Cream will be extra delicious. Want to help me?" Miles happily said to them.

The disqualification effort against Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in the sweeping RICO case against former President Donald Trump and his allies is gaining steam.

Four of the co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case—Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Cathy Latham and Michael Roman—revealed in Monday court filings that they are filing their own appeals in the rejected bid to remove Willis.

Giuliani is a former Trump attorney, Meadows is the former White House chief of staff, and Latham is a former state Republican leader. Roman is the former Trump aide whose attorney first revealed that Willis was in a personal relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade in January.

They now join Trump, former Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer and seven other defendants in their bid to challenge Judge Scott McAfee's March ruling.

Earlier this year, McAfee allowed Willis to stay on the case after several defendants took issue with Willis and Wade's "improper" relationship and moved to have her booted from the case over the alleged conflict of interest. Willis and Wade have admitted to the relationship, which they say ended last summer. They argued it had no bearing on the case.

The judge ultimately determined that their relationship did not amount to a conflict of interest but recognized that as long as the two remained on the prosecution, the "appearance of impropriety" would continue to hang over the case. He ruled that either Willis or Wade would have to step down. Wade resigned hours after the ruling.

Although McAfee chose not to disqualify Willis, he granted a request from the co-defendants to have his ruling reconsidered by the Georgia Court of Appeals. Last week, the appeals court agreed to hear the defense's case. A court date has not yet been announced.

Newsweek reached out to Willis via email for comment.

In the appeals application, Trump, Schafer and seven other defendants argued that McAfee's decision to give Willis "the option to simply remove Wade confounds logic and is contrary to Georgia law."

Their application also went a step further, arguing that Willis' disqualification would be "the minimum that must be done to remove the stain of her legally improper and plainly unethical conduct from the remainder of the case" and that the only "truly appropriate remedy" would be an entire dismissal of it.

Willis indicted Trump and 18 co-defendants for their alleged efforts to overturn the results of Georgia's 2020 election last August. Four of those defendants—bail bondsman Scott Hall and former Trump attorneys Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro and Jenna Ellis—have pleaded guilty to charges. Trump and the remaining 14 co-defendants have denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty.

"President Trump looks forward to presenting interlocutory arguments to the Georgia Court of Appeals as to why the case should be dismissed and Fulton County DA Willis should be disqualified for her misconduct in this unjustified, unwarranted political persecution," Trump lawyer Steve Sadow said in a statement responding to the appeals court decision.

2021 and 2022 are my absolute favorites! They pull off their respective themes soooo well and I already really really love fantasy and retro-future aesthetics ^_^

2021 has all these beautiful layers and florals going on...it kind of mimics Miku's iconic V2 silhouette in a way? but exaggerated to really sell the "magic" in "magical mirai". She is straight up a fairy bard to me-she has her microphone and speakers in her hair, her petal cape looks like fairy wings...and it's all tied so neatly together in Hidari's art style!! He's such a fantastic artist, I love his style sooo much (he also illustrated Mayu and Akikoloid-chan as well as worked on some Atelier and Fire Emblem games!)

And 2022 goes so insane for me. KEI's art is adorable in it's own right, I love her cute little wand, speakers and the little tamagachi-looking things on her waist. the dress and the boots remind me a bit of Ulala (which makes sense I suppose! Similar aesthetics?) but ohhhhh gosh does this miku come alive in the Future eve MV.....how her hair floats and bounces and flickers...........OUUUGH DUDE!! I cannot be normal about this miku at all.

I also really like the designs for the other cryptonloids for those years as well ^_^ 2021 Rin and Kaito and 2022 Kaito in particular! I have so much gender envy for 2021 Kaito...Princely characters have a chokehold on me....

Miku with you 2019. My love of flowers/florals showing up again lol. I also really love the color palette!! It may not come as a surprise to anyone based on the tags I've read on my art eheh but color is the first thing I notice/my favorite thing about art. The official art has these very pleasing muted tones that translated pretty well into figures. Or at least the nendoroid, since that's the one I own and can personally speak on. Her twin tails have this very light and gradual gradient from dark to light, and her off-white dress was given a satin finish, so it shines a little in the light! She's so beautiful ; 0 ;

Space Dive 2020 Gumi + Una! Space cat girlies! Looking at Gumi's in particular, its so cool and interesting how her base V2 design translates into her other designs. Like for V2, Space Dive and V6 in particular, they all share that sheer orange/yellow top that is worn beneath her other clothes.

SF-A2 Miki "2012 Edition". Hopefully this counts lol. As a certified Miki Enjoyer(TM) I hope this one was obvious eheh. Being that Miki is meant to look cybernetic, this fittingly feels like an upgraded Miki. She's sleeker, more refined, but is still unmistakably Miki. She's still got a similar silhouette, the star motifs, the fluff has been moved from her shoulders to her shoes, her cybernetic outline joint thingies are now on her clothing too, she's still got the blue and pink stripes........its just perfect for me yknow? I love when artists take a design and just rearrange the elements instead of coming up with something completely different. No offense to the V4 design we got because I still do very much like it......but man I wish we had gotten this for it instead *crossing my fingers for her SynthV vb*

I also love the wing attachment things and the lamb ears. Lamb/Ram miki is everything to me.

Fühlt sich nicht nur an, als würden wir in verschiedenen Jahrzehnten gelebt haben, in ZWEI verschiedene Jahrhunderten als

ZWEI Millennials gleichsam und doch auch getrennt.

Wir sind vom Telefon mit einem Fernanrufer zu einem Videoanruf überall auf der Welt übergegangen.

Wir sind von Dias zu YouTube übergestiegen, von Vinylplatten zu Online-Musik, von handgeschriebenen Briefen zu Fax, E-Mails, WhatsApp und Viber.

Vom Live Game Radio, zum Filme Apparat, Fotokassetten und Polaroid Kameras, vom Schwarz-Weiß TV bis zum Farbfernsehen über den Beamer und das Autokino und nun auch noch bis zum 3D HD Plasma TV sind wir auch gekommen.

Wir waren im Plattenladen, im Kassetten und VC Store und können jetzt Netflix oder z B. Prime gucken.

Wir haben die ersten Computer angetroffen, kennen noch Lochkarten, Disketten und jetzt haben wir Gigabytes und Megabytes auf unseren Smartphones.

Wir haben in Tante Emmas Laden alles bekommen was man zum Leben im Alltag oder für Schule, Küche, Garten und Beruf brauchte, gingen später in Supermärkte oder kauften per Teleshop und Katalog. Heute kaufen wir innerhalb weniger Stunden oder in 2-3 Tagen im Internet auf Verkaufsplattformen, auch weltweit ein.

Wir lasen spannende oder lehrreiche Bücher und verschiedene Comics, dafür lassen wir uns jetzt per KI und Hörbuch oder Podcast berieseln, oder gleich mit 3 D Brillen und Heimkinos in andere Welten als Holodeck Illusion entführen.

Wir trugen Shorts und Strumpfhosen, Gummistiefel und Moonboots, Jesuslatschen und Ballerinas, vor allem aber auch Lederhosen und blutige Knie durch die gesamte Kindheit und dann folgten Hosen als sexy Shorts, Oxford, Raketen, Karotten, Satin bis hin zur glitzernden Klamotte mit Shirt, Stiefeln, Röcken eng, weit, lang kurz auch für Männer, oder Wickel-Tücher als Strand Klamotte oder asiatischen bis orientalischen Winterschal, heute Babytücher als Tragen.

Cord, Knautschlack, Leder und Pelze, Teddyflausch oder Papier und Frottée als Stoffe und meist in schwarzen, selten farbigen oder gemusterten, aber immer wieder in jeglichen blauen Jeans liefen wir herum.

Wir haben Polio, Meningitis, Mumps, Masern, Röteln, Scharlach Windpocken, Ringelröteln, Kopf-Hand-Fuß Krankheit, Allergien, Tuberkulose, Schweinegrippe und sogar COVID-19 so gut es ging meist vermieden - und bis jetzt zumindest *überlebt*!

Früher sind wir Schlittschuhe, Dreiräder, Fahrräder, Mopeds, Benzin- oder Dieselautos gefahren und jetzt fahren manche Hybride oder Elektro, oder heben gleich mit Schnellzug, Helikopter oder Drohnen, sogar Raketen, U-Boot Kapseln und Fliegern ab in nahe Orte und ferne Länder.

Ja, wir haben viel erlebt, und was für ein prallvolles Leben mit und ohne Familien oder mit Kindern und/oder Kleintieren jeder Art gehabt.

Der Rest der Menschheit könnte uns tatsächlich als „vorbildlich“ und auf unsere Weise „speziell und talentiert“ bezeichnen, Menschen, die in dieser Welt der „Sechziger“ geboren wurden, die eine komplett analoge Kindheit und ein digitales Erwachsensein kreativ erlernt, entwickelt und verknüpft gelebt haben.

Du und wir alle irgendwie so:

"Ich habe fast alles erlebt und gefühlt und gesehen"!

Unsere Generation hat buchstäblich mehr als jeder andere in allen Lebenslagen gelebt, erlebt und geholfen zu erleben.

Es ist unsere Generation, die sich buchstäblich an "VERÄNDERUNG" stets flexibel angepasst hat.

Ein großes Lob an alle Mitglieder dieser ganz besonderen Generation, die auch für immer EINZIGARTIG sein wird!

Dragon Age: Dreadwolf or Dragon Age: Dreadful?

Everything in this post is an opinion and a rant.

I'm going to get straight to the point. I don't think it's a surprise that BioWare's promotion and marketing for Dreadwolf has been horrible. First of all, the title itself is a massive spoiler for people who are probably just getting into the series, and secondly; the drip-feeding of "content" for the new game is just plain infuriating. The in-game cinematic released on Dragon Age Day last year is an example. It gave no extra information whatsoever and was basically just a rundown of things we already know from Inquisition. I don't have any issues with the game releasing late, I just wish they'd stop talking about it until they have a proper trailer or release date in mind.

There have been big comparisons made with Baldur's Gate 3 and Dragon Age and I can understand why. Probably because Bioware has worked on Baldur's Gate before but most likely because both of those games have been highly anticipated for some time and resemble each other in many ways. They both have a party and romance system which allows people to get to know the characters better and makes the plot much more interesting. I'm hoping that the new DA game will continue this like its predecessors but that's all I can do, hope. One can only hope when it comes to Dragon Age whereas Larian Studios (the studio that's making Baldur's Gate 3) has had the game available for early access since October of 2020 and constantly takes critique and suggestions on the game and how to go forth with it. Its steady development and polishing (at least steadier compared to DA) have led to its release being finally being announced which is in August this year along with a trailer to boot. Dragon Age: Dreadwolf on the other has been in development for nearly 7 years or more and we have close to no content on it other than some side stories, a behind-the-scenes reel that is 2 years old now, a spin-off Netflix show which was decent at best. And its teasers are now 4 years and 2 years old respectively. Most of this recent "content" doesn't even have anything to do with Solas or the plot of the game. And while I love The Missing comics that have just come out, they are not being marketed as well as they should be.

Trust me, I don't want to have doubts but BioWare isn't making things easy. With so many people leaving the studio and the date being pushed further and further, it's quite hard to stay positive. I absolutely love this world, Dragon Age: Origins and the entire series is my favourite and most likely always will be but I'm starting to lose faith in the developers. I don't want the final game to be ruined and what they don't realise is that their constant drip-feeding is only racking more pressure for their game to be a great success as people except a great deal when the game finally comes out given how we have gotten close to nothing on its story, characters etc. They're making the same mistake that CDPR did for Cyberpunk 2077, hyping up the game with nothing for a while only for it to be a massive disappointment when it came out.

I just hope that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, whenever it comes out, is truly THE game that everyone has been waiting for, in terms of something that BioWare has always been known for; story. DA games have always had great stories and I hope for nothing else with Dreadwolf. Even if the gameplay sucks and the game doesn't look that good, at this point all I care about is the story. Please BioWare, by the maker, don't fuck up your characters and your own reputation.

Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is truly a game that can either make or break BioWare.

ANSTURM AUF TOM WLASCHIHA IM PUPPENTHEATER: EIN HOLLYWOOD-STAR AUF HEIMATURLAUB

Hohenstein - Der kleine Saal des Max-Jacob-Theaters in Hohnstein ist rappelvoll. Kein Stuhl bleibt frei. Wahre Fans nehmen einen Stehplatz in Kauf. Nur um ihn zu erleben: Tom Wlaschiha (49). Gebürtiger Sachse aus Dohna, Schauspieler und "unser Mann in Hollywood".

Am Wochenende kam der Star zu Lesung, Talk- und Selfie-Runde in die Sächsische Schweiz, quasi auf Heimaturlaub.

Und was brachte er ins traditionsreiche Puppentheater des Hohnsteiner Kaspers mit? Den vierten Band aus dem Epos "Das Lied von Eis und Feuer" des amerikanischen Autors George R.R. Martin.

Die Romanreihe lieferte die Vorlage für die Erfolgsserie "Game of Thrones", in der Wlaschiha in der Rolle des Jaqen H'ghar 2012 seinen internationalen Durchbruch schaffte.

Die deutsche TV-Serie "Das Boot" (2018), die Netflix-Produktion "Die unglaubliche Geschichte der Roseninsel" (2020) oder auch die amerikanische Science-Fiction-Mystery-Serie "Stranger Things" (2022) setzen seinen Erfolg bis heute fort.

Doch seine Wurzeln - vom Aufwachsen in Neustadt bis hin zum Engagement am Theater Junge Generation in Dresden (1996-99) - hat Wlaschiha nicht vergessen. Für seinen Auftritt in Hohnstein verzichtete der Schauspieler auf ein Honorar, um den Traditionsverein Hohnsteiner Kasper zu unterstützen.

"Mit fünf, sechs oder sieben Jahren war ich hier mal im Kaspertheater. 40 Jahre später bin ich wieder hier. Da schließt sich ein Kreis und das ist schön."

Noch mehr freute sich Wlaschiha, dass er einen Kasper mit nach Hause nehmen konnte. Der Traditionsverein schenkte ihm einen hölzernen Gesellen mit einem Kopf, geschnitzt vom berühmten Kasper-Vater Gerhard Berger (†2018).

TEW 2020: Let's At Least Run One Show

Last time we booted up TEW 2020, we did all the setup stuff. We defined our player character (Poppy, a real-life pop star), made our company, hired workers, made some title belts, and... that was basically it! (Last post here)

It's now the middle of June 2023. What's the plan for our first show?

Well, one of our bigger "gets" was The Voros Twins (Da Vinky???), which I think tells us one direction we should go in: tag teams.

The Voros Twins are heels (bad guys), and while we do have some faces (good guys) to put in a team (I've put Amazing Red & Samuray del Sol into a team called "Amazing Sol") I think it may be a good idea to look for some tag teams who are available to work for us.

While we wait for people to get hired, let's look at our Storylines. Our product type wants storylines, and I think what I really want is a "Good Guy Group vs. Bad Guy Group" thing going on at the start. We've established that Poppy is an on-screen personality, and we've floated the idea of Shane McMahon as some "outsider CEO type" last time, so let's go with that?

I've got another idea with this, as well. What if we tie in The Voros Twins? So Shane has brought in The Voros Twins (and other heels) to try and take over True Power Wrestling, while Poppy will bring in her good guys (Amazing Sol and other faces) to stop the takeover.

Something we should talk about, while I'm thinking about it, is "Perception". In previous TEW games, you could just tell the game "I think this person is a Main Event level talent" or, crucially, the game could tell you. This would fluctuate, and you can push someone or manually go in and make adjustments, but the game "knew" where to put people for the most part when you're just starting out. This is not how it works in TEW 2020. In this game, it's all about crowd perception, and there's no way for you to flag in-game where you, the owner/booker, think a talent should be.

Take for example Shane McMahon. Let's assume he was actually wrestling for us. Based on his popularity (59 Pop across the US) and his skills, he would probably be a main event talent. In TEW 2016, there's a drop-down I can select and put him there, which will help me with my organization and booking of shows down the line. In TEW 2020, despite the fact that people know who Shane McMahon is (remember, Popularity of 59/100 in the US!), and despite the fact that the in-game news reports on my company and all other wrestling companies, Shane McMahon has yet to get a perception rating.

Now, I get what this is trying to approximate. This system is trying to play out the difference between what the owners/bookers see (ex. Roman Reigns is The Big Star, he's gonna be on TV all the time) and what the fans see (ex. Roman Reigns doesn't have it, they are pushing him too hard and he just kinda sucks, we don't wanna see him on TV). The problem is that they've only allowed one part of that equation any form of categorization. Yes, I can get a notebook out and write out who belongs in what tier, but that's not useful when I'm trying to search through people. Right now it's manageable, we've got maybe 20 people total that we've hired. What happens when you play as a company as big as WWE? How do you go and filter for Main Event talent from your roster of like 50+ wrestlers? Not people the audience sees as a star, people you have labeled a star? You can't. There's no way.

Anyways, this is all to say that apparently my audience will not have a single sense or idea of what kind of talent Shane McMahon is until the day of the show or until I pre-book a segment/match, despite the obvious information in-game to the contrary. So, let's pre-book a match.

But first, let's make a dang event.

Not too much going on here, but this is how we set the specifics of our show. I'm gonna name the event TPW - Power Zone I, it will be 1 hour long, and it will happen on the last Saturday of every month. Tickets will be cheap so we get more people coming out to our shows, and we'll spend a bit of money to get better sets. Also, for now, this will not be put on TV in any capacity. We couldn't even get on public access lol

Now that we have an event, let's pre-book a match!

I've decided the match I want to pre-book will be that tag team match we've been talking about. Even though we're likely to get more people hired on before the show, I really want to have this one match ready to go. So I've selected 2 Vs. 2 from the left, clicked the boxes in the center bottom to add my wrestlers, then clicked on "Road Agent Notes" to explain how the match should go.

This is going to be a 15 minute match between The Voros Twins and Amazing Sol. One of the Amazing Sol guys will win, and the goal of this match should be to further the storyline they're involved in. Click pre-book and... uh-oh, apparently none of these guys can call a match in the ring, according to this game. Okay, change that to "scripted beforehand", and the pre-booking will go through.

Now that I've pre-booked a match, I get to finally see those perceptions! What does our audience think? That The Voros Twins are unimportant. Great.

Now, this isn't that big a deal. I can keep pushing them as main event talent, and if they perform well then the audience will see that. But... sucks that I couldn't have known any of this before this moment! Good thing we're having the twins lose, cause apparently the audience loves Amazing Sol!

With all that done, it's time to finally advance time.

We are finally at the screen that will handle our show! These show screens happen the "night" of the show happening. Now, in this screenshot it says we don't have a backstage incident, and that's cause I took the screenshot late. We did have one incident:

Neat. We have to acknowledge this incident before we actually run the show later, so we'll do that now. We do have "Absent Workers" highlighted, which tells us Shane McMahon is injured so he can't wrestle, Kylie Rae is on maternity leave, and Komander & Aero Star are working with AAA tonight). Guess we may have to find another night to run our shows for the future!

I've added my one match to the show, The Voros Twins vs. Amazing Sol, and I've used the "auto-booker" to generate more matches and angles for me. I really don't know how people view my roster, so I definitely need the help! After a touch of tweaking, here's the match card so far:

From first to last: 1. An Angle w/ Shane and Poppy (I imagine this to be an introduction to the "Shane wants to buy out True Power Wrestling") 2. El Hijo de L.A. Park vs Reyna Isis 3. Allysin Kay vs. Dragon Bane 4. An Angle w/ Big Swole & Frightmare (I imagine this is table setting for their match later on in the card) 5. The Voros Twins vs. Amazing Sol 6. Angle w/ Poppy 7. Frightmare vs. Big Swole

There are some people being left off the card, so I think I'll have them be in a tag match for the post-show. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with this lineup! I'll click start show once I've made my final changes.

Every time a segment happens, we get this screen that gives us a breakdown of what happened and how it got rated. Here's our opening segment w/ Shane & Poppy, and we can see it got the crowd hotter and it started the show off hot. We'll get this for every single segment, but I won't show every single segment.

So. Our angles are good, but our matches... not so much. The thing that hindered most was that they were unscripted matches, and it doesn't seem like anyone on the roster has the skills to call the match in the ring. I'll need to change our settings to make every match scripted. Big Swole is now our True Power title holder, and Allysin Kay is our Rising Star title holder. Now I gotta make a speech and finish out this day.

I'm going to compliment Shane, Patrick Voros, and Black Taurus. Giving people positive feedback will improve their morale after a few times, which is great! You want your backstage morale high so things don't fall apart socially. Limiting the messups to "i am a bad booker" is much better than "i am a bad booker and everyone hates each other backstage".

And with that, our first show was run! In the news the next morning, there's an "article": True Power Wrestling held TPW - Power Zone I in Mid South, and drew 86 fans. The feedback has been very positive.

Looking at our budget, we lost about $25k and earned around $5k. At this rate, we lose about $20k per show, and it won't get better until we can draw more people in. Since no one even knows about our promotion, we're gonna be in the red for a lonnnng time at this rate. Once we get to 17 Popularity in the Mid South we'll move from "Insignificant" to "Tiny", which will hopefully bring in more viewers. Until then... we keep up this pace as best we can, and try and get popular.

It took me a bit to figure it out, but here are my current ten favourite movies (in no alphabetical order):

Das Boot (1981): What can I say, I just love this movie! The acting and the cinematoghrapy get me every time.

Crimson Peak (2015): I originally watched it because of Tom Hiddleston, but absolutely fell in love with the story, costumes and setting!

Dune (1984): I watched this one because of Jürgen Prochnow, and even though the special effects are very eighties, I loved the movie! The storyline is lengthy, but I liked it nevertheless!

Dunkirk (2017): My cousins took me to see this movie in the cinema, and I had genuinely no idea what I was going into, but the cinematography and acting left me absolutely speechless. Not to forget about Hans Zimmers music, absolutely incredible.

Knives out (2020): This is one of the few movies I have watched several times for the pure enjoyment of it. The movie is so odd and funny at the same time, the acting is immaculate and the attention to detail knocks me off my feet every time. Such a good movie!

The Lodger (1927): My first silent movie ever! I watched it without expecting much and was blown away. It was scary and beautiul without relying on the effects we use in modern thriller. Huge fan.

Napola (2004): This was recommended to me by several people, and after watching it I definitely understand why! While the ending absolutely broke my heart, I loved the movie nevertheless.

Parasite (2019): I gave into the hype with this one and watched it, and what can I say. I was complete and utterly disturbed! Really well done horror, huge kudos to the author!

The Professor (2018): I saw this movie for cheap at a store and bought it because I grew up watching Johnny Depp in PotC. Had no real idea what to expect, but was absolutely fascinated by the movie. So sad and funny at the same time, overall a rounded, good movie.

A Room with a View (1985): My mother insisted on showing me this movie, and while I usually do not enjoy love stories at all, I did like this movie. Probably mainly because it has Rubert Graves an Helena Bonham Carter, but nevertheless I enjoyed watching it.
