Darien and Timothy are staying at a hotel in San Myshuno.  Darien is watching TV while Timothy is showering. News comes on and Erica Collura is reporting from Strangerville

TV- “We have Erica Collura from WTSV out of Strangerville reporting on yet another bizarre new story from this bizarre town, that recently had a problem of alien plant infestation, now it seems something even worse has arrived in this town so aptly name...Erica, what is going on….

ERICA- “Hello Tony, yes, it seems that Strangerville is yet again being bombarded with the strange and supernatural… early yesterday morning the body of a young local girl, 19 year old, Jaylen Rivers was found near an abandoned Motel 6 just north of town off of the main highway that leads to the strange little town, nestled in the valley.  Law enforcement officials, and even the mayor have reported that young Miss Rivers, who recently graduated High School, was walking home about dusk night before last and was attacked by a wild animal, possibly a coyote. Her body was found this morning, mauled, yet very little blood was found at the scene….

DARIEN- “TIMOTHY!!!  Get in here, you have to see this!”

Timothy comes into the room with a towel on and watches the news report…

DARIEN- “You want to head back home?”

TIMOTHY- “And get mauled by a wild animal or attacked by a vampire...no I think we are fine right here. But call Michael and make sure He and Mila are okay.”

DARIEN- “Now who is talking crazy, vampires? Really Timothy?”

TIMOTHY- Hey, anything is possible.  Who ever heard of alien infused plant life??  No one, but it almost destroyed our entire town…”

ERICA- “Even though police and officials are claiming this was an animal attack, many of the residents are saying that a group of people that have recently set up a makeshift camp at the old Plane Crash site are responsible.  This area is right across the main highway from where young Jaylen Rivers was found dead.  Police have not responded to our requests regarding these claims.  Some are even saying supernatural forces are to blame for the death of Miss Rivers.

TV- “So Erica when they say supernatural forces, what are they referring to?”

ERICA- “Tony, some people are saying this is the work of a rogue vampire. However, both the Mayor, the Sheriff and the Medical Examiner deny this story and are adamant that this is the work of a wild animal. This is Erica Collura reporting from Strangerville.

TIMOTHY- “What the hell, Darien??”

DARIEN- “Did you see Erwin Pries in the background during that report?  They said he was the one that found the body!  He is probably the one that started this whole vampire thing.  It’s a wonder he hasn’t blamed the aliens with this too.”

TIMOTHY- Regardless, Jaylen is dead!  I bet Michael is beside himself. Maybe we should call in and check on him.”

TIMOTHY- “So what do you think about spending the night at my place?”

DARIEN- “What about your parents, and your little sister?”

TIMOTHY- “I am 18 now, and my step-mother probably will not even be home, and dad and Rose will already be in bed by the time we get home. You promised when I turned 18 that we could...you know---”

DARIEN- “Are you sure this is what you want, Timothy?”

TIMOTHY- “More than anything, please say you will stay the night.”

DARIEN- “Okay, I can do that. I will have Michael take my truck to get Jaylen back home, as her brother dropped her off here, and then you and I can go back in your car. Not a problem for you to take home in the morning?”

TIMOTHY- “Not at all, or you could just spend the rest of the weekend.”

MICHAEL- “Well, it looks like it is just you and me back on the road to Strangerville, Jaylen. Darien is going home with Timothy.”

JAYLEN- “That’s fine. Just as long as you don’t try no funny stuff. I never do anything on the first date.”

MICHAEL- “OH...No, I wasn’t thinking about that....”

JAYLEN- “Really?  You are a gentleman.  I think I am going to really like you, Michael Boedell.”

TIMOTHY- “I can’t believe it, Darien, especially after the fit he through when I came out to him and Meredith.  All the while he was having relations with John Rivers!!  What a hypocrite.”

DARIEN- “He has his reasons, Timothy, I mean he is the Mayor and---

TIMOTHY- “What does that matter, it’s not like it is the 1950’s, people don’t care, just like they don’t care if you are a witch or your skin color….and of all people he could have been honest and open with his own son!”

DARIEN- “I agree, but it is not as easy for his generation.  Are you going to confront him about it?”

TIMOTHY- “Hell no… I just want out of there, my whole family are liars and hypocrites. Meredith is apparently pregnant with another man, and of all people, Sully Rocha, and my father is having a secret gay relationship with the highest ranking military personnel in town, but he and his whore of a wife are just living their life like they are this happily married couple,  All the while trying to teach Rose and I to be honest, rule abiding citizens!!  HYPOCRITES!!

The next morning, Darien stirred in Timothy’s bed and opened his eyes and seen that he wasn’t there...

The night before was incredible, and Timothy told Darien that he loved him...which at first scared him a bit, but he knew that he had fallen in love with Timothy as well, and last night was their first time, and it sealed the relationship as far as Darien was concerned.

DARIEN- “Timothy, are you in here?”

TIMOTHY- “I am out here on my balcony, come on out, the morning is beautiful!

DARIEN- “It seems like it’s been days since I’ve seen you, Timothy.”

TIMOTHY- “I know, I have been so lonely since yesterday.”

MICHAEL- “Would you two please stop, you are beginning to make me nauseous! And it was less than 16 hours since you guys were hanging out at the apartment. I thought you said this Jaylen was going to meet us here.”

DARIEN- “She will be here Michael, be patient...”

JAYLEN- “Someone here say my name?”

MICHAEL- “Oh...are YOU Jaylen?”

JAYLEN- “Yeah, you must be Michael?”

MICHAEL- “Yeah... I wasn’t expecting someone---

JAYLEN- “What, someone what??”

MICHAEL- “Someone so beautiful...”

JAYLEN- “You are not bad yourself, Michael Boedell.”

A week later during the Memorial for Ted Roswell ~ things are quiet again in Strangerville, at least for now.

TIMOTHY- “I can’t believe my father is...dead…”

MICHAEL- “We are so sorry, Timothy, but at least now the vampire that killed him is dead, thanks to Uncle Dante...he can’t kill anyone else.”

JULES- “Thank goodness!”

DARIEN- “Well he CREATED it!!  

JULES - What are you going to do now, Timothy?”

TIMOTHY- “ Leaving this town that is for sure, her baby wasn’t Sully’s it was the Sheriff’s! I can not stay here with her, that’s for sure, look at them...”

JULES- “So what are you going to do, where will you go?.” 

TIMOTHY- “Now that your dad is found, and my dad is dead, neither of us have any reason to stay here.”

MILA- “So, you thinking about coming back to Willow Creek with us?”

TIMOTHY- “No, not really. I mean my sister and I just inherited my dad’s life insurance policy funds, and Meredith said she would take part of her money and the sell of the house into a trust for Rose, and myself for us to go to college, so I thought I would find a place in San Myshuno to stay and go to school at the Art Academy in San Myshuno. What do you think, Darien?”

DARIEN- “If that is what you want, I say go for it.”

TIMOTHY- “I mean what do you think about going to San Myshuno with me?”

DARIEN- “Really?”

TIMOTHY- “Really!!  I wouldn’t move off to San Myshuno all by myself. Are you ready to take this relationship to the next step?”

DARIEN- “More than ready.

Darien can tell that Timothy is getting extremely emotional about this, and tries to change the subject …

DARIEN- “Hey would you like to get out of town for a few days.  I mean you are out of school, and I am not working now, we can take a road trip.  Sound like fun?”

TIMOTHY- “Do we ever have to come back?”

DARIEN- “I need to find my dad, so yes.  But maybe for three or four days?  San Myshuno, maybe?  There is a festival going on, it would be fun. What do you say?”

TIMOTHY- “Sure, why not, let’s do it!!”

DARIEN- “Mila, there you are….Oh Jules, are you harassing my cousin here?”

JULES- “No, just chatting. Is there a problem?”

DARIEN- “No, not at all, but you can stop feeding her all this vampire bull shit.  I told you they are not here.  I mean what vampire with any kind of sense would come to this hell hole.  The sun is up here more than any other area in the country, and the heat kills roaches, can you imagine what it would do to vampires?”

JULES- “Shows how little you know about vampires, and how little you got from your father.  You definitely took back from your mother.  Not too smart was she?”

DARIEN- “Listen Jules, it is only 11 in the morning and you are already drunk, I smell the liquor on you already.  How about you leave Mila alone, and go chase vampires somewhere else?”

JULES- “Fine, I am bored of this conversation anyway, good to meet you Mila Boedell, you seem like a nice smart Boedell, unlike this asshole.  Maybe we can talk again sometime.”

MILA- “Doubtful, I do not plan to be around here much longer.”

DARIEN- “It is beautiful out here.  What are you doing up so early, come on back to bed and cuddle.”

TIMOTHY- “Sorry, I am an early riser, plus I heard her car pull up out back.”

DARIEN- “Who?”

TIMOTHY- “My Step-Mother... I am so glad I graduated, Darien.  I want to get the hell out of here.  She nauseates me.  How she can continue to do this to my father is beyond me.  I knew when he married her, it was not going to end well. She’s a Landgraab for Sims sake... I should have moved out when I turned eighteen, but Dad told me I had to stay here until I graduate.”

DARIEN- “So where has she been all night?”

TIMOTHY- “Who knows? All I know is that she is not sleeping with my dad, and rumor around town is she is been hooking up with Sully Rocha. She is nothing but a whore. Anyone that would do what she does….not to mention, if it is Sully she is hooking up with, that doesn’t say much about him, right?”

DARIEN- “Definitely.  I am just glad that Mila isn’t seeing him anymore. He wasn’t good for her either.

DARIEN- “Fine, but I think you are barking up the wrong tree Mila, but at least you are going to stay a little longer now, yes?”

MILA- “I guess, but not much.  Come on help me carry this laundry back upstairs, would you?”

DARIEN- “Don’t you have a telekinetic ability or gift?”

MILA- “I do, but using it to transport laundry from here to upstairs would be for my own personal gain, Darien, which is not allowed.  Good thing you don’t have any gifts.”

TIMOTHY- “I am sorry, Darien, I didn’t mean to bring this up, and ruin our morning. Can we just get out of here?”

DARIEN- “Sure, no problem, let me shower and we can maybe go see what Michael is doing this afternoon.”

TIMOTHY- “How about just the two of us.  Maybe just drive out of town, or maybe go over by the Rocky Springs and do some skinny dipping.  Just me and you.”

DARIEN- “I like that idea.  Let’s get a shower. Okay, and afterwards we can see what they are up to, and we can go to my place. Mila and Michael will go out or something and we can have the place all to ourselves. I can make us dinner. I know Mila was planning on not being in until late.”

TIMOTHY- “What is she up to?”

DARIEN- “Vampire hunting with that crazy Vernon girl.  She thinks maybe my dad is somehow under some vampire influence. Who knows. So far she has no evidence of that.”

TIMOTHY- “I Certainly hope crazy isn’t genetic.”

DARIEN- “Just what do you mean by that?”

TIMOTHY- “Well,  it seemed as though last night, Michael was obsessed with a self absorbed crazy girl, and Mila is obsessed with finding vampires with one of the craziest people in this town.  Just don’t go crazy on me, okay?”

DARIEN- “Well I am obsessed with you, but I promise, I won't go crazy...now give me a kiss and let’s go shower.”

As Darien and Timothy caught up with each other about the last 16 hours that they had been apart, Michael wants to know everything about this beautiful creature that Darien invited to join them...

MICHAEL- “So, have you lived in Strangerville long?”

JAYLEN- “Just a couple years, my dad works for the Air Force and he came here for some kind of project, and now he is the Commanding Officer here for the clean up at the lab. We probably will be off to some other town once they are done here.  What brings you to the hell hole, otherwise known as Strangerville?”

MICHAEL- “My sister and I came here to help Darien locate his dad.  So are you still in school?”

JAYLEN- “No, I graduated this year, and will be going to Windenburg University in the fall. That is unless my dad gets transferred to Europe, then I will go to school somewhere there. So Mila is your twin?”

MICHAEL- “Yes, we are twins.”

JAYLEN- “I certainly hope you are nicer than she is.”

MICHAEL- “Definitely.  I am the good twin, she is the evil one. So you are what 18?”

JAYLEN- “Nineteen, will be twenty in February. You?”

MICHAEL- “Just turned 21 last month.”

JAYLEN- “Great, then you can buy me a drink!”

MICHAEL- “ I will buy you anything you want...”

JAYLEN- “Michael, please don’t be so enamored, it will bore me very easily.”

MICHAEL- “Sorry, don’t mean to be, but you are quite stunning Jaylen.”

JAYLEN- “Thank you, I appreciate it, but how about you go get me a drink?”

MICHAEL- “Sure, what would you like?”

JAYLEN- “Surprise me.”

When Michael came back with the drinks, Jaylen had ran off to the dance floor. He tried to get over to where she was dancing, but this strange man was blocking him so he danced over on the other side of her. Meanwhile, Darien and Timothy were having a great time, or so it seemed to Michael.

When Michael notice the stranger coming on to Jaylen, and she seemed to be enjoying the attention, he decided to get a little more aggressive, and less enamored...

DARIEN- “We should go out tonight.”

MICHAEL- “Where?, there is nothing in this ghost town, except for one bar, and it is full of locals, that sit around and talk about aliens and vampires.”

DARIEN- “We could drive up to Oasis Springs and see what trouble we could get into?”

MICHAEL- “That sounds good, you know of any places up there?”

DARIEN- “There is a gay bar just on the outside of town.”

MICHAEL- “And what would I do in a gay bar?”

DARIEN- “Have you looked in a mirror cuz, I mean you wouldn’t have to pay for a drink all night.”

MICHAEL- “I am not gay, Darien, so having drinks bought for me would just lead to a confrontation, as some guy will think that I am into him and want me to go home with them, and when I refuse….”

DARIEN- “Sounds like you’ve been in that situation before.”

MICHAEL- “Every time you take me to a gay bar...how about we find a mutual place, somewhere that all genders are free to mingle.  I am sure we can find a place in Oasis Springs. You know anyone around here, that is actually somewhat normal that would know of a place we BOTH can go and maybe get lucky?”

DARIEN- “Sure...I will give Jaylen a call, she may know of somewhere, hell she may even want to hang with us. I will see if Timothy wants to go as well, he has a fake ID...funny the Mayor’s son with a fake ID.”

MICHAEL- “Well, consider the source.”

DARIEN- “What does THAT mean?”

MICHAEL- “Nothing, he is your boyfriend, so I will be nice, give them a call. I think I hear Mila, maybe she will want to go too.”
