Hello, what is the currency like in Petrus, they use gold or some other type of coin with established value? How many soldiers soldiers does the kingdom have and how many of those is from Darian? How strong is Petrus economically and millitary compared to the other kingdoms?
Gold, silver, and copper are common currencies in almost all the kingdoms of El-Lar (including Darian and Petrus). However, bartering, valuable objects, and useful items are also commonly used for trade. I cannot give an exact number, but there is a large quantity, more in Darian than in Petrus. Militarily and economically, Darian is more powerful than Petrus, although Petrus is also strong. Darian is stronger because of its past. Since the defeat of Norton (the MC's ancestor) and the kingdom of Darian being forced to join Petrus as a vassal territory, the Darian people, including the MC's family, had to rebuild and strengthen themselves again after the war. This resulted in Darian becoming stronger than before.
Petrus is economically and militarily stronger than Suron and (slightly) Akalis, but inferior to Darian, Devorn, and Valian, as well as Rhiriam (which is more of a continent rather than a specific kingdom).
There is only a very small number of Darian soldiers in the Petrus army, as Darian deals with most of the invasions and enemies. Additionally, most Darian people prefer to be in the army to protect and fight for their own people. Of course, the king and queen can summon the armies in Darian if they wish,Or require more Darian soldiers in their ranks.

Tarnished Blood: Part 1
Disclaimer: want everyone to know that the future is not the canon of the series! This is my own personal headcanon of what I imagine my MC to have in the Blood Legacies (creator: @bloodlegacies). While I have read probably every piece of lore for the blog, there might be some things that are not canon in my story. If there are, then you can message me and correct me for future fanfics; however, it might not change said fanfic where I got the lore, magical properties, or anything else wrong.
Paring: Hayden x OC!Bianca
Warning: none?
-------------------------------------------------------
The sound of tapping brought Bianca out of her thoughts; however, she did not look at the source and instead stared at the key points that she would have to cover in the next meeting with the court about the trade routes written on a piece of parchment.
Maybe I should ask my father about this?
Bianca sighed. She missed her father dearly, and although she knew he would drop what he was doing to help her, she felt guilty bothering him with simple trade routes just for an excuse to check up on him.
He was still in Darian; however, it was really Bianca who kept her house in power and her people happy as she had come of age to rule. However, that did not mean her father just sat on his ass. No. If anything, he helped take most of the stress off her shoulders, making sure everything went smoothly. He wasn't just her commander anymore; he was her commander if the crown on her head was any indication.
It was odd having her father follow her orders and not the other way around; however, Bianca knew deep down that she would never be the one in charge when it came to the relationship with her father. She respected him too much. Maybe she should try not to rely on him too much and let him enjoy his time in his older years with that new lover of his.
What would I do without him?
That thought came with an aching feeling of grief at the thought of losing another parent; however, she scowled at herself for having such a morbid thought. Bianca knew that one day it would come when her father wouldn't be around, but she would get through it; it would be full circle as it would now be her turn to teach her own children to slowly let her go as they grew into adulthood.
Speaking of children, the tapping became so excessive that Bianca finally looked up from her notes to see her middle child tapping away at the table with her right hand, her index finger having just a hint of ice on her tip as she mulled over her notes. In her left hand sat a quill as her daughter wrote something down and then frowned before roughly scratching through the paper again.
Bianca couldn't help but have a small hidden smile as she stared at the twelve-year-old. At only twelve, her daughter, the second heir and princess of Petrus, was probably one of the smartest scholars that their kingdom has ever seen.
The way that she consumed knowledge was amazing; unlike her siblings, who saw their studies as chores or a responsibility, it seemed that her middle child enjoyed her studies. Now only if Bianca could get her daughter to pick up a sword like her oldest than would she be unstoppable.
Bianca just stared at her daughter, watching as her nose wrinkled when she got frustrated, and the tapping got louder and louder. Unable to sit still, just like her father, getting him to sit through a whole meeting, people would think you were sending him off to war at how he moped and pouted, but with a few threatening comforting words, he seemed to make it through the "torture."
Although Hayden wasn't nearly as focused as their middle child, when mentioned to him once when they were alone, Bianca remembered him saying that her nose wrinkle reminded him of his sister when she would get annoyed at him.
Bianca smiled at the thought, and she remembered thinking than that the name of her daughter was even more fitting.
Tap. Tap. Tap.
Bianca finally pressed her lips together before speaking.
"Serah."
Tap. Tap. Tap.
Serah did not look up from her paper, and the tapping only seemed to increase, which put Bianca on edge.
"Serah." Bianca said again, a little more bite in her tone, and she noticed that her daughter's whole finger was covered in frost.
 Tap. Tap. Tap.
"Serah Gloryann Elkar!"
The princess looked at her mother, letting Bianca get a more full view of her daughter. Serah's light blonde curls were even more messy than usual, and Hayden's eyes stared back at her in a wide-eyed state.
"What is wrong?" Bianca spoke with a calmer voice, her expression remaining cold as usual.
Serah bit her lip as she looked down at the paper again and looked back at her mother, nervousness clear on her face as she shrank back.
"N-nothing." Serah spoke quietly, in her usual timid tone.
Bianca wished now more than ever that her daughter had not gotten her quiet nature from her; however, maybe that trait would stop the rumors that Serah was not her daugher. If she heard those whispers herself she would gladly show the stretch marks along her stomach. No one questioned if Serah was Hayden's child. Everyone could see she had Elkar blood through her veins just by looking at her eyes.
"I do not like being lied to by Serah." Bianca said this with a raised eyebrow and looked at the parchment in front of her daughter. "Does it have something to do with whatever you are writing?"
Serah's cheeks turned pink. "What? No!"
Bianca's eyes narrowed, which made the girl in front of her squirm in her seat. She needed to teach her daughter to have a better poker face if she wanted to survive in court.
I will make sure to give her a lesson some time next week.
The Queen made a mental note in her head as she studied her daughter's flushed expression and dilated pupils, and it all clicked into place. There was only one person who had any kind of effect on her daughter in such a way.
"You are writing to Zemislav." It was not a question but a statement as Bianca leaned back to get an even more perfect view of Serah's wide-eyed expression once again.
"He was just asking about something." Serah fiddled with the corner of her paper.
The...infatuation was clear on Serah's face, and Bianca held herself back from killing the young preteen that seemed to wiggle his way into her daughter's heart.
The queen side of her knew it would be a great match. Zemislav...while he was nothing like his mother, Sofia, who only wanted a sweet release of sleep, it seemed that Zemislav, from what Bianca had seen, never slept and was always a ball of energy ready to go off at any moment. Poor Sofia. But still, it was a good match for both families.
The mother side of Bianca wanted to strangle the young man; her daughter was only twelve, and now Bianca had to worry about crushes. She didn't even think that her eldest had become smitten with anybody as of late; however, that wasn't surprising since her eldest would rather be left alone with a training dummy than any kind of person if it didn't have to do with achieving progress in their kingdom.
Bianca shook her head and tried not to let a scoff slip. This Zemislav was fourteen and already in the academy; what in the gods names was he doing writing to her daughter when he should be focusing on his studies? Maybe she should write to Sofia.
Worry gripped Bianca like a viper, and she had to force herself to remain stoic. Serah could make the most successful battle plans and strategies; however, it was no secret that her middle child was naive about the setting of the court and the wicked ways that would try to use a young princess for their own personal gain, especially a marriage alliance.
Serah got Bianca's own quiet nature. Yes. But instead of the cold expression that Bianca was blessed with that sent people on their way or even Hayden's mischievous smirk that kept people on their toes, it seemed her daughter was blessed with an open, friendly smile, which made Bianca often question which side of the family she got it from.
Not Serah's grandfather...that was for sure.
Bianca let go of the chair arms that she didn't even realize she had gripped, which were now covered in a thick frost. Hopefully her daughter didn't see, and from her daughter's open expression, she did not.
"What did your friend want?" Bianca said the word "friend" with distaste that Serah didn't seem to catch.
"He was asking if you were going to be announcing that Martella was going to the academy soon......everyone is curious." Serah whispered, her voice cracking a little; however, her eyes were trained on Bianca, studying her.
Smart girl.
Bianca kept the fear off her face, and her hands shook under the table. "Tell Zemislav that there will be an announcement soon."
Serah bit her lip. "Mother, rumors are spreading of Martella's elemen-."
"That. Is. Enough." Serah shivered at her mother's cold tone.
Bianca continued. "I don't want to hear another word about this." Grayish blue eyes met light teal, and a look of understanding crossed over the table.
Serah nodded, looking back down at her quill before uttering a quiet. "Yes, mother."
The sound of the doors slamming open made the two royals turn in their seats.

Note: Blood Legacies is such an amazing story, and I can't wait for another update. While we have only touched the surface of what the author has planned for the series, I just appreciate the lore and the world that the author has created.

Do any of the ROs, aside from Tyler, really know all the shit that MC went through as a Darian Heir? Like, I feel the difference between Darian and Petrunian heirs and their upbringing is really different especially in intensity and the Petrunians have like…little idea of what Darian heirs actually go through.
Not everything, but rumors and gossip they know, at least some of them. The point is that sometimes these rumors may or may not be true, so the others (excluding Tyler) may not know for sure what is true or not, and perhaps some things may seem too extreme or strange to be true. An example is Cecilia, she researches and studies many things, and sometimes investigates and questions things herself, so yes, she knows more about what happens in Darian than the others. But an example of not knowing if something is true, or not believing everything you hear from Darian, is Elia. She doesn't believe everything she hears, not least because some Petrunians can be quite exaggerated when talking about Darian and the people there.

why can't we just rebel and take whole kingdom petrus for ourselves and our house?
Isn't mc strong enough for that?
The MC being strong and having the army of Darian by their side is one thing, but the issue is the present moment and the future moment that will not leave a chance for there to be a direct war against Petrus.
And two more reasons.
1: Eleazar wouldn't allow it, as he is loyal to the alliance and vassalage agreement, although he may give in to the pressure from the rest of the people and nobles (who are not satisfied with Petrus).
2: It definitely won't happen in the books because there will be events that will force Darian and Petrus to be "united", although it will be possible to separate from Petrus in the second book. I can't reveal more without giving away too many spoilers.

Hello, after so many asks about Hayden I am here to give my love to Cecilia. Another question, is forbidden for nobles to marry a commoner?
Yet another one declaring the love for Cecilia 😁 and It's not forbidden, but it's not recommended, nor is it well seen.

Hello and Feliz Natal, are there any holydays that is celebrated worldwide like Christmas is in our world? And by the way what is the name of the world?
Oii! Feliz natal para você tambem 😁, and yes, there is, although in some places it depends more on the culture. In Darian it would be a tradition with parties more focused on honoring the past and old family members, basically honoring the legacy. While in Petrus it would be more honoring the future and the present, celebrating and celebrating achievements of the current members of the house. Speaking only of these two places, in other kingdoms and places it is different. And the name of the continent that has Darian and Petrus is called El-lar. There is some information related to the continent on the blog, and here, a map (I uploaded the image file of the demo map but it ended up giving an error, I will fix it later, but here is the map that I will upload to the files later)
Tumblr media
I will then correct the font of the texts later

After all the romance option asks i have a kinda more generally romance ask. In Darian the purity is a big thing right. So that's why they are especially 🤢 about hayden having lost the v card. So how unbearable wouöd it be for a hayden or a nix to be together with mc, which kinda is a political problem, bit wouldn't be able to have "fun" with that mc cause she is very darian and would so first do the marriage before the "fun" ?
I think you ended up confusing the cultures a bit, but Darian doesn't really care about that, it's not a political problem not to be V anymore, the problem is when you have bastards or cases, because it can become a generalized fight for inheritance between legitimate heirs and bastards, and it gets even more complicated when these heirs have elemental powers. In Petrus, the real problem involving Hayden wasn't just that they lost their virginity, the bigger problem was that.... spoilers...
Carvin is a bastard. Legitimate, but a bastard, and a foreign mage, which makes it even worse in the Petrunian vision, which literally kills bastards and anyone who fathers them, with a few exceptions, but that depends a lot on the rulers in Petrus and the case involving bastards. but that's not all, as far as they know, Hayden had sex with prostitutes and several others, commoners and more, so it gets worse. For the Petrunians, what Hayden did was almost a corruption, disrespectful or an abomination, since they really, really don't like bastards. It put off the suitors, and angered the king, but that's only temporary. And yes, the king is a hypocrite in more ways than one...

I'm not a patreon member so I don't know if there IS stuff about that in the latest updates, but I was wondering about something...
My MC is as emotional as can be with the given choices. He feels deeply and strongly and doesn't really hide it most of the time. And he also care so SO much about the people around him... Not to mention, he's against senseless killing and will not take a life unless he has no choice.
But people still say that he's cold and emotionless and what not. Which obviously is because of how MC's family/bloodline is viewed and what not, so I have no issues with that! But I'm curious about a few things in relation to that...
Just how many people (currently) realize MC is not at all what people make them out to be, in the case of a MC such as mine? Or if you prefer, who realizes?
Will it be possible to majorly change people's opinions about MC with time?
Will such a MC's relationship with their father automatically deteriorate with time, or does it still depend on other stuff too? I mean, considering how opposite they are.
Even if that won't be a mechanic in-game I assume, do people who know the MC a bit better remark similarities and differences with their father? My MC looks almost exactly as his father (with an added scar on the face), but he's the complete opposite personality wise, which must be pretty weird to some people!
I know these are very random questions, but for some reason I can't help but think about them!
Hi, and to answer your questions.
1: The ones who are likely to notice more would be Hayden and Cecilia, as both are very observant. And Tyler (if they are friends). And Elia won't judge the MC based on what she heard. Others may also notice this, but they will be more subtle in showing something when they do notice.
2: And yes, it will be possible, and even gain allies who might have been adversaries before. This will depend a lot on you, on the choices you make regarding Eleazar. Not necessarily involving choices regarding Sir Fion and others, but rather how you treat Eleazar.
3: And yes, it will be possible. With some people and even the people, both from Darian and in Petrus, and others as well.
And I plan to add a few more codes later. The issue of reputation, how you are seen, etc., will be more visible as the MC grows and progresses in the story. Some things, at least a little of it, have already been added, depending on some choices you can see that. I plan to bring more customization options and more, later on, that will bring more scenes and details about it.

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but if blood legacies are so important in Petrus, Darian, and Akalis, why did Eleazar and Alexandra had only one heir? Especially with how dangerous this world is, I imagine it is quite common for heirs to die.
It is a bit more complicated for Elementals to have children, can they? Of course, but it takes longer, even if the couple has a lot of intercourse, the possibility of having children is more complicated for them. Even if they are fertile. It is no wonder that Elementals are so valued and desired. They may be more numerous and secure now, but it hasn't always been this way.

Hello, will it be revealed in the story about this whole affair of the king with the grand duchess? Does anyone already know, like Cecilia or Hayden? You said the King was annoyed at the Queen, why is that? How is Caio a half-fae, his parents are Alexiel and Erianne right? Beyond that what is his powers as a half-fae?
Yes, but not for the entire audience of Petrus or Darian. And no, none of them were aware of Serah. And I'm a little forgetful of where I mentioned this, but in summary, the queen didn't like the way Martell Agia acted, and she didn't really like him either, just married and accepted him out of obligation, not because she liked him.
And yes, but they are not half fairy, they have fairy blood in their family lineage. I will explain in more detail soon, as I plan to bring a blog with information about many things, including Caio and the fairies.

Ask Spoilers/Patreon Demo.
Tumblr media
First of all, thank you, glad you liked it 😁 For the first question.
1: The difference is that it involves his own people, and not foreign invaders and enemies. And although he doesn't mind if the people see him taking others and interrogating them (even torturing some), he does care that the people see him as a coward, as an Elkar or Petrunian would do things. Eleazar doesn't like the idea of looking like them, and neither do the people. Of course, nobody wants to see their loved ones hurt, but if a betrayal were to be discovered, what such people would think (at least the majority of Darians) would be shame and pain, and anger, although there would be understanding, even because the heir/heiress of the duke had been threatened and kidnapped by a Petrunian (in their view), and anyone who helped this Petrunian would also be considered a traitor, to blood and nation. Not only for Eleazar, but also for Darian and their past.
Now, if Eleazar were to act like the Elkar and the Petrunians and they found out? it could imply that Eleazar is a coward, that he is not strong or brave enough to do it in front of others, that he is as low as them, or that something is hidden there. Perhaps Eleazar did it by order of the king, they could think that it was the Elkar who ordered it to be done in secret because they wanted to force Eleazar to kill his own because of the death of one of theirs (Fion is a Petrunian, and he was close to the king, remember), and that Eleazar obeyed the orders like a dog, which would be shameful. But of course, all of this IF THEY KNEW, which will depend on how the MC chooses to do it. And there are other things they could also think, or question.
2: Cecilia is unaware of Hayden's feelings for the MC, but she is not naive, she may come to find out.
3: It could happen that: Alexiel (father of Cecilia and Caio), and his wife, later make Caio the heir (which is unlikely, given his secret and inheritance, but it could be possible). In this case, Cecilia would still have a share, but not all of it. Or indeed, as long as Cecilia remains the heir, both the MC and Cecilia would have rights to their respective territories, just like their sons and daughters, and this is one of the reasons why there are rarely marriages between Darians and Petrunians, because that would mean that the territories, both in Darian and Petrus, would have to be added to an opposing house and family, and therefore, both would be divided, or they would be completely annexed to Petrus or Darian, allowing the leaders of their respective homes to have even more territory.
And in Cecilia's case, it would basically be a whole part of Petrus, as the Marven family has many vassals and territory. This could cause confusion and complications, since both peoples do not like each other, and when the MC and Cecilia have children... well, this also complicates things, as they would basically have both Darian and Petrus blood, which is not very well seen.

Things that will change/be added in the new demo:
Hello everyone! I won't beat around the bush here; what I came to say is simple: There will be changes and rewrites, although Chapter 3 will not undergo any alterations, and the second will have a new translation with corrected errors.
The first chapter will have a lot of new content, a significant amount, because I'll take things more slowly with more development. There will be a lot, showcasing mainly things and traditions in Darian and many other things as well.
Changes: Titles - Eleazar and Alexandra will be given the titles of Duke and Duchess. (Why? Simply put, I researched medieval titles, and these are the ones that should have been given to them from the beginning.)
Cecilia and Caio's parents will also have the titles of Grand Duke and Grand Duchess in Petrus. As the title suggests, they are above and closer to the royal family, as Grand Duke and Grand Duchess do not diminish the power of the MC's family in Darian. You can understand more of this in the new demo (which I am already working on).
Scars: You will acquire scars through conflicts, depending on your choices in these confrontations, possibly even losing a limb. It won't be in training but in a confrontation with something or someone, or even an accident.
Culture: You will be able to learn and experience some of the traditions and cultures in Darian. What do I mean by that? Well, the MC's family has its own traditions and rituals, and other things are part of the whole of Darian in military households. This will also be more explored and explained in the demo.
There are a few more things, but I won't delve into them now. I'll talk more with you later. Any questions, feel free to ask.

can mc become king by starting civil war like Robert's rebellion or something and become king of whole kingdom without breaking away?
This has already been answered, but I couldn't find the link, so... Maybe spoilers.
Yes, but more or less. Not a war and rebellion like Robert Baratheon, and not in book 1, but there will be something similar, where the MC can actually separate Darian from Petrus, making Darian a single kingdom again.

How do people perceive MC are they considered physically attractive as the opposite sex?
Ah yes, the mc is considered attractive, for both sexes. This is also due to the fact that Eleazar and Alexandra were and are considered attractive in both Darian and Petrus, although this fact is not mentioned much.

Not really related to my previous ask, but still sort of on brand with the overall current asks. It's funny how while I dislike Hayden's father and my MC does too, it's not really true hatred either. I feel like my MC resents his own father more, even if he still loves him too.
My MC is pretty gentle all things considered, and he really dislikes fighting and killing - always did. He WILL do both if he has to protect his people or his close ones, or even just random innocent people who may be in trouble. He even killed everyone during that attack when he lost his mother. But the torture, the executions of defenseless prisoners and what not? That's something he despises more than anything. I feel like even if ultimately he loves his father, part of him also hates him for trying to force him to do these things, or simply for how okay he seems to be with it in general. It's sort of like "that ISN'T okay, and it DOESN'T help" - he didn't need to have killed maimed people before the attack to kill the enemies there, and at least there he fought them - even if it was still very one sided in terms of power.
So really, as much as he dislikes some of the king's actions, I think at the end of the day his goal will be to change the way things are done in his own territory instead of trying to change the kingdom.
It makes sense the mc, and I understand. Eleazar can be difficult and cruel in the eyes of many, although he still cares, and is seen as an example by the Darians, precisely because of the protection and violence he is willing to commit for those he cares about. Petrus also has certain prejudices and grudges against the Darians that will be difficult to change, and haven't changed much, even after centuries. The resentment is great, both between Petrus and the Darians and the people who live in the regions. It's a passive-aggressive feud, you might say, and the king is an example of this, and both in a way mirror each other. They all try to preserve their lineage and their heirs to make themselves better, to protect their people, but they do it in their own ways. And they're not always the best... Although in their view it is.

The difference is that Carvin might be shocked that Hayden would like someone like that. The mc in the view of many in Petrus, are portrayed as cruel and insensitive, besides being Darians and technically rivals of Hayden and House Elkar, some even say that ice elementals have no emotions, or if they do, it's only anger. Carvin would still try to make Hayden forget about the mc, even more insistently if he knew about it.
