I would probably be more concerned with how infantilised Simon is in fandom if the show itself didn’t make him read an actual kids’ story to make him realise he was actually selfish (he isn’t it’s bad writing)

#Rambles #Damn I kinda wanna make a comic of Finn (unintentionally) doing that when trying to awkwardly flirt with Simon and Simon getting pissed off #Simon being way older would not think Finn would find him attractive and would assume Finn is just making jokes at his pain #And Finn being unable to handle his own trauma never mind others wouldn’t realise how awkward his making the situation for everyone #I hope when people see me ship these two that I think their relationship would be an awkward train wreck #We need less “Finn bangs the depression outta Simon”#and more “Finn awkwardly tries running from his issues by thirsting over old men but Simon aren’t having it”
