speaking of, icymi in a panel show miracle earlier this year an anonymous source provided beautiful archival copies of the first 12 series of nmtb — so this is the perfect time to revisit its classic era!!

junior taskmaster just wrapped up its first season! very wholesome, for the whole family (don't forget to check out the taskmaster podcast discussions for each episode, hosted by ed gamble!)

there were some great eps of cats does countdown this year but this one was probably my standout<3

because this series is on sky so we have to be careful circulating it, not everyone got a chance to watch rob beckett's smart tv when it aired this year! some of the panel guests include natasia demetriou, nicola coughlan, david tennant, romesh, and alan davies, among others

idk if this is controversial but i think the australian guy mont spelling bee MIGHT be better than the new zealand version... i'm not sure yet... i need someone else to watch every single episode and tell me what my opinion should be. i also want to thank this show for teaching me how to spell vinaigrette

Lincoln Saunders, groupie?? (f/m selectable) — “What can I say, I loved them. When they first walked out onto that stage, it felt like my heart was going to explode.”

Calling Lincoln a fan would be an understatement. Fanatic is more like it. You remember seeing them at your very first show, and you’ve continued to spot them at every venue you’ve played at since. You don’t know anything about them, and perhaps changing that would be a very bad idea. But maybe you still want to.

Well, now that I've finally got the biggest offline burden off my back, I should have plenty of time for Tumblr and my own shits.

Humongous ramble ahead.

So...I'll talk about Miirosan - the capital of Khoroshtani Shahdom (or whatever was left of it). This city is in Eight of Stars, and I'll describe its state in the postwar years.

Miirosan is rather desolate. The Shahdom isn't exactly populous and even less so after much of its youths perished in the War, so even though the majority of its population resides in the city, the streets are often empty and the bazaars are the only noisy areas in the whole place.

Upon entering Miirosan, everyone is overcome with an odd sense of nostalgia, like holding in your hands damaged fragments that may vanish anytime of a glorious past long since gone. Indeed, even the architecture reflects this. Slums and rickety towns are nestled among the ruins of castles and fortresses. The frames of old manors often become bazaars or nomad camping places. The dingiest looking cottages have floor tiles with a fleck of gilded gold and bricks with the daintiest patterns. And you might happen on whatever's left of a sacrifice temple smack in the middle of Mahda-e-Zarwal Desert, once a lake popular with pilgrims. Even the Palace, Khoroshtan's seat of power, retains only a fraction of the golden splendour long since vanished.

And yet for all that, like the Sun that it worships daily, Miirosan is rising from the long slumber once again almost nonchalantly. Pockets of daisies in the crannies' cracks. Moss and ferns interlacing with the patterned wallpapers. Birds perching over their younglings on smoke-smeared turrets. During the War, as an act of defiance against the Akazan occupiers who forbid the Native Faith, the people of Khoroshtan often secretly incorporated solar and fire patterns in their clothes and home. Now that the War has ended, people are beginning to paint their homes in the most vibrant shades of red and gold and orange. They're also building new Solar Temples with intricate designs and grand spaces. The children has stopped slinging rocks at strangers and the bards has filled the bazaars and pavements once again.

Azar has proven himself a Shah worthy of the new dynasty he has toiled so much to establish. With Elga by his side, he has no shortage of valuable, practical counsel.

Daisy Shah refuses to conform to ‘narrow standards of beauty and talent’; says, “I’ve always embraced my uniqueness”

Daisy Shah revealed the numerous challenges she faced when she entered the Indian entertainment industry.

Daisy Shah, who made her Hindi debut alongside Salman Khan in Jai Ho, has faced her fair share of challenges in her professional journey. From battling stereotypes to fighting for equal opportunities, she has faced several challenges and believes that it is talent and perseverance which will help you gain a place in hearts and within the Indian entertainment industry.

In her own words, Daisy reflected on these challenges, stating, "I've faced numerous challenges in the entertainment industry, from battling stereotypes to fighting for equal opportunities”. , Daisy also revealed that as an actress, she encountered pressure to conform to narrow standards of beauty and talent. In an industry which often values conventional looks and acting styles, Daisy did not want to be boxed in. Instead, she wanted herself and others to embrace their uniqueness and was more keen on showcasing her talent as an actress.

Talking about how she overcame these stereotypes, the Race 3 actress said, “Despite the pressure to conform to narrow standards of beauty and talent, I've embraced my uniqueness and focused on showcasing my versatility as an actress. By pushing myself out of my comfort zone and taking on diverse roles, I've proven that women are capable of more than society dictates”.

Daisy maintained that these challenges don’t deter her, instead, she has always used them as motivation to push herself further. Despite facing setbacks and obstacles along the way, she wants to remain steadfast in her pursuit of success through hard work, dedication, and a refusal to compromise on her values. The actress also mentioned how by sharing her story, she wants to inspires countless others who aspire to break into the entertainment industry.

Meanwhile, Daisy Shah, who has not only ventured into Hindi but also Tamil, Telugu, and even Gujarati Cinema, was last seen in the Bollywood film Race 3 (2018). It was the day of Tommy and graces wedding they boys were in the kitchen with Tommy warning them not to start any fighting or stealing from them we were all back at Tommy’s and graces house everyone was having fun and dancing Michael was standing Dancing with some skank michael kept looking at Daisy who decided to dance with some posh boy michael didn’t like it one bit but he couldn’t feed into it lately his having issues in his head with Daisy his caught feelings but he doesn’t know she had them back
