Single Dad Michikatsu Au

This has been plauging my mind for a long time and I needed to get this off my chest. This takes place in a Kimetsu Gauken au and it's hilarious to me. It's basically Michikatsu just ending up being a single parent to many small kids.

It starts with Kaigaku. One day Muzan just shows just with a scrawny black haired boy shaking in his shoes and pushes him towards the bodyguard-

Muzan: "This is Kaigaku. He's going to be our informant inside the Academy's walls going forward."

Michikatsu: "Ah. That seems like a clever tactic-"

Muzan: "You're going to be sure he has all his accomodations and care."

Michikatsu:"...I beg pardon?"

He's stuck with the kid's childcare and upbringing from that day going forward. Kaigaku doesn't live with him, but he's seen with him multiple times whether it's parent teacher meetings with the Academy, training Kaigaku in good spying tactics, or if it's just a check up at his home.

However Kaigaku isn't the only one he cares for.

Yuichiro and Muichiro are in his custody. Muichiro and Yuichiro Tokito are related to Michikatsu and Yoriichi however Michikatsu's coworkers have no idea if the Tokito Twins are his cousins, nephews, or his children. If anyone asks he simply tells them some relatives passed away and that's how he ended up taking in the teenagers. Similar to Kaigaku he's always there for parent teacher meetings (despite how awkward it is having Muzan's bodyguard in the Academy) and he often shows up for important events for the twins.

He's there when Yuichiro wins prizes in his shogi championship games. (Since it's cannon both twins are good at Shogi and have made appearances on TV in KG) Or drives Muichiro and Yuichiro to the Ubuyashikis residence to tutor the children. Muzan has tried more than once to convince Michikatsu to get the boys to spy for him there but whether he refused or the twins choose not to do it is unknown. Everyone just knows that both boys are often picked up by a scary looking bodyguard.

And finally his two children from his divorce. (I dunno Michikatsu's wife's actually name but Harahime seems pretty popular in the fandom so I'll use that name to call her for this.) His marriage was one arranged by his father and Haruhimes parents. However it wasn't a very good marriage and they ended up getting a divorce after almost five years. Michikatsu got main custody of his two children a toddler son and a baby. So he often hires nannies and babysitters to watch his children while he's at work or he drops them off at Uncle Yoriichi and Aunt Uta's for the day. It's a shock to everyone seeing this big intimidating man pull up in his black top of the line SUV only to see him open the back door and start taking care of a toddler and baby in the back seat.

Everyone at his work is shocked when he walks in with a little tot on his hip, a baby strapped to his chest, and a diaper bag thrown over his shoulder.

Muzan: "...What is this?"

Michikatsu: "The boys have school activities, the daycare is closed, and all my usual babysitters are too busy today."

Muzan: "...That really doesn't answer my question!"

I'm debating on whether or not to add Y/n but if I do then they'll meet in a very funny but cute way. Like Y/n is a fast food worker or works in a bakery and one day Michikatsu just walks in with all his kids.

❀ Himejima Gyomei - IDK man, I feel like his top Spotify track of the year would be "peaceful river noises" or "subtle ocean sounds." He probably also listens to a good amount of alternative rock like the Cranberries. His guilty pleasure is Dua Lipa, but don't tell anyone that.

❀ Shinazugawa Sanemi - Dad rock for SURE. Gets down to Guns n Roses, Def Leppard, and Van Halen. Is secretly a HUGE Nicki Minaj stan, but would literally die before anyone found that out. I had to come back to him after writing this cause MY GOD HE'S ALSO SUCH A LANA DEL REY FAN LMAO.

❀ Obani Iguro - Refuses to pay for Spotify premium but also constantly skips songs so half of his listening time is ads. He likes grunge punk like the Garden and Foo Fighters, but secretly cries to Mitski.

❀ Tokito Muichiro - Super into the indie scene and only a little bit pretentious about it. Strokes, Pixies, Arctic Monkeys - super vibey.

❀ Tomioka Giyuu - Listens to actual underground music and a lot of smaller bands, but also listens to a lot of Radiohead and the likes. Went through a huge emo phase with Panic! at the Disco and My Chemical Romance and still cries to Helena from time to time.

❀ Rengoku Kyojuro - Imagine Dragons makes him hyped for the morning:D But alongside that he actually has some banger music taste as well. Gets down to some City Girls and Nicki Minaj from time to time. Not afraid to shake some ass.

❀ Kanroji Mitsuri - Love love loves pop and dabbles in k-pop as well! I'm thinking Doja Cat, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Lizzo, Loona, Red Velvet, and the likes. Enjoys dancing around to it as she gets ready in the morning and holds her own little concerts in her room.

❀ Kocho Shinobu - A true toss up I think. I can see her liking metal like Slipknot and Korn, but I also see her as a Fiona Apple lover so it's hard.

❀ Uzui Tengen - God he's so unbearable. Listens to a lot of soundcloud stuff and thinks he's better than you because of it. He probably also listens to a lot Lady Gaga and will probably play you a super popular song of her's like Just Dance and say something like "it's super underground you probably haven't even heard it."

❀ Kamado Tanjiro - AJR and Imagine Dragons, probably.

❀ Kamado Nezuko - Physically cringes when her brother turns his music on. She's eclectic, though. She hangs out around Mitsuri and Kanao a lot, so bubblegum pop and goth are worming their way into her heart. Traditionally she enjoys a lot of indie pop, though (think Clairo and such.)

❀ Shinazugawa Genya - Dad rock like Sanemi, except more refined somehow. He also branches out more and got super into QUEEN and the Rolling Stones. 

❀ Tsuyuri Kanao - Godly music taste, I'm convinced she and Giyuu are silently judging everyone. Goth music but like real good goth music (as a goth music enjoyer I'm projecting.) Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Type O Negative, all the classics. 

❀ Hashibira Inosuke - I don't know man....... He probably plays all of his music off of a rock. I seriously cannot decide for him. Probably listens to whatever his friends are listening to.

❀ Agatsuma Zenitsu - ONE DIRECTION BABY. But for real, I feel like he would love love love the Beach Boys! A BLACKPINK fan as well.

❀ Kokushibo - He and Kanao would get along so well because I also think he's another goth king, probably more like a Sisters of Mercy type of guy. He hates Douma's music taste, and will eavesdrop on Akaza playing Phoebe Bridgers from time to time and get emotional.

❀ Douma - BLASTS Megan thee Stallion throughout the infinity castle and knows every word to every one of her songs.

❀ Akaza - Phoebe Bridgers fan until the day he dies. 

❀ Kibutsuji Muzan - White noise.

Lead guitarist, backup vocalist

Has been playing the guitar since he was a toddler

Kinda took on the role of being their band's manager before they got one

Always has his hair in his signature ponytail and fans absolutely swoon over him

Fans often mimick his hairstyle when they go see him in concerts

Douma and Gyutaro once dared him to smash his guitar on stage and he gave them an earful about how much of a waste that would be and how he would rather just give it to someone with his autograph on it

Which he did, several times

Will stick up for his fellow band members, yes even Douma, when interviewers pry too much and will tell them to fuck off with poise

Doesn't know how social media works

On selfies with fans he looks like a dad, squinting with his glasses on into the camera, a confused look present on his face

Douma

Lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist

Absolutely adores the spotlight and being in the center

The most scandalous member, having been officially kicked out of the band on more than one occasion

Akaza is usually fucked to share a room with him and it doesn't help their bond at all because he will still bring fans up to their shared rooms

Has like 10 names of different exes tattooed on him, broke up with all of them within a month of dating

His name is always headlining in the papers, but it's okay because his paparazzi pictures are just to die for

Also has the best selfies with fans, he somehow, always manages to look good

Writes songs that aren't appropriate to listen to with your parents in the car

Like absolute filth

When Kokushibo doesn't feel like dealing with annoying interviewers he hands them over to Douma who roasts the shit out of them, an innocent smile on his face during the whole ordeal

Always late to practice but Kokushibo lets him as he brings a lot of attention to the band

Akaza

Drummer

Has the sweetest singing voice ever, and writes the cutest songs to exist, like tooth rottingly sweet

Looks rough with all his tattoos and piercings but is the sweetest, kindest, loveliest bub

Does get a bit shy around fans though but always listens to them and gives them his time

Slept with a fan once and that fan is now engaged to them, they have the cutest relationship and the band loves his partner to bits too

Paparazzi photo's are almost always with his partner! Did once knock a pap's lights out as they were crowding around his partner and they got scared

Speaks the least during interviews, Kokushibo does try to get him out of his shell however by handing him the mic

You'll hear him stumbling over his words and Douma's just laughing ten times louder than Akaza's speaking because he finds his embarrassment amusing

Has the cutest selfies with fans where, for example; he and the fan in question make a heart together with their hands yes his partner's okay with that

Gyutaro

Bassist

Newest to the group but gets along well with everybody, especially with Douma

Douma dotes on him a lot, calling him his little brother and ... encourages him to enjoy the company of his fans

Doesn't have a lot of 'solo' fans yet but his band mates always keep an eye out for his fans and point at them for Gyutaro when they spot them in the crowd

Gyutaro gets really excited when he spots his fans and always waves sweetly at them, mouthing thank you's over and over at them

Also doesn't talk a lot during interviews. What Kokushibo does for Akaza, Akaza does for Gyutaro

What Akaza also does a lot is when he gets passed the microphone to speak by Kokushibo, he immediately passes it over to Gyutaro, a kind smile on his face as he encourages him to speak

Douma is the worst influence on him as they once got to band practice drunk and late

Wrote a song together with Daki and they performed it together where she sang

Was really uncomfortable with selfies with fans in the beginning but is getting better at it!

Still a blushing mess on all of them however

Didn't realize he didn't have to follow everyone back on instagram at first

God, he wished he could just murder whoever hurts you. No matter how powerful they may be

Douma is legit fuming as he hears you crying all of the sudden. None of the Upper Moons will dare try control him or reason with him as he shoots off to go find the source of the crying. He is beyond ready to kill whoever is hurting you

He could have destroyed the entire Infinity Castle in that moment, at what he saw. You crying into your beautiful kimono sleeves as Kokushibo’s student is holding the cute fluffy baby Honey Badger in his arms as he cuddled it

You are so attached to that very plush, Douma got it made for you by his many followers and you took it everywhere and it was just like you’re emotional support. You may be a demon but you’re still young and childish

Douma rushes over to you and picked you up, hugging you to his chest as you sobbed gently and he tried to comfort you the best he could. He would kicked the kid’s head clean off but he can’t, right now, he wanted more to make his beloved daughter feel better

He already promises to get you many more plushes and toys to help cheer you up as he rocks you and kisses your forehead. His attempts to comfort you have been get a lot better with how much time he spends with you. His cute little lady of ice

He glares death holes at the kid from strands of your hair, feeling the other Upper Moons gawk shocked at him from the back. He has never let any sort of emotion be visible but with how overprotective he is over you, he must express how horrible he feels. This rage, this hatred flooding him is something he can’t let go of it… no, he won’t ever

Douma will make this a big deal and argue with Kokushibo about it for a while. He may not like being the bad guy around the other Upper Moons but he loves his little princess the most so he happily gets into a fight with the Upper Moon 1 for your sake

“Control your kid, Kokushibo-dono! My Dokusha is sensitive and that toy took a lot of blood, sweat and tears to make! Have him give it back!”

Douma is just so angry that he can barely control himself whilst he takes you away from the room as Kokushibo enters. He loves you so dearly that he can’t stand your pain either, he has become so unbelievably attached to you that he has found himself unable to be away from you

Douma will now never let you be alone at the Infinity Castle. The only way you can go anywhere is with him! You go up to Gyokko, besides your dear father whilst Kokushibo scolds the younger demon. He simply loves hearing you laugh happily as you show off to the Upper Moon 5 and cuddle the beloved plush returned to you

“I’m so sorry, my love. Some people are just so selfish. Don’t worry about it, okay? Daddy will take care of this!”

My Modern Demon Slayer Au

This is mainly with the demons but I will be covering the Hashira! Enjoy!

Warnings: major beef, fighting, mentions of smoking, od, just random headcanons ngl

The Hantengu clones are brothers in this.

The oldest is Sekido, Karaku, Aizetsu and then Urogi is the youngest. Zohakuten is the youngest out of all of them.

They all are in highschool besides Zohakuten who is in 8th grade.

Sekido and them are all juniors.

Their friend group consists of Muzan, Kokushibo, Douma, Akaza, Gyokko, Gyutaro, Hairo (Lower Moon 2 in Rengoku’s gaiden), Kaigaku and sometimes even Yoriichi. Yoriichi hates Muzan though and is only around if Muzan is gone.

Which he usually is.

They usually don’t all hang out together.

Karaku and Douma and Urogi all hang out together.

Douma and Karaku are known as the biggest man whores in the school.

Urogi just likes hanging out with them because they drink and get high together.

Douma is in the drama club and doesn’t play any sports besides basketball.

Urogi plays basketball, soccer and wrestling.

Urogi is friends with Inosuke. They both love goofing off and raising havoc together.

Douma has been trying to date Shinobu for all of his high school years.

She hates him.

Their friend groups have major beef.

Kyojuro’s dad, Shinjuro, is the football and wrestling coach. He is basically the coach of everything there is.

Kyojuro apparently had stalker tendencies so Urogi and Karaku make fun of him.

Karaku and Mitsuri were a thing at some point but Karaku just used her basically but Mitsuri was lowkey fine with it on the downlow yk

Mitsuri ain’t complaining bc she lowkey used Karaku too but it’s whatever

Kyojuro and Tengen jumped him for it and Karaku did what he did to Sekido and broke a wine bottle over their heads (they jumped him at a party)

Kyojuro and Tengen and the Hantengu Brothers all have major beef

They all talk bad about each other

Urogi and Karaku play pranks on everyone.

Sometimes they get Gyutaro to join them.

They threw Tengen in the lake near by while he was sleeping.

Tengen is a really deep sleeper.

Also ended up almost drowning in the lake because he rolled off the mattress into the water.

Sanemi hates them all and refuses to even talk or deal with their friend group.

Giyuu and Aizetsu are besties.

They frequently hang out and Aizetsu talks shit on his annoying brothers.

Genya and Aizetsu are also friends. Urogi kinda introduced Inosuke’s friend group to them.

Kyojuro, Tengen and Sanemi weren’t happy about it because they think that “demon friend group” is a load of trash.

Kokushibo is in a band.

Yoriichi cheers him on.

Kokushibo hates it.

The guys in football are Sekido, Karaku, Kyojuro, Tengen and Akaza.

The guys in basketball are Akaza, Urogi, Gyutaro, Kokushibo, Yoriichi.

The guys in soccer are Akaza, Urogi, Aizetsu, Karaku, Sekido, Kyojuro and Tengen and Muichiro actually.

Sekido does archery as well with Susamaru and Yahaba.

Kanao and Kanae do cheerleading. So does Koyuki. Mitsuri as well.

Akaza and Koyuki are dating and they have been voted the school’s cutest couple.

Mitsuri is in the art and baking club.

Mitsuri and Karaku were a thing on the downlow.

So were Shinobu and Karaku as well.

Karaku told Douma and Douma pestered Shinobu about it.

Tengen’s three girlfriends also do cheerleading.

Karaku punched Tengen once and his girlfriends jumped in and Urogi and Sekido ain’t going to let that happen so they jumped in too, trying to pull the girls off.

Kyojuro jumped in too because that’s his bestie.

Then Aizetsu jumped in cuz hell no.

Then Sanemi jumped in.

Zohakuten has a lot of girls crushing on him because of his “bad boy” reputation.

None of them are brave enough to confess besides like one girl.

Hardcore rejected her.

Zohakuten’s hands are rated E for everyone. He has beat up girls before.

He doesn’t listen to Sekido when he explains it’s bad for him to do that.

Zohakuten never hits them unless they hit him first. He does not care who you are, if you hit him, you are getting hit back

Muzan never even hangs out with his friend group

He hates socializing

He rather stay home and read

Plus they all are stupid

He also has to take care of his adoptive son (Muzan is legit just born into high society and gets paid a ton of money to just stay away from his family hence why he started his own)

Hairo and Gyutaro hang out a lot

They listen to Daki complain about cheerleading 24/7 and how the girls all suck

And are annoying

Daki and Nezuko hate each other

Nezuko is in the baking club with Tanjiro

Zentisu joined bc of Nezuko

Zentisu is in charge of dress code

Doesn’t dress code any girls

Karaku has a really good singing voice

So does Urogi

Urogi listens to “eyes without a face” by Billy Idol a lot

Sometimes Urogi goes into these moods where he feels really spiritual for some reason

Has collected crystals

Him and Aizetsu bond over collecting crystals and rocks

Sekido took them on a family camping trip

Did not end well

Zohakuten burned down the tent

Kaigaku and Zentisu are adopted

They have a love hate relationship

Zentisu tries his hardest to bond with Kaigaku

Never works

Only sometimes

Kaigaku and Gyutaro and Daki always hang out together

Zentisu sometimes joins for Daki since they are the younger siblings

They are pretty good buddies

They shit talk their older siblings together

Kaigaku and Sekido are friends too

Only because of debate, honors society and politics

They don’t even hang out outside of school though

They are pretty good friends bc they have the same political views but sometimes argue

Sekido runs the debate team

Also hates Karaku because he is a natural genius and Sekido has to study to get to where he is now

Sekido stresses a lot so he smokes cigarettes and weed

he hides both of them

Sekido specifically smokes marlboro light special blend 100s

Sekido also drinks

He likes white claws

But LOVES whiskey

Shinobu is in the science club

She is actually really manipulative when she wants something

Hates Douma’s guts for playing Kanae

Karaku signed Sekido up to be an art model one time and it was really embarrassing for Sekido

Sekido loved how he turned out though because they made him look like a greek god

Kept one of the paintings

Zohakuten and Rui are legit inseparable

They go around the city together a lot

Gossip about their brothers and in Rui’s case, sisters

Zohakuten carries Rui’s medicine with him sometimes if he knows that they are going to the city for a long time

He kinda freaks out with Rui

He knows Rui is really sick so he tries not to overwork him but Rui is slowly getting better

Plus Rui’s parents are happy that he has made a friend

Zohakuten only lets Rui call him “Zo” or “Zozo”

Rui usually calls him “Zoha”

They be talking about all of the tea

Zohakuten and Rui were forced to be elves for christmas

it wasn’t fun

Zohakuten has opened up to Rui about all of the trauma he went through

Zohakuten is scared that Rui isn’t going to want to be his friend anymore and go be besties with Senjuro

Rui prefers Zohakuten over Senjuro

Zohakuten cried in front of Rui once

It was when he found out about Karaku’s…incident

Zohakuten has never cried in front of Rui again

Obanai hates Karaku

Because he used Mitsuri

Mitsuri doesn’t even care about it

Obanai is a bit of a controlling boyfriend

He gets jealous a lot

He’s afraid Mitsuri is going to leave him for Karaku or someone (i would leave Obanai for Karaku too tho)

Gyomei tries to reassure him that Mitsuri wouldn’t do that

It didn’t really work

Aizetsu goes to bunny cafes

He loves bunnies

And collecting crystals with Urogi

Is studying psychology

Urogi said it suited him

Aizetsu introduced Karaku to Arctic Monkeys

Karaku bought them tickets to go see them

Gyomei is a peacemaker between the friend groups

He respects all of them

Kyojuro and Tengen cause the most problems and 90% of the time it is with the brothers

Kyojuro, Tengen and Akaza are all cool with each other

They hang out all the time

Akaza has a man crush on Kyojuro

- As a baby, Zenitsu slept, ate, cried, and that's pretty much it

- Muichiros pregnancy wasn't too bad, but it wasn't as great as tanjiro's (bit of morning sickness)

- He was a fine newborn, and a very sweet baby

- Hes also pretty sleepy

- Muichiro's the kind of baby to be born with like, all their hair

- Nezuko's pregnancy was surprisingly rough

- Not as bad as Inosuke, but still difficult

Anyways, more SBP brainrot cuz I love this au so much

This is actually part of Astaroth's character, believe it or not. Throughout the years after she picked up Sun breathing, she's had ALOT of pushed down anger she hid from the time she was 16 & just started learning from Yoriichi, to now at 22. She was angry with Koku's jealousy blinding him (Not mad at him, just the resentment itself, if that makes sense), she was angry at Muzan for keeping her demon dad in such a tight grip, she's angry (Small spoiler warning) at Zero for murdering her biological parents, & she's angry from how many people she saved still ended up dead somehow. So, that's why she takes it out on something before it's accidentally on someone. Even though her stress relievers are teetering on self-harm. Punching something until her hands bruise & bleed, training so hard until she coughs up blood, alot of it. Hence why in that one drawing with her & Tamayo, her hands were bandaged (I told you there was a reason behind it), since she punched a tree over & over to release her anger & doesn't accidentally blow up at her. Kokushibo doesn't learn this until he accidentally overhears her & Tamayo talking about it in the Relaxation & rehabilitation arc. & she never would've been talked into doing it in healthier ways had he never have stepped in

The anger is still there, but she's working on it. Just goes to show there's more behind those friendly red eyes & charming smile Poor Astaroth

It's the same with Taro, too. Only on his end, it's sadness instead of anger. I'll get into that another day

i recently saw art of the demon slayer characters playing musical instruments and was wondering what instrument you think the characters would play

ooh very good question! music is not my field of expertise but i can try to organize my few thoughts - also if i mention an instrument that didnʼt exist during that time in that area (which i will) just imagine it's a modern au ^^'

also: i did include canon musical skills but only those i could think of off the top of my head so there might be some stuff missing or just plain ignored lol

okay so we know that zenitsu plays the shamisen and the koto (which apparently originates from the chinese guzheng even tho my former japanese neighbors have been trying to tell me otherwise but what do i know lol i just thought it was funny) and i think his talent would expand to other string instruments as well, he could probably learn how to play the guitar, bass guitar, maybe even violin etc very easily

i can also picture sanemi with a guitar because @trans-ace-lee established that in the modern au and also i think it would be really sexy 😌 which is why i declare it canon

genya would try and copy his brother but he'd be really bad at it and switch to another instrument that's more his style, i'm thinking maybe drums. at first he does it to look cool and then actually having fun is a nice bonus lol

tengen "canonically" plays the harmonica, tho i can see him being a natural at most instruments he picks up. in the au he's been playing piano since he was a child because his dad wanted him to but he actually ended up loving it, he also had to learn hichiriki (a type of flute) and also i made him a music major so he probably plays a ton of instruments a little bit

speaking of flutes, we know that gyomei plays the shakuhachi. given his supreme hearing i'm sure he could learn to play other instruments as well but i don't really see him doing that tbh? like he has his flute and he's very contempt with his flute, the same applies to yoriichi

and nakime obviously plays the biwa in every universe, nakime and her biwa are inseparable

ideas for which i don't have any reason and which are solely based on vibes: giyuu - violin, sabito - e-guitar, kanao - piano, kanae - harp, douma - something unnerving, like an organ, akaza - drums, senjuro - kokyu, daki - goto

What if, instead of Amane finding Muichiro and Yuichiro, Kokushibo finds the twins first?

☾ A Tokito Traitor Au ☀

What if Kokushibo heard whispers of his descendants whereabouts and is interested to see where his family line has gone, and to see if he should end it once and for all. However when he arrives at their house, he finds Yuichiro on the brink of death and Muichiro who is holding his own against a demon. Impressed by his skills, Kokushibo effectively kills the demon and saves Yuichiro before he looses too much blood. He is very much intrigued by them, and Muichiro sees him as their savior figure which gives him an opening to properly manipulate them.

At first he want to turn them into demons immediately, since they do not seem threatened by his appearance. He even convinces them that being a demon is better then being human and that the demon that attacked them were not representative all demons and that demons like him did not eat human flesh because he was one of the chosen strong ones, uncorrupted. Yuichiro especially falls for that because therefore his arm can regenerate and he can protect his brother forever. However after Muichiro mentions Amane, and her offering them to join the demonslayer corps, Kokushibo decides to train them as slayers to infiltrate the corps as spies. By then both of the twins live with Kokushibo and see him as a second father figure, almost completely trusting him. Sadly the twins will not learn mist breathing, but instead Kokushibo trains them in moon breathing. Muichiro is able to master it, while Yuichiro struggles with only one arm, and instead creates a form known as eclipse breathing that works only for his body.

Muzan allows them to kill as many demons as they want to enter the final selection because he sees them as expendable, despite absolutely despising Kokushiobo's new set of twins. especially Muichiro, who reminds him too much of Yoriichri. Meanwhile Kokushibo is drawn to them because they subconsciously also remind him of his twin brother, even though he would never admit it. I do not think they would be able to become hashira, or at least not in less then six months like the original canon because Muichiro does not have his rage from his brother dying and Yuichiro, well, does not have his arm which is hard the adjust too, so they would be part of the kamaboko squad. Still they succeed to sabotaging many of the corps missions, causing the lives of many slayers.

Muichiro cant help but feel guilty, but he is loyal to Kokushibo (not Muzan, just him.) and the reward for trading information is that Kokushibo will give his blood so they can become demons like him. However in truth, unlike Yuichiro, he has no desire to become a demon. Soon he makes friends in the corps, with the other hashira and his fellow peers like Tanjiro and Genya. Soon, he begins to have a moral dilemma for betraying his friends. Therefore, Muichro begins to see the lies that Kokushibo has spun and is suddenly torn between two sides of people that he cares for.

I mean I just love the idea of bad guys becoming accidental parents. I think it'd be interesting to see how different they'd become due to not only being raised by a demon, but one who's morals were from 300 so years ago. old timey Tokito twins, would be kinda funny.

And imagine if they get invited to uppermoon meeting? Imagine how chaotic that would would be?

Akaza: Listen, you guys are too young for this. Kokushibo is not good with kids. Blink twice if you need help and I will get you both out of here.

Muichiro and Yuichiro: *continues to stare at him unnervingly without breaking contact*

Douma: Awww how cute Kokushibo I didnt know you had kids. They even have your eyes! who is the mother-

I just think all the uppermoons would be glorified babysitters for them and I cant help but think it would be hilarious seeing them all interact.

those two fighting some high-up demon, which obviously takes a while, only for the two to randomly stop cuz "dad said to be home by 10 or dinner will get cold". Just Kokushibo, being known as the worst father playing the role of father AGAIN.

Kokushibo to the twins: I am your great great great great great ancestor so just call me dad.

We just know the twins would talk shit about all the upper moons to there FACES and wont give two shits because that was just how they were raised. But not kokushibo-he could ground them.

(Anyway this Au has been consuming my mind lately so expect a fanfic coming out soon)

I have a fireworks au offshoot for you, kokushibo sees akaza training andou (perhaps with some poor low level demon as her practice dummy) and after hanging back like a cryptid he approaches akaza to ask if he'd mind terribly if he also trained andou, but in the way of the sword. 2 demon dads of varying emotional competency

and now Andou just has more kimono, and poor Kanae is gonna be SO fucking confused when the child she was given KNOWS how to use a sword like??? "Oyakata-sama!!!!!!"

fuckin' whoops, you now have Andou capable, both in hand to hand and the way of the sword. Because she studied the blade while Akaza also just let her go loose on some low leveled demon he incapacitated to some extent so that it wouldn't harm her seriously.

Meanwhile Kokushibou just yeets her at a low leveled demon that CAN hurt her, but he's willing to jump in before it gets too dangerous.
