Van Alen Institute Reimagining Brooklyn Bridge Competition Proposal, Winner, Design Entry Images
Brooklyn Bridge Design Winner: DXA studio
May 18, 2021
Brooklyn Bridge Competition Entry by DXA studio
DXA Studio wins at the 2021 NYCxDESIGN Awards for its reimagining of the Brooklyn Bridge, NY, USA
The Great Bridge: Path to Equilibrium, Brooklyn, NY:
Honor Presented by Interior Design for The Great Bridge: Path to Equilibrium
New York, May 18, 2021 – DXA studio, an award-winning architecture and design firm based in Manhattan, has been named a winner of the 2021 NYCxDESIGN Awards presented by Interior Design. Its reimagining of the Brooklyn Bridge was recognized as best in the On the Boards: Commercial category announced on May 17th.
The Great Bridge: Path to Equilibrium creates an experience that is more accessible, safe, democratic, and enjoyable for all who visit the iconic structure. DXA studio’s version envisions a future that elevates people over automobiles and reclaims land entangled by roads and ramps for civic use in the form of parks, museums, local commerce, recreation and housing, as well as makes the bridge more accessible to adjacent communities.
“We are honored to receive a NYCxDesign Award for our reimagining of the Brooklyn Bridge,” said Wayne Norbeck, Co-Founder and Partner of DXA studio. “Our vision was to return the span to the type of public space that was originally intended for the millions of pedestrians who cross it every year.” In the design, the upper deck expansion becomes a planted promenade with lanes for tourists and commuters, while the lower deck features six traffic lanes reduced to two for trolleys and emergency vehicles, with the remainder dedicated to public use including bike lanes and planters.
The reimagination of the bridge is the result of a collaboration with Patrick Cullina Horticultural Design + Consulting, Philiip Habib & Associates, and Thornton Tomasetti.
DXA studio was also named a finalist in two additional categories: Building Façade for 215-225 West 28th Street, and Kitchen + Bath for Soho Development (49 Greene Street).
“New York City is filled with amazing projects from a number of really talented studios. Being named a finalist by NYCxDESIGN in three separate categories was a thrill, and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at our firm,” said Jordan Rogove, Co-Founder and Partner of DXA studio.
Now in its sixth year, the NYCxDESIGN awards honor outstanding projects in major areas of design, from architecture to interiors. Winners and honorees “represent the very best design talent” and will be published in Interior Design magazine.
NYCxDESIGN is a non-profit organization that nurtures, supports, and provides opportunities for New York City’s design sector by organizing and coordinating exceptional year-round activations, amplifying the voices of design through storytelling and promotion, and providing annual grants for local talent and businesses that make New York the design capital of the world.

Brooklyn Bridge Competition Entry by DXA studio
Brooklyn Bridge Competition Design by DXA studio, NY, USA
NEW YORK – August 13, 2020: DXA studio, an award-winning architecture and design firm based in Manhattan, has reimagined the Brooklyn Bridge to yield an experience that is more accessible, safe, democratic and enjoyable for all. DXA’s version of the Great Bridge envisions a future that elevates people over automobiles, reclaims land entangled by roads and ramps for civic use in the form of parks, museums, local commerce, recreation and housing, and makes the bridge more accessible to adjacent communities.
In the design, the upper deck expansion becomes a planted promenade with lanes for tourists and commuters, while the lower deck features six traffic lanes reduced to two for trolleys and emergency vehicles, with the remainder dedicated to public use, including dedicated bike lanes and planters.
“The Brooklyn Bridge is an exquisite and inspiring structure that was far ahead of its time when it was constructed,” said Wayne Norbeck, Co-Founder and Partner of DXA studio. “With this proposal we believe that this visionary bridge will be returned to the type of public space experience that was originally intended for the millions of people that transverse the span every year.”
On the upper promenade, the plantings will be comprised of colorful matrices of grasses, wildflowers and woody plants drawn from local ecologies like the coastal plain, riparian corridors and upland meadows — rich communities with compelling arrays of flowers, foliage, fruit and form that, when woven creatively, will engage visitors, birds and pollinators alike.
For the lower deck, several of the existing bridge access ramps and traffic lanes would be closed and vehicular traffic redirected in phases over a period of thirty years, consistent with City initiatives such as the Climate Mobilization Act. Trolleys, elevators and shallow ramps, between levels, and lanes wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and pedestrians will enhance accessibility and mobility. Bicyclists will have dedicated lanes separated from pedestrians, trolleys and emergency vehicles. Finally, different lanes will be provided for tourists and commuters, so that all can simultaneously utilize the bridge for different purposes without negatively affecting one another.
“We have been studying what it means to be a pedestrian in New York City for the past few years, and that research took us back to what the streets used to be like before the automobile took the right of way in the 1960’s, a more vibrant, active and democratic place, a model for the qualities we’d love to see on the bridge,” said Jordan Rogove, Co-Founder and Partner of DXA studio. “All that has happened since we put this proposal together only corroborates this goal, more space to remain safe from the pandemic and meaningful civic spaces and plazas for the voices of the underrepresented to be heard.”
The existing steel on the new outside upper deck walkway will be reinforced and supplemented with additional structural members for increased gravity and lateral capacity. As noted, cross-laminated timber will be used for the external lattice structure as a novel and eco-friendly material, and a nod to the bridge’s pine foundations.
The engineering marvel of the Brooklyn Bridge conceived by John A. Roebling and completed in 1883 was a civic gesture to join streets functioning simultaneously as thoroughfares, markets, promenades and playgrounds, was largely overtaken by the ascendance of the automobile.
This new concept is meant to disentangle the infrastructural knots that currently encumber it and will restore the grandeur of its original design and herald the return of the trolley. The legacy of this balanced restoration and reimagining will utilize materials, technologies and strategies that improve accessibility, civility, equality and enrichment.
The reimagination of the bridge is the result of a collaboration with Philip Habib & Associates, Thornton Tomasetti, and Patrick Cullina Horticultural Design + Consulting. Philip Habib & Associates, who has overseen many of NYC’s most notable development projects such as the Hudson Yards and Riverside South, served as the civil and traffic engineers in order to determine the feasibility of phasing the Bridge’s lane and ramp closures.
Thornton Tomasetti, who has previously worked on hazard mitigation and ramp infrastructure for the East River Bridges, served as structural engineers for both the park conversions and the proposed terminal structures, as well as biophilic design consultants. Finally, Patrick Cullina, who has worked on both the High Line and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, advised on park pathway layouts, planting, and irrigation systems.

Alternatives to BMI when tracking weight loss
Alternatives to BMI when tracking weight loss
When you want to lose weight, one of the most important things that you can do is track your progress. For years one of the most popular tools for weight loss analysis was called the Body Mass Index, or BMI. However, today, the open limitations of the BMI are much more apparent.
If you are serious about losing weight, then it pays to find out some of the most important BMI alternatives. What can you use if you want to make sure you can lose weight and then analyze your results accordingly?
The limitations of BMI
The BMI is quite limited in that it does not take into account things like body muscle or body fat. Basically, by taking your height and weight, you can find out what your body mass should be for your own particular height.
However, a common story about why BMI does not work so well comes from Michael Jordan, the sports legend. He was in fantastic shape, but according to his BMI he was overweight – despite being a size 30 waist. Why was he told he was overweight? Because as a super-athlete, he was in supreme muscle-bound condition.
Muscle weighs more than fat, so someone can be well-cut and defined yet, by BMI ratings, would be classed as over their expected weight. This means that you can create a scenario where someone who is actually in fine condition might be chasing ways to cut weight when, in reality, they should be doing nothing of the sort.
By the same token, this works in another way entirely. You could be told that your BMI is perfectly healthy, but in reality you are a good bit over where you should be. It’s a good metric to use, but it does lack a lot of the context we need.
This is why using BMI alternatives is so important. While you could always use a BMI calculator such as the one from Just HCG to find out what your rating is, does it really tell you too much?
If you want to better prepare yourself for proper weight loss, it pays to invest some time and effort into finding out what changes you should make. Here are two popular BMI alternatives that make a fine differing opinion. This should help you out a lot when you want to lose weight. So, how can you go about making positive changes to your weight loss regime?
Relative Fat Mass Index
While the Relative Fat Mass Index (RFM) might be a new concept, it has quickly gained ground and authority across the weight loss industry. It’s very important to learn more about it, as it offers an interesting alternative to what you are using at present.
With the help of the ‘new and improved’ RFM, you can quickly wok out your fat mass. It can also be worked out simply by using a tape measure, which is obviously useful. Unlike other analysis models, this means that you can find out what your fat mass is for a few pounds!
The distance around your waist is taken and then put into relation to your height. This is simpler, it’s less open to interpretation and it does not need quite so much context and padding around it to make it a legitimate form of analysis. Not only that, but it also gives you the help that you need to make a genuine improvement to analysis as it offers you a better idea of whether or not the fat levels you hold presently are healthy or now.
This is one of the reasons why the RFM has become such a wise measure for you to use. it’s based on some very important changes to the procedure, reducing much of the work that you need to do in a bid to find out where your body is at presently. Since the RFM is very popular, it’s rated as equally as good as the DXA body scan – a professional piece of equipment that delivers one of the most accurate fat mass results.
So, with that in mind, you might wish to look into measuring your RFM. It could be one of the best solutions to use during weight loss. What else works, though?
Simple calculations
Of course, other options exist as well. For example, according to Professor Nick Trefethen, the Professor of Numerical Analysis at Oxford University, a simple change to the numbers can produce much better results.
According to Mr. Trefethen, all we need to do is get our weight on a set of scales. Then, take that weight and multiply it by 1.3. Then, divide this by your height to the power of 2.5. This is supposed to be produce a much better level of knowledge about the body, and it does tend to be more suitable for people of a taller nature.
Another option would be to use the Lean Mass Index, or LMI. This is also very popular, and has become a go-to choice for many people looking to lose weight and find out a more accurate representation of where they are. You should look to measure your FMI and LMI apart from one another, though for one simple reason: it will give you a better idea of how much fat, and muscle, you are carrying relative to your weight.
Obviously, you might appear to be heavier if you carry a lot of muscle. It’s important to keep that in mind, as your BMI does not make that clear when you are using it.
For this reason, we recommend that you spend a bit more time getting to grips with what your BMI can do – and what it cannot. If you wish to make more use of numbers to make analysis of your body a bit easier, then following along with all of the above should really help you out.
Your RFM and your LMI will go a long way to helping you get a much clearer picture of your progress than BMI.

So, is it any surprise when Reuters continues to report that the Indian health care sector concentrating on medical tourism inflow has bigger sales figures in mind and is set to post beyond 42 per cent rise in earnings recorded from 2006 to March 2007? Since these figures are driven by availability of quality health care and the huge rise in numbers visiting India for treatment, the surge in medical tourists to India can only be realized best in numbers: which have risen from 10,000 in 2000 to about 100,000 in 2005. The annual growth rate is expected to be 30 per cent for 2007-2008 with more attention being paid to helping India figure on the top choice list for foreign medical tourism patients currently being diverted to Singapore (the latter being an established medical care hub that attracts and envious 150,000 medical tourists a year).

Friday Five with Jordan Rogove of DXA studio
Jordan Rogove has accomplished a lot in his 20-year career. He’s co-founded DXA studio with partner Wayne Norbeck, completed a tower that straddles Manhattan’s High Line, and won design competitions for health-focused housing in Haiti, an arena for the New Jersey Devils, a pedestrian bridge, and park in midtown Manhattan. 1. Books I fall short in just about every metric relative to my heroes. Reading about the likes of Lincoln, Michelangelo, DaVinci, Franklin, and Vermeer among others helps put the adversity they all faced, the genius they exhibited in overcoming it, and their leadership and/or creativity into perspective and helps push me to be better. While I don’t think I’ll ever come close to catching up, their stories make the daily trivialities I face stay that way and add fuel to my creative fire. I also enjoy reading about impossible projects, like the building of the Brooklyn Bridge and the original Penn Station. And if you ever want to truly understand why New York is so messed up with its relationship to its airports and how destructive endeavors like the BQE and Cross Bronx Expressway happened, look no further than the Power Broker by Robert Caro. This epic book about Robert Moses and his increasingly grim vision for the city is one of the best books I’ve ever read.
2. Drawings/Paintings Since I was little, I have identified with drawing and painting as the most natural means by which to express myself and explore the big ideas. I have filled hundreds of sketchbooks with ideas, most only interesting to me, but some with seeds that have led to some of DXA’s better projects. A majority are pen and ink drawings, but when time allows I turn to watercolors and oil paints. Before having kids my wife and I spent marvelous Saturdays with renowned painter Marvin Mattelson learning the art of portrait painting. What is more difficult than painting people’s faces? The thrill that you feel when you capture some tiny detail that brings everything together is indescribable and addictive. A recent method of sketching has been the new iPad Pro with the Concept and Adobe Sketch apps. Just scratching the surface with them, and it’s been a lot of fun.
Attic by Willem de Kooning 2019 Artists Rights Society (ARS) New York
3. The Met/The Attic While I am a modernist at heart, I favor the Met over MoMA. To understand modernism you need to understand all that came before. At the Met, much of human history is on display and the evolution of craft and expression through time is thrilling no matter how many times you have walked through its halls. Seeing the paintings of Sargent and Bougereau up close is a thrill, and a reminder of just how far I still have to go to even venture to call myself a painter. Most recently it has been the couple of Willem de Kooning paintings, Easter Sunday and The Attic, that I’ve spent a lot of time with. DXA has been working on a renovation and addition to de Kooning’s studio near Union Square, so exploring a way to celebrate his work and contributions to both New York City and the world of art have been a focus for the duration. The Attic in particular seems to capture the energy of the city. It is a painting you can spend quite a bit of time observing and exploring, going from space to space across its canvas.

4. Garden On one of my earliest projects in New York I had the pleasure of collaborating with the High Line Team as the tracks of the NY Central Railroad, the tableau for the High Line, passed through the building I was working on. From that collaboration came a friendship with the incredibly talented horticulturalist/landscape designer Patrick Cullina. When I renovated my townhome he stepped in to design its gardens. Watching them evolve these past few years has been a joy, and they have served as the focal point of the entire home, from planting seeds with the kiddos in the spring to hosting long summer and fall dinners with friends and family. It is the heart of our home.
5. Water Over the past 7 years we have been taking frequent trips to the North Fork of Long Island. It is truly a respite from the torrid pace of the design and construction worlds of New York City. We are trying to spend more and more time there of late. It has wonderful beaches and waterways, and the Sound summons memories of the cliffs of Scotland from the days of being an itinerate architecture student. From outdoor meditations, to sailing, to lounging with friends on the beach, it is a place of restoration and serenity that I am becoming increasing dependent upon.

Mitsubishi e-Evolution Concept Eclipses Another Great Name
First Mitsubishi came for the storied Eclipse nameplate, previously applied only to sports coupes, and slapped it onto a crossover. Now it has repurposed its iconic Evolution moniker and applied it to this e-Evolution crossover concept, appearing on the Mitsubishi stand at the 2017 Tokyo auto show. –
It’s not as we couldn’t see this coming. Mitsubishi, desperate to turn around its falling fortunes, made clear it will leverage its better-known nameplates for a new generation of crossovers that it hopes will elevate sales. But the Evolution name—“Evo” for short—that used to be used only on the brand’s high-performance Lancer variants, the ones that battled with Subaru’s WRX STi to define fast for a generation of rallying enthusiasts? We’ll need time to acclimate to that one.
Anyway, the e-Evolution concept, despite its great name, is for the most part an average effort at a futuristic crossover. The powertrain is fully electric but only a mild step forward beyond last year’s GT PHEV plug-in hybrid crossover concept. Like that GT, this e-Evolution employs three electric motors, and they’re in the same layout: A single motor drives the front axle, and two individually spin each rear wheel. Those rear motors can rotate at different speeds to afford the e-Evo torque vectoring across its aft axle. A battery pack—its size unspecified—inhabits the floor between the front and rear axles to power it all.
Total Eclipse of the Mitsubishi: A Turn around the History of the Ill-Starred Sports Coupe
Tested: 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2.0L AWD
Mitsu Metamorphosis: The History of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution
On the upside, the e-Evolution is neater to behold than the boxy, uninteresting GT PHEV concept. Its profile appears to be almost triangular, with two slanted lines meeting at the roof’s peak between the first and second row of seats. The wheels are pushed out to the corners, and the body’s angularity blends well with Mitsubishi’s latest corporate face, which resembles an angry porcupine looking at its reflection in a shattered mirror. The tail looks almost French, which is to say it is distinctive and somewhat curious to behold.
For now Mitsubishi is declaring the e-Evolution a “technical prototype,” although we know the brand is keen on bringing a new Evolution-badged vehicle to market as a crossover. Whether it has full or partial electric motivation, look for the Evo identity to make its biggest evolutionary mutation yet.

Fir Tree Partners New York Offices
Size: 35,000 sqft
Overview
Fir Tree Partners is a New York City based, private investment firm that invests worldwide in public and private companies, real estate and sovereign debt, managing assets on behalf of leading endowments, foundations, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
Founder and now Chairman Emeritus, Jeff Tannenbaum, established Fir Tree Partners in 1994 and immediately distinguished the company by establishing a work and life culture respectful of people and their work environment. What would become known as a “sustainability mission” was at the time, an innovative approach to raise the standards on workplace design for the benefit of the employees.
Fir Tree Partners engaged Kostow Greenwood Architects for four separate office designs beginning in 1999 (NYC – 535 Fifth Ave; NYC – 505 Fifth Ave; Miami; NYC – 55 W 46th) and through incremental and determined decisions, has proven that the relationship-focused financial industry can thrive in a people-centric office designed with the highest standards of wellness.
As a company, Fir Tree Partners is committed to environmentally responsible design that conserves energy and reduces impact on our natural resources. This project was designed to exceed the LEED Silver standard in terms of sustainably sourced materials and MEP systems and controls. Further, in order to support a healthy and productive workplace, many concepts of The WELL Building Standard were incorporated including: improved air quality, drinking water and nourishment, access to natural lighting and lighting control, acoustical and thermal comfort, and ergonomic seating and work-stations.
Design Challenges
Abiding by an “eco scorecard” while identifying construction and design components that meet industry code and serve the function and purpose of the workplace environment.
Defying the industry assumption that incorporating sustainable elements into corporate design is costly, Fir Tree Partners’ directive to Kostow Greenwood Architects was to identify sustainable solutions within an established budget and to raise the awareness level among employees as to the reasoning behind the design elements.
Repurposing of existing and in good condition furniture, as well as other notable elements from the previous NYC office location was a driving principle to reducing waste. The client’s now famous directive that “Not one thing goes into a landfill” guided several decisions.

DXA Studio To Exhibit The Midtown Viaduct During Venice Architecture Biennale 2021
Conceptual Design for Urban Pedestrian Pathway Would Link Moynihan Train Hall with the Hudson Yards in Manhattan
The Midtown Viaduct, New York, NY
New York, May 4, 2021 – DXA studio, a New York-based architecture and design firm known for a diverse range of projects primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn, today announced it will exhibit its conceptual design for The Midtown Viaduct during the Venice Architecture Biennale 2021 from May 22nd to November 21st.
The Midtown Viaduct is an urban pathway that would span Ninth Avenue and connect the new Moynihan Train Hall at West 31st Street to the High Line and Hudson Yards at 30th Street in Manhattan. The proposal was awarded Grand Prize at the 2019 Design Challenge organized by Metals in Construction magazine.
“It is an honor to be invited to display our concept for the Midtown Viaduct during the Venice Architecture Biennale, which is one of the premier international showcases for architectural design in the world,” said Jordan Rogove, Co-Founder and Partner of DXA studio.
The Midtown Viaduct will be shown at Palazzo Bembo in Venice as part of the exhibition Time Space Existence, organized by the European Cultural Centre, which features “completed and ongoing projects, innovative proposals, researches and utopian dreams of architectural expressions.”
Drawing inspiration from the architectural icons it connects, DXA’s award-winning design references the historic interlaced steel plate work of the High Line and the intricate steel structure of the original inner concourse of the 1910 Penn Station. The structural steel fabrication also harkens back to the 19th century with the structural framing concept of the Statue of Liberty. Today the curved structural framing can be executed with a combination of innovative techniques, such as water jet cut steel and pre-fabrication assembly, to create a beautifully bending pedestrian path over the heavily trafficked avenue.
“The Midtown Viaduct goes beyond much needed connections to transform a disused area of the city into an activated, dynamic and social pedestrian amenity that would service millions of people every year,” said Wayne Norbeck, Co-Founder and Partner of DXA studio.
The proposed structure consists of transverse ribs shaped according to the cross-section of the pedestrian pathway and spaced approximately every 10 feet at the longer linear paths. The resulting formation makes an interlaced and dynamic public space for this rapidly emerging area of the city.
All original 3D modeling and graphics for the exhibit were done in-house by DXA studio. ATOMIC was responsible for the 3D printing, assembling, and painting of the model. DXA and ATOMIC collaborated on the joining method. Based on DXA’s direction, ATOMIC also devised a system for suspending the model from the ceiling with cables, as well as the design and testing of the lighting system.
About DXA studio

New York announces High Line extension to connect to Penn Station
New York's government has revealed plans for a 366-metre-long elevated walkway that will connect the High Line in Manhattan's to the recently extended Penn Station.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Sunday 10 January that he plans to build an extension to the High Line – a disused railway track that was turned into a park by American design studio Diller Scofidio + Renfro.
High Line will connect to train station
An L-shaped walkway will be built to connect the High Line from near the Hudson Yards development to the new Moynihan Train Hall, designed as part of the expansion to Penn Station by SOM that opened last week.
Once complete, the walkway would allow pedestrians to connect straight from the parkway to the station concourse without having to cross busy roads.
A second extension to the High Line could also be built around the corner past the Javits Convention Center, to bring the pedestrian bridge down to meet Pier 76.
Walkway could connect to waterfront park
Pier 76 is currently a tow pound, where the New York Police Department keeps vehicles it confiscates for being parked illegally.
Governor Cuomo has plans to shut it down and turn the area into a waterfront park on the Hudson River.
"This will be the most ambitious redevelopment that New York City has seen in decades," Governor Cuomo said.
"When the private sector economy lags, state governments build infrastructure and spur development," he added. "This connection is part of a district-wide redevelopment of the West Side that will jumpstart the private market in a post-Covid world."
Development part of Hudson Yard plans
The development in the area is funded by a mixture of private and public entities, including real estate firm Brookfield Property Group.
Diller Scofidio + Renfro converted the High Line in stages, with the final section completing in 2014. In 2018 New York firm DXA Studio released a concept for a steel bridge that could connect the High Line to the train station.
Along with the train station and the High Line, the redevelopment of the area known as Hudson's Yard includes an 11-storey building full of high-end condos designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, Studio Gang's Solar Carve Tower, and a controversial structure of interlocking stairways designed by Thomas Heatherwick.
The High Line was closed for four months last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, reopening in July 2020 with timed entry tickets and green markers created by graphic designer Paula Scher to encourage social distancing.

New York, NY—Company Gallery is pleased to announce their upcoming expansion and move to their new home at 145 Elizabeth Street in September 2021. Company will celebrate the opening of the space with an exhibition of works by the late seminal artist Barbara Hammer, curated by Tiona Nekkia McClodden.
Marking a significant milestone for the gallery, the move is a direct response to the growth of its artists and the development of their practices. Owner and Founder Sophie Mörner established Company Gallery in 2015 as a natural extension of her publishing platform Capricious. At the crossroads of The Bowery, SoHo, and the Lower East Side, Company’s and Capricious new home will be representative of the way in which the gallery functions and identifies as an organization.
BoND (Bureau of Noam & Daniel), NY, USA:
Designed by BoND (Bureau of Noam & Daniel), the 4,000 square foot warehouse, at the corner of Elizabeth and Broome, will encompass three levels of multi-use presentation space. The design will keep the original building exterior intact. The brick facade will be painted silver.
The interior will be composed of three unique galleries which will each preserve the character of the existing space. Bright and open, the ground floor spaces will lead visitors to a dark basement level used primarily for film/video presentations, performances and events. Throughout the space, open sightlines between storage, exhibition, and office spaces, will maintain the sense of communal inclusivity so integral to Company’s core mission.
Company Gallery
Run by Sophie Mörner with Taylor Trabulus and team, Company Gallery currently represents Tosh Basco, Jonathan Lyndon Chase, Yves Laris Cohen, Hayden Dunham, Raúl de Nieves, John Edmonds, EJ Hill, Katherine Hubbard, Troy Michie, Jeanette Mundt, Women’s History Museum, Ambera Wellmann, Cajsa von Zeipel, and the Estate of Barbara Hammer.
Capricious Foundation

Brooklyn Bridge Design by DXA studio
Van Alen Institute Reimagining Brooklyn Bridge Competition Proposal, Design Entry Images
Brooklyn Bridge Design : DXA studio
Aug 13, 2020
