Okay, So I wanna finally post something for the little event/compition that @laurzzz  has for their fic, WWITS. I’m tossing my hat into the ring! Pun not intended.   Because I don’t want to be too long with the post I have a small summary with more information that will be under a keep reading line. ^^;;  She is a character with piebaldism. Her hair and skin is white in certain places and she was raised by her grandparents as long as she could remember. Her family would not tell her what had happened for her parents to not be able to see her. Anyway, as she grew up she started hearing about the expansion west and followed the route to see if she could try to get more money to help out her grandparents. Being a minority in America in the 1800's made it hard for them to get good jobs and they soon started work as a person that broke horses. She soon started to be able to understand the behavioral differences in each horse which made it easier for them to break them. Essentially, she started being better with their balance and started to do trick riding without a saddle.

Bakari Williams  Stage name:   Equineox Appearance; Stands at 5’8” and her hair is black with her eye color being hazel. Her hair and dark skin is covered with white splotches as she has piebaldism. Making her have white strands of hair and white patches of skin. Preshow, she wears jeans, a solid color button up shirt and regular cowboy boots that have been tended to several times. This all allows her to tend to the horses for the show and move them to where they need to go. Showtime attire: Normally a short skirted lime green leotard with multi colored glass beads sewn into the waist and choker. She has a white lace collar that latches in the back. Backstory; Born with an odd pigment mutation, Bakari Williams was seen more of an outsider to most. Knowing more sympathy and kindness from her limited family that had helped raise her in such a small home in the city. She was taught how to fend for herself as she wasn’t afraid to really fight for herself. Though, her violent ends to conflicts were often reprimanded by her grandparents who raised her. Which she cared for deeply as she knew them more than her own parents, whose fates she never knew. All she knows of them is what was told to her from family members. As she grew up, stories of others making it big in the west. She traveled west when they became an adult. Mainly to help with some of her family’s financial struggles. However, being a woman of color and an unheard mutation of the skin, many did not want to give her work. After consistent bothering of one of the locals, she finally found work. It unfortunately was to break horses, the man who had hired her hoped to scare her off with the more wild mustangs on the land. However, that wasn’t what happened. With pure determination and will to prove something of herself, she kept with the work. Being more stubborn than a mule, she had managed to tame every stallion and mare that was given to her. As time went on, she was able to tell the body language of the horses and work on her body strength to keep on the horse, allowing her to break them faster. Eventually, she was able to not only raise money for her family, but pay for a better horse to travel with and practice her skills. Soon, she was able to work on simple tricks at first, but as she practiced more and more, she was able to do more amazing feats of balance and tricks. From balancing on one hand, to jumping from one equine to the next, to a backflip. All while the horse continues to move. Personality: Tends to keep to herself as she's tending to the horses for the show. However, if anyone makes any of her friends or family upset or uncomfortable, she will roll up her sleeves to smack some sense into whoever is causing any issues. That, and she's very stubborn as she is used to trying to bend equines to where she needs to go (Or want to go). So she's headstrong, proud and kind. Her act includes feats of acrobatics while on horseback. Front balancing on posts strapped to the horse back, to backflipping and leaping from one horse to another while in full gallop. I’m not good at full descriptions and talking about the character’s biographies. ^^;;

Asks are always open! I'm just usually slow responding T◡T) For the characters however, the usual asks they respond in the main comic will be open after I finish A L I V E!

Insans has met Horror when he was still an insane murderer, so he became friends with him and sometimes he took a human or two to Horrortale to feed the monsters. Horror warned him about Nightmare and Error, so Insans avoids meeting those two. This is just A L I V E's Horrortale and not the canon Horrortale, btw! (Same with Underfell and Underswap!)

He doesn't know Murder (Dust), but he does know a variant of Killer; @murmur-utdr-au 's Breaker! They became pals, but things happened and after fixing everything with their fists dsfsda they became friends again.

Scout

Black Mambo - Glass Animals. The whole song's about a sloth and a mole playin dominoes. I love the whole vibe of it, to be honest, sounds like somethin shifty is goin on, but my fav lines are the chorus,

Slow down, it's a science He's been waiting to bring you down Snake eyed with a sly smile He can hold you and shake you dry

Really sounds to me like someone's tryna calm their nerves against their opponent, which I love to think of Scout in that context since I reckon in most games when he's against someone who's not as experienced it'd definitely be kinda nerve-wracking for them. Or at least, he'd play it to make them feel like that. But I also love the lines,

"Wanna play cheat now?" says the sloth A domino flush to his nose Tickle that cheek and take your throne Pump your veins with gushing gold

Also sounds like something Scout would do, someone already unsure about going up against him and then he tosses out accusations of cheating, then goading them into continuing with promises of victory. Things like that are really just a game to him, but definitely not in the way of 'just a card game.'

Ex's & Oh's - Elle King. Cause I really couldn't pick one song for him lmfao, my excuse is I already picked a Glass Animals song for him the last time I did this.

I love this song for him so much bc he's absolutely a heartbreaker. Simple as that. Plus I love the song :3

Atlas

Guillotine - Jon Bellion. This song is so sweet I think it fits him perfectly, the whole theme of being there for each other to lean on and trusting each other. I like the line,

There's bones in my closet, but you hang stuff anyway

To me it's like, yeah we've done some stuff we're not proud of, we have regrets, but it's okay, we can still trust each other, we can talk about it and live despite it. God this one is so nice compared to Scout's dfgfds Atlas ily

Ease Up Kid (Demo) - Hippo Campus. Even if it's just a demo, I like this song for him, especially as he gets more experienced and older as a Guardian.

Sika is real bad for getting hung up on smaller things, and I think having someone tell him things are alright every now and again would be great reassurance in both him and the world around him. (Also the last line makes me think of Juni, Isi and Ari and I'm 😭)

He's almost similar to Atlas in that he's not a fan of asking for much in return in any relationships. It's not that he thinks he doesn't deserve it or anything, he's just pretty content on his own, but that doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate attention or affection or whatever else.

Running with the Wolves - AURORA. Honestly there's not a whole lot I can say about this aside from it just really fits her: the whole aesthetic of being alongside nature, alone, running free, y'know. Funnily enough, Wolf was also a consideration for her name. Now just waiting for a Young Wolf or just someone called Wolf to meet her and deliver the stupid pickup line 'can i be the wolf to ur lynx' I hate but I think she'd love dsfsda

Born Ready - Zayde Wølf. TBH SAME SITUATION AS LYNX. This song just fits her, such a full of confidence, 'I'm great and I know it' type of song. Most Zayde Wølf songs fit her for the same reason ngl, Scout as well (HUSTLER IS SUCH A SCOUT SONG. felix shut up this is abt ari not scout). But yeah this whole song just works for her.

But here's a bonus song for her bc she loves this song herself: I Don't Like You - The Wrecks.

It's All So Incredibly Loud - Glass Animals. Another Glass Animals song. Can you tell I like them. But anyway, every time I listen to this, I just think of them and their Ghost, or them and anyone they've lost. Idk why it's always them in particular, but it is, and it really pretty perfectly illustrates how they felt in a lot of those moments.

Here's another bonus bc I can't end this on a sad note: I Don't Wanna Dance - COIN. They'd be totally lost if someone asked em to dance but I mean. maybe they'd try if it was someone they liked enough 🤔

Ooh hmm... I think I’ll go with Bellini! totally not cuz it’s the first italian drink i can think of dsfsda Peaches aren’t one of the fruits grown in Florabrisa, so it’s a pretty rare treat for him to get to have one. But when Florabrisa does get to import some peaches, fruit mixer Colada is always happy to make some special drinks with them c: On a more day-to-day basis, his go-to drink probably is just milk.

21. Turn-ons? Turn-offs?

Omggg. Well, he is definitely into his girlfriend Ricotta’s claims of being a goddess haha. I don’t think he fully believes she is one, but how many chances do you have to get with a goddess, so he’s not gonna be the one to question it. He also just appreciates dragons that know their way in the kitchen as well as him, or at least are willing to learn new skills c:

So I guess in that regard, he wouldn’t like dragons who don’t want to put any effort into learning things. He is a teacher after all! I also don’t think he’d like a partner who’s a pushover, or one that doesn’t take things seriously.
