i am! which gacha do you consider recent gacha? if you mean the jelly gacha and the one before it, they’re remixes and thus you can’t trade them after they’ve expired.

if you’re referring to the newer gacha, and you’ve checked to make sure you do have doubles, definitely send in a ticket.. that’s the One feature none of us want malfunctioning right now dofgk
